First a Tractor Nicked - Now a £30k Shredder! (+ More!)

Remember the infamous story of a small tractor being nicked at bent Labour Sandwell Council? You might think the muppets might be more careful with taxpayers' property after that escapade, but rumours have reached The Skidder from multiple sources of a theft from the Taylors Lane Depot this week.

Sources say that on Tuesday morning the security barrier was left open at Taylors Lane. Coincidentally - and luckily for the thief - the CCTV was said to be "out of order". It is claimed that someone just drove in and nicked the £30,000 item without anyone noticing! Inside info????

I contacted the bent Council about this yesterday on your behalf, but they have declined to comment.

Tipton Cemetery Scandal Latest

The Coroner's Office has confirmed to The Skidder that he will not be investigating the bones in the skip scandal revealed exclusively via this blog in August:

The Coroner has now referred me to Sandwell Council and so enquiries are in hand as to what the hell happened here. An unconfirmed report states that both adult and infant bones were tossed in the skip. One would have thought bent Labour would have issued a statement on this given serious public concerns but not a bit of it. I will keep you posted on this folks.

This week's cabinet

More to come on this but many of you will have seen that bent Labour have passed the plan to destroy yet more green space in Sandwell - this time at Brandhall. Residents vow to continue the battle to save the site from development.

Also to come - the corrupt relationship between Labour and Sandwell's second-rate College is alive and well. Following on from the Labour decision to sell the Gas Showroom site in West Bromwich to the sleazy College in April (seemingly unquestioned by Tory Councillors even though I raised the obvious concerns with them) Labour have now decided to sell a valuable car park to them for £1 - yes, that's one pound! And then Dim Kez and Co have the gall to complain that the corrupt Council is skint!!!!

Cllr Dies

Cllr Ann Shackleton died this week. The long-serving Councillor rose to Cabinet status in some of the worst periods of Labour corruption but disgracefully kept her mouth - and seemingly her eyes and ears - firmly shut throughout. Just by way of one of many examples, she was in the infamous Cabinet meeting of November, 2017 and supported the appalling Eling when he tried to give retrospective legality to the bent Lion Farm deal. Another "credit" to the Borough.

Dr Shiyas Basheer & MOHS

I know that many of you have not read the long and rather technical blogs about the corrupt Lisa McNally case but I have today been able to corroborate some details. With the taxpayer funding her, greedy McNally decided to try and screw me for £10k "damages" as well. The SMBC lawyers involved in the corrupt case didn't obtain an independent medical report. Rather, disgraced former Chief Executive David Stevens instructed this joker to prepare "medical evidence". He is a Consultant Occupational Health physician working FOR SMBC at the time and so not independent in any way, and he duly turned out a pile of complete sh*t. It is not yet known how much Stevens paid him (or MOHS) for his hatchet job on me. Incredibly, the lawyers served the "report" as evidence before the High Court.

Dr Shyster also recommended that McNally should have counselling via MOHS Workplace Health - the cost of which would have been passed onto me if I had lost the case. I wrote to MOHS in October trying to find out their relationship with Basheer but they didn't respond. They have finally stated today:

"I can confirm that Dr Basheer works for MOHS as a self-employed Occupational Health Physician. MOHS have provided Occupational Health to Sandwell Council which included Dr Basheer’s services."

So everyone was trying to make money out of me here in this attempted stitch-up. Needless to say I am filing a report with the General Medical Council.

Lest Bearwood Forgets ...

I was out in the dreary "socialist paradise" of Bearwood (aka "Harborne North") yesterday following up on Labour Cllr Bob Piper's idea that Remembrance weekend should be expanded to include recognition of the sacrifice of our erstwhile allies, the Russians. Here is the leaflet, and I hope the local Berghaus Bolshies will gather this morning for a suitable moment of reflection:

ALTERNATIVE REMEMBRANCE DAY

We are indebted to Abbey Ward Labour Councillor, Comrade Bob Piper, for pointing out last year that our Remembrance Day should not just be about British sacrifice.

Last year, Cllr Volynshchik, exhorted the public to use 11th November to remember the hardships of the Russian people in World War II (presumably including those murdered by their own Great Leader, Comrade Stalin).

Accordingly, please do not use Remembrance Day just to commemorate the British soldiers, sailors and aircrew who gave up their lives on the Somme, at Passchendaele, in the Japanese camps, at Arnhem, on the Atlantic Convoys, in Korea and on The Falklands. Let’s gather instead outside the defunct Bearwood Co-op at the eleventh hour, on the eleventh day of the eleventh month to commemorate the Oleg’s, Anna’s, Igor’s and Svetlana’s of the former Russian Empire.

We will hold a minute’s silence to honour the brave Russians currently slaughtering Ukrainians, committing war crimes and threatening nuclear annihilation.

We shall ask Comrade Piper to attend and deliver an oration on his specialist subjects, the desirability of the destruction of the State of Israel and the forthcoming success of the worldwide proletarian struggle.

As ever, the hate-filled Piper has caught the public's overwhelming appetite to, er, subvert Remembrance Day to reflect a "Corbynist" slant on this solemn National commemoration. What an absolute plank!

(Piper shouted the words "Seig Heil" across a crowded pub when he was Chair of bent Labour Sandwell's Licensing Committee but, as is Labour's approach to misconduct, he received no sanction whatsoever!)

But Trouble at t'Mill ...

The big news in awful Abbey Ward this week, however, is that Cllr Ahmad Bostan has left Labour and is currently standing as an Independent (although rumours abound as to his eventual direction of political travel).

Bostan is a likeable and clever young man who surely has a political future. He rather spoilt his initial tenure by inane ranting at Council meetings and needs to adopt a more considered and cleverer approach in future.

No doubt the reasons for his departure will become apparent (although the name "Spellar" keeps cropping up in local gossip on the subject). The defection does give Bostan a great opportunity to "spill the beans" on a range of subjects, most notably "Leader" Dim Kez's efforts to stop publication of the Cox Review on the awful Wragge Report. You have my contact details Councillor!

Hub Snub

I was informed that a good community project was underway - with taxpayer-funding natch - in Sh*thole Bearwood at St Mary's Church but I heard rumours that this had gone pear-shaped. This notice on the door yesterday shows that sundry bodies have been kicked out:

I am not sure at the time of writing about Black Country Touring who only moved in relatively recently but it seems the name "Touring" may be appropriate as they search for another home!

No doubt St Mary's and the funders of various projects will explain what has gone on here and, where applicable, what has happened to taxpayers' money. But knowing how supposedly "public" bodies work in the bent Borough told hold your breath for the info!
