Plenty in this post as I am working away four days next week and so this should keep avid readers going for a bit!
Silence from the Sikh "Community"
Now here is something odd. Bent Labour Sandwell Council has been massively rimming "faith leaders" during the Covid crisis, whoever they might be (and what about us atheists lol?) Apparently they have been "awesome". That may be or may not be so but, as you will see from this story, there has been a distinct reluctance from Cllr Rajbir "Puppet" Singh (tyro "leader" at corrupt Labour Sandwell) and other elements of the local Sikh community when it comes to the movements of Singh Sahib Giani Harpreet Singh Ji. Who he?
Harpreet Singh is a big cheese in Sikhism. He does appear to have English connections but seems to be an Indian national. He recently flew in from amber list India to undertake "a nationwide tour" but is apparently so "awesome" that he didn't, on the face of it, comply with Covid regulations. The Sikh Station website says he arrived on 9th September.
He hit the ground running in Southall (London) and then is said to have attended a large event at Wednesfield Gurdwara, just up the road three days after UK entry and attended by Rajbir and Preet Kaur Gill MP. A copy of this letter was sent to The Skidder but no-one will say whether it is genuine or not:
It is alleged that he also attended the Smethwick Gurdwara. I have written to them and to the one at Wednesfield asking them to clarify the position and to confirm the contents of the above letter but, like the wonderful temple in Amritsar, the silence is golden. If all is above board why don't they just say so?
But he did meet Sandwell Labour's answer to Mr Bean, Rajbir - almost certainly on 12th September. Rajbir got up close and personal in a house with many others in attendance:
Of course, Rajbir is a political eunuch surrounded by Labour nannies telling him what to do, but if our Indian visitor stands up too quickly he might be a physical one too!
I duly wrote to the arrogant "Leader" on 14th September and sent a reminder yesterday asking him to confirm Harpreet Singh's Covid status and details of the meeting but he has declined to respond. Why - is he trying to hide something?
Congratulations MP Nicola!
The Black Country's very own Nicola Richards MP has been a breath of fresh air in West Bromwich East after lazy Labour thug, Tom Watson, wet his pants and ran away. She has just been promoted to Parliamentary Private Secretary in the Department of Transport. OK, this is the very lowest rung on the greasy ladder of Government but it is a considerable achievement for Nicola given that she was only elected in December, 2019! Alas for her the post is unpaid :-( but infrastructure and transport is an important issue locally and it won't do any harm at all to have her close to Ministers having her say. She has stated on Facebook that the job will not impinge on her ability to represent and help her constituents. And I am sure she will continue her determined fight - with others - to finally see off this brutal and incompetent Labour Dictatorship in the Borough.
Sp*nk Brother One's New Job!
I am grateful to "X" for pointing out that former Labour "leader" Steve "Squealing" Eling has been in a new post for a while at another basket-case Labour Council, Rotherham. Regular readers will know that Eling was fond of money but didn't want to live with local scum in Sandwell. The Squealer, also aka "The Milkman", worked part-time as a Political Officer at disastrous Rotherham whilst raking in his Councillor allowances down here. He has a small flat near Warley Woods. I appreciate that many Bearwood folk are ghastly and see themselves as an intellectual elite "lol" in Sadders, and so I can sort of understand why he would wish to avoid these pathetic people. And so he did - living much of the time in a cottage in a delightful north Derbyshire village.
Of course, Eling and his "right-hand man", Richard Marshall, set up an infamous WhatsApp account to secretly pass me information. The original plan was for them to dish the dirt on former Cllrs Mahboob Hussain and Ian Jones (fellow members of the Labour Party!) although they broadened their attacks to include others. The pair became known via this blog as "The Sp*nk Brothers" when they wrote that Cllr Jones should "sp*nk over [Cllr Maria Crompton - Labour] in her bikini" as this would be preferable to him "doing his wife" [also a Labour Councillor].
Of course, Eling and his gallowglass also wanted me to attack employees, notably Melanie Dudley [then the Assistant Chief Executive and a Labour Party member]. They exhorted me to give this woman "a kicking" and to "poke her with a sharp stick". They made malicious, scandalous and entirely false allegations about her.
Eling was quite properly suspended by the Labour Party and lost his "leadership" and the income that went with it. (Incidentally, the other most arrogant man in Sandwell, Cllr Bob Piper, recently put a photo of Eling campaigning for Labour in Bearwood but he is refusing to provide the date of the photo!)
You will all be delighted to hear that Eling went back to full-time work at Rotherham to keep the moolah rolling in. Given his appalling abuse of women outlined above you won't be surprised, given the cesspit that is local government, that he is now, wait for it, the "Policy and Equalities Manager". You really couldn't make it up!
Shafted Twice?
Let me explain something to non-lawyers. In general, it is still necessary to have a solicitor and barrister for many civil Court hearings. Most ordinary - non-wealthy - litigants are usually aggrieved that they are paying for two lawyers to represent them at a hearing where only the barrister speaks. Thus a system has grown up whereby the acting solicitor usually sends a trainee or junior solicitor along to these hearings as these grunts are much cheaper by the hour.
In my recent Information Tribunal matters, and my defence of Lisa McNally's infamous and malicious claim, there has been something odd. Even though bent Labour Sandwell have instructed barristers (indeed a QC for McNally) from expensive London Chambers to attend, not one but TWO solicitors employed by the Council have turned up, Julia Lynch and Vanessa Maher-Smith.
In the Tribunal cases there are no costs order made (except in very exceptional circumstances) and so Surjit Tour, the controversial "Head of Legal", is p*ssing taxpayers' money straight up the wall by having two solicitors attend - and for no good reason.
With the McNally plot, Lynch and Maher-Smith purported to "act" for the over £100k a year Director of Public Health (a matter which I will come back to in another post) - with Tour also directly involved in the bringing of the spurious Claim. McNally lost and expects YOU to pay my costs and SMBC's costs in excess of £100,000 (yes, one hundred thousand pounds!)
My lawyers had McNally's claim struck out at a very early stage (imagine what the costs would have been had it gone on!) Unfortunately, the High Court did not tell us until very shortly before the hearing date that it required the lawyers to attend in person - many hearings having proceeded online due to Covid). As I hadn't booked a ticket a long way in advance, it cost be a whopping £98 to get to London early for the kick-off. When I was waiting in the corridor at the Royal Courts of Justice, I was stunned to see that, rather than instruct a London agent to attend, BOTH Lynch and Maher-Smith appeared and then sat behind the QC. Even being generous, one solicitor could have attended, but why the f*ck two?
Had McNally succeeded and found me liable for the costs of the hearing, they would only have been able to the costs for one of them and so the taxpayer would have had to pay for the other in any event. Why are they doing this?
I put in a Freedom of Information Request about this nonsensical waste of money and asking who was authorising this rip-off of taxpayers. The bent paid service has thrown its toys out of the pram big-style saying YOU are not entitled to see that information. It is the most bizarre and ridiculous FOIA reply I have ever seen from this corrupt Authority and that is saying something. (You can read it via the link if you are mad keen.)

In another FOIA request trying to ascertain how much McNally is trying to shaft YOU for, bent Labour admitted that they paid a mere £225 EACH for Lynch AND Maher-Smith to have their London day-out ie. £450! They provided a third-class (at best) service to McNally (although her case was always destined to fail) but did they travel first class at the taxpayers' expense too?
Austerity - Cllr Bostan and Cronies? Certainly bent Labour don't know the meaning of the word - it's spend, spend, spend as long as it's your money and not theirs!

People ask me why I put up with the abuse, threats, malicious court cases etc but for every piece of sh*t I meet in Sadders, I meet a diamond. Back in May, I was out with Independent Candidate and all round good-guy, Richard Jeffcoat, on the campaign trail in Tipton. Amy's Revenge!
Remember the unlawful suspension of the Cabinet secretaries? I was there on the day and immediately knew that those women had been wronged. This blog campaigned from the off for their immediate reinstatement. Unite the Union got their members back with compensation but, at the time, it was said that another ill-treated employee, Amy Hodgkins, got a lesser deal - initially at least. This blog pointed out that this was grossly unfair and that Amy should have parity with her colleagues.
I keep having to refer to the legal notice at the bottom of each of these posts wherein a procedure for dealing with complaints/disputes is set out. Use the procedure if I cock-up or shut-up! But there was no complaint whatsoever from Ms Hodgkins relating to my posts, either at the time or since.
Later, of course, bent Labour Sandwell refused to disclose the documents concerning this sordid business and so I took the case to the Information Tribunal. This led to the comrades disclosing SOME of the documents which fingered the hapless Darren Carter (Sandwell's head of finance) as the main player in the disgraceful affair. Alas, the bent paid service refused to disclose other documents which would have identified the shouting, swearing, Labour Councillor intimately involved in the malicious suspensions (widely believed to be Squealing Eling). Happily Carter was eventually suspended and then booted-out (to walk straight into another highly-paid local government job!) [Blogs passim ad nauseum and see legal notice below.]
David Stevens (the recently sacked Chief Executive) played the (then) Leader, Cllr "Red" Yvonne Davies like a fiddle and she obediently blew my Information Tribunal case out of the water by persuading the women to say they wanted no further publicity about the case. The Tribunal was specifically told that they had all put the matter behind them and wanted no more to be said. Needless to say, the Tribunal then refused to order the disclosure of the other incriminating documents.
But Amy seemingly harboured a grudge even though I had attempted to campaign for her and the other wronged women. And so she recently took revenge by providing evidence of my supposed "harassment" of her in support of Lisa McNally in her disastrous action! And so, Yvonne, she didn't want to put it behind her as you alleged. And malicious McNally was clearly absolutely desperate to produce "evidence" against me, no matter how weak and pathetic. So much so that she attempted to use Hodgkins's evidence even though the infamous suspensions took place a year before McNally even joined the bent Labour Council FFS!
McNally Costs Scam Latest
McNally still wants YOU mugs to pay the costs of her absurd action in excess of £100,000 and bent Labour Sandwell have sent my costs to my Solicitor. There is a stand off as Sandwell's lawyers say they are legally allowed to make the payment and we say they are NOT. There are at least four Sandwell solicitors involved in the McNally debacle - Surjit Tour, Maria Price, Julia Lynch and Vanessa Maher-Smith - and my solicitor asked any one of the to provide a personal warranty that the payment is legal. Once again - the silence is deafening! Why is that do you think dear readers?
