New Year Sandwell Rimmer Special!

Firstly, an apology for the lack of posts over the festive season. I was really busy on some big Sandwell projects (and still am) before Christmas but a combination of burn-out, a heavy cold (thankfully, not Covid) and fitting-in the usual round of visits to family and friends knocked me sideways. But normal service should now be resumed!

Secondly, thanks again to the lovely people who have made donations over this expensive time of the year. I thank you for your support of free speech generally, and this blog in particular.

And so, back to work exposing the fraud, cronyism and corruption at bent Labour Sandwell Council!

Foul-Mouthed Bill's Mega Rant

Hell hath no fury like a Billy scorned as we all saw at the last full Council meeting! One of the vilest people I have ever met let fly at "the Tories", but now read on ...

Many new readers are finding this blog and so it is worth describing the pathetic joke that is Cllr [lol!] Bill Gavan (Labour ????, Langley) summarising some of the past revelations in this Blog.

Like so many of the really awful Labour Councillors at bent Sandwell, Billy Boy is a massive rimmer of Tom Watson (former lardarse and Deputy Leader of the Labour Party) - see also, for example, Cllr Paul "The Cipher" Moore. Potty-mouthed Bill claims to be a business man but has been involved in so many disolved companies this Blog named him "Alka Seltzer".

Immediately after Billy was elected, a mysterious "William Gavan" made a donation of £5,000 to Labour. Suddenly Billy Boy was handed positions within the bent Council so that he qualified for "additional responsibility" payments from us taxpayers greatly exceeding £5,000. This wee timorous beastie has consisently refused to confirm that he is one and the same person as the mystery "donor".

Like the wimpish Moore, Gavan masquerades as some sort of "hard man" but is a snivelling coward - always desperate to sneak into Oldbury Council House (OCH) via the rear entrance to avoid members of the public and journalists. Here he is avoiding the Brandhall demo outside OCH in December and trying to creep in unnoticed (again):

Gavan became Watson's personal manservant when The Rutting Walrus deigned to visit his constituency and also acted as his chauffeur. On one infamous occasion he was seen trying to run alongside a cycling Twatson should he be required at some point to, metaphorically, kiss the "royal" ring!

Residents of Langley should be aware that Billy is very keen on the destruction of Lion Farm Fields despite what is said below. He infamously boasted how he would attend a public meeting at St James's Church some years ago when he would "tell local people the truth" about the bent Labour deal to wreck the Fields, which he was fully supporting. But he p*ssed his pants at the last minute and failed to show up.

I was present when Billy flounced out of a meeting at OCH saying he was leaving the Labour Party. He was quoted as saying, wait for it, wait for it,

"I've have never been on the left. I'm an equalities man. I campaigned for gay equalities most of my life and there is more chance of equality under the Conservatives".

At some point this smear changed his mind and decided to stay with Labour. Then he, er changed his mind again and actually joined the Tories via their website. But the local Conservative Party quite rightly did not want evil scum like Billy on board and immediately barred him from membership - ROFLMAO!

During the last full Council meeting Gavan bowled an underarm ball to Councillor Millard to boast how the multi-million pound fiasco that is the Birmingham Commonwealth Games is on track (for mammoth losses). It was Gavan, of course, who was completely stumped a couple of years ago when he couldn't say what bent Labour would do with the soon-to-be redundant, listed, Thimblemill Baths for the simple reason that he and the comrades hadn't got a scooby doo. They had not given this key part of the non-existent plan "lol" a thought in the rush to destroy Londonderry Fields. Gavan muttered that they would consider some sort of "community use" for the redundant baths. Expect another mega-bill taxpayers of Sadders!

In a debate later on whether there should be free parking at weekends near Sandwell High Streets to help local shops Billy went violently off-piste and suddenly started raving about Universal Credit instead. Bearing in mind his constant support for the destruction of Lion Farm, he suddenly accused Labour's proposed developer of being a Tory Donor. This is something that this blog disclosed YEARS ago and which was fully known by the likes of Labour Cllr's Hackett, Moore, Eling and others when they clamoured to (again metaphorically) repeatedly fellate developer Jeremy Knight Adams (since 2012)! Billy was snarling and incoherently ranting at the Conservative Councillors - the very one's he had joined before they said "no thanks".

And so, lest we forget when Gavan is posturing as being anti-Tory, here is the memo this **** sent to Surjit Tour on 30th December, 2019 (nb the Freidian slip in the saluation lol!):

Lisa McNally Savages Oliver Knight

Who is Oliver Knight? An employee of the bent Labour Council for many years (some say over 20). He works on what should be the all-important internal audit team at corrupt Sandwell - the same team which was, for example, unaware of bent deals going through the Council, content to see their work trashed (eg in the Hackett Standards disaster) and happy to accept the status quo as miscreants were paid huge sums to leave subject to confidentiality agreements.

Until now Knight has been portrayed to the outside world as a model of efficiency and probity - until, that is, Sandwell's controversial Director of Public Health, Lisa McNally (posts passim), failed to mute herself during a video meeting involving the whole of Sandwell's staff!

Before you take a look at the video, kindly supplied by a concerned Sandwell employee and widely circulated on social media, it shows a bloke droning on about pensions. Suddenly McNally is heard slagging off Knight to the entire staff. The video shows another woman looking increasingly startled. I am told she may be Sue Stanhope (?) but it is well worth watching as her facial expressions are "comedy gold" when she realises what is happening:

Just in case you can't make it out on the video (which is slightly unclear), McNally says to a third party:

"It [sic] clearly can't trust any process that continues with Oliver Knight having editorial control"

This raises a number of issues. Firstly, although McNally is an employee at Director-level (despite her extraordinary threat to the High Court that she would leave her job if it didn't grant her an injunction against me - which she didn't), one imagines that she ought to be quite busy just before Christmas with the Omicron variant raising its ugly head. What is she doing seemingly interfering in internal audit matters?

Secondly, is what McNally says true? If it is, Knight has been heavily involved in supposedly investigating much of what has been reported in this blog over several years. This may mean that numerous investigations need to be reopened at massive public expense. If it is not, there needs to be some sort of public reassurance from the Interim Chief Executive that McNally's statement is untrue since if a Director doesn't trust a lead investigator why should the public?

Thirdly, what was the role of Surjit Tour in all this? Stanhope (or whoever it is) cuts the sound off at a crucial moment when McNally states "Surjit repeatedly asserted that ...". If that guy is involved here we need to know more!

(We know from the disastrous Court case where McNally f*cked Sandwell people for over £100k - when she earns over £105k per annum - that she conspired with Tour, among others, to bring her malicious action. Are these two conspiring on other issues too?)

Another Walker Grange Photo Disgrace!

I am disgusted at the following picture. Unfortunately I have already fallen foul of the brilliant Walker Grange protesters since I was shocked that they would so readily lick the Labour arse that sh*t on them. Bent Sandwell Labour had a property play going on. They wanted to close Walker Grange and sell the land - end of. They were taken aback by the ferocity of the excellent campaign against this. The splendid protest group won through, but on the way inexplicably started rimming Rajbir Singh (remember him - lol?)

I was actually in the Council Chamber with many of the protesters at the appalling full Council meeting in Octover, 2021 - the one where Mayor Mushtaq Hussain lost control and stormed out (an act for which he is still refusing to apologise). At that meeting, the Tories (led on this matter by the excellent Cllr Archer Williams, a trooper in the Save Walger Grange campaign) tried to have an option for complete closure of the Home removed from considerations of its future. This was OPPOSED by most of the Labour Councillors present including:

Kerrie Carmichael, Bob Piper, Ahmad Bostan, Suzanne Hartwell, Walsall-resident Iqbal Padda, Zahoor Ahmed (who owns two houses), Maria Crompton and Karen Simms.

These people hated the residents and campaigners so much they sat and voted against their interests with many of them sat in the public gallery!

Yet, incredibly, when the whole bent deal collapsed, the Walker Grange folk allowed these cynical Labour scum to celebrate with them and get a photo opportunity for the useless local media. Take a look at the photo and match the blue arrows to the names set out above. It's a shocker even by Sandwell standards!

Bogus Dogus Latest

Here are words I thought I would never write - Hurrah, hats off to The Guardian!

At the last General Election, thick as mince Jeremy Corbyn forced West Bromwich East to accept Londoner Ibrahim "Bogus" Dogus as the Labour candidate to replace Twatson, who had run away. There are some fruity stories about Bogus circulating on the internet (which. of course, may well be untrue) but one true story is that he tried to get his auntie to smuggle some money out of the country in a pair of socks - see my classic video: "Show Us Your Socks Ibrahim Dogus!":

Bogus didn't even know where WBE is and some local Labour people like prissy Liam Preece were apoplectic that the Londoner was selected - but most of Preece's "comrades" started rimming the famous restauranteur immediately.

Incredibly, 15,211 local masturbators in West Brom chose to ignore the facts about Bogus and preferred the Londoner to a local candidate. The thick Labour comrades actually held a party with him to celebrate his brilliant campaign overlooking the fact that he, er, LOST to local dynamo, Nicola Richards.

Even now, the (metaphorical) fellatio continues as local Labour folk simultaneously ejaculate when he deigns to send dirt-poor grovelling locals some cans of beans and bog rolls up from London. And mystery surrounds his true position as no-one locally is prepared to say that he has been told to "do one" and the question remains whether this joke is still Labour's proposed candidate for the next election?

Bogus and his wife have important business connections in Turkey yet he parades his alleged poverty whilst spending large sums on boosting his own profile. He was caught out before the last election as being a poor payer of the staff of his three restaurants near the London Eye. Whilst the Jezzatollah was demanding £15 an hour for Macdonald's staff, he claimed to me he would struggle to pay £10 an hour to his staff IN CENTRAL LONDON (something else 15,211 "socialists" in West Brom clearly didn't give a sh*t about!)

My friend Ian alerted me to Bogus's appearance the other night on ITN - again pleading poverty. This supposed "millionaire" was moaning about the increased fuel bills for his restaurants. And the Guardian did the same story - although adding that Dogus had been filling his boots with taxpayers' money during lockdowns etc. There was no mention in either piece (which were both clearly designed to get the Tory Government to take action) that Bogus is a Labour Councillor in Lambeth nor - possibly - still the Labour candidate in WBE!

I complained to both news organisations about their failure to mention his political status. I await a response from ITN but the Guardian responded almost immediately. The piece, they said, had been written by an energy correspondent who didn't know Bogus's status, rather than a political journalist, and I was thanked for pointing out his political connections. Very fairly, the internet version was immediately amended to show his status as a Lambeth (London) Councillor:

Kim Bromley-Derry & Tour Shaft FOIA  Applicants

I don't know who dreamt this stunt up (although I could make a pretty good guess) and I am not sure when bent Labour started this latest episode of illegality, but it has been on the go under Interim Chief Exec Bromley-Derry and Sadwell's Head of Legal [sic] Surjit Tour.

Of course, Labour have pissed all over the people of Sadders in respect of Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Requests (ask Carol White in Wednesbury) but now KBD and Tour are blatantly subverting the legal rules.

The Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) set out detailed notes of guidance for local authorities to follow. When the Council (in this case) respond, the person making the FOIA request has 40 (forty) WORKING days to consider their position and, if applicable, request an Internal Review of the original response. 

Bent Labour unilaterally and unlawfully changed this to 14 days! I duly wrote to the Information Commissioner complaining yet again about the corruption surrounding SMBC and FOIA Requests. A response from the ICO confirms my interpretation of the position and stating:

"I have contacted the council directly to make it aware that its current processes are not in line with the code of practice. The Commissioner has made it clear to the council that it expects it to accept any request for internal review made within 40 days [after] the council's initial request was issued."

If you have been caught up in this appalling scam write to SMBC immediately and demand that an Internal Review of each relevant request begins forthwith!

Incidentally, KBD and Tour are also playing silly buggers with my ordinary requests for information. Bromley-Derry continues to prevent the mega-expensive press office from dealing with legitimate press requests and where I make an inocuous request for information he converts it into a FOIA request with all the additional costs to the taxpayer that entails. I also complained about this waste of public money and the ICO responed:

The Commissioners guidance states that a public authority does not have to treat every enquiry formally as a request under the Act. It will often be more sensible and provide better customer service to deal with it as a normal customer enquiry under usual customer service procedures. This is because the statutory timeframe for providing a response under the FOIA is 20 working days and, if a public authority can provide the information quicker, it should do so."

Given how much Bromley-Derry is being paid for his temprary gig I don't suppose he cares if money is chucked down the drain but he does need to comply with THE LAW!

And Finally, Spellar's Rimmer-in-Chief Needs Cash!

One set of "essential" businesses said to have done very well during Covid are builders merchants (presumably ones that don't deal with Tricky Dicky Marshall), DIY goods suppliers etc. Thus I was somewhat surprised to see that a regular recipient of (Tory) Governement largesse during the pandemic was Warley Hardware Centre Limited, just down the High Street in Smethwick from the Gurdwara. 

This is one of the businesses in which Labour National Executive Committee member and Spellar/Twatson poodle, Gurinder Singh Josan, is involved. I am told that Gurinder is a wealthy man (and I have had the pleasure of travelling in his big plush motor) and so I wrote to him asking why this business needed grants/loans from the excellent schemes the Tories set-up. Answer came there none ...
