David Stevens - Coming Up Roses!

The sleazy socialists of bent Labour Sandwell Council may lack the entrepreneurial spirit but some of their employees have a bit more get up and go. We saw that Chief Executive David Stevens's right-hand man, Stuart Lackenby, did very well out of Sandwell whilst working for Dudley Council:

In fact not only did Dudley turn a blind eye to his "serious moonlighting" Walsall Council did the same since he was working for them from August, 2010 to September, 2012 and he submitted his first invoice to Sandwell (or at least it was paid) on 8th September, 2011 via his company Star Support Limited! So he billed the comrades £451,000 from his sideline whilst raking in his salary and pension contributions from us taxpayers.

Some of the calls I get are very strange. Lately people have been deliberately sending me false information although, happily, my readers keep up a steady stream of the real stuff. A while ago someone - male - found out that I was having the odd meeting with Sandwell's new supremo (pictured below with The Squealer) and urged me to "sniff him". He assured me that I would smell Creed aftershave which, he explained, was very expensive. As I am not in the habit of sniffing men, wouldn't recognise the aroma of Creed and probably couldn't register it anyway against my own fragrance of stale p*ss, I let this pass. As it is Mr Stevens denies using it. But maybe I should have been able to smell something else - MONEY!

For now it seems that Dave had an odd set-up of his own back in the day! The new Chief Executive has not up-dated his LinkedIn page yet but this shows that he started at Sadders in March, 2011. Prior to that he says he was an independent consultant for a couple of years.

The job interview with the comrades must have been interesting since our Dave was already in business with the benighted Borough via his and his wife's company, NUI Associates Limited (06299584.) Records on the SMBC website only start at November, 2010 and so it is not clear from the official figures whether he was doing "business" with the "socialists" before then? Before he joined the payroll he invoiced the Council and was paid:

£7,700 07/11/10; £8,250 06/12/10; £5,600 06/01/11; and £7,700  06/02/11.

After joining the invoices and payments continue:

£7,000 06/03/11; £8,050 31/03/11; £8,100 01/05/11; £9,900 01/08/11; £9,450 also 01/08/11, £9,900 01/09/11; £9,900 01/02/12 and £9,900 01/02/12.

Total £101,250

Mr Stevens says that before he joined Jan Britton's bent paid service he was employed as the "Putting People First" - "lol" - programme manager. He was paid via his company (at that time he was the sole shareholder) rather than being employed and billed the Council £44,100 over an unknown period of time. But in March, 2011 he became what he calls on LinkedIn, a "development manger" [sic] but once again he didn't go on the payroll but billed for his time via his company. At that time it was most definitely more tax advantageous to contract via a service company (although he would seemingly not get all the benefits of an employee eg pension contributions.) For some peculiar reason he was not taken on the books again but he declines to say why this was. He was only an interim Manager (rather than director level) but charged a mere £57,000+ for those six/seven months. Not bad in 2011!

From October, 2011 he was given a permanent contract and taken onto the books. The sharp-eyed amongst you will have noticed that some of the payments listed above are dated into 2012 but the new boss insists that this was just late payment of invoices submitted before October, 2011 - not exactly evidence of efficiency from the bent paid service!

On 31st July, 2012 our Dave had a stonking £101,698 in his Company's account. But on 31st March, 2013 - shortly before the end of the personal tax year - he issued 99 shares to his wife against his one so that she now became the "person with significant control". The obvious reasons for this are (a) to hide his involvement in the Company by making it look like his wife's or (b) to save tax by using his wife's tax personal allowances if she had any available (perfectly legal) or (c) both of these things. I have asked Mr Stevens why he did this but he has refused to say.

Our new "Slim Controller" became a service director in September, 2012 in adult social care in September, 2012 just as the man who was to become his trusted lieutenant, Lackenby, was ramping up his bills to Sandwell Council to well over £100,000 per annum. I do not know if Mr Stevens knew Mr Lackenby at this time but as a "service director" one imagines he knew of Star Support and was happy with the service provided, whatever that was.

A curious thing here though is that I have asked Mr Stevens twice in writing if he has ever been in business with Mr Lackenby? Rather than an unambiguous "no" the Skipper says that "he is not going to comment any further" on my questions!

In December, 2015 he became what he calls on LinkedIn (above) an Exectuve [sic] Director for Adult Social Care etc. Again one imagines that he must have been involved in Sandwell's appointment of a "Chief Operating Officer" in adult social care in June, 2016. Happily the succesful candidate was none other than Stuart James Lackenby! The latter's rise through the ranks has been swift.

Mr Lackenby's brother is also in the adult social care business. In the incestuous world of Sandwell Labour the comrades have also been able to find him a job at Walker Grange in Tipton. Hurrah!

The normally business-hating Labour Leader of the shambolic Council, "Red Yvonne" Davies, promoted Dave to the top job, seemingly - and controversially - without any real competitive process. Perhaps she was actually enamoured with Mr S's past business acumen! Break out the Creed!

"My vote for biggest waste of highly paid staff employing consultants to do the 'real' work goes to Neighbourhoods. The Executive Director (Dr Alison Knight*) has 2 Directors (Amy Harhoff and Alan Caddick) working for her and they have 10 Service Managers/Project Directors working for them. All very good until it comes to setting up a housing company to deliver much needed Council housing. Wolverhampton considered this and established WV Living in 2016 which is delivering a number of housing developments but Sandwell prefer to merely talk about it. The latest discussion at Wednesday's Cabinet meeting reviewed a consultant's report by Savills and committed to comission a further follow-up consultants report as to how to set up a housing company. A ridiculous waste of money."

** For those that don't know Savills are a mega-expensive property firm. This comment begs the question why they were not originally instructed to do the whole job!

Comment - why don't SMBC pick up the phone and have a chat with Wolvo before shafting the taxpayer yet again!

Last December, the lumpen proletariat of large parts of Sandwell finally rose up against 46 years of sh*t Labour dictatorship and booted out the hapless candidates Corbyn and Co dumped on them. It is vital that folk don't slip back into the bad old ways and vote in the local elections in May. This is particularly so this year as next year is a "fallow year" ie there are no local elections and so you won't get another chance to build on December's gains for two years.

There are 25 seats up for grabs - the normal 24 (a third of the Council) plus the seat vacated by the untimely death of Cllr Lloyd. The important thing is to get at least five non-Labour candidates elected (if they can work together) since the be.t Labour Group have to then give them more information before meetings increasing the odds of proper scrutiny of their corruption or incompetence.

Realistically there is one big party that needs to get a result but I do commend an independent to you - Wayne Trinder. I have met Wayne and he is a sound bloke. He has been one of the tireless campaigners against the Bescot Sleeper Factory and here is a piece from another of that doughty group, Carol Whitehouse:

Don't forget you Friar Park people - Labour tried to dump Bogus Dogus on you at the general election - a man from London with a very dodgy past. The local comrades were initially upset but even though he crashed to a seismic defeat Hackett, the Giles clan, James and Co were happy to be pictured enjoying his hospitality at the Red Lion recently! They boasted how great it was to meet up with this plank again! Labour have treated Friar Park with utter contempt. You know what to do!

Let's F*ck Business in Sandwell!

The moral bankruptcy of Sandwell Labour Group was on full public display last Wednesday. As this blog has pointed out ad nauseum, the comrades hate business, wealth creation, making profits and capitalism in general. For 46 years they have run Sadders into the ground yet still they mouthe non-sensical "socialist" ideology to justify their absurd stance against the only thing that will lift the sh*thole Borough out of decades of Labour deprivation - a strong local economy.

This blog has referred before to the annual farce when, by law, the socialists are forced to have a statutory meeting with "all persons or bodies which appear to be representative of persons subject to Non-Domestic Rates" on the subject of the proposed budget. Many moons ago I described one such "consultation" with the old wife-beater, Darren Cooper. Only two hated "business" people turned up and it transpired that they were just apparatchiks of the local Chamber of Commerce. After that the general record was for NO-ONE to turn up at all! Just think about that for a moment - of all the businesses large and small in Sadders not a single person wanted to waste time being insulted and patronised by the Labour muppets - and why would they when their hard work and effort is derided by the sneering spongers?

Of course, the new Leader, Cllr "Red Yvonne" Davies is generally an improvement - from an extremely low base - on her two predeccesors (I ignore Steve "Luvvie" Trow's brief and ineffectiual interregnum.) She possesses a brain which is one up on the late Smethwick Scumbag and she lacks the malevolent nature and crazed paranoia of Steve "Squealing" Eling. Upon her coronation I urged her to become an ambassador for bringing business, jobs and money into the benighted Borough. I suggested she should be out and about meeting existing businesses to help them with problems and to urge them to expand locally. I pleaded for her to contact companies across the country (and beyond) to bang the drum for moving to the dog-sh*t smeared streets of the six towns.

Alas "Red Yvonne" subscribes to that perverted left-wing idealogy that promotes only state/soviet- control over the economy with no room for the private sector. In that sense she is possibly even more dangerous to the well-being of the locality that her hapless predeccesors. And what a slap in the face for hard-working businesses and, indeed, their employees. No wonder local folk are finally seeing the light and turning their backs on the failing Labour Party!

Last Wednesday, the consultation was due to take place. I was there with local community activist, Darryl Magher, and the whole Cabinet trooped in with hangers-on like Cllr "Lachrymose" Luke Giles and Cllr Paul "the Cipher" Moore. Some Directors of the Council were present - Darren Carter (soon to feature in a "Skidder Special") and Surjit Tour, the most dangerous man in Sandwell Council - with other staff.

The Cipher and Co paraded a male person into the room with an air of triumph. "Red" Yvonne could not have been more excited if Corbyn-clone Rebecca Long-Bailey herself had walked in! I waited as the guest was asked if he had questions and he started interroragting the comrades about, er, adult social care. This permitted the Leader to start on her favourite - and perhaps only - theme, Tory cuts. Now this threw me into total confusion as I thought this was a meeting about business. Such was my discombobulation I had to grab Darryl's copy of the agenda as I was genuinely unsure whether I was actually in the right meeting!

Now I don't know how this chap came to be present though he has form with Sandwell Labour. Remember when Pol Pot Cooper tried to eradicate the arts and culture in his thuggish Sandwell Year Zero? He and his Labour comrades diverted money from the Arts Festival to employ this chap's dance group to promote Jim Cadman's private statute money-making scheme! These men were paid by us taxpayers to "gold-up" to impersonate The Three Degrees (posts passim.)

I was challenged by Bogus Dogus Rimmer Cllr Jackie Taylor about recording this weird affair and took this opportunity to ask the Leader if the guest was, in fact, a business (non-domestic) ratepayer to which she replied "yes". I questioned this and pointed out that the guest runs a charity which is exempt from paying, er, business rates! Cllr Maria Crompton gamely leapt in to try and help the Leader saying "well he does live here" but I pointed out that this was specifically a statutory meeting for non-domestic rate payers to have their say and he did not, as a matter of fact, fit that bill.

The meeting ended very quickly after this!

(I should say that the guest will not be criticised on this blog for being one of the handfiul of providers of arts throughout the Labour onslaught against such provision over the last five years or so.)

As we left the meeting two Cabinet members kindly stopped for a chat and seemed to be saying that the guests presence was NOT a set-up and that he was nothing to do with the bent Council until I pointed out that Sandwell were actually giving him taxpayers' money! They both expressed incredulity at this. Just for the record he lists his main funders on his website. Number one on the list is, er, Labour Sandwell Council:

So once again the pathetic comrades couldn't get a business person to attend an important meeting - not even the likes of Ninder Johal who will normally attend the opening of a manhole cover (in DJ natch!)

The three Tory MP's - James Morris, Shaun Bailey and Nicola Richards - have to get a grip on all this. They need to take the lead here and start a dialogue to boost business and jobs locally (it goes without saying that Labour's Spellar is as useful as a chocolate teapot - remember nPower etc?) They need to go over the heads of the comrades and get things moving with the business community, the Combined Authority and others. The good news is that they are already at it - here's Nicola out meeting a local employer and taking an interest in what they actually do! A breath of fresh air in the stinking socialist miasma!

LABOUR'S REAL RECORD

There was a rare example of Sandwell Labour finally recognising how sh*t they are at last week's Cabinet - and lightning struck twice! Cllr Joyce Underhill confirmed that after 46 years of Labour dictatorship, "child poverty in Sandwell is statistically one of the highest in England". Cllr Danny Millard also publicly confirmed that after over four decades of "socialism" Sadders is the "12th most deprived area in England."

Proposed solutions include hurling money at the "voluntary sector" - where so much of our dosh has disappeared without any accountability whatsoever in the past - so set up your bent organisations now folks and fill yer boots!

WMCA GET IT WRONG!

I criticised the arrendance of Sandwell Labour at the Board Meeting of local uber-talkshop, West Mids Combined Authority,

It transpires that the WMCA website was inaccurate. Taking the six board meetings in WMCA's "current year" "Red Yvonne" did attend four out of six meetings and sent Cllr Ali along as a sub for a fifth. The Leader informs me that Sadders have a policy of not bothering to send a second delegate - which they are entitled to do. This is not explained but presumably the comrades just can't be arsed.

WMCA's representative writes:

"... I must apologise that our website did contain incorrect information .....I am sorry that the website mislead you..."

Corrections have been made to the WMCA record. This now means that of the last 12 places Sandwell did sent five delegates - still less that 50% attendance.

And Finally:

You have to wonder what it is that the senior managers and directors of Sandwell Council actually DO all day. Some of them are purported to be experts in their own "specialist" areas. And yet whenever a new policy is being delivered the comrades immediately get out the taxpayers' cheque book and employ external "consultants" to advise them as the staff - some on well over £100k a year - are clearly not up to snuff.

But at least that gave us the big laugh of the week last week since it was announced, without irony, that a specialist "parks consultant" has been appointed (at unspecified cost) and this guru has, inter alia, recommended the introduction of "glamping" in local parks. For those that don't know what glamping is, it is posh camping. The bourgeoisie sleep in purpose built/designed shepherd's huts etc in attractive rural locations with all facilities laid on so that they don't have to sh*t in a bucket. This "expert" thinks it will be an attractive proposition to reside in a yurt or similar under the starlit sky with the druggies, muggers and doggers of Sadders. Good luck with that "lol"! As ever, the moronic comrades have bought this total b*llocks.

Spellar & Watson's Pet Shafts Muslim Cllr!

I have made minor amendments to this post following a call from a private individual.

I am genuinely pained to write this. Whilst I have only met him a few times I liked Gurinder Josan and thought we were becoming friends. Yet when I asked him to help me in a matter I was shunned by him as "the Party" must come first. This guy is portraying himself as an all-round "good guy" - "Mr Hope Not Hate" - but when he was asked to shaft a Muslim Councillor he was assiduous in his task.

Josan is a Labour right-winger and an acolyte of John Spellar MP and the former thug who purported to "represent" West Brom East, the vile Tom Watson. It is a widely held view that Watson is - with others - behind a current legal claim against me designed to bankrupt me and to close this blog down. But it was not always thus. Watson used intermediaries - notably former Sandwell Labour Councillor John Tipper - to pump me for information against Mahboob Hussain. Hussain was an all-powerful Sandwell Labour Councillor but individuals within Sandwell Labour decided to bring him down. He was also perceived by Josan and others to have far too much influence within the Muslim community. Watson decided to prepare a dossier and I was approached by a couple of people to assist. I did explain to Tipper that "I would not p*ss on Watson if he was on fire" but there were matters of concern within the Council and so I had a series of very long phone calls with Tipper resulting in the preparation of what Watson described as "a 70-page dossier" against Hussain. This went back to his earlier dealings with the Muslim community in Sandwell as featured in this blog.

I should say for the benefit of general and new readers that Labour have been a sick dictatorship within Sandwell Council holding almost all of the seats but that MP's Spellar and Watson ruled the roost over the hapless leaders - recently, the wife-beater Darren Cooper and Steve "Squealing" Eling (currently suspended by the Labour Party!)

Whilst all this was going on, Spellar and Watson seem to have decided that they needed this blog to write anti-Hussain articles on specific issues. Thus they sent their poodle to do their dirty work against a fellow Labour Party member.

Curiously this was all arranged via a Sandwell Tory whom people knew I trusted. He arranged three meetings for me to meet Josan at the Pret a Manger opposite Snow Hill Station and he came along too. Just let that sink in - Spellar and Watson used a Tory to facilitate an attack on a Labour comrade!

Just too digress for a moment - Gurinder made a quite good joke on one of the occasions. It is extremely rare for me to oversleep but I did on one of the days and just rushed into town. I got to Pret just before Josan and the Tory and explained that I had only just arrived. I commented that I had overslept and not even had time to shave. Josan joked, "you never had to apologise for not shaving to a Sikh man."

Josan himself is a well-turned out man and on each occasion he brought me very neat bundles of documents, all organised, stapled etc - pictured below - which I was told had been prepared "by the Party." They all related to (then) Cllr Mahboob Hussain and I was specifically asked to use them to help bring him down. As with Tipper there was concern expressed about Hussain's role in the Muslim community.

As a non-Party member I would have assumed that this sort of conduct was frowned upon in the rules but in the current shambolic state of the organisation, maybe not! But I understand that Josan is standing for the Party's NEC. No doubt if he is elected he can arrange such dirty-tricks campaigns from on high!

Now the story gets even stranger. The Tory contacted me to say that Josan wanted me to go with him to a Skip Company based at the time on the old Chance Glass site on Spon Lane, Smethwick. There is a murky and sleazy story behind this site as a so-called "trust" was seeking to use this industrial site for what appeared to be a significant property development under the guise of a "heritage project". The Trust tell me everything was above board but, as with everything bent Sandwell Labour touches, this was all shrouded in secrecy and there were more questions than answers. The Labour Dictatorship - especially Squealing Eling - were fully backing this development (immediately adjacent to the M5 flyover) and even allowed the Trust to do a slick promo in the actual Council chamber (which I attended and first started to give me a queasy feeling about what was really going on.)  As ever the local mainstream media lapped it up and speard the Labour propaganda. But a rather significant, er, problem was that the "Trust" didn't actually own any part of the large site. Indeed the Skip Company held a number of leases of various length - including one very long lease - on parts of the site.

The Tory took me to see Gurinder in the office of his sister's accountancy firm in Smethwick. We had to wait sometime as Josan was ringing all his Sikh political contacts as he was anxious to stop comrade Preet Kaur Gill (herself no stranger to rants about alleged Muslim "grooming gangs" targetting the Sikh community) getting a parliamentary berth (which strategy failed.) We then went in Josan's car to the Skip Company. The weird thing here was that Spellar and Watson "ruled" over the Council but Josan was complaining that Sandwell staff (who never act without a political "guiding hand") were intimidating the Skip Company - in effect trying to drive then off the site.

My discussions with the Skip Company are confidential but clearly there was something odd going on with the "trust" project and I started to make enquiries with other backers like the BlackCountry LEP, a well-known national charitable trust etc.

Nothing really happened for a while after that save that the "trust" nonsense started to unravel. But then I heard on the grapevive that the skip company had, in fact, moved off the site (I do not know whether they still hold any leases) which I found to be rather odd. But not as surprising as what happened next - since the Skip Company then generously donated £3,000 to, er, Tom Watson! What is that all about?

It's a funny old world in Sadders isn't it folks!

Jan Britton - No Perjury Charges!

There is no need for the general reader to plough through all the documentation set out below as I will provide details of the salient points. But all the evidence is here. And, as we shall see, this is one of the reasons Jan Britton, the joke former Chief Executive of bent Labour Sandwell Council, was forced out of his job without a pay-off (simply receiving his contractual compensation.) The Council took the view that documentation set out below is evidence of active collusion between (at least) two of the witnesses in my criminal trial - Britton himself and Paul Reeves - and that this was a very serious matter. Indeed they were so concerned at what Britton had done THEY themselves reported the matter to the police - a very rare act of decency by them. But, as we shall also see, Britton's mates at corrupt West Midlands Police (WMP) take a different view.

For any new readers, after the Mayor-Making Ceremony at Oldbury Council House in 2018 I referred to Jan Britton was a "c*cksucker" to a bystander. The comment was overheard and the matter referred to WMP who attended the scene. They were told by Paul Reeves (blogs passim) that I had shouted the word more than once and in front of children - which was a lie on both counts. I left the scene.

In the "real" world, ie outside Sandwell, this should have been the end of the matter. But at this time the then political leader of the Labour Council, Steve "Squealing" Eling was hounding his local Sandwell police puppet Chief Super "Rich" Baker to commence criminal proceedings against me*. Ever anxious to, well you know the word, Britton demanded further action and I was hauled into the police station. Nothing happened and so Britton pressurised his own lower-ranked puppet, Sgt Gary Capewell, to press charges. Despite serious failings in the procedure (set out before in this blog) the cops charged me and the CPS went along with it. Thus I appeared for trial before Dudley Magistrates Court in January, 2019. Jan Britton, Paul Reeves and three other employees gave evidence against me.

In their police statements Britton and Reeves both stated that I had shouted "c*cksucker" at Britton in front of children - a blatant lie as the videos clearly showed. Both then went into the witness box and repeated this lie under oath/affirmation. (The other three council witnesses made no reference to children being present.)

Once the video evidence - which the police and CPS had not bothered to view - was shown to the Court I was immediately acquitted. It turned out that the hearing was not recorded and there was no shorthand transcript but the Clerk to the Court's notes were eventually made available to me showing the references to children being present in the evidence of both men. A number of people in the public gallery also attest to this.

Although I have a Birmingham address I live 30 metres inside Worcestershire. Given that WMP have (a) deliberately and corruptly pulled investigations into the bent Labour Council and (b) tried to stitch me up on several occasions, I approached West Mercia Police and provided them with a statement (Document A below) alleging perjury by both Britton and Reeves. Despite my protestations that I had no confidence in WMP for the reasons stated West Mercia nevertheless transferred the matter to them.

As I expected, as soon as the bent blues In the West Mids were involved, I was duly informed that no action would be taken against this pair. Indeed they would not even go so far as to give this matter a crime reference number and actually investigate it despite a clear prima facie case! I complained to WMP Professional Standards Department which resulted in them sending me a further knock-back (Document B).

I do not propose to go through the sloppily-written document (eg local MP "Jason" Spellar etc) in detail as the hard-core skidderati can read it themselves if they can't get to sleep but here are some salient points.

The groveller off his knees for once!

Britton gave his original written statement to the cops just three days after the incident when one might have expected his memory to be fresh. This is what he signed as his true statement and it is absolutely explicit that children were present:

Reeves who, like Britton, has been trying to harm me for some years didn't sign his statement until nearly a month later on 21st June, 2018 but he was able to sign as being true, comments that children had been present:

It is interesting that I am named with no description which suggests that the bent blues had referred to me elsewhere in the log!

The reason this was important is that (a) Britton was trying to heighten the seriousness of the alleged offence by lying that children were present and (b) he knew I occasionally did work with children and was a registered child chaperone thus he could cause me maximum damage. My trial was due to take place on 23rd October, 2018 and, as we have seen in a recent post, he colluded with Squealing Eling to have this letter sent to Birmingham City Council shortly before the original trial date:

It should also be remembered that at this time a new troll appeared on Twitter pretending to be me and set about trying to prejudice my trial. Throughout this period there was a single, solitary, follower - Mr Jan Britton - who continued to follow the account even when it was clearly shown to be a troll account. Indeed Britton was following the troll account when it was brand new and only following one account itself. It put this up the day before the original trial date:

[Note that George Makin continues to follow this troll account to this day even though he is a publicly-funded journalist via a BBC scheme. Of eight other followers we have some familiar accounts - Dave Hosell (before suspension by Twitter for abusive conduct), Shirley Hosell, Cllr Caroline White. three troll accounts one of which appears to be clearly connected to David Hosell and Linda Harper-Hocknull (whose creepy husband mysteriously appeared at the eventual trial!)]

The trial was postponed until January, 2019. Britton gave evidence that children were present when I used the word "c*cksucker". My solicitor started to cross-examine him on this on the basis that this was a lie when the District Judge hearing the case said to stop as, by law, that was irrelevant to a finding under s.4 of the Public Order Act (the vindictative charge the Oldbury cops dreamt up to screw me.) Thus there was no further questioning on this but Britton had heard what the Judge had said and began to get cold feet - backtracking on his evidence under oath - as well he might given what is coming below.

My wife followed Britton out to make sure he didn't speak to Paul Reeves who then also gave evidence that children had been present. Obviously my Solicitor was unable to push this since the Judge and already ruled that, for legal reasons, it was irrelevant but Chief Inspector Howat in Document B makes great play on the fact that the Judge had not made a ruling on whether perjury had been committed. As he ruled against hearing evidence on this there was, unsurprisingly, no further evidence on the matter.

Howat also implies that I was not sure whether children had been present because I asked my companion, local activist Darryl Magher, whether he had seen any children present. All I can do is refer the reader to the first 40 seconds of this video of our live reaction to the police on the night:

Howat suggests that we might not of been aware of children being present in the vicinity eg behind us but the event was over and there was no-one about except the odd person at the bus stop and passing traffic. This is complete bollocks which has just been made up.

He also suggests that my memory was somehow deficient (paragraph 12) but he is blatantly twisting my evidence which was absolutely consistent throughout that I did not shout c*cksucker at anyone (perhaps he should have checked the police interview tape!) It transpired on viewing the evidence that I had said it to Mr Dougie Bennett, a local man, and it had been overheard which is precisely what I told the police and the CPS throughout. A statement from Mr Bennett was voluntarily submitted by me to the CPS weeks before trial.

After referring to it, CI Howat makes no further reference to the written evidence. Indeed he completely ignores it by again dreaming-up evidence that children might have been present earlier in  the evening! Yes, of course, children attended the event but they had long gone by the time of this incident and I thought I was being tried about a specific incident FFS! What does it matter who was around earlier in the afternoon/evening?

Now it gets really interesting!

Sandwell Council sent me eight pages of documents which they themselves sent to WMP on the basis that they showed clear collusion between Britton and Reeves. The most relevant two pages are here and clearly there has been some communication between Britton and Reeves beforehand ie "Paul Reeves has asked me to email me to email the following statement to you":

Leaving aside that this was even closer to the incident and Britton lies about children being present  again, the vital thing here is that Britton emails his statement to Reeves before the latter has given his own statement to the bent blues. It is not even clear who actually wrote the statement but what is clear is that Britton has given the full thing to Reeves so that he can tailor his own evidence accordingly! This was never mentioned to their police puppets or the CPS and Reeves gave his own written satement sometime later but closely following Britton's version of events.

There followed a bizarre email correspondence between Britton and Reeves as the cops asked him to add a description of me for the finalised statement. Now I have been turning up at Sandwell Council meetings since 2014 and Britton has seen me (and pictures of me) frequently but he asked Reeves to prepare a description of me! Reeves sent him a photo and Britton prepared his description from that. Quite what was going on there is anyone's guess.

People who know me will know that I have clear scarring above the nose and up the forehead - and a wonky nose-  but neither Britton nor Reeves mentioned this! Britton described me as "a bit paunchy" which is perfectly true but a bit rich coming from that quivering bag of sh*t! (See photos.)

They managed to get my dress wrong too! Presumably they just didn't care as they were confident that with five witnesses I was going to get potted.

Many locals will also note that Sandwell Police refuse to attend domestic burglaries and many other serious offences but were able to prepare a s9 statement for the great Jan Britton in 3 days. This shows yet again the contempt the force had at this time for local folk and their determination to help Ch Supt Rich Baker finally nail me.

I hand delivered the eight pages to WMP HQ at Lloyd House in Brum with this note pointing out that Britton's son works for WMP:

This brought forth an almost surreal response for CI Howat. Please remember that he is blocking this outright. He is refusing to even give this a crime reference number and investigate it. His force have compelled me to "voluntarily" attend police stations (saying I would be arrested otherwise) on four occasions on complete trivia to be interviewed under caution but this pair are not even to face questioning! Just by way of example, a Detective Sergeant working under "Rich" interviewed me under caution about a single tweet concerning The Squealer being under investigation by the Labour Party saying "you can run but you can't hide". Squealing told the credulous cops that this was a threat of violence against him and they ACTUALLY inverviewed me on that (post passim!)

Once again Howat sticks to the nonsense about children being present earlier etc. He is more direct in having a go at me this time about the comment I made that I hadn't called anyone a c*cksucker - which is absolutely true, shown on the video and accepted with alacrity by the trial judge. It seems that I am supposed to remember something I said to a bystander in conversation when the police unfairly appeared at the location to intimidate me! There is a big difference is saying the word to someone in a chat and "calling" a person that ie directing it at them! (As the Judge found.)

Incredibly, CI Howat seems to approve of witnesses in criminal trials colluding with their written statements. In a classic comment the Chief Inspector says:

"It is not an offence in law to write statements together, police officers have often done this."

For once I agree with him - its called FITTING PEOPLE UP!!!

He goes onto to quote Counsel Magazine on the "very obvious benefit of conferring...". WTF!!!! No wonder the reputation of WMP stinks. Did they learn nothing from the Birmingham 6 and much else?
But there we are, that's now the official line from on high - and clearly Detective Chief Superitendent Chris Todd agrees with him!

The only good thing to come out of all this is that with Eling deposed the new regime could see what Britton actually did and viewed it far more seriously than the bent blues. Unfortunately there is a very nasty rumour (and it is only a rumour) going round that despite his lies and misbehaviour SMBC themselves "fitted-up" Paul Reeves and have just had to pay him compensation! (Any info on that welcome as, if it is true, heads must roll. Current Chief Executive David Stevens has declined to comment!)

Skidder Shorts #39 - Sandwell WMCA Board Attendance

Following on from yesterday's blog where I mentioned that neither Cllr Yvonne Davies, the Leader of bent @uklabour Sandwell Council, nor Cllr Syeda Khatun turned up at the Board meeting of West Midlands Combined Authority last Friday and neither did they send substitutes.

Cllr Davies took to Twitter to have a go at me saying that she was ill (which does not explain why no sub came off the bench noting that most Labour Councillors do not actually work for a living.)

When WMCA was being formed I campaigned for Sandwell to be excluded on the basis that due to the levels of fraud, corruption, cronyism and incompetence within the local Labour Party it would only fulfil the role of a turd in a swimming pool. The Sandwell comrades also hate commerce and wealth-creation so that their views are inimical with the purpose of bringing jobs and proserity to our region and actually improving the sh*thole Borough.

I have checked the stats on the WMCA website since 21/05/19. In that period there have been 7 (seven) Board meetings but the Leader has only managed to get to 3!

Cllr Paul "the Cipher" Moore was originally a delegate but did not attend any meeting after Yvonne's investiture.

Khatun was booted out of the Cabinet by Yvonne Davies and it is inexplicable why she should be a Sandwell delegate. As it is she has not attended any meetings yet anyway!

The only other name which appears to relate to Sandwell is "Cllr John Edwards" and I assume that this does indeed relate to the ridiculous Jedward. He attended one meeting. Quite what this bile-spitting, anti-Capitalist, Corbynista brought to a body set up with the intention of improving the economic outlook of the region is unknown.

No wonder people are giving up on this failing Labour Group and voting Tory. With 7 meetings under Yvonne Davies that is 14 places for Sandwell Labour delegates but they have managed to occupy just four places. How sh*t is that?

Chaotic Sandwell Labour Council + The Rebel Army!

Lock-outs, missed meetings and more. Just another week in bent Labour Sandwell Council! This blog has highlighted many times the weaknesses in the structure of the failing organisation. We have seen that so many of the Labour Councillors are unthinking morons who turn up occasionally to massage their egos and pick-up their allowances. And under Cooper and Eling many decent staff were booted out if they failed to toe the Dictatorship's line leaving a rump of yesmen/yeswomen, appointments of people who have failed elsewhere and the downright thick. To be fair to staff, many are frightened of the management as they know what will happen if they ask questions - and that, for the most part, the supine unions will abandon them or simply arrange their swift departure with a pay-off and gagging clause to satisfy their political allies.

Home Loan Equipment Centre, Smethwick

Yesterday I received a message that staff at the above centre, which provides vital personal aids for the elderly and less-abled, couldn't get into the building as the Landlord had changed the locks! Later in the day, Chief Executive David Stevens, confirmed (to his credit) that bent Labour had been in negotiation with the Landlord to extend the lease but had been unable to reach an agreement.

The Council employs a number of property "professionals" and the Law Society website says there are no less than18 solicitors working for the chaotic comrades plus other legal staff (although, like Cooper and Eling before her, Yvonne Davies is forking out mammoth sums for outside solicitors and London barristers.) And yet this lot were so useless they got to a position where a landlord had to take direct action against a local authority!

Mr Stevens - time to kick ass after this total shambles!

David Hosell - Closed Down by Twitter Again!

How on earth did a national political Party - Labour - ever select the thick moron Hosell as a candidate? (Below is the link to the infamous YouTube film if you want to check that my description of this laughable thug is accurate*!)

Labour eventually saw the light and de-selected the Eling/Watson rimmer and he has been lashing out ever since. It was only on 27th January, 2020 that I vouchsafed to you dear readers that Twitter had suspended his @26buster account for, inter alia, abusive conduct**. Astonishingly Twitter simply let him set up a new account in his own name:

But Dave couldn't control himself and, almost immediately, started his nastiness so that, in record time, Twitter have also suspended his new account - again for abusive conduct! Great stuff Dave!

Alas, the corollary to this is that the troll accounts this groveller was following and promoting have gone into overdrive.......

Linda Harper-Hocknull 

This resident of West Brom started having a go at me not so long ago - she is one of just nine followers of one of the aforemention troll accounts - and it is very obviously a troll so this is no mistake and, indeed, she has also been actively promoting tweets from the troll (all screenshotted.)

She started picking at me to reveal my sources for stories. Where politicians trying to use me are concerned they know that if they try to shaft me their information will be put into the public domain. But I guarantee anonymity to informants, SMBC employees and anyone who asks for it before divulging information. And so, like any journalist I cannot reveal those sources. But that was not good enough for this woman (whom I have never met.)

Things came to a head when I put up a leaflet from George Galloway:

Dear Linda complained to ME (not George Galloway) in writing that there was no venue of the leaflet. I replied that there was and made the comment "specsavers?" This weirdo continued to nitpick about my sources and (wrongly) complained that because I would not disclose my sources I had no proof for an ongoing story!

She then made this extraordinary comment:

"Oh and just to go back to the specsaver comment just because I have a sight disability does not give you the right to discriminate with rude comments."

How the f*ck was I supposed to know of this woman's "sight disability" having never met her and noting that she purports to be a, er, professional photographer with her own business!!!! Perhaps she thinks I have "second sight" since she was recently advertisng "a night of paranormal investigation" at The Manor House. "Oh spirit, please knock twice if you think Linda's a nutjob!"

Gav's Not a Tory?

Talking of weirdos, Bill "Alka Selzter" Gavan (so called because he has been involved in so many dissolved companies) was doing the hokey cokey over New Year - in, out, shake it all about! Last year, Tom Watson's bagman flounced out of a meeting saying that he was leaving the Labour Party before changing his mind and staying in. But at Christmas he used the online site to join the Tories (now breaking down the red wall in Sadders.) Being so grand he hadn't bothered to contact the local Party and was seemingly unaware that he had to undergo a vetting interview given his past record. But this arrogant buffoon ordered Surjit Tour of Sandwell Council to amend his profile on the Council's website and this was done. But "Yellow" (the man who bottled out of a Lion Farm public meeting) had jumped the gun and had to have the website changed to show himself as an "independent". Unbelievably he was quoted during this period by the Skwawkbox website speaking for himself and the vile Tom Watson despite claiming to have "gone blue" "lol"!

Alka had his meeting with the Tories some time ago. Sources tell the Skidder that they didn't want to touch this character with a bargepole (although they have decided not to make a public statement.) And why would a Party on the up and up in bent Labour Sandwell want to take on a joke like Billy - a man so indifferent to local people he can't even spell the name of his ward correctly on his Twitter account!

The people of "Langle" are truly blessed but deserve what they get for voting Yellow in.

Incidentally, the header photo above is interesting. When I put this same photo up a long time ago mocking that Labour couldn't even get the placards the right way up, I was harried by Cooper and Co on the basis that ex-Cllr Prestridge has what Mrs Heil-Hitler would call a "sight disability." But I responded asking whether, ahem, the photographer had? Perhaps it was someone we know......

Basharat Khan

Anyone on Twitter lately could not miss the Tweets of Bash who has assumed the role of campaign manager for Cllr Mohammed Yaseen aka "Billa". He put dozens of tweets up about some land behind his shop in Tividale which is covered in rubbish and brought in Cllr Inane Elaine Costigan even though the issue is nothing to do with her ward. Incredibly Bash said that he had been trying to get the name of the owner for "two years" and claims someone else has been complaining about the rubbish for "five years." It took me five minutes to find the owner via a Land Registry Search and I sent the details to Bash (although he claimed yesterday again that he still didn't know who owned the land!) How Costigan could not have found out this information is a mystery.

Anyway an approach was made to SMBC who have served a s215 Notice on the Landlord to clear the site. But that doesn't fit with Bash's agenda to show that he and certain local councillors have sorted it all out. Thus yesterday he was trying to organise a mass trespass onto the private site to clear it in connection with a litter pick in the area organised - as an election looms - by Cllr Mushtaq Hussain! 

Although (now) a Labour Party member Bash has consisently slagged off Labour Councillors (this is my job but he has been calling himself, incredibly, "The P*ki Skidder!) He has very publicly slagged off the local Labour Leader, Yvonne Davies. I wonder why?

The word on the street is that Billa is the stalking horse to bring Yvonne down. Councillors and Labour folk say he is angling to become "Deputy Leader" as stage one of the process. Hence why Costigan is supporting Bash's "campaign" since she yearns for "power" which she will never get under Yvonne (who is possessed of a brain despite her constant stream of anti-capitalist claptrap.) Others are desperate to gain the vacant seats up for grabs in May - notably WBE CLP of course - and there has not been universal mourning of the untimely death of Cllr Lloyd since the rebels feel this gives them the possibility to get an anti-Yvonne crony into his seat (assuming the blue Tory tide doesn't finally clear some of these venal sh*tbags out all together.)

Readers of this blog will know that Bash made a cynical pitch to that strange bearded Labour chap who stood and lost WBW at the General Election in an attempt to get Sandwell Council to transfer certain land to Tividale Mosque. 

Bash - like the trolls - is now defaming me with false allegations that I am being funded by unspecified councillors and ex-councillors. I've said it before and will say it again - I am not being funded by anyone. Small donations to this blog are most welcome. Billa is full of confidence and Bash told The Skidder that "Mahboob Hussain has lost influence in Tividale/Tipton and that WE control the local Muslim vote there now." Crikey! No doubt this power will only be used for the public good!

WMCA

I attended the West Midlands Combined Authority yesterday (with local activist Darryl Magher.) This is all part of the extra level of scrutiny I am now involved with concerning the bent Labour Council thanks to the GMB Union. And what did we find amongst the mass of delegates to this talkshop - no representation from Sandwell! Neither Cllrs Yvonne Davies nor Syeda Khatun turned up and, even worse, neither sent substitutes (as many other councils did.) I have said before that Sandwell are in WMCA to get all the handouts they can but don't want to participate in the greater project. These Labour councillors represent an absolute sh*thole but are desperate not to cede any of their dictatorial powers to anyone else! What a bloody shower....

Brandhall Golf Club

Yvonne Davies and colleagues are desperate to destroy what remains of green space in Sandwell. They have alreadt destroyed Londonderry Fields for the multi-million pound paddling pool and Yvonne told me she is keen to destroy Lion Farm Fields claiming that it is a "good deal". Now she and Labour are planning to also destroy Brandhall Golf Club. There is a protest meeting about this as follows:
