If you will allow a small digression here this blog has pointed out ad nauseum the contempt for the FOI system under bent Sandwell Labour and the Jan Britton regime. This has ranged from deliberate lying and concealment to delay and obfuscation. The potentially good news is that the Information Commissioner recently notched up the first successful prosecution of an employee (in a different council) for concealing evidence. Whilst the fine was only £400 that person now has a criminal record. I have immediately written to the Commissioner asking that she consider a prosecution of Sandwell staff including, in particular, one (very senior) former employee and one current one. I also hope that the new Chief Exec, David Stevens (the chap who refuses to say whether he has ever run a business with Stuart Lackenby and whose unapposed appointment is itself subject to a FOI request) will remind all staff dealing with FOI's that, thanks to the GMB, they are now under scrutiny like never before.
Having said that, Britton stopped staff identifying themselves on FOI replies and so lying staff are not immediately identifiable. Let us take Lion Farm as an example, One sh*t said in the first FOI reply that there were no documents passing between SMBC and the Tory donor who is hoping to destroy the Fields, Jeremy Knight-Adams. Just let that sink in - the bent Labour Council were saying that there were no records relating to a (bent) multi-million pound deal to destroy a huge greenfield site! As we know from previous blogs this "project" was concealed from public view. It was originally - and falsely - called "Junction 2 Development". Later our old friend, Sandwell re-tread "Dr" Alison Knight called her ludicrous 2017 report on this con-job "Regeneration Opportunity - Junction Two" - once again grossly misleading. In the meantime Jan Britton and Sh*te-Adams cobbled up a secret codename for this scandal, "Project Patrick".
In the FOI bent Sandwell Council employees deliberately tried to game the system. In the previous paragraph I showed the ridiculous names used for this malarkey but they searched only for "lion farm" and also deliberately misspelt the developer's name as "Jeremey" when they needed the title to be exact.
I have taken Sandwell all the way to the Information Rights Tribunal for their p*ss-taking in respect of the first FOI and this has produced SOME documents. In the meantime a SMBC solicitor has written to be regarding a second FOI on the bent deal saying that new searches using some of the names Sandwell have applied to this scam have brought up, wait for it, 100,000 documents! So we have gone from "no" documents to, potentially, 100,000! Red Yvonne Davies, the Labour Leader of the bent Council who does not oppose the destruction of The Fields, and David Stevens say they will not make further disclosure of these documents on costs grounds unless I can clarify the documents I want to see! As Labour have deliberately hidden documents how the hell am I to know what documents exist?!?

I have been striving for over TWO YEARS to establish who was at the original secret meetings in this matter. It has taken over two years but the corrupt "socialists" have confirmed that there were at least two clandestine meetings with Shite-Adams. Laughably a SMBC solicitor says there is no record of what was discussed at these gatherings and so they only assume the meetings were about Lion Farm! Of course, there were no records given the background even bent Labour are not THAT stupid!
In EVERY bent land deal described in this blog there is one almost constant feature - the presence of Mr Nick Bubalo who, incredibly, has NEVER been interviewed by corrupt West Midlands Police about what he actually knew, if anything. And if he was minded to use the "Jan Britton Defence" - "I didn't know what was going on" - then why didn't he? And readers, you will not be disappointed here. The first record of any meeting (and, of course, their may have been unrecorded meetings or records may have been deliberately destroyed) was on 15th August, 2012 and allegedly just between Bubalo and Sh*te-Adams.
Things moved quickly - well they would wouldn't they? By 14th November, 2012 the developer was meeting with the "full set" - Bubalo, Britton, the old wife-beater Darren Cooper and our old friend, Mahboob Hussain. Dickhead Daz was said to have called that meeting:
Remember folks, it has taken me over two years to force out even that small bit of information.
I only have a rather poor copy of a letter but Jan Britton "lol" wrote to Cradley Speedway in 2016 when they were looking at the possibility of moving to The Fields. He wrote that because of residential properties all around The Fields a speedway track would be unsuitable there. He was in on the Sh*te-Adams deal from the get-go but neglected to mention to the Heathens that there was already an option to flog the land and destroy it. And clearly Jan didn't give a toss for local residents when pushing for the green space to go and for our wealthy friend to plonk a shopping centre down right next door!
The other snippet was also pretty much as expected. I have referred above and in previous posts about the absurd "November, 2017 Report to Cabinet" by "Dr" Alison Knight who had only been re-employed by Herr Eling (despite her previous record) a couple of months before. The Squealer had decided to revive "Project Patrick" and polish the turd of the original deal. Knight informed the comrades - who duly voted to go along with this crap - that there was an "existing" option on the land. Now here's a funny thing. Via my FOI request the documents Red Yvonne and Stevens have permitted to be disclosed show that the Option only ran until mid-2015. They have not permitted disclosure of any extension of the Option. This means either that the Option had indeed expired - in which case Knight was actively misleading Councillors for whatever reason or there were extensions which Cllr Davies and her sidekick are, for reasons unknown, anxious to conceal. We shall see but as I have shown (posts passim) Sh*te-Adams mysteriously failed to register legal restrictions on the four plots of land that make up The Fields until 2017 - 3 days after Cradley Heathens communicated with Kerry Jones of SMBC an application to have the site declared an Asset of Community Value. Yet another amazing coincidence in the grotesque Labour dictatorship.
A Sandwell Council Solicitor has informed me in writing that no further Option has been entered into despite the Cabinet decision of 2017 (approved by the sheep at the full Council from which I was unlawfully excluded - posts passim.)
But if there was no extension (and fake documents are not now produced by the corrupt Council to rectify this) then (a) the Option has lapsed and (b) Shite-Adams was not entitled to register his restrictions on the land in 2017. Accordingly I have written to the Land Registry, Sh*te A and Stevens (see below.) We will see what the comrades come-up with about that! I have explained that if they now produce documents they previously failed to then I shall inform the Info Commissioner and the Tribunal accordingly.
Finally, this blog has been questioning "Dr" Knight's absurd report (posts passim and see legal notice below.) She completely neglected to inform the "comrades" that a "designer outlet" had been given planning permission just up the road in Cannock. She failed to mention that SANDWELL COUNCIL itself had given planning permission to Hammerson to build a large shopping centre in, er, Oldbury - just down the road from Lion Farm (a project which flopped.) What made my p*ss boil, however, was her incredible claim (even in 2017) that the development would create 2,000 jobs (something that is still repeated by some of the moronic Labour sheep to this day!) I have repeatedly asked what qualifications the good "Dr" had to make such a finding and what statistics she had used for her "expert" opinion. Silence has been golden until now. This is now what these jokers are saying when I asked for ALL documentaion she relied on:
"The estimate [ie guess - Ed] was based on a reasonable assessment of the likely employemnt impact of a scheme of the kind proposed. The Council does not hold any specific documentation that would demonstrate this."
In other words - there was no empirical basis whatsoever for her bullsh*t. (Last year her salary package including pension was £142,816 - "because she's worth it....")
