Calling All C*cksuckers!

Just a reminder that my "c*cksucker" trial is just a fortnight away. The attempt to criminalise me for the alleged single use of the word "c*cksucker" is at Dudley Magistrates' Court at 1.30pm prompt on Tuesday 23rd October. The trial is due to last all afternoon so you can drop in at any time if you are finishing work etc (though keep an eye on social media for any developments...).

If you cannot get to Court we will be adjourning to the Lamp Tavern (link below) a short walk away for post-match analysis. Do drop in if you can!

I cannot say much about the case but hope to present some explosive evidence. If I am prevented from mentioning one particular thing in Court I will read it on the steps of the court afterwards to put on YouTube.

Following the police involvement in this matter I wrote to all Sandwell Labour Councillors warning them (or, more accurately, a percentage of them) that I was no longer going to tolerate their abuse of me. Almost immediately an incident occurred. Myself and A.N.Other complained to Oldbury Police. Now in my c*cksucker case Oldbury Police took the decision to prosecute with no reference to the CPS ( I cannot say more on this as it is part of my case). In the case of the alleged offence by a Labour Councillor, however, Oldbury Police have, er, referred the matter to the CPS. More on this soon but one rule for one.....????
