Khatun, McNally, Stevens Pay-Off and More!

I can't use the words I want to use about Lisa McNally, the Director of Public Health at bent Labour Sandwell Council, but that arrogant xxxxxxx xxxxx thinks the legal notice at the botton of every Skidder blog post does not apply to her. It does, and to all readers. Can I please urge you to read it! Readers will know that McNally recently brought a vicious and ill-conceived legal case against me. She attempted to get an emergency injunction with a penal notice so that I could be imprisoned if I went with 50m of her - an absurdity noting I had never even met her. Apparently I was a physical threat to her, "Gringo" - her husband, and her friends even though, once again, I have never met or had contact with any of these people! You might have thought that if, simply by me writing about her, she considered herself to be in such danger she would have used the complaints procedure set out very clearly at the bottom of each post. But she apparently thinks she is above the rest of humanity and didn't. She made no complaint whatsoever over a period of many months when she considered I wasn't being nice to her like her claque of grovellers, and then hit me with a draconian legal claim and tried - as she continues to do - to break me financially. As it was she had to withdraw her stupid "emergency" application and a ridiculous claim in respect of data protection rights relating to stuff she herself put on Twitter!

McNally continued with an injunction claim on the basis that bent Labour Sandwell would unlawfully fund her case. In other words, she expected - and still expects - you c**** to pay for her even though she earns between £105,000 and £109,999 per annum plus gold-plated pension.

Indeed, even though her claim was knocked out at first base at the High Court in London she is still expecting you to pay both her legal costs and mine. The supposedly independent Auditor, Mark Stocks, at Grant Thornton, is well aware of the unlawful nature of Labour's game here but is seemingly doing nothing to stop MvNally's outrageous misuse of public funds. Maria Crompton (ex-Labour Leader) and Rajbir Singh (current Labour "leader") have also been well aware of the unlawful expenditure for some time. And guess what, the person at bent Sandwell who will have to sign off the unlawful payment is the (Interim) s.151 Officer - who just happens to be the sister of one of the three solicitors responsible for this malicious fiasco.

I know the 10 new Conservative Councillors are asking questions about the conduct of McNally and others in this affair. So should all residents of the benighted Borough of Sadders.

Nicola Exclusion Follow-up

After my post last night about West Brom East MP Nicola Richards being barred from attending a Conservative Group meeting at Oldbury Council House a Facebook wag joked that Labour must be unused to having a MP in WBE who actually cares about the area, and wants to attend meetings, after Lazy Tom (Watson) "lol". So true, so true!

Anyway, the crazed policy failed when Nicola beamed in from cyperspace! What will Labour try next (and see further below about the dirty tricks campaign)?

A belated thank you!

It is extremely unusual for the Labour Party to communicate with me (although they sent two officials to my home to interview me about Squealing Eling) and I have forgotten my manners as this sort of thing is so rare. I was sent an email purporting to be from Cllr "Puffing" Jenny Chidley to Sandwell Labour about her occassional use of cannabis which I wrote about in my post, "Labour Have Literally Gone to Pot!" My problem was to ascertain whether the email was genuine and I am very grateful to the then Secretary of the Labour Group for confirming its authenticity. Perhaps we should work together more often ...

On the subject of The Squealer ...

I know Bearwood folk are - generally - the most unpleasant folk in Sadders but former Labour "Leader" "lol" Steve "Squealing" Eling (aka The Milkman) and his wife - mysteriously a member of Abbey Ward - seemingly hated local scum so much they lived much of the time in a pretty Derbyshire village (blogs passim ad nauseum - and see legal notice below). Readers with long memories will recall that when I found out, Eling managed to get the records altered on a number of electronic address search sites (like 192) so that there was no online trace of him at the address! But your favourite newshound trekked up to the Derbyshire Public Records Office in Matlock and found the original paper records confirming the squirming Squealer's residence (proper journalism as ever).

I mention this as I noticed recently that the new Labour Party Regional Director, Richard Oliver (the bloke who forced infamous Labour masturbator John Tipper onto the candidate list in the May elections where he promptly lost), lives in a nearby village. I don't know what possessed me to look at the Google Earth image of the Squealer's village but, blow me down with a feather, Milko has also got the mighty GOOGLE to block-out the image of his dacha! Here is (mostly) what you now see:

How this pathetic man has managed to persuade Google to do this is astounding. As it is, if you knew the name of the village, the property - otherwise anonymous - now sticks out like the proverbial dog's b*lls!!!!! Still, The Squealer never was very bright ...

Time for redundancies in the bent paid service?

There are a number of corrupt employees within Sandwell Council's bent paid service. The net is tightening on some of them. In the meantime, I am being told that managers are ordering junior staff not to cooperate with the new Conservative councillors. If you are an employee being put in this position you should expose the managers via SMBC's whistleblowing procedure. I know that some staff are too scared to use that procedure which is hardly surprising given Labour's thuggish conduct and the behaviour of Jan Britton and David Stevens. Many of you have told me that you do not want to raise this with union officials either which is hardly surprising given their close political affiliations with bent Sandwell Labour. You can always contact The Skidder (details below) and I have put in a number of anonymous complaints for frightened employees in the LABOUR (yes, LABOUR) dictatorship. Keep records of any wrongdoing folks - you may need it one day. Alternatively, carry on with your misconduct and risk losing your job ...

In any event the Council has managed to function despite large numbers of staff leaving their posts to join the expensive "own brand" Sandwell Track and Trace scheme. This begs the question whether their previous "jobs" were really proper jobs in the first place and whether - as we come to terms with Covid (hopefully) - they should be made redundant and save the taxpayer some dosh. Given the general level of incompetence alone, there is clearly room for a clear-out here.

Arse-slapping

This is really odd. I wrote some time ago about the allegation that a manager at SMBC slapped a female colleague on the arse. I have the name of the alleged offender. The bent paid service claim to have investigated the allegation "thoroughly" and are adamant it did not happen and yet, just this week, another employee contacted me and swears that it did! Can anyone shed any light on this mystery?

County Lines

A fascinating call was received this week with lots of stories about the Bent Blues. The seemingly-knowledgeable caller told me that much of the violence in sh*thole West Brom was due to warring drug-sellers based at Sandwell College, the kids having been recruited to so-called "County Lines" operations. Any further information gratefully received.

Labour Scum Get Special Treatment.

Talking of the Bent Blues, they were instrumental in the Lying Lucy Cashmore saga. Cllr Cashmore raked in four years worth of Councillor allowances from us taxpayers when she was not eligible to even stand. Lying Lucy gave the address of her parents in Smethwick claiming that she was resident there when, in fact, she was living with her husband (an employee of the bent Council) in South Birmingham. The Bent Blues "confirmed" her address by visiting on, wait for it, a pre-arranged appointment when, surprise, surprise, she just happened to be there. Her parents were, of course, also prominent Labour Councillors and close friends of "Dickhead" Darren Cooper - Linda and Roger Horton. They maintained a stony silence and continued spouting about "socialist values" whilst their grasping daughter f*cked us all over.

These scumbags should have been hounded out of this sick, sick, local authority but instead they were, er, REWARDED! Linda was made Mayor and could not have tarnished the regalia more if she had defecated on it. And Trappist Rog has now been made a Freeman of the Borough! The Mayor (not the current one) even trooped round to make the award at the very house where their daughter had falsely claimed she was living and they stayed schtum to ensure the money kept rolling in.

That's the Sandwell Labour way - sh*t on you and then rub your faces in it too!

And then there are Labour Cllrs Syeda Khatun and Tagger who are both ill. They want the full Council to agree at the meeting on Monday night to give them a six-month further leave of absence. Labour are only too willing to do this since they are afraid of fighting two by elections given their recent dramatic failures.

I don't really know the position regarding Cllr Tagger and cannot really comment but the 10 Conservative Councillors probably won't want to appear hard-hearted and vote against the extension (unless they have information I don't). But Khatun is a different kettle of fish.

Khatun, the constant companion of the brutish former Cllr, Derek Rowley, expects sympathy and special treatment. She may have got that but for her appalling conduct in the past. Incidentally the Bent Blues crop up again here in that they failed to take any action against Rowley when he was "arranging the sale" of Council property via his mate's Facebook page! (Blogs passim and see legal notice below). (There is also a convoluted story about an alibi but that is not for today.)

My question is why, despite your illness, you think you are entitled to special treatment at SMBC given your own appalling behaviour and attempts to undermine the democratic process.

In particular, you had to leave your Cabinet post when it was discovered that you conspired with Eling, Britton and others and attempted to subvert the standards process in the Hackett affair (indeed you succeeded, although the fake evidence is now being exposed).

Further you were the principal figure in having me unlawfully excluded from a Council meeting and then did not have the guts to admit it, so that I had to bring High Court proceedings against SMBC to obtain redress.

I appreciate that Labour Group meetings have been online and easier for you but am told that you managed to attend them and continued to try to bring down your own local Party leadership.

Given your disgraceful conduct would it not be more appropriate for you to simply resign your seat? I hope that will give you the time and space to recover your health.

I hope the Tory Councillors will at least abstain on Monday since someone needs to make a stand against these people who expect favours when they caused so much harm (the Hackett saga alone has cost us taxpayers at least half a million pounds - so far!)

Khatun is said to have amassed considerable wealth from her unstinting charity work (her organisations often receiving generous funding from. er, Labour Sandwell Council itself) and so I hope she can arrange some private medical treatment to aid her recovery.

Breaking News - MP Nicola Barred from Meeting at OCH!

The night before full Council meetings sees the Labour Group gather at Oldbury Council House (OCH) for the "Labour Group meeting". Us taxpayers pay for the heating and lighting of the building plus security staff.

Labour also use their meetings to hold their elections for Leader and so there is, presumably, a further expense to us mugs for someone to clean the blood from the carpet! Thus officials from Regional Office - ie outside Party figures who are not Councillors - troop in carrying a large wooden ballot box.

With this ghastly dictatorship finally collapsing the Conservatives now have 10 Councillors and tonight they claimed their right as an official opposition to hold their meeting at the Oldbury Kremlin. But officials at the bent Labour Council have barred local MP Nicola Richards from attending!

The Labour Council is vicious and vindictive and say that as Nicola is not a Councillor she cannot attend. So one rule for Labour and another for everyone they hate. I trust this means they will be holding their internal elections elsewhere from now on, or without the Party goons present. Just how pathetic and petty can Labour get?

A press release from the Conservatives about this farce includes the following:

'Nicola was due to meet with the opposition councillors to discuss, amongst other things, the opposition's response to the recent SEND scandals [the tender for taxis etc for special needs residents], potential bin strikes, Covid-19, a 20,000 person festival in Sandwell Valley and the impending departure/hiring of the chief executive.

However she was told by senior Council officials that MPs were not allowed to meet with councillors within the building.

Ms. Richards, who joined the meeting online, said that: "once again they're closing ranks in Sandwell."

"In the recent local elections, it was clear that residents voted for a strong opposition in the Council chamber. But they're again trying to frustrate the democratic process."

It's not unusual of Sandwell Council to try and make it more difficult for me to represent my constituents but given the severity of the state of the Council, this is appalling."

"We cannot do our jobs representing the people of Sandwell properly and talking about the big issues of the day."

Councillor David Fisher, leader of the opposition, said: "this is a reminder that the dark days of the backroom dealings are still here."

"By forcing us out of the Council, it's only strengthens our resolve to hold this Council to account so that they they begin delivering for the communities that rely on them."'

More breaking news:

The full Council meeting is, unusually, next Monday night (it was postponed due to Eid). I am told there will be a small demo before the 6pm start protesting about Labour's attempt to destroy yet more green space in Sadders ie. Brandhall Golf Course. Please come along if you support this protest or even if you are just sick to death of Labour concreting over the green lungs of the benighted Borough. Make your views known folks!

At 7.15 on Monday there is an Extraordinary General Meeting of the full Council after the main session in respect of "staff employment matters" which is believed to refer to puppet Labour "Leader" Rajbir Singh's botched sacking of the vile Chief Executive, David Stevens. The Skidder understands that this is being dressed-up as "early retirement", no doubt at considerable expense to taxpayers. He had to be fired but what a fiasco again! And Surjit Tour is still in post!

Technical Blog - Happy Families in the Taxi World!

Bent Labour Sandwell Council are trying to give over £22m worth of SEND contracts to two firms controlled by Azeem Hafeez (blogs passim ad nauseum and see legal notice below). The firms are County Cars (2003) and North Birmingham Travel.

Just for the record, Azeem is the son of ex- Labour Councillor, Mahboob Hussain, who used to run Five Star Taxis and Minibuses Limited with Abdul Qayyum (not to be confused with Abdul Naeem Quyum of Boggate infamy). Abdul is still a Director.

There is a similarly named-company Five Star Taxis (Dudley) Limited whose accounts are nearly four months overdue according to Companies House:

Companies House records show just one Director, Ohmair Qayyum, who is believed to be the son of Abdul Qayyum. He gives the same address as Abdul and if you look carefully enough at the Company House records you will see that both Abdul and Omar were original subscribers to the Company:

But Ohmair is a busy chap since he is also the sole director of Castle Cars (Dudley) Limited:

Meanwhile Azeem's North Birmingham Travel has a Public Service Operator Licence. It is pre-condition to obtaining this type of licence that the Company has a "Transport Manager". Happily his duties at his other firm's can't be too onerous since the Gov.UK website names Ohmair Qayyum as filling that position:

Incidentally, one of the bases used by North Birmingham Travel will be well-known to Skidder readers from exclusives in 2014 and 2015:

Back in the day this site was owned by a Mr Quyam and, wait for it, Abdul Quyyam (same address as the Abdul Quyyam above in Dudley). These gents put in a plamming application to build flats on the site was which was duly provided by bent Labour Sandwell Council. But the chaps got greedy and put in a new application for a much bigger project. Unfortunately, various statutory agencies then objected and the application failed! Oops!

One person who ran a business from the address was Azeem Hafeez. And a curious thing happened when there was a mysterious fire at the property since a police officer was sent off to find the registered keyholder. No, not Mr Quyyam in Dudley but a Mr Mahboob Hussain of McKean Road, Oldbury!

(Bizarrely Castle Cars and Five Star Taxis and Minibuses employ the same Transport Manager, a Mr Ali.)

Five Star Taxis and Minibuses and Castle Cars put in bids for the new SEND contract and got through the first stage. I am sure that there must have been very solid "Chinese Walls" in place to ensure that confidential information was kept away from Omhair Quyyam at North Birmingham Travel and so that there was no "leakage" within the tendering process. It would have been unfortunate if ANY party which got through did the old Sandwell Labour Party fraud of having related parties make fake and unachievable bids so that a favoured one "shines out" for approval (helped along by bent staff in the corrupt paid service), but puppet Labour leader Cllr Ragbir Singh is seemingly claiming (without providing the evidence) that everything was above board. We can all rest easy in our beds and hope that the interconnected firms all prosper from their close ties.

(Incidentally, Cllr Wasim Ali must be greatly enjoying his honeymoon since he missed a second Cabinet meeting last night where bent Labour had to extend the current SEND contract whilst they figure out how to force the Azeem deals through. This saved Wasim from having to declare an interest although, of course, he srongly denies that he has any connection with Mahboob Hussain and Azeem Hafeez).

BREAKING NEWS: McNally v Saunders - Part One

Readers may have noticed that The Skidder has been a bit sporadic in the the last few months and has struggled to provide the usual level of journalism (not to mention even more typos than normal). I have not been able to take some stories on or devote as much time to some as I would have wished.. This is because I have been sued since 11th February, 2021 by bent Labour Sandwell Council's Director of Public Health, Lisa McNally, in the High Court in London. I am now able to confirm that McNally has lost her case against me and, subject to what is said below, faces payment of substantial legal costs.

There are huge political and other implications from this episode and I will be calling for Cllrs Rajbir Singh and Maria Crompton to stand down for their part in this affair. I also call for the instant dismissal of the head of the corrupt paid service, David Stevens, plus three SMBC solicitors although, of course, Stevens is already on the way out with a boot applied to his rear.

All this will be fully explained in further posts as this one is to set the scene and to thank certain individuals. This has been an astonishingly stressful time for me and my wife, Linda, who has been steadfast, as ever. What was left of my finances is gone and even though I should recover most of my costs I am now in a parlous financial state. The Skidder is bloodied but unbowed and this latest attempt to close down this journalism and stop you reading the truth about the bent Labour Council has failed.

Many close friends are completely unaware of this legal action. Even The Skidder team ("awesome" as McNally would say) were only informed late in the day. There was a good reason for this since, as we shall see in later posts, McNally and/or SMBC staff were leaking details of the case to Twitter trolls and it was important that my side was "squeaky clean" prior to a hearing in London on 21st June, 2021.

Background

McNally has a personal Twitter account. But she specifically stated on her Twitter profile - until she removed it yesterday or the day before - that she is Director of Public Health in the benighted Borough. She regularly uses the account in "work time" to pass on information about the Covid pandemic (gleaned from SMBC - funded sources) - with the full knowledge of Maria Crompton (a former Labour Leader of bent SMBC), David Stevens and others. As Covid took off she became something of a "celebrity" in the local mainstream media. It is important to note that, legally, she is in a politically-restricted post (where she is officially paid between £105, 000 and £109,999 per annum plus contributions to a gold-plated pension). In other words, she is supposed to stay out of the political arena.

Organisations like the British Medical Association specifically advise their members to avoid criticism of anti-vaxxers and Covid-deniers, finding it generally counter-productive. They are encouraged to bite their tongues and concentrate of relentless positive and educational messages. But McNally - egged on it seems by the likes of Crompton and Stevens - boasted that she would "take them on" (even though most of them are clearly not Sandwell folk). And so I was able to produce to the Court numerous examples where she had insulted and/or mocked these morons despite her position - with the encouragement of the bent Labour Council. Even before Covid she had insulted a fellow Twitter-user with the highly-professional jibe, "Wine + stupid = dickhead".

There were many in Sandwell who were concerned that she was rather too prominent in the media and that her egotism - bouyed by her sycophantic claque - was unseemly, particularly when she increasingly started to stray into what many thought were "political" areas. One Twitter-user did actually accuse her of "liking" the pandemic because of the frequent opportunities it provided for her to appear in the media (I make no comment myself on that - it is merely accurate reportage.)

McNally has not helped herself by blocking on Twitter a number of local Conservatives (see further below) and she even threatened legal action against Nicola Richards MP over a spat about a meeting! As recently as July 8th someone who appears to be a local Young Tory (if that is not a contradiction in terms like "Socialist Worker") raised this:

This prompted a response from new Conservative Cllr William Gill (Great Bridge) that she had also blocked a number of local Tories including some who are now Councillors at Sandwell e.g. Scott Chapman (Friar Park).

Regular readers will know that bent Labour Sandwell put aside £300,000 of YOUR money to shaft me and this blog but, having blown £50,000 a couple of years ago, they were advised that there was no cause of action against me. But they sat on the money rather than spend it on starving kids in case they got another shot at me.

McNally had three/four main beefs about me. Firstly, in the midst of the Covid pandemic she put up a video about her own self-confessed history of very serious mental health problems. She claimed, wrongly, that I was mocking and denigrating her mental health condition(s) in this blog whereas I have done no such thing. I questioned whether her publication of the video was appropriate at a time when the people of Sandwell were facing the greatest existential threat since WWII. Very many people did not agree with my comments and I was duly hammered on social media but it was my honestly held opinion - which in a country that claims to allow free speech, I was allowed to express. Indeed, I even specifically stated that my view was not fashionable these days and many would disagree with it. And critics were entitled to respond - which they did (although McNally's media pals like Makin and Haynes also deliberately tried to cause me and this blog further harm).

Following this, McNally blocked me on Twitter. Fair enough. But she went further and started blocking people who followed me or interacted with me on that social media platform. Her second complaint was that I wrote disparagingly about this strange and very unusual behaviour (I produced a number of examples to the Court where other people were complaining vociferously that she was blocking them from the very information on her PRIVATE twitter account which she claims is "essential" public health information).

Claim three was in respect of my posts stating that although she is often referred to as "Dr Lisa McNally" she is not a medical practioner (i.e. a GMC- registered doctor) but is allowed to use the title "Dr" because she has a PhD. I explained all this very carefully and made it quite clear that she WAS qualified to be a Director of Public Health (which does not require GMC registration). My blog was actually about her (political?) campaign where she tried to get the general public to back teachers jumping the queue for vaccination when that was not the policy advocated by top Government scientists. My point was that she was not an expert in this particular area (vaccination priority) whereas the JCVI and others are and her comments must be viewed accordingly. She took this as a slight on her, but as it was all absolutely true she was unable to sue me for defamation (libel).

A bizarre, subsidiary, fourth issue was that I made a formal complaint to SMBC about what I perceived as her political commentary when she is in a restricted post and that whilst her views may be supported by moronic Labour sheep (e.g. the Haranguing Hamster, Cllr Carmichael, tweeted support for teacher vaccination priority) her views did not, in fact, reflect official Labour policy even in her own Council!

McNally could not sue me for libel as all factual comment was, er, true. She stated that she "thought about" handing in her resignation on 27th January, 2021 but was persuaded by David Stevens and our old friend Surjit Tour (a solicitor and the bent Borough's higly controversial "head of legal") to sue me instead. This pair hit on the idea of suing me for "harassment" and, even more bizarrely, for a supposed data protection breach relating to comment on the video she, herself, published on Twitter. It is not clear, and we may never know, whether McNally is just another self-proclaimed feminist who was manipulated by two duplicitous men to do their bidding or whether her inflated ego was such that she now thought she was "Queen Bee" at Sadders and she wanted the kudos of being the one who "took me down".

Whatever the motivation, McNally decided to really screw me and sought:

1 An emergency injunction with penal notice attached;

2 A full "permanent" injunction;

3 A claim for breach of her data protection rights; and

4 Damages for alleged effects my writing supposedly had on her health.

In civil cases these days the claim has to be set out in writing in a letter first - a "Protocol Letter". This was duly sent to me but it was immediately apparent that three SMBC solicitors involved were intent on destroying me too, even though they were purporting to "act" for McNally in her personal capacity. Of course, McNally could be so vicious and aggressive because Crompton, Stevens, Tour and others at bent Sandwell told her that they would (unlawfully) use YOUR, taxpayers', money to f*ck me over!

There is a 14 day period to reply to the Protocol letter (often extended by agreement to 28 days) and I started correspondence to defend myself immediately whilst trying to get legal advice with my very limited financial means. In cases of this type it is folly to just walk into a local High Street solicitor as they simply do not have the expertise to assist. Bent Sandwell deliberately dumped a 529 page bundle of documents on me knowing full well that, notwithstanding the Covid pandemic, this was going to front-load my legal costs. They reckoned it would cost me a small fortune simply to get proper advice from anyone decent so that I would be forced to cave in straight away. (I will add here that the bundle should have been 530 pages but McNally "missed out" a key document which was favourable to my case, as I will describe in another post about the legal side of this case in due course.)

Some people trying to assist me get legal help spoke to SMBC and so they were fully aware that I was genuinely trying to get representation but McNally malevolently refused to allow me a time extension of a further 14 days. Her "supposed" solicitors at Labour Sandwell issued High Court proceedings on behalf of her in her own personal name and, seemingly, using YOUR money for the issue fees.

Incredibly, McNally told the Court she required an emergency injunction as I was a PHYSICAL threat to her, her family and even her friends and sought an order that I shouldn't be allowed to even go within 50 metres of her. She sought a penal notice (which Sandwell's "brilliant" legal team forgot to serve for 12 days) so that I could be imprisoned if I did so. This was malicious and absurd noting that I have NEVER EVEN MET HER!

Even more incredibly, her star witnesses that I was a physical threat were, wait for it, wait for it, David Stevens and two GMB Union reps, Darren and Sarah James (blogs passim!). Perhaps the most appalling part of this whole attempted stitch-up and really shocking smear campaign (of which more soon) was that Stevens said he had heard (from you know who folks) that I was a pervert who had been "photographing women" in the Oldbury Wetherspoons in December, 2014!!!! (And I don't intend to let that vile lie drop - watch this space.) (As above, Stevens is in the process of being sacked but Rajbir Singh - the new puppet "Leader" knows all about this and other matters relating to this claim and so I will soon make public the letter where I have said to Singh that Stevens must NOT receive any pay-off of our money above his contractual entitlement).

I did get a very good lawyer (see below) and very quickly McNally withdrew her ridiculous emergency injunction application (as a legal curiosity for those interested in such matters, this was done by McNally's QC's clerk throwing in the towel - an extremely odd thing!)

McNally made extraordinary threats to the High Court that unless she won an injunction she would not only give up her job as Director of Public Health at Sandwell but would give up her entire career. I was a lawyer myself back in the day and have never seen such an extraordinary attempt to influence the Court before.

Despite her six-figure salary McNally still expected YOU to indulge her with your money and so fought on, but my brilliant legal team applied to strike out her claim at an early stage. The lawyers told me that McNally's case was doomed to failure but were very well aware that they needed to nip it in the bud since if she dragged matters out to trial, she would bankrupt me long before we got to a full hearing. We duly turned up in London on June 21st for a full day of legal argument and the decision was handed down in my favour this morning. Her claim was struck out at first base, as it were.

Because McNally thinks YOU should pay for her case, YOU were paying for a QC for her plus TWO Sandwell Council Solicitors who travelled to London for the hearing. YOU will no doubt be asking questions about this to puppet Rajbir Singh and bent Labour.

It is fair to say that I got a bit of a kicking from the Judge who considered my oeuvre "peurile" and some comments "unpleasant" but he duly, and properly, upheld by rights as a journalist to comment on matters Sadders, and also good old freedom of speech. (And it was so gratifying that my lawyers were also so protective of these cherished human rights.)

The Judge made one mistake saying that I compared my style to the wonderful "Private Eye" magazine. Alas I do NOT have such brilliant writing skills. I simply aspire and strive to produce journalism anywhere near as good as theirs, but fear that will be one mountain top I shall never reach.

It should be said that McNally also complained about other people "attacking" her on social media and yet has made no attempt to take action against them. Once again with Sadders - sinister political motivation is the motor driving attempts to shut this blog down.

With a vicious emergency injunction application from McNally it was very hard to try and get top-class legal help at short notice. As it happens, I ended up with a choice! I need to mention top-drawer Julian Darrall of Wiggin, Solicitors, who looked over the papers, gave an immediate encouraging view and then said he would be happy to act for me. He is a top guy and so thank you, Julian. As it happened, his offer to act came just 10 minutes after I had agreed terms with the tremendous Mark Lewis.

What can I say about Mark? He is one amazing guy! Our relationship started with him giving me an almighty bollocking for trying to settle matters with bent Sandwell myself! Occasionally he scared me sh*tless and I was his Client! But the two Sandwell solictors who had been so belligerent and vile to me were soon whining that he was too aggressive towards them lol! They don't like it up em, Captain Mainwaring!

I think I might print and frame a couple of his letters to bent Sandwell as they are, indeed, "works of art".

Mark dealt with many high-profile media cases in the phone-hacking saga and has verywide litigation experience. He is a great communicator though his spell-checker sometimes throws up some alarming comments - only yesterday I found that I had actually been defending myself against "McCluskey". He listens to all one's concerns, is a master tactician and was incredibly supportive noting how stressful all this is for the Client. More particularly, he told me from day one that I would win the case and put steel in my spine when I had the occasional panic attack (usually to do with money!)

Local readers will know that Mark was the lawyer for Asif Khan when they subjected Brum Labour Cllr Waseem Zaffar to a crushing and humiliating defeat. (Thanks to Asif and Majid for putting me on to Mark.)

I must take this opportunity to also thank Megan and Johnny from Mark's team who were so efficient with documentation, evidence bundles and so on.

And then there was my incredible barrister, Richard Munden of 5RB Chambers in London.

Richard has worked for a host of millionaire celebs such as Wayne Rooney and J K Rowling yet gave little ol' me exactly the same Rolls Royce service (the UK Bar at its very best). He has a host of big defamation and media cases on his list of greatest hits and it is not difficult to see why. I worked in the law for 18 years and I have never - and I genuinely mean "never" - seen any barrister so thorough with his paperwork. He went through my detailed instructions line by line and took everything on board. He also told me from day one that I would win and maintained that firm advice throughout.

And no flashy nonsense in Court. Armed with a meticulously prepared "skeleton argument" he relentlessly hammered home point after point after point. And yet he was still willing and able to accept input from me during the course of the hearing and, as a Client, you simply can't ask for more than that.

I have to tell you an amusing story noting that Richard frequently deals with celebs. We went to the pub after the hearing - the famous Seven Stars behind the Royal Courts of Justice - and sat down with our beers in a little room with one other bloke in it. We had only been talking two or three minutes and the other chap suddenly asked, "You're not Mr Saunders are you?" It transpired that this lovely fellow is the editor of a well-known national professional publication and an avid reader of The Skidder! We had a good laugh as Richard realised that he was drinking with a "celeb" after all!!!

A great guy. Thanks so much Richard (though I hope I won't need you again anytime soon!)

As I had to keep this all on a "need to know basis" due to the leaks from the McNally camp most friends know nothing about all this. I hope the level of stress I have been under excuses any grumpiness (even worse than normal) and explains sudden cancellations of meets etc. Thanks to Ann Dibble (a rock as usual) and to Ann Wright, who even sought divine assistance for The Skidder cause.

I will get a few quid back so we will have a little drinky y'all!

Skidder Exclusive - Scarrott's Cop "Lover" Named!

There has been outrage that bent Labour Sandwell Council are trying to give a contract worth over £22m to Azeem Hafeez who featured so heavily in the (useless) Wragge Report into Labour corruption. But what of others who featured in that same Report whose only sanction, if any, was to be kicked out - eventually?

I have to provide a very short bit of background for newer readers but Sandwell Labour enjoy a corrupt relationship with the local Bent Blues, West Midlands Police. The Bents started a fraud investigation into Labour corruption but then a very high-ranking officer - believed to be at Assistand Chief Constable level at least - pulled the team off in favour of, wait for it, an "independent" solicitor, with no investigatory powers, writing a report just on some of the fraud allegations (what became the farcical "Wragge Report"). The Bents deliberately did not investigate the Lion Farm deal, the Rouf house scandal and a number of other matters which was very "handy" for their pals!

The now disgraced former Sadwell "Chief Executive", Jan Britton, rigged the selection of the person writing the Report and paid way over the odds for it. He got to decide what what was "investigated" and what was not. Of course, Britton did not feature in the Report himself (he who pays the piper calls the tune) even though he was in charge when the frauds and other wrongdoing were going on, right under his nose. His risible "Defence" was that even though he was the top man he didn't know what was going on - a major indictment in itself.

Even though the Wragge Repport cost £181,000 of taxpayers' money (and much, much, more in legal and other costs since) it was useless, not least because the likes of Azeem Hafeez simply refused to be interviewed. Even so, a number of individuals were identified and censured and this blog has campaigned tirelessly for AT LEAST the following to be interviewed in a police station under formal caution as to what, if anything, they knew:

Nick Bubalo, Neeraj Sharma, Adrian Scarrott, Pardip Sharma, David Willetts and, of course, the disgraced Britton.

An aside, did you know that this man has authorised his officers to spend several hours more time interviewing ME under caution in police stations for writing this blog than Azeem Hafeez for alleged fraud (which he strongly denies):

All of the above were eventually, and often belatedly, forced out by Sandwell Labour - some, like Neeraj Sharma, with huge payouts of OUR money. (Bubalo ostensibly left due to ill-health but was "on the way". He recently had a nice earner representing private developers at Sandwell Planning meetings to get the quota of affordable homes on a development REDUCED - which the scumbag Labour Councillors agreed!!!)

It is necessary to provide another brief explanatory note at this stage. Labour are trying to secure various pots of taxpayers' dosh to spend on the six sh*thole towns of Sadders. But, as ever, there is no democratic input into how funds are spent - it is not for you plebs to say how your squalid heaps should be improved. Instead there is an overarching "Super Board" made up mostly of Labour nominees (although the three local Conservative MP's can now provide some proper scrutiny). I will save you the bother of looking at the SMBC webpage relating to the Super Board if you are curious to see who is on it since it doesn't say. Of course, it is the usual Sandwell Labour rimmers who are appointed plus the meetings are then held in, er, secret!

Returning to Mr Adrian Scarrott, when everything was going on - particularly widespread allegations of corruption in respect of council house allocation - he was mysteriously referred to by very many individuals INCLUDING Labour Councillors as being a particular Councillor's "bag man" or similar descriptions. Whatever could they have meant? Whilst I am not suggesting that Scarrott was directly involved in the Labour corruption he was a Director in the bent paid service and should have known what was going on. Like many others at bent Sandwell he was seemingly content to just do what he was told (at best).

Scarrott should, of course, been interviewed under caution by the Bent Blues - at least as a witness to what he knew or didn't know. Even the wretched Wragge Report provided a prima facie case for WMP to interview him. But as I have written on numerous occasions, and as far back as my post, "Scarrott Axed - And Names Named" of 6th October, 2016, our Ade had friends in WMP (blogs passim as nauseum and see legal notice below).

This blog exclusively revealed the boasts of the local police chief at the time, Supt Paul Betts, that he enjoyed "golf and spa" sessions with his "partners" at the deeply corrupt Labour Council and I named Scarrott as one of those he was consorting with. I never named her, but also disclosed that Scarrott was in a "close relationship" with a WMP female Inspector and that they were often seen canoodling in a Sutton Coldfield boozer (my prose on this subject was a little more florid at the time).

It was a touch and go decision whether to name the Inspector at the time since they both had a reasonable expectation of privacy even though Scarrott should have been facing police interview. There was a definite public interest in making public that Scarrott was in a close relationship with a Cop but there was no pressing need to name her. So what has changed?

Bent Labour Sandwell (and WMP for that matter) don't just want to sh*t on you, they want to rub your faces in the ordure. So when Scarrott's cop "girlfriend" moved from Walsall to Sandwell these sick scum made her a member of the Super Board!!!! Both SMBC and WMP let Ade off the hook but, to take the p*ss, now let his "companion" decide how Government money should be allocated to your towns. This is sick beyond belief and something has to be done about this. She must be removed from the Super Board forthwith. Over to you, Chief Constable Dave Thompson.

Inspector Keeley Bevington, CI Sandwell CPU, for it is she, is an operational officer and so I have blanked her from the picture above when the happy couple enjoyed a romantic break in Venice. No wonder Scarrott is smiling - it seems that the ONLY bit of him Keeley hasn't felt is his collar!

(In preparing this post I should say that in the past I have written to Scarrott on a number of occasions and he has always failed to respond. I have also advised WMP Press Office that I would be naming the Officer involved in this sick arrangement).

Tividale By Election - Tomorrow - Is the Labour fix in?

At the 2019 General Election, The Tipton and Tividale Mosque wrote an infamous letter to its worshippers saying that if the Labour candidate did not promise to transfer a piece of the green space next door to the Mosque in Gate Street to it, then they shouldn't vote for him (he subsequently lost). Labour are panic-stricken after losing 9 seats in May so have they now made the offer?

We know Labour are desperate to destroy most of the green space in Sadders (including Lion Farm Fields just down the road from Tivi) so don't be surprised if another bit disappears soon ...

The Labour candidate, Rob Hevican, lives on the other side of the Borough where he made a complaint about a local man using an industrial unit not so long ago. How very bourgeois. Further, and more importantly, he used to WORK for the bent Labour Sandwell Council where he was a massive rimmer of the now disgraced Britton. Like so many of the worms working at Oldbury Council House there is no public record of him ever speaking out about the fraud, corruption and incompetence going on all around him. If you want another grovelling "yes-man" - Rob's the fella.

The nine Tories elected in May are all working like stink and have Labour on the run over the bent taxi deal, the sacking of David Stevens and the Labour cover-up of racism. They have an excellent local candidate in Emma Henlan and she would be a great help as the others continue trying to drain the stinking swamp if you let her.

It will be rather odd if Muslim folk in Tivi vote Labour given that, for many months, the comrades have been trying to prevent local folk from knowing about more anti-Muslim statements made during the preparation of the Wragge Report. Cllrs Rajbir Singh, Paul Moore and others have been preventing the publication of the Stevens (RIP) Review. Local adherents to Islam should be asking bent Labour today why they should trust them, when they are covering up racist statements against their own community!

All right-thinking people are against the racism which the mainstream media have finally clocked still exists in this country, but Tivi folk should look a little closer to home for evidence of this evil.

Turd Excreted in Sandwell???

The News of the Week?

On Monday, The Skidder started to pick up a story that David Stevens, Chief Executive at bent Labour Sandwell Council, has been sacked. The curious thing is that no-one would say anything about this - not even supporters of this blog. Even the Tories knew something but wouldn't let on.

For legal reasons I cannot say what I want to say about this duplicitous bastard, but readers will know that he was "one of the boys" during the reign of his predeccesor, the disgraced Jan Britton. Like Britton he kept his fingerprints off the weapons but he was there at Britton's side when all the sh*t was going down. He was enough to make a vicar's daughter swear lol!

A wise man once told me to "never trust a f*cker" who keeps grinning at you". Creepy Stevens fits the bill. He was the smiling assassin when Britton was kicked out and then assidously applied his tongue to Red Yvonne's arse - rigourously doing all she asked of him. He got into trouble for being over zealous eg. by handing me correspondence relating to a union rep, and made some enemies within the warring Labour Group. But Red Yvonne - with the full knowledge that he had been at Britton's right hand for many years - rigged the recruitment process so that he was confirmed in the top job. There is none so blind as she who cannot see, and as soon as he was on top, with his mate Surjit Tour, it was inevitable that it was Red herself who would soon be on the scrapheap. And Stevens then set about distancing himself from everything he had done at her bidding! (I will tell you much more about this joker when I am able to do so.)

Incidentally, Red objects to me saying that she rigged the selection process whilst confirming that she stopped any consideration of external candidates and that Stevens was on a short-list of ONE! ROFLMAO!

Stevens was not at Oldbury Council House (OCH) yesterday for the Cabinet meeting. The word on the street is that these useless f*ckers tried to sack him but botched the execution. They are now embroiled in "legals" as to his compensation package (OUR money) to finally ease him from the rectum and out of the anus!

If this is true then the question arises whether his friends deliberately cocked everything up? His departure will put pressure on some of the solicitors in the bent paid service who were perfectly prepared to do his bidding.

I wrote to the arrogant puppet now leading the bent Labour Council, Rajbir Singh, as he has PERSONAL knowledge of some things Stevens has been doing. I will explain all in due course but I have warned Singh not to pay Stevens a penny of OUR money over and above his contractual entitlement without a full investigation into his conduct. (I will publish the letter in due course - there are legal reasons why I can't just yet.)

Singh himself is off to a flying start - the bent SEND taxi contracts, the botched sacking of Stevens, and his own continuing cover-up of racism and the other issues arising from his refusal to publish the Wragge Review. I think your offensive arrogance is misplaced matey, and you should grow a pair if you are going to continue in the job!

The other rumour in Oldbury yesterday was that Duplicitous Dave is to be replaced by a "woman". I am assuming that this may be the anonymous Lesley Haggar on an interim basis but we shall see. And this time the Pouting Puppet will have to ensure a full and open recruitment contest to see if anyone out there wants to commit career hari-kari and come to work at the corrupt Labour sh*thole.

It is incredible that Stevens should be sacked and yet Surjit Tour is still in post. And it was an absolute affront to the people of Sandwell that Tour was running the Cabinet meeting yesterday for the bent paid service. He has to go - it's as simple as that.

As with previous "Leaders" of bent Labour Sandwell, Rajbir Singh didn't see the need to enlighten other Councillors of the sacking of Stevens (perhaps to keep a lid on the monumental f*ck-up he has made of it?) He didn't even tell scrutiny councillors attending yesterday's meeting - just take a look at the reaction of Cllr Mabena when I broke the news to him and Shakkers yesterday!

If the leadership treat their own Councillors with such utter contempt, what hope is there for the people of Sadders?

After the meeting I asked Cllrs Taylor and Crompton for quotes on the Stevens sacking but they refused to comment.

We Can't Hear!

I have hearing problems and wrote twice to the now disgraced Jan Britton complaining about the sound system in the Council Chamber. But that scumbag wanted to keep it that way since the comrades don't actually want folk to turn up to public meetings. And it served bent Labour well - try and listen to my recording of the infamous meeting when they discussed the bent Lion Farm deal and deliberately switched off the Council's own recording of (just) that part of the meeting:

At the last Cabinet meeting a tech guy said the sound problem had been sorted and it was indeed a lot better although I was still having a little difficulty. But yesterday, normal non-service was restored. There were three of us in the public gallery and none of us could hear the vast majority of the meeting!

Some of the problems seems to have arisen from councillors simply sitting too far from the microphones and not speaking loudly enough. We could mostly hear the Puppet himself and Cllr Millard but all the rest was very indistinct.

I was trying to do a live commentary on Twitter of the meeting but this was impossible. Indeed I made an error when the Public Health supremo was speaking since she referred to Sandwell being fourth from bottom of a table of West Midlands Councils when it came to hospital admissions due to obesity. In fact, having listened to the recording, she qualified this by saying that the "bottom" of the particular table was inverted so that it was the best position but we could not hear that. Thus a number of the regional councils were worse that Sadders! (Apologies to anyone who read the original Tweet which I have also rectified).

If you watch the Council's video at 24.44 I shouted down that we could not hear. Try and hear what I say and then think of it the other way round to see what we were having to put up with. The arrogant Singh completely ignored me and made no attempt whatsoever to improve the position. After the meeting closed down I shouted down that Labour's failure to deal with this matter was discriminatory to members of the public who were lawfully attending the meeting and to people with hearing difficulties - like me -in particular. I am now communicating with some charities with a view to suing corrupt SMBC as Singh and Co clearly don't give a f*ck about this.

The two gents beside me were equally p*ssed off at having turned up and being treated in this way. One said that he had attended many council meetings at other councils but he was "stunned" [quote] at Rajbir Singh's rude and contemptuous dismissal of a very legitimate complaint!

What is the Point of Cllr Hartwell?

Hartwell has mysteriously risen from obscurity to, er, obscurity. At the last Cabinet meeting she had two agenda items within her brief but passed them straight on to an employee, the Director of Public Health, who made two very lengthy presentations. Same thing yesterday - an item was passed straight to the Health Supremo. There was ANOTHER tech failure with this muppet Council as the slide presentation would not work. After a delay we then listened to a seven minute discourse about local lardarses (and I appreciate given my own grotesque, wobbling, bulk that is the pot calling the ketlle black!)

Perhaps the Pouting Puppet can just ask for the employee presentations from the Chair to save Hartwell and others the bother of having to turn up at all.

Taylor and Padda

One gets excited when Cllr Taylor is called to speak as it is usually a good laugh but we couldn't hear a word she was saying yesterday. Her first stint was about traffic plans for the ludicrous Commonwealth Games which caused some hilarity noting that at the planning committee one Cllr voted against the absurd multi-million pound paddling pool. Yet, days later, the same Cllr had been leant on - sorry, changed her mind after hours of searching her conscience - and voted FOR the absurd project. Step forward "Jack" of No Trades!

I have plenty to tell you soon about Padda but suffice to say here that he was asked three "scrutiny" questions yesterday and was unable to answer any of them - simply mumbling that he would look into the matters raised and report back!

Padda lives in Walsall but claims to live in a sh*thole house not far from OCH (and David Stevens and Surjit Tour have mysteriously poked their noses in to say he lives there, so it must be true!) Yet after last months Cabinet meeting he seems to have had difficulty working out in which direction his home is in lol:

Labour says Diets are OFF!

As above, I am a lardarse as are many Sandwell Councillors. But the new official line from the comrades is that "we don't encourage diets". Hurrah! Apparently dieting is bad according to the new socialist rule book because of the "yo-yo effect" (or with the sound problems yesterday was this Yow-Yow effect?) I wonder if the local dieting clubs and businesses were consulted about this new Sandwell Labour policy?

Alas we cannot just head for the nearest boozer and chippy since we must all eat nutritiously and get more exercise.

There seems to be a new twist to the "policy" of the comrades when it comes to junk-food joints. Despite constant posturing about "banning them" they are ubiquitous across the dismal dystopian urbscape. Some of you will remember the comrades bullsh*tting about this before Cllr Costigan "lol" celebrated the opening of a fried chicken shop in the hell-hole that is Wednesbury!

Sh*tbag councils like bent Sandwell try to bolster their feeble performance by endless awards ceremonies and other mutual masturbation events. Thus they seem to be pivoting away from trying to ban junk take-aways in favour of getting them to offer more nutritiously food (good luck with that down KFC!) And so Sandwell Council "awards certiificates" are apparently being dished out to various places - including, they boasted, a fish and chip shop - for providing healthier options, presumably a limp lettuce leaf with one's dubious meat kebab! Those of us non-experts might reasonably think these "awards" might actively encourage people to go to these places and stock-up in fat and sugar saturated carbs and calories but hey ho.

As ever, all the pathetic rimmer groups who endlessly (metaphorically) fellate the comrades are to be drafted in to this new "campaign". (No mention of "faith leaders" being involved yet but that will surely come as Labour strives for the votes of sundry religious groups). Yesterday the comrades declared war on sugar and advocated healthier food at grease-stops, yet the message has clearly not yet got through to Sandwell Labour's "partners" and rimmers par excellence, the ludicrous, loss-making West Bromwich Town BID (Business Improvement District [sic]). Only yesterday - as Labour were laying down the anti-sugar law - the BID advertised these two "sweet" offers:

Or how about these fatso? (Does the wafer qualify for a Sandwell Labour Healthy Eating Award lol?)

The pathetic BID glorify huge portions if the grossly obese can manage to waddle into West Brom:

As shops shut in crime-ridden West Brom Town (GAP is the latest) the BID have triple orgasms if someone actually sets up a new shop there, and in recent times they have lauded the arrival of several junk food outlets. Perhaps their most bizarre recent Tweet concerns, wait for it, a Covid era "essential takeaway" - Dixy Chicken!!!!! WTF????

And finally,

If flabby folk can't get their huge, chafing legs to move after burger and cookie dough dessert, can they scoot home on the new fleet of scooters littering the pavements. Alas not according to Facebook and the excellent "I Live in West Bromwich Group Page" - even if these things could carry the tonnage locals say that someone has nicked the batteries!
