Mail Political Editor Attacks Skidder!

The Birmingham Mail's "Politics and People" Editor, Jane Haynes, has attacked me on Twitter and attempted to close down my account - a fairly extraordinary thing for a purported upholder of free speech to do!

I am used to the paid press attacking my (unpaid) journalism despite the long stream of exclusives on the failings of corrupt Labour Sandwell Council from me and my small team of volunteers (which includes women - see further below). But Haynes's sh*t-trick takes the biscuit.

If I may digress for a moment - Haynes is a cheerleader of the hopeless Brum MP Mess Phillips (Haynes will love that nomenclature "lol") and woe betide any male who critcises that lachrymose gobsh*te. I have been trying to ask Mess for sometime why she, as an alleged campaigner against domestic abuse, was so friendly with notorious wife-beater "Dickhead" Darren Cooper? This was clearly not because her then employer received substantial funds from Sandwell Council (no innuendo meaning intended) and so why was she such a Cooper-rimmer? Perhaps "The Mail" can find out for us eh readers? Don't hold your breath if it has to write an important piece about Aldi or some other paymaster....

Sandwell Council are now using the £300,000 legal fund referred to elsewhere to attempt to censor this blog post. As I have no money nor legal representation at present I am voluntarily and temporarily removing the matters complained of pending resolution. This is done STRICTLY WITHOUT ANY ADMISSION OF LIABILITY whatsoever. Indeed, I am defending the oppressive claim against me.

A couple of days ago I wrote a piece which included comment on xxxxxxxxxxx public video (following a piece about Red Yvonne's country retreat).

Of course we theoretically have a right to free speech in this country pursuant to common law and Article 10 of the European Convention on Human Rights (incorporated into our law by the Human Rights Act 1998). Obviously Sandwell Council and crooked West Midlands Police don't consider that I should benefit from this freedom but even the likes of the Wolvo C*cksuckers (aka the Express and Star) have never tried to close me down (although they have stitched me up a few times!) Many people find my views abhorrent and vice versa. But the paid press (mostly not serious journalists like me at all now but mere transmitters of clickbait) see themselves as honourable heirs of Woodward and Bernstein rather than Joseph Goebbels and frequently burnish their self importance with the oft-repeated mantra, "I disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it." It seems Haynes takes an altogther different view.

I know that many readers have the sense not to wade into the foul pool that is Twitter but, for the uninitatated, there is a facility to complain to Twitter about tweets that one find's offensive provided that they, in effect, cross certain boundaries. A simple tap on an icon brings up a few simple questions and a box to enter further details. Twitter then consider whether the offending tweet has broken the rules and, if so, take further action which can range from a warning to the whole account being taken down (and as we have seen locally, ex-Cllr Dave Hosell and his trolling pals have had a number of accounts taken down recently for abusive conduct). But the left-wing adherents to the cult of Jeremy Corbyn and various other special interest groups have become adept at co-ordinating mass complaints on their political opponents to deny them use of the Twitter facility and to stifle freedom of speech. But I never imagined a local press person would attack a fellow journalist in this way.....

A "normal" user complains privately and Twitter will then notify him/her of the outcome of a review. Here, I wrote a Tweet linked to my blog story and despite all the resources she has to write a piece in the local rag or elsewhere disagreeing with me Haynes says she instead complained to Twitter. Remember that the original tweet was not about HER but someone else. She is apparently now an arbiter of what one can say. More importantly, she publicly stated on her own Twitter account what she had done - this is a well-established way of inviting everyone who agrees with you to pile in and also make formal complaints. It was a nasty and crude dog-whistle to any c*nt (see further below) who didn't agree with me to try and get my account taken down!

She also specifically stated that my single tweet constituted "harassment" - which it doesn't in law but she knows full well that this is one of the "offences" listed by Twitter to consider in any decision to take an account down.

For good measure, Haynes added a gender-based attack on me. This is a familiar theme with her eg a man commenting politically on a woman is trying "to dilute a woman's personal achievement." She has claimed about other men that criticising a woman is "implying women can't make their own decisions."

Haynes also has a bizarre concept of what constitutes a woman of "high achievement" and seems to include Mess and xxxxxxx in this category. Personally I am in awe of, work with, and am friends with some incredible women - from all walks of life and not simply superb because of their job title (if any). If we are simply talking "position" rather than, say, raising a family as the achievement benchmark then I salute women like Carmen Reinhart, Angela Merkel and Kristalina Georgieva for their incredible careers to date. I am afraid, given the party system, that simply being an MP does not constitute "high achievement" as an objective assessment of the current crop of female and male "members" clearly shows. And, despite high salaries, bent Labour Sandwell Council have been singularly unable to attract people of ability to the upper levels of its corrupt paid service. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.

Haynes wrote about my tweet, "...of which the man speaks (cos it had to be a man right?)...." This is just blatant sexism!

Let's pause there and have a small quiz! What do the following seemingly have in common:

This blog is gender-blind (and women play a very significant role in its production). If you f*ck-over the people of Sandwell we will be on your tail irrespective of race, religion or gender. So back off Haynes with your nasty and inaccurate jibes!

Yes folks, Jedward has spent YEARS trying to get my Twitter accounts and this blog taken down and, as a left-wing activist despite his wealth, this Greaser swung into action - also dog-whistling to HIS crazed followers to jump on the bandwagon:

Addendum 21/02/21 - a search of Twitter has revealed that one other person claims to have reported the original Tweet to the social media platform - a former Birmingham Councillor @barneybergschl3. But the attempted Twitter pile-on by Haynes and Edwards failed and I received no communication from Twitter whatsoever in respect of the content despite the coordinated campaign.

SANDWELL'S GREAT HACKING MYSTERIES......

It seems to be fashionable in Sandwell at the moment to claim that one's account - email of social media - has been "hacked" and closed down if one is caught "in the act" making inapproprate comments or nasty secrets need to be kept hidden.

Step forward again the hate-filled Jedward! Not so long ago he was one of the Labour Whips at the bent Labour Council and operated a seperate gmail account (a Google email system) for whipping matters (ooooh, errrrr!) Remember too that Cllr Edwards was a major Squealing Eling-rimmer.

When the old regime was kicked out across the Council new Labour whips were appointed but Jedders refused to provide them with the password for the account so that they could continue to use it. The rumour is, of course, that Jedward does not want others to see what he and his acolytes were up to (not that I can imagine Jedders would do anything inappropriate lol!)

But now one of the "White Army" of rebels seeking to overthrow Red Yvonne is apparently claiming across the benighted Borough that the account is no more because it was "hacked". I do not know the identity of this person but it is apparently NOT Edwards (who is probably too busy counting his stash to notice).

But this is a little odd since I have emailed the account and nothing has bounced back to say that it is defunct. It seems to be a live account. And how would anyone know the account had been hacked without, er, looking at it? I smell bullsh*t don't you dear readers?

Even if the account has been hacked the password could be simply changed and then handed over to the new whips. But then, to use a word quoted above, Jedward might find that "intrusive"!
