The Information Rights Tribunal has finally rescinded an order banning me from naming "Councillor X" before a case to be heard by video link on 15th and 16th September, 2020 together with one on the proposed (bent) Lion Farm development.
The "Councillor X" case relates to allegations that the former "leader" of corrupt Labour Sandwell Council, Steve "Squealing" Eling, Tom Watson MP and others interfered with investigations into the conduct of "X". Incredibly, I have been writing about these matters since 2016 (!!!!) but four YEARS later the cover-up continues. Alas, because of the forthcoming hearing I cannot say too much about this at present but anyone who searches back through this blog will find plenty on the subject. This affair also relates to the effective "dismissal" of former Assistant Chief Executive Melanie Dudley by The Squealer and Jan Britton at colossal cost to the taxpayer.
Councillor X has cost Sandwell HUGE sums in respect of this affair. Firstly, the cost of the initial investigation. Secondly the huge costs of getting rid of Melanie when she stood up to the tyrranical Eling. Thirdly, the legal costs of contesting this Tribunal case (including the use of expensive London counsel). Fourthly, the costs of a re-opened investigation at Sandwell into this affair.
It is the desire by Eling, "X" and others to stop the latest enquiry that is one of the reasons Leader "Red" Yvonne Davies was recently forced out. More on this anon.
Many of you will guess who the pathetic snivelling sh*t "X" is but, drum roll please..., I can confirm it is Simon "The Sandwell Slasher" Hackett. It says a lot for "information rights" in this country that I have been prevented from naming him for many months. Anyway, more on Hackett too after the hearing....
Sandwell Council are now using the £300,000 legal fund referred to elsewhere to attempt to censor this blog post. As I have no money nor legal representation at present I am voluntarily and temporarily removing the matters complained of pending resolution. This is done STRICTLY WITHOUT ANY ADMISSION OF LIABILITY whatsoever. Indeed, I am defending the oppressive claim against me.

Thus lots of Twitter users have been posting that they have never had any contact with xxx whatsoever but have now been blocked by xxx! Bad News For "No DSS" Landlords Like Jedders!
Left-wing "Sadwell" Labour firebrand "lol" John "Jedward" Edwards was exposed via this blog for topping up his wealth with a share in a rented flat in Oldbury whilst castigating the "greed" of landlords. The gobby "socialist" specified "no DSS tenants" since he wanted a steady cashflow - as mosts rentiers do. Happily he sold the place before a recent court case supported by housing charity Shelter, which ruled such arrangements, er, discriminatory.
To paraphrase Dick Emery (who he? - says anyone under 60):
Ohh Jedders - you were unlawful! But we still don't like you!
Labour Limo Madness
After 46 years of Labour dictatorship, Sandwell may be a sh*thole but at least it still likes to "cut the big" with TWO chauffeur-driven limos. Last year a Cabinet member excitedly told me that the limos were on the way out. Another cabinet member, Jackie "Who Are You?" Taylor "lol" posed in front of Oldbury Council House aka "the Heart of Darkness" boasting that electric cars were coming in and peddled the usual Labour b*llocks that the comrades were going to somehow "save money" with new transport arrangements.
But take a look at this from last winter (remember that) when the limo arrived at a full Council meeting without actually bringing the Mayor or anyone else! As folks say about the disastrous spendthrift Labour comrades, "what the f*ck?"
