EXCLUSIVE - Labour's Plan to Destroy Brandhall Green Space - In Pictures!

Following bent Sandwell Labour's private meeting to seal the destruction of Brandhall Green Space here is one of the "documents" that will be put before Cabinet. This is a matter of great public interest to local residents and to all in Sadders who seek to prevent Labour destroying the ever-shrinking green space in the urban dystopia. It is shocking that this presentation is not being placed in the public domain by Labour itself noting the importance of this matter.

I am obliged to a concerned member of the public for the following screenshots which I understand were used in a recent presentation on bent Sandwell Labour's "destroy green space strategy". As a journalist it is essential that I share these images with you noting the seriousness of the planned destruction. Clearly the Brandhall Green Space protesters need to mobilise swiftly, and they should also desist from constantly lauding Labour Councillors like Jones (R) and Fenton who are really "the enemy"! The "decision" has already been made by Dim Kez and the comrades.

Perhaps the sickest claim by bent Labour considering their planned destruction of a large green space is that it will lead to "ecological enhancements". WTF?????

Remember that a leading advocate of this vandalism was former Labour leader Cllr "Red" Yvonne Davies - still taking public money as an Independent Cllr though rarely attending meetings - who f'd off to a near half million pound house in Herefordshire surrounded by glorious woodland and greenery leaving local people shafted.

You will note that Labour are afraid of judicial review (JR) proceedings. I think the Group should approach Leigh Day, Solicitors, in London. A preliminary view could be obtained cheaply. A whip round or crowdfunder should easily raise the necessary. Further, as this case deals with environmental issues, there is a thing called the Aarhus Convention relating to costs in this type of case. Basically, this limits the costs payable to SMBC if a judicial review is unsuccessful to £10k. Whilst this sounds a lot, and excludes own solicitor's fees, it is a sum that could be raised by crowdfunding nationally and, even, internationally from those keen on protecting green spaces.

There is a three month time limit for JR proceedings and this will probably run from the (already decided) Cabinet "decision" of 20th July so that time is of the essence.

As many of the Group need to attend the Cabinet meeting on 20th July even though the decision has, in reality, been made already. Representations should be made to have the meeting moved to a 6pm slot from the usual 3.30pm so that working people or parents tied up with the school run can attend.

Sick Labour are playing the new school card for all it is worth but surely Brandhall is not the only option for this? The Group need to be able to counter the "school" argument although I am sure you are onto that.

The Group also needs to bone-up on planning issues and mount a campaign to have the planning application "called-in", when Keir Starmer, Londoner John Spellar, and their new puppet, Dim Kez. try to force this through.

Vote Rigging, Job Rigging - Sandwell Labour "Business as Usual"!

Thanks to Shaun Bailey MP and Conservative Party observers, Labour were prevented from nicking the local election in Tividale Ward in May. I need to say straight away that there is no implication to be drawn from what follows that any named individual was personally responsible for what happened. Someone was, but we just don’t don’t know who (yet). But when the bent paid service in the rotten Borough of Sandwell (aka “Sadders”) has been involved in, and connived with, so much Labour cronyism, corruption and incompetence during the last few years (as recorded in this blog) it is hardly surprising that an attempt would be made by elements of it to scam election results.

Let me just explain some features of how an election count works (and to keep this short, I am ignoring the minefield of postal votes here). The Chief Executive is usually the Returning Officer (RO), and so recent Sandwell elections have been ultimately overseen by Jan Britton and David Stevens - both of whom were, er, disgraced and shown the door! Beneath the RO (another payday for Interim CE Kim Bromley-Derry this year) are other persons including highly controversial figures such as Surjit Tour and Maria Price (Skidders passim and see legal notice below). This pair - both Solicitors - have been involved in many of the matters written about in this blog and there is very serious cause for concern about their conduct, not least that both were directly involved in the unlawful funding of Lisa McNally’s crazed High Court action against me which cost the bent Borough over £100,000 (more to follow on this soon).

ADDENDUM 30/06/22 - there were at least FOUR solicitors in Sandwell's bent paid service directly involved in the McNally affair, one of whom has left SMBC. In addition to Tour and Price, the Returning Officer has also confirmed that Vanessa Maher-Smith was also a "Chief Counter" in Zone 1.

Whatever Tour may or may not have been up to, he was the Head of Legal and Governance when so much went disastrously wrong and the Government was forced to appoint Commissioners to run bent Labour Sadders for the next two years (at an estimated cost to moronic locals of £2m!) He has not, however, seen fit to resign his highly-paid position.

(Incidentally, can I ask yet again for your help here since I am preparing a dossier on Tour which is already online and being updated “as and when”. Tour is currently refusing to provide details of many of the standards investigations where he has invariably exonerated Labour Councillors from wrongdoing. A few months ago the local Tory Councillors queried at a full Council meeting whether Tour was a fit and proper person to be involved in the election. Whilst they dropped the issue it was still a good question. I must repeat here that there is NO evidence of Tour being involved in ANY electoral malpractice at all, but there is still a concern that someone prepared to traduce the rule of law in the McNally case, and to have behaved as he has done in other matters raised in this blog, should even be in post let alone being in day to day charge of elections. Hopefully he won’t be around for the next one and submissions have been made (and are still being made) to relevant parties to bring his term at Sadders to a conclusion (and, as with Jan Britton, without a pay-off).

Beneath Tour are a tier of SMBC employees who have the powers of returning officers and there is nothing to suggest that they have misbehaved in any way. One of them was working with Maria Price on Zone 3 but there is absolutely no suggestion whatsoever that they were personally involved in what went on there. Having said that - there were shenanigans by persons unknown on their “watch” which they seemingly did not spot.

The Sadders count is split into 3 zones - alphabetically by ward name. Each Zone has two supervisors - all employees within the bent paid service. Once again, and as above, there is NO evidence that any of these supervisors was guilty of the attempt to rig the vote, but there are some interesting names, known to readers of this blog in supervisory positions within the democratic process. Maria Price (Skidder’s passim and see legal notice below) was one and, indeed, was in Zone 3.

Neil Cox was another. Neil was an acolyte of David Stevens and Stuart Lackenby who, despite those unfortunate associations, has been rapidly promoted within the bent paid service. He was involved in “Tractorgate” but, more notoriously, was also the author of The Cox Review (Skidders passim). This is the explosive report disclosing much wrongdoing by former Chief Executive, Jan Britton, plus racism and procedural missteps in former Leader Steve “Squealing” Eling’s successful campaign to bring down former Labour Deputy Leader, Mahboob Hussain. That vendetta was heavily supported by one of Eling’s chief rimmers, Kerrie “Dim Kez” Carmichael now, incredibly, the current Labour leader who, as reported here, has publicly lied about the Cox Review and deliberately blocked its publication. And so, presumably, Cox now has to keep quiet and toe the line or risk losing his highly paid job. Happily, judging by his suppressed “Review”, Cox is incorruptible but this cannot be a comfortable place to be in.

Oliver Knight was also on parade. He was the long-serving and seemingly highly thought of guy whose reputation for trustworthiness was trashed by SMBC Director, Lisa McNally, in the infamous “Happy Christmas” staff briefing - available via this link:

Many of the Sandwell counting staff are current or former employees within the bent paid service. Whether any have been involved in the corruption raised in this blog can’t be said, but there was at least one rotten apple in the Zone 3 barrel at the May count.

I am not sure whether it is a Covid thing but there seem to be less party officials allowed into the counts now (which would suit Labour). This means that there are more people actually counting the votes than observers. An observer can stand in front of one person and watch the actual process, but can’t watch several folk counting at the same time.

It is fair to say that the Conservatives have had serious concerns about some recent counts and, as we shall see, they were right to be concerned.

In May, 2021, Labour Cllr Maria Crompton (also involved in the conspiracy to unlawfully fund McNally but still trying to keep it secret) won re-election in Tivi, beating local Tory, Emma Henlan, by 150 votes.

Following the untimely death of Cllr Sandra Hevican (who was not a Tivi resident) a by-election was held in Tividale and Labour selected the deceased’s widower, Rob Hevican, (also not a Tivi resident) to contest the seat. In the incestous hermit kingdom of Sadders, Mr H is a former employee of the corrupt Council. Once again, I must stress that there is NO evidence of Hevican being personally involved in the deep-seated corruption of the Cooper/Eling/Britton era although it has to be said that he was working in, I believe, Democratic Services [sic] yet seemingly suffered from temporary blindness and deafness during this period of employment as he was apparently totally unaware of all the wrongdoing going on around him!

The fact is that many of the supervisors and counting staff knew Hevican personally and were saddened at his loss. Nevertheless, he lost by 176 votes to Emma, who was standing again for the Conservatives.

Despite the comfortable margin of this victory the Tories still worried about the Count and so Shaun and his colleagues decided to pay particular attention to Tivi this time round. Emma stood down and the Tories selected another from their stable of whip-smart youngsters (see, e.g., Cllr Will Gill), Amrita Dunn.

Incredibly Labour started the usual dirty tricks and made great play that Amrita doesn’t live in Tividale (she lives in B68 rather than B69) whereas Hevican lives miles away in Wednesbury! It was going to be close, but there was shock when Hevican was said by the supervisors in Zone 3 to have “won” by 2 votes.

Without being too technical, votes are counted in bundles of 25 for each candidate. Shaun and his colleagues demanded a recount and went through everything with a fine toothcomb.

It is always possible that the odd vote may find its way into a bundle but if a “rogue” vote is placed on the top of a bundle then the whole bundle of 25 is counted for that candidate.

There was confusion at the Count as it was claimed at one point that two bundles had somehow “gone missing”. But then not one but TWO bundles were “found” - each contained 24 votes each for Amrita but someone had placed a “Hevican” slip on top of BOTH bundles.Thus he secured an extra 50 votes rather than two.

This was a blatant attempt to steal the vote. I was actually watching the Tipton Green Count but all hell was breaking loose in Zone 3. By rights the candidates should have been level-pegging since 2 votes went to Hevican from this bundle and 48 to Amrita which turned out to be her exact margin of victory. Yet, unless there was a miscount originally, Hevican was said to have initially won by 2 votes????? Whatever actually went on - one or more persons slipped two Hevican votes in front of precisely 24 votes per bundle for Amrita.

Shaun Bailey was irate - quite rightly. I am not sure if the Conservatives made any sort of official complaint about this but I am sure Kim Bromley-Derry must have held an inquest into this shocking attempted voter fraud, and I am sure that as he is now also one of the Government Commissioners he will wish to release his findings to the public.

Kim Bromley Derry (KBD) & The Payments List

KBD, the Interim CE at bent Labour Sandwell (and, curiously, one of the two Government Commissioners) seems to talk a good game but is he delivering?

By law, the bent paid service has to publish a monthly list of all payments made over £500. But, under KBD, the "Head of Legal" [sic] Surjit Tour is trying to unlawfully conceal information. Regular readers will know that I recently wrote about the joke situation where Labour is screwing the hard-pressed morons of Sandwell with rent increases, council tax increases etc. and yet has agreed to spend MORE public money on the propaganda department! Bent Labour employed Promodo (a firm of consultants) to provide a "review" of the hitherto useless half-a-million-pound-a-year press office but refuse to disclose their findings, and did not even attach them to the Report to Council members when they approved blowing even more of OUR money on this nonsense. Not only that, but KBD and Tour are saying they will break the law and won't disclose how much they paid Promodo! This has been referred to the Information Commissioner but how is this illegality being allowed by a guy who is also a Government Commissioner?

Tour and his colleagues also redacted the names of all businesses receiving Covid Grants on the unlawful and spurious ground that this was a data protection issue. All other councils have published the information and when I raised this with KBD he agreed that the records would be duly amended to name the recipients as the payments were to businesses (even if some are sole traders).

It was also assumed that KBD would get the bent paid service working efficiently but when I consulted the list TODAY this is what I found:

Although it is almost the end of June, the s.151 Finance Officer has not bothered to publish the list since FEBRUARY! This is as bad as anything under the hapless Darren Carter!

And, what's more, even in the list for February vast swathes of recipient's identities are STILL redacted despite KBD's promises.

Soccer Gets the Boot

Bent Labour are screwing y'all for millions for the z-list Commonwealth Games whilst also shafting Sandwell Leisure Trust.

Since I started writing this blog, bent Labour has poured colossal sums into sport and yet the comrades consistently make life difficult for the Warley Football League, a longstanding local sports organisation.

There is, of course, a reason for this. Corrupt Labour have been trying to flog Lion Farm Fields, where the Warley League plays regularly, in a bent deal with Tory property developer Jeremy Knight Adams (work that one out!) It would suit Labour very well if the League folds and quits the pitches.

There have been Labour attempts to shift local teams to pitches on the other side of the Borough and a host of minor annoyances regarding the collection of pitch fees etc. Now they have massively hiked the fee for each pitch from £60 to £75.80! So much for encouraging sport and fitness!

Incidentally, you may have seen the press reports recently that bent Labour did not spend all the money the Tory Government gave YOU for the Covid crisis. And so the comrades have now drawn up a plan to blow the money on festivals and all sorts of junk projects. Surely this money should have been allocated to education, health and fitness and some of it used to promote football on local pitches? Why couldn't the football pitch fees be held for, say, another season with the Covid money? But, when bent Sandwell Labour see a drain, they cannot resist pouring your money down it!

Imogen Walker

Again, regular readers will recall that this friend and associate of Labour leader, Keir "Sir Woodenarse" Starmer, was given a plum job by KBD and Rajbir Singh although she lives in Scotland (by her own account)! Facts are beginning to emerge about this outrage and hardcore Skidderati might like to read the Freedom of Information Request I have put in about this today. You will note that, amazingly, KBD and Rajbir "The Boy Blunder" Singh rigged up the job and made it an "interim" position to avoid the expenditure having to go through tiresome Committee approval! Standards Latest on Labour Crim Melia & Liar Kaur

Keir Starmer's favourite local Labour Crim, Steve Melia, is to face a Standards Investigation at bent Labour Sandwell Council in respect of his assault on The Skidder. And Labour liar, Cllr Parbinder Kaur, has been found to have breached the rules by failing to declare her ownership of a smart, modern, detached house on the Yew Tree (but let off with a slap on the wrist with a wet lettuce leaf).

The Crim, Melia

I put two complaints in re The Crim, Melia. Firstly, a complaint from a parent about an alleged verbal assault on his son at Oldbury Council House - the tail end of which is available on You Tube. Surjit Tour, bent Sandwell's highly controversial Monitoring Officer, has tried to bat that away as he has arbitrarily introduced a "six-month time limit" for Standards Complaints - unlikely to be lawful when bent Labour hide evidence of wrongdoing for months, and even years!

The second complaint was about the assault on me which over 100,000 folk have watched on social media outlets. But Tour is pulling an old trick again. I have sent the following email to the equally infamous SMBC Solicitor, Maria Price (with a small redaction or two):

"THIS IS NOT A PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL COMMUNICATION

Thank you for the Decision Notice.

With regard to Complaint One, I understand that the so-called "six-month time limit" is a LGA recommendation which they themselves say can be overruled in appropriate circumstances. If I am wrong (and I have read the LGA guidance) please confirm the relevant statutory provision for the arbitrary six-month limit?

In any event there is clear "similar fact evidence" linking Melia to abusive and threatening behaviour on two occasions, and the first incident is also partly recorded and available on You Tube. Not long ago the parent placed this on social media:

"This is the councillor at the very first brandhall green space demonstration that shouted at my 7 yeat old autistic son calling him brainwashed and a stupid little f*cker".

The evidence for the "prosecution" is clear (and you will have the CCTV too from OCH) so that there is no reason why Melia should not face the charges and defend himself.

With regard to the complaint regarding the assault on myself I object in the strongest possible terms to xxxxxxxxx being appointed as the lead investigator. I was unaware that xxx was still with SMBC. You yourself know that I made a formal complaint about employee Lisa McNally in respect of her possible breach of the Local Government Officers (Political Restrictions) Regulations and that I received an abusive response from xxxxxxx. I made a complaint at the time and YOU exonerated her. At that precise same time YOU, Tour, Stevens. Lynch and Cllr Crompton (and maybe others) were conspiring to unlawfully fund McNally's absurd case against me (and that subject is far from concluded). You will recall that without looking at the evidence Lynch then held, xxxxxxx falsely accused me of a "malicious and unjustified attempt" to discredit McNally. Of course, McNally went on to discredit herself in the High Court.

I appreciate that the Monitoring Officer has form for doing this sort of thing eg. with the appointment of Goolden in the Eling & Marshall affairs, but he is not going to get away with it this time. I insist that a truly independent person is appointed as investigator.

There are a couple of errors in the Decision Notice. There is no mention that I am a journalist and there is a statement that there was no physical injury whereas the Magistrates were informed of - admittedly minor - hand swelling. There was also damage to my phone.

When you confirm the identity of an independent investigator I will provide a detailed statement to him/her and include the statement I gave to WMP.

Two Labour Councillors struggle to restrain The Crim

The Liar, Kaur

This blog exposed Cllr Parbinder Kaur for (a) lying about her property interests and (b) lying about her business as a private landlord (at, at least, two Sandwell properties) - see Skidders passim and the legal notice below.

In respect of (a) Tour has found that she simply made a mistake "lol" when she forgot that she owned a sizeable modern detached house on the Yew Tree!!!!! But, curiously, given his behaviour in standards cases since 2017, Tour reported this matter to the Bent Blues, aka West Midlands Police, where Kaur has many friends. Quelle surprise - they decided it would be inappropriate to take further action. I have written to Chief Superintendent Ian Green about all this, and particularly to ensure that CI Keeley Bevington (Skidders passim and see legal notice below), was not involved in the so-called "investigation".

Readers will recall that I put up a picture of the window of another house Kaur owns in Sandwell where she rents rooms out. Indeed there was an advert in the window requesting tenants. Several people also say she was renting out the Yew Tree property too - and there were people living in the house who were not the Labour Councillor. She has not declared in her Register of Interests that she receives business income as a private landlord (as do several other Labour Councillors in sh*thole Sandwell). Bizarrely, Tour does not refer to any investigation into this during the standards process but right at the end makes the bizarre comment that renting out properties for profit is somehow not "a business"!!!!!!

There are a number of questions about the nature of Tour's investigation and Skidder nerds can see the issues I have raised with him set out below after the Legal Notice. Again, I will keep you posted.

The Ian Green Letter - An Extract

I have today written to Chief Superintendent Green with regard to certain Sandwell matters which must remain confidential at present but here is one part of the letter which I can disclose and it's an absolute shocker!

"I was stunned at your prompt action when Cllr Melia assaulted me and was very satisfied with the way I was treated by your colleagues (and that’s a line I never thought I would be writing!) However, all the good work has been undone by you with the publication of the attached picture on social media. This was taken by West Brom Neighbourhood Team and you arranged for this to be put into the public domain as an advertisement for Melia just 21 days before the election when the convicted criminal was standing as a candidate (and after my blog of 8th April specifically referring to WMP electoral bias in Sandwell). I understand that the street watch arrangement recently had a paedo wandering the streets with your officers and now here you are, seemingly making a deliberate ploy to rig the election by exonerating and supporting a convicted Labour criminal - one you were instrumental in potting? Can you give me and Skidder readers ANY reason why this was done and why you, personally, “liked” the Tweet (as did Inspector Grandison)? No wonder Melia and your Officers are smiling when they are taking the p*ss out of us all. And no wonder that many people think Sandwell Police are utterly corrupt when it comes to bent Labour!"

Questions to Surjit Tour re Kaur Standards Complaints

Heading: Stage One - Legal Threshold. (Complaint about failure to declare ownership/co-ownership of a detached modern house at Yew Tree.)

“The Monitoring Officer raised this matter with the Subject Member and the Subject Member confirmed that she is co-owner of the property and that she had mistakenly not declared this on her register of interests (a pecuniary interest).“

“The Subject Member stated that this was an oversight and she was not aware that she had make this declaration as she did not live in the property.”

[Should this read, "she had to make"?]

“The Subject Member is not in any Council business involving the property in question and nor did she make any gain as a result of the non-disclosure.”

[What on earth does this mean, particularly the words "Council business"? She was/is renting this property out and therefore should declare this in Part A Paragraph 1 as a "Disclosable Public Interest". In passing, it is noteworthy that the likes of Cllr Piper are declaring war on private landlords and it is of significant public interest if Cllr Kaur has failed to declare her interest as one - and see further below.]

“Moreover, the subject member has confirmed that her Register of Interests has been updated.”

“The Localism Act 2011 is clear that it is a criminal offence to fail to declare a pecuniary interest to the Monitoring Officer within 28 days of the interest arising.”

“Given the circumstances the Monitoring Officer reported the Subject Member's omission to West Midlands Police.”

“West Midlands Police found that there were no aggravating factors arising from the Subject Member’s omissions to declare the interest and noted that the Subject Member would be undergoing training by the Monitoring Officer. As such no further action would be taken, but that they would keep the matter on file.”

“In the circumstances the Monitoring Officer is satisfied that stage 1 threshold.”

[Presumably this should read "satisfied that the stage one threshold is met"?]

“In respect of allegation one, the matter was referred to West Midlands Police, who considered the omission to declare the property in question and determined that no further action would be taken on this occasion other than to keep the matter on file.”

[There is ample evidence over the years of the corrupt relationship between SMBC and certain officers of West Midlands Police. You cannot rely as statutory Monitoring Officer on their alleged "investigation" unless you are sure there was a thorough one. Did WMP interview Kaur under caution for example?]

Heading Stage 2 - Initial Assessment (Complaint (a) about failure to declare a property rental business at her declared address in Smethwick and (b) use of the telephone Kaur uses for Council business to advertise for prospective tenants.)

[You appear to have dealt solely with the issue of the telephone number here (subject to an odd comment at the end of your decision notice) and not considered at all the part of the second complaint relating to the failure of Cllr Kaur to declare her property rental business at the Smethwick address. As above, this should have been declared in Part A Paragraph 1 of the Register of Interests. Even though she amended her entries she has still not declared her interests as a private landlord, although you yourself say, "the circumstances have not changed since the complaint was made out'". Quite - Cllr Kaur continues to commit a criminal offence in failing to declare a pecuniary interest although you, as statutory Monitoring Officer say the "complaint is relatively minor"! You are supposed to be enforcing the law here! Further you do not appear to have raised this aspect of the matter with WMP. Why not? You have said that the second complaint does not amount to a potential breach of the Code of Conduct but you have not dealt adequately or at all with the property business run at the Smethwick house. This is a clear error on your part.]

[Please state:

the date of the complaint to WMP;
the identity of any WMP officers involved including especially CI Keeley Bevington;
was the complaint made by you and if not, by whom was it made;
did the complaint only relate to the Yew Tree property and, if so, why,
what date did WMP inform you of the completion of their investigation?
as above, did WMP interview Kaur under caution and, if so, where?

[You have declined to refer this matter for investigation as you say that there are no aggravating factors but, for the reasons above, there clearly are since, at the very least, the failure to declare property income in respect of the Smethwick property is uninvestigated and actually ongoing.]

[You and the Independent Person make the absurd statement that no further action should be taken because Kaur did not make any gain from the failure to comply with the Code. If that is the situation what on earth is the point of having councillors declare pecuniary interests under Part A, Paragraph 1 of the Register of interests in the first place?]

“The Monitoring Officer… determined … but the Subject Member should have declared her interest in [the Yew Tree property] as a disclosable pecuniary interest. [He] has deemed that the matter should be dealt with by way of local resolution [i.e. attendance at a training course].”

[Having made no findings about the Smethwick property you say in a throwaway penultimate line that those property rentals "do not amount to business interests" which is completely absurd. You have failed to investigate this aspect of the matter in accordance with your statutory duty either adequately or at all. Please now do so.]

A tale of two "journalists" ...

Sandwell Labour Shocker!

Rhi Storer works for a leftie media organisation, Reach (aka Retch) Plc - publishers of, inter alia, the pro-Labour Birmingham Mail. Whisper it softly, but Rhi is a bit of a leftie herself. However, she has been a breath of fresh air in her short time covering Sandwell against a backdrop of mainstream media Labour bias. She has been even-handed, but diligent and fearless enough to savage Sandwell Labour on various counts.

This week she dug up another great story (with colleague Kate Knowles) that bent Labour Sandwell Council has - allegedly - referred itself to the Registrar of Social Housing (a Government watchdog) after 1,245 Sandwell homes were found to have no, or no adequate, electrical safety certificates. Electrical checks had not been carried on in "hundreds" of homes for over 10 years (and as bent Labour have been "in charge" - no pun intended - for 48 years, this is totally down to them). Once again, the so-called "socialists" have shafted locals - which, as my last blog showed, is exactly what they deserve.

Alas, Rhi is also now having to cover Birmingham as well as Sandwell, but we must all hope that she can continue shining a (safe, battery-operated) light on the multiple failures of a deeply corrupt Labour Council.

Bent Labour's Cheap Electricity Award!

As electricity bills go through the roof worldwide who knew that bent Labour Sandwell Council were doing so much to insulate - pun intended - the local morons from this - hopefully temporary - pain.

Let me just digress slightly to tell you again about the sick "awards industry". Whilst there are some legitimate UK awards schemes which are open and transparent, these affairs are usually business scams. A commercial company will decide to set up an award for, say, the best restaurant in an area. They will then contact every eatery and claim that each has been "shortlisted" in one of a whole host of "specialist categories"- best desi pub; best chippy; best "Indian" etc. The proprietors are then invited to buy seats at an expensive awards ceremony and, if they are mug enough to fall for this, they end up paying through the nose for a night-out and possibly getting a meaningless "certificate" at the end of it.

Of course, the organiser of one such meaningless "event", The British Kebab Awards, is none other than Ibrahim "Bogus" Dogus, the failed Labour candidate for West Brom East in the 2019 General Election. Equally (in)famous for trying to get his auntie to smuggle money to Turkey for him, Londoner Bogus charges these colossal sums to attend this year's "award ceremony" in London:

Standard seat: £300; Premium seat: £440; Standard table of 10: £2,400; Premium table of 10: £3,600.

These events are usually also financially sponsored by a gig economy outfit such as Just Eats.

(Happily, some members of WBE Labour Party have enjoyed free tickets to these shindigs which are usually enlivened [sic] by a speech from Bogus's personal friend, the great anti-capitalist lothario, Jerry "Jeremy" Corbyn.)

Given bent Sandwell Labour's corruption, cronyism and incompetence it is always worth looking closely at any "award" the Council receives. Thus I was surprised when the intensely pro-Sandwell Labour Express and Star (aka The Wolvo C*cksuckers), trumpeted that Sadders had won the "Midlands award" for saving energy and helping residents out of fuel poverty. Eh?

The write-up on the award didn't mention a single actual achievement that merited public recognition but simply a "true commitment" to promoting energy efficiency and fuel poverty (whatever that means).

The piece was written by The Star's resident pervy, misogynist reporter, Adam Smith. He is a catspaw of Sandwell Labour and a vocal propagandist for his pals. When he is not "tearing up some quim", he settles down to write about women in derogatory terms. Usually females are "bints" or "slags" - except one. The notorious p*sshead metaphorically gets one off the wrist at the mere mention of the name "Kerrie Carmichael". And Sandwell Labour's hapless "leader" whispers confidences into his ear such as the details of an email I sent her on a delicate subject.

I am not sure if Smith is on a retainer from Sandwell Labour, but he is determined that The Star will provide a positive platform for the witterings of Dim Kez at every opportunity. Thus this sleazy character breathlessly quoted his beloved Kez, "With partners like AgilityEco we will continue to improve the efficiency of the borough's existing housing stock." (Presumably when Labour has sorted the electrics out - see above!)

Smith continued to explain that the very same "partners", AgilityEco, had been the ones who had, er, nominated Sadders for the award in the first place. In other words, bent Labour agrees a taxpayer-funded contract or contracts with a Company which then gives it public recognition! I don't know about you readers, but this "award" is beginning to sound a bit tawdry isn't it?

The Star's sicko scribbler was sober enough to add comments from one Lorraine Gumbs of, er, AgilityEco who said, "I have worked WITH Sandwell Council for over 20 years". Note the word "with". This sounds like some sort of arms-length, er, "partnership".

Neither Smith nor Dim Kez went on to tell you that Ms Gumbs worked for a non-profit Company called "Warm Zones" which was somehow actually embedded within Sandwell Council. It is not clear who was paying Gumbs but she was given an official email account:

Info welcome on this (contact details below), but we can tell from this that (a) Gumbs was actually very closely connected with bent Labour Sandwell "for 20 years" (including the period when Dim Kez was in the Cabinet) and so much so that she had a SMBC email and an address at Smethwick Council House, (b) Sandwell worked with a non-profit on various projects, (c) Gumbs left Warm Zones and the "socialists" at bent Labour now prefer to contract with a profit-making company which employs Gumbs, and (d) Gumbs and Agility Eco nominated Sandwell for an award.

Not long ago West Brom East Labour Party (WBELP) claimed the disgusting people of that area were unable to acquire lavatory paper (and so were presumably walking around with faeces smeared around their bottoms). Labour came to the rescue by having bog paper delivered via Bogus Dogus in London! I think this so-called "award" should be delivered to WBE for someone to wipe their arse on it, as that's all it's fit for!

Just to end on this, bent Sandwell Labour keeps harping on about giving contracts to local firms. But AgilityEco is in genteel Hove (Sussex), and in Sutton (Surrey), far away from the ghastly Sadders sh*thole.

As we have seen for years, Sandwell Labour Councillors are happy to keep the Borough a poverty ghetto, and despise private enterprise (whilst many of them seek personal enrichment). But the comrades are also trying to make out that they are, somehow, "green" and are throwing money at anything with even the merest tinge of that colour. Green capitalism is very much alive and well as the eco industry expands apace. Where there's "net zero", there's brass - and private industry is raking in the lolly.

I am sure the likes of wealthy Comrade Piper are pleased that, whereas bent Labour formerly dealt with a non-profit, Agility are doing very nicely thank-you. There were originally 3 owners of Agility, now down to two experienced guys. As ever, they are not involved with just this company but have multiple directorships. past and present. In the last filed accounts, Agility Eco (actually part of a group of companies) boasts of its mission to "end fuel poverty" by 2030 (which is surely something only the Government can actually do?) Happily, poverty doesn't begin at home and the Directors report a turnover of £28m. Gross margin zoomed to a very healthy 22.6%, up from 16.9% the previous year.

There is a special place in hell within absurd Labour circles for "private equity", and so Dim Kez will be pleased to note that Agility Eco sold a significant stake of its business to private equity in November, 2019. The ultimate private equity owner is Bridge Fund Management Limited, experts in "sustainable and impact-driven investment". In a beautiful touch of irony, Bridge recently won an, er, "award", at the 2022 Private Equity Awards!

And Finally - Spellar Comes Good (for the bookies)

There are seven Sandwell wards in the parliamentary constituency of Warley - Abbey (Bearwood), Bristnall, Langley, Old Warley, St Pauls, Smethwick and Soho & Vic. Following the May elections and as shown in my last post:

we can say that at the present time around 60,358 of the people who live there are scum who support Labour corruption in Sandwell, explicitly or implicitly. At least they get what they deserve in respect of their absentee MP, pathetic greaser, John Spellar.

The Gnome of Bromley is said to be heading for the House of Lords at the next election, where us taxpayers will continue to enrich him despite his hopelessness. There he will have even more time to rake in dosh via directorships and consultancies.

Curiously, local morons may love Labour corruption but a lot of Warley residents are not keen on the gambling industry (unlike former lazy Labour WBE MP, Tom "Twatson" Watson, who went to work for the bookies after running away from the seat he had soiled for so long). Even the real b*stards of the Borough, the bullsh*tting Berghaus Bolshies of Bearwood are moaning that their ghastly High Street (the splendid Midland pub excepted) is chock-full of gambling arcades.

This greaser has recently spoken up in the House of Commons on behalf of his new pals in, er, the gambling industry, urging fellow MP's in a debate on the introduction of a gambling levy to note that millions enjoy gambling and that abuse is "going down". Happily, The Gnome declared his financial interests - so that's alright then!
