"Top Secret" Sandwell Mobile Phone Mystery!

Now here's a thing! Sandwell Council use a grading system for secrecy purposes with "IL3 - Restricted" being the "top secret" category (apart presumably from the concealed methods of communication eg Jan Britton's encrypted messages on his Blackberry, the Cabinet "WhatsApp" group and private email accounts.)

For all the years I have been writing this blog I have never seen anything above IL2 and so it is gratifying to finally hit the big time with IL3 correspondence. My initial though was that this was about "The Wanker" ie the Councillor (now former Councillor ) who filmed himself masturbating via his taxpayer-funded phone. But no - the following documents specifically refer to "a Cabinet member" which The Wanker was not. You will note that Mr Mark Satchwell, an employee from the famous family of employees, was very anxious to keep this hushed up. Whatever the damning information was, it seems that the phone was actually handed back to the Councillor so that he or she could remove the content FFS!

(I appreciate that West Midlands Police are bent and in cahoots with SMBC but I hope they will take note that this sort of thing has been going on under Jan Britton.)

Yvonne Davies and David Stevens have promised a new era of transparency but this looks very dodgy indeed!

And who is the person who let the Cabinet Member have the phone back to remove the content? I think we should be told don't you readers?

Covert Surveillance

Readers will know that I have intimated a legal claim in respect of unlawful covert surveillance of myself by junior SMBC staff believed to be connected with the GMB Union.

Thank you for the calls and messages on this and keep them coming please since there is evidence of all this being on an industrial scale during the Eling/Britton era. I am NOT going to let this rest. SMBC must take appropriate action on this NOW.

This is one message I received yesterday from a current employee:

"If you need to see more information on when you were in OCH [Oldbury Council House] ask to see the emails between Lee Howen, Paul Reeves, Steve Bradshaw, Stuart Clarke, Michael Harper, Neil Cox and Stuart Lackenby. There is loads from when you were in OCH to when you were in Wetherspoons across the road."

Clearly this suggests I was also under surveillance off-site. This is a major breach of my Human Rights and illegal under RIPA provisions.

I am sending a copy of this to David Stevens for all this to be made available to me.

Councillor X Case Adjourned + More.....

After the summer hols it is all hotting up again in the Socialist Paradise of Sadders!

Councillor X

The Tribunal case involving Councillor X next Tuesday is being adjourned*. I am not allowed to go into details at this stage but Melanie Dudley, the former Assistant Chief Executive, was also acting as Monitoring Officer and investigated sundry complaints against Councillor X. She found the Councillor to be in breach of standards in respect of one matter but then Squealing Eling demanded she alter the report. She very properly refused to do this (and also refused to amend another report when told forcibly to do so by "The Milkman".) She was then forced out of her job and a new report prepared exonerating Councillor X!

A trail through Jan Britton's emails has cast serious doubt on the Council's handling of this matter. Mysteriously Syeda Khatun is said to feature in all this and this may partly explain her departure as Deputy Leader - SMBC are staying mum at the moment.

I am told by Sandwell Council that a new investigation is under way in respect of various aspects of this whole affair. I have agreed to an adjournment in good faith based on assurances given to me but if the truth does not finally come out legal staff will be held to account at a further hearing where they are on notice that I shall seek to press perjury charges against them if they maintain their initial false evidence. Watch this space!

*STOP PRESS - the Tribunal has refused to adjourn! We proceed on Tuesday unless a settlement can be reached. I have suggested to SMBC that if s/he won't play ball they should be told to attend the Tribunal to give live evidence and face the prospect of a perjury charge!!!!

Bescot Sleeper Factory

As many of you will know from the excellent work of the campaign group Network Rail slipped in their planning application consisting to huge volumes of data during the holiday period. I have shown this "artist's impression" before where these cynical bastards have, er, helpfully removed the houses where real people live right next to the proposed site!

In another deceitful twist they have put a sponsored advert on Facebook with the old ruse from developers that they are "creating jobs" and apprenticeships for kids:

But if you clicked through there was no information about jobs but just an invitation to support Network Rail's planning application. If you don't want sh*ts like this as your neighbours (with the lorries piling into the site and the giant crane rattling along) make sure you contact the campaign group urgently and get your objections in.

Remember that the aggregate is NOT being delivered by rail but by road. Lorries will be thundering up past West Brom and through Stone Cross so that if you live in along the route you should also get your objections in. The Yew Tree will also be affected. There is more information here:

Network Rail are claiming that the site will provide 104 jobs and yet other comparable sites seem to get by with 50. It is interesting that the plans only allow for, er, 35 parking spaces for the workforce!

And when I met with Network Rail's propaganda team at the do at Bescot Stadium they went to great lengths to tell me that the proposed system was highly automated and so I am not sure quite what "apprentices" are going to be doing apart from making tea and sweeping up the filth!

Last Saturday the protesters had an excellent presentation at Friar Park and a number of Councillors appeared. Cllrs Hackett and Costigan "lol" assured me to my face that Cllr Paul Moore had NOT been involved in trying to push this scheme through despite the persistent rumours to the contrary. Any info welcome on who initially gave Nick Bubalo and then Network Rail "the nod" on this project. SMBC sources say Stefan Hemming said it was Steve "Squealing" Eling, Paul Moore and Simon Hackett but that obviously can't be true as Hackett has been one of the "ultras" opposing the project. All a mystery isn't it?

Incidentally, Andy Street has not answered questions I put to him about his apparent support for this scheme. The Mayor of West Midlands has three and a half delightful properties and doesn't have to live next to this sort of crap. No doubt he will tell us his position on this in due course.

I received a phone call on Saturday afternoon that the Lion Farm Liar Cllr Bill "Yellow" Gavan had mysteriously appeared at the Centre although he is a Councillor [sic] for Langley ward. I opined to the caller that this was the canary (yellow) in the mine as Gavan is Watson's grovelling bagman and driver and the pathetic greaser had probably been sent in to make sure there was no-one present who would give the London-based Nonce-Finder General a hard time. And a little later the Remoaner-in-Chief arrived with a local photographer being handily present to catch the moment.

We know that Watson has form for riding a few bikes but he apparently cycled to the event. Apparently there were hilarious scenes when he left as he rode off with his lapdog Hackett dutifully trotting alongside! Alas no photo is available of this telling scene!

Old old friend Maynard did take some snaps of the former Ten Bellies and put them on his Facebook page. Such is the popularity of the vicious bully that Maynard was inundated with abusive messages "lol":

Squealing Eling

Milko is still hanging around Sadders like a bad smell and trying to engineer his comeback. The diminishing band of Elingites are still trying to make trouble for the new Leader even though he was caught trying to influence the ill-fated United Sandwell "Party" [sic]. Here is is enjoying a day at the SVR. The comment reminded me of some of the management of Sandwell Council who also enjoy a line a couple of times a day......

Just remember Watson's pathetic record for West Brom if you are considering voting for him again. And remember that this was the credulous moron who gave voice to paedos and weirdos in an attempt to further his own career. He hounded Leon Brittan for one with false allegations of the vilest kind even when the chap was dying with cancer. When this innocent man died Watson said that he was "as close to evil as any human being could get". No Watson - look in the mirror if you want to find such a person!

Stop press - a credible source says Labour's private polling showing George 5 points ahead of Watson who is sh*tting himself!

Lion Farm

As with the Councillor X saga above this matter was also due before the Information Rights Tribunal next week but, lo and behold, this too has been adjourned* as David Stevens (SMBC Acting Chief Exec) and Yvonne Davies (Leader) have established that there are a large number of documents which Jan Britton's bent paid service were "unable to locate". The hearing is due in November now but it is to be hoped that SMBC will expedite the disclosure of all the, er, missing paperwork!

*Stop Press 2 - no, this is back on for next Tuesday too as the Tribunal thinks SMBC have had more than enough time to cough-up the paperwork (and it is now becoming aware of what Jan Britton's bent staff were up to!) I have also been reminded today that since at least 2017 Freedom of Information replies have been "signed-off" at Director level ie the top management [sic] of the Council - the £100k plus a year boys'n'girls - and this now raises serious questions given what Yvonne Davies is finding. Where, as in some of the matters now going before the Tribunal, the FOI's are blatant lies we need to start asking - and I am - which Director agreed this illegality in each and every case!

Jan Britton - the scum begins to rise...

Anyone could have read the truth about this plank on this blog for many years but he enjoyed protection from Cooper and Eling and also some bent cops. Now the sordid truth is beginning to emerge about this disgraceful creep.

Regulars will know I have recently received the second part of my Subject Access Request - heavily redacted. This is itself is a story since the legal [sic] department - presumably acting on the instructions of the most dangerous man in Oldbury Council House, Surjit Tour - sent four files of papers to a very expensive firm of London solicitors who then presented to them to my solicitors as full disclosure under the SAR. But now, Yvonne and David Stevens have managed to find over 700 (yes, seven hundred) further documents which Surjit Tour somehow failed to locate! Sooner or later there has to be third party interventions here because parts of this Authority are rotten to the core.

Back in the day a small number of us held a demo about the appalling level of child abuse in Sandwell. I have been surprised to read this email (which the Council has redacted) from someone called a "Business Manager Community Partnerships". Here is the highly defamatory message:

Have these clowns nothing better to do than make this crap up? And the author has copied in SEVEN other people! When have I upset the "Muslim Community" Jan Britton? Are you suggesting the good Muslim folk would come along and demonstrate FOR child abuse?

Not for the first time Khatun is talking through her rear as many Muslims have been avid readers of this blog and the younger members of the community (generally) have been some of my finest informants - shocked at what has gone on in their Borough.

Last, but far from least on this matter, Britton was the shmuck who appointed a self-confessed Zionist to prepare a report on a Muslim councillor. Without putting the contract out to tender he agreed a £100,000 fee to Mark Greenburgh, then of his mates Wragge and Co. He then agreed a further £85,000 on top. Greenburgh made racist comments about a member of the Councillor's family being disabled because of inbreeding. Britton decided this was a "joke" but then paid a colossal sum of your money to a QC to make sure he hadn't f*cked up yet again.

This blog has consistently exposed this outrage and just a few months ago The Skidder did a one-man demo outside Wragges's office in Birmingham handing out a leaflet about the racist incident and demanding they repay their huge fees either to SMBC or to a Muslim charity. Britton your days of bullying me are over matey and I am not going to accept this sort of nonsense from a **** like you!

(And the report was rubbish anyway!)

These sh*ts do have some brass neck though. Greenburgh "left" Wragges and set up on his own. Despite his vile racist outburst he was recently boasting of being at the AGM of the, er, "Diversity Trust". You couldn't make it up....

Not only have I been subject to bullying and harassment by Britton and his bent staff but now Sandwell's "retail guru" "Dr" Alison Knight and Peter Yeomans want to use my lavatory!

Technical Blog - Unlawful Covert Surveillance

Information has come to hand that junior employees of SMBC ordered direct covert surveillance of me. I have sent a legal letter to SMBC which is set out below with a couple of redactions.

"THIS IS NOT A PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL COMMUNICATION

2nd September, 2019

PLEASE NOTE - this correspondence is being sent to my solicitor but should be taken as a protocol letter in contemplation of the commencement of civil litigation. Please provide a protocol response within 14 days.

Factual Matrix

At 12.54 in 26th September, 2018 : one or more low-level employees, believed to be xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, ordered direct covert surveillance of myself

“Would you be able to let me know directly via email if Julian Saunders appears at reception at any point in the future please?”

I shall refer to this as the “initiating request”.

As a lawful visitor to Oldbury Council House from time to time this is in direct contravention of Article 8 of the European Contravention on Human Rights ie it is an interference with the right to respect for private life. Section 6 of the Human Rights Act 1998 provides that it is unlawful for the Council to interfere with those rights save in accordance with the law.

One or more employees complies with the initiating request. One is believed to be someone called Barbara Everson, believed to be xxxxxxxxxxxx. An employee called “Lee” may have also been involved. This is a non-exclusive list:

26th September, 2018 the initiating request was acknowledged “Will do [redacted name] I’ll let the team know as well and get them to email you directly. He was in yesterday 15.00 hours after elections.” (Please identify which “team” this relates to.)

14th November, 2018 “Skidder in OCH reception”;

4th January, 2019 “Julian Saunders - he is in the building”.

There is also reference on correspondence which includes Maria Price that recorded telephone conversations were being made without notice to myself.

RIPA

The covert surveillance was not in respect of a specific investigation as required by law.

The RIPA definition of surveillance is wide and includes any activity involving observing persons, their movements or other activities or communications. The covert surveillance was monitored as shown by the emails above.

The surveillance was covert as I was unaware that it was taking place,

The surveillance was taken in such a manner that it was likely to result in the obtaining of private information about me.

Authorisation

I believe those behind the unlawful initiating request are low-graded employees and clearly not authorising officers within the meaning of the Act.

The unlawful surveillance was otherwise than by way of an immediate response to events or circumstances where it was not reasonably practicable to obtain prior authorisation. Further there was no activity on my part in lawfully using a public building that would warrant RIPA authorisation.

The very detailed RIPA authorisation process was not followed by SMBC at all.

Remedies

I expect the immediate suspension of staff who participated in this unlawful activity pending disciplinary investigation;

A public apology;

Damages.

Sandwell Council Servers Used By Union Rep to Solicit Funds!

A redacted but interesting email has come my way. I have mentioned before that allegedly cash-strapped Labour Sandwell Council pay out shed loads of taxpayers' money to "employees" who are on "facility time" so that WE pay them to to be union reps. Many are supposed to be "full-time" but this blog has repeatedly raised questions about their apparent closeness to the Labour hierarchy at the bent authority and whether they are really doing enough for the members. Certainly The Skidder has been inundated with complaints about the standard of representation in the failing Council.

(As many of you will know the mighty GMB are currently trying to bankrupt me and take my house.)

Funnily enough someone wrote to me this month complaining bitterly about the unions when a group of workers were made redundant, saying this:

"[the union rep] was always quick to drop Watson's name, and was always going to get him to meet us and perhaps help. But it was all bullsh*t".

Of course, employees who are union reps openly campaign for the comrades but just in case you didn't understand their political affiliations how about this where a GMB rep seems to have become upset about the alleged activities of one of the other unions in Sadders and declares undying commitment to Squealing Eling "lol", Spellar, the self-appointed Nonce-Finder General, Watson and, incredibly, to The Sandwell Slasher, Simon Hackett (plenty more coming on him I promise!) Curiously no mention though of the GMB backing Adrian Bailey, the Borough's other Labour MP:

Interesting that Sandwell Council servers have been used to make such a pledge! Which brings us to part of the meat of the dish. I am currently in without prejudice discussions with SMBC concerning grossly defamatory material published via their email account. Below, the employee directly accuses me of abusing a Councillor - whom I am assuming from the rest of the email is Costigan. In law, the employee can fix the Council with "vicarious liability" in certain circumstances and I shall certainly be adding this libel to the ongoing list in the current litigation. Note to readers: writing the truth about a Councillor's misconduct does NOT constitute abuse!

But worse still, the union rep is actually also using the Sandwell Council facilities - and this has been confirmed by the Council ie that it is on their servers - to solicit election funds/help from the union for a Labour candidate in that same Council! I am making a formal complaint about this and I will be very surprised if the political parties in Sandwell do not do the same. The employee is very close to Costigan and the GMB did cough up £100 in addition to normal party funding. And I wonder what Costigan (?) knew about this? If it was her perhaps she used the loot for her purpose-made "Queen of Wednesbury" shirt which she sported at the count?

So here we have it readers/taxpayers - we pay for union reps who are nominal employees to do union work all day and to use Council "facilities" to solicit funds for an election candidate of the the ruling party! Further, the "For Britain" is not my cup of tea but it is a lawful political party standing in the elections - did the GMB give money to all candidates standing against those that nominal employees do not like? There are questions to be answered here!

And Finally,

The trolls have been out in force recently on social media attacking me and others. Curiously a woman on Facebook suddenly brought up the fake news piece from months ago that other parties had been "campaigning" with For Britain during a Save Lion Farm event. That was a lie then and is a lie now aimed at discrediting other parties. But this moron used her real name and when challenged about her lies claimed she knew nothing about me and this blog. Which is strange since I met her once at Oldbury Council House and she knew exactly who I was. And lo and behold, it turns out she is a close associate of none other than disgraced Labour disaster-zone, ex-Councillor Richard Marshall lol!!!!

Vaughan Excoriates Hapless Hughes!

The "Friends of Brunswick Park"is a microcosm of all that is wrong in Labour Sandwell (aka "Sadwell".) A seemingly worthy organisation run by volunteers for the good of the community was hijacked by Labour Councillors and their associates. Being Wednesbury this inevitably involved "Inane" Elaine Costigan and pathetic Peter "Zorro" Hughes.

The comrades never miss an opportunity for self-promotion and so here are Labour's John "The Godfather" Giles (Chair of the London-based remainer Tom Watson's constituency party) and Cllr Luke Giles "working" the 2018 Wednesbury Carnival. (I am told the woman is Donna Martin formerly connected with Wednesbury Celebrates and now apparently involved with the mysterious "Knights of Wednesbury who are also refusing to disclose their finances - posts passim.)

In my post of 14th August I pointed out that for two years the trustees of The Friends had failed to file returns with the Charity Commission.

Incredibly, some anonymous thick tw*t then put this up on the charity's Facebook page:

"It has recently been posted on Twitter that we have not submitted any accounts to the Charities Commission since 2016, this unfortunately is true..... we otherwise would not have known of this obligation."

"[The failure] was pure lack of knowledge on our part."

What the f*ck? People have signed up as trustees of a charity but don't know they have to file accounts? Pull the other one since if this is true these dimwitted morons are not mentally capable of being trustees.

One trustee was inveterate liar Cllr Costigan. As a political favour for snitching on Eling's enemies she was actually promoted to a Council Cabinet position until recently booted out. Are they saying SHE didn't now of this "obligation"? Mind you, the "Queen of Wednesbury" still won't say what happened to the money held by Wednesbury Celebrates and, of course, her bent cop mates are refusing to investigate.

And what of Hughes. When he wasn't fulfilling his self-appointed role as Squealing Eling's "Rimmer-in-Chief" this embarrassing greaser held - until recently - scrutiny positions over bent Sandwell Council and West Midlands Combined Authority. His name is on the Charity Commission website although he is not shown as a trustee. We know this guy is a sick joke but is HE claiming he didn't know what was going on?

In my earlier post I pointed out that Keith Vaughan - a well-known local Tory - is still shown as a trustee. This is wrong and is the result of the "trustees" [sic] failing to file the appropriate paperwork. I am indebted to him for letting me see the email he has sent to the grovelling "Zorro" Hughes. Vaughan pulls no punches (rather like the person who straightened Hughes out on that infamous night at the Rugby Club):

"The comment on the organisation's [Facebook page] that it was 'not aware of this obligation'...is laughable nonsense.

The responsibility for [the missing returns] was that of the incoming committee. I am afraid that I assumed their ability to run the organisation matched their zeal to take control of it."

Ouch!

As I have done, Mr Vaughan pointed out to Hughes that he boasts of his "scrutiny" experience. He is not leaving it to chance with these buffoons but is writing directly to the Charity Commission to have his name removed from the records.

Still, this is exactly what the moronic population of Wednesbury deserve. They vote for these people and let them take over their local organisations. Carry on w*nking over Maynard's old photos. Better to wallow in nostalgia then face the sh*t reality of the present day. Good luck losers!

Watson

Fresh from the controversy of his bullying of people to their graves with vile, false, allegations the former "Ten Bellies" is now cosying up to the Liberals to stop Brexit despite the clear view of the majority of his nominal constituents. But this guy will do anything to promote himself. Compare and contrast his current position with his views in 2016 as reported by "Politics Home":

The prospect of a general election soon seems to mean that Watson will have to stay and fight West Brom East - possibly with George Galloway on the ticket. There was a rumour from Labour sources in Sadders that Watters wanted to take over Kate Hoey's seat in south London - where he lives - but time may conspire against him. And so folks - you might get a final chance to shaft this brutish oaf.

Watson has been a leading anti-gambling campaigner. It is entirely coincidental that he has received large donations from millionaire, er, anti-gambling campaigner, Derek Webb. He is now the de facto General Secretary of right-wing union, The GMB. No doubt he will be having a word with the brothers and sisters who used members' dues yesterday to sponsor a horse race!!!!

The Friends of Brunswick Park!

If you want to f*ck something up in Sandwell getting Elaine Costigan on board is a sound first step. We have seen her involvement in the Wednesbury Celebrates debacle and she still refuses to say what happened to any remaining funds held by that body despite the fact that she had been the "treasurer".

We have seen her tapping up a company that had broken planning regulations and that she then sat on the Planning Committee deciding their retrospective application.

This blog reported the total pack of lies she told about me to her big pals at West Midlands Police.

We saw her heavy involvement in the Wednesbury BID fiasco where the "successful" application -championed by her - was thrown out due to the illegality of whole swathes of the process [posts passim].

And then, of course, there are her curious dealings with Mr Maynard.......

We have seen via the infamous WhatsApp feed that she joined with the discredited former "leader" of the Council, Steve "Squealing" Eling, to shaft other Labour councillors. (So confident was she of the resurrection of The Squealer" she sported a "Queen of Wednesbury" T-shirt at the election count - an hubristic gesture which has spectacularly back-fired!

I am indebted to local community activist Darryl Magher for the following information concerning the registered charity known as the "Friends of Brunswick Park" where Her Maj is a trustee "lol":

This is from the Charity Commission website and Mr Magher has specifically checked the details with them and they have confirmed that there has been NO return from the trustees since March, 2016! Just remember that until very recently Costigan was actually a CABINET MEMBER in the Council FFS!

Costigan is one of three trustees (I know who Mr Vaughan is but Ms Neale has never crossed my radar before.)

Until recently, the pompous buffoon Cllr Peter "Zorro" Hughes has had "scrutiny" roles in both bent Sandwell Council and the West Midlands Combined Authority ("lol") but, mysteriously, he is shown as the contact point for this charity despite not being a trustee! IF he has muscled in on this organisation how come his "scrutiny" experience didn't lead him to ask why no returns have been made for this very small charity since 2016? What IS his involvement here and who agreed it? Answers on a postcard please.....

Addendum 14/09/19 - I emailed Zorro as he is named on an official website and got the usual nonsense and abuse back. The upshot is that Cllr Hughes refuses to comment on his role in this affair.

And finally,

Politicians come and go in Sadders and some are already almost completely forgotten like the vituperative Hosells. I do not wish to be "sizeist" like Cllr Bob Piper but I came across this photo of Watson and crew and I have been struggling to identify the "person of limited stature" on the left (as per the photo rather than poltically.)

August - The Silly Season!

It's that time of year when the great and the good (who can afford foreign currency) trot off and the papers are left with stories about skateboarding monkeys and so on. It may be quiet on the surface but there is tremendous activity at Oldbury Council House and big, big, stories are about to break. At the moment though, it is the calm before the storm!

BTW The Skidder is approaching one and a half million views...... Please keep reading folks!

Taking The P*ss!

The local press - a craven bunch beholden to Sandwell Labour for the rubbish they print - did a classic "silly season" story emanating from our old "friend" Cllr Bob "Seig Heil" Piper about the new-style bus shelters (incidentally I have never yet seen a councillor arrive at OCH by bus and they all arrive in increasingly flashy motors)!

Wealthy Piper complained that the shelters (pictured) face the road so that folk waiting get splashed by passing vehicles (presumably something he has been told rather than experienced):

All this is apparently said without irony as Piper's own bent Labour Council went to great lengths (and expense) to, er, cover-up "that" notorious incident when Cllr Simon "The Sandwell Slasher" Hackett urinated in a bus shelter! I think I'd rather dodge the contents of Simon's bladder than spray from passing vehicles eh readers? They have no shame whatsoever these jokers do they? (More on Hackett coming real soon......)

Lion Farm

As I reported recently there IS a pre-application planning process under way to destroy the Fields and Sandwell Council have said that I can see the file - or at least the parts they will show me. This should be next week and I shall report back to you asap.

In the meantime Labour want to evict the Warley League from their base at The Fields. As a gesture of goodwill they have reduced the pitch charges this season. Very welcome, of course, but the wider campaign to save this vital green space continues.....

Wildlife Corridor

This Labour Council's passion for destroying any green space in Sandwell outside Sandwell Valley and Warley Woods continues apace. They have shafted Londonderry Fields and want to destroy Lion Farm Fields. The rumour is that Brandhall Golf Club is to go and now they want to wreck the wildlife corridor behind the Titford Road Houses. Please follow "Phil Shakespeare" on Facebook for more info.

There is a public meeting at The Crosswells on 22nd August at 8pm and please do go along even if you do not live in the immediate area as this rape of open space by the "socialists" affects everyone in Sadders - especially given the poor air quality issues. Lion Farm campaigners should also turn up in force. The Skidder will certainly be there and will be pleased to chat with y'all.

Bescot

Not a green space issue but another reminder that Network Rail have slipped in their planning application during the holiday period. Don't forget that the lorries will be thundering through West Brom and Stone Cross so that it is not just Wednesbury/FriarPark/YewTree folk affected by this. Get your objections in NOW! Please also liaise with the campaign group ("The People of Wednesbury Say NO to Network Rail.)

GMB Union

Regular readers will know that Tom Watson's new bezzie mates, the GMB Union, are trying to close this blog down, bankrupt me and throw me (and my wife) out of our house.

They have splashed out their members' dues and are sporting a new 2019 website designed by 89up. Very smart it is too:

Now 89up is run by a (bearded) chap called Michael Harris - who seems to be a good egg and has hitherto been a very doughty campaigner for free speech. Just the sort of chap, one might think, who would be in favour of local bloggers exposing fraud and corruption. And just the sort of guy who would hate a vicious bully like Watson who drove folk to their graves with false allegations of the vilest kind.

I wrote to the GMB and asked them if Watson had any influence in their choice of 89up to do the work for the Union but they have not responded. Mr Harris states that 89up tendered for the work way back in 2017 and that Watson was not involved in any way.

But just as the Tories stick together like sh*t to a blanket so it is with the "Labour Family". Thus in addition to doing the GMB work, 89up were also able to assist London-based Watson, the de facto GMB"General Secretary", this year with "IT & website development services" free of charge at a value of £3,750! Nice!

No doubt you will bring this to mind when considering making a donation - along with several millionaires - to Watson. Perhaps paying him through his "crowdfunder" page, that massive indication that Labour's election coffers are in a p*sspoor state and that he is sh*t-scared of George Galloway!

Smethwick Police

In my last post I recorded the incredible amount of time being spent by the WMP PCSO's ~~pratting around~~, er, building community relations with a seemingly lovely bunch of women from the local Amaan group in otherwise crime-free Smethwick.

The response from West Midlands Police was a straight two-fingers as they deployed another two PCSO's to spend a whole morning with this group and then to brag about it on social media. Clearly if the PCSO's have nothing to do they should be disbanded in this area and the money used for something else.

The Missing Tractor

In my last post I mentioned the £10k tractor that Sandwell Labour Council have "lost". I note that community activist Darryl Magher has put in an interesting Freedom of Information Request about this:

It will be very interesting to see the records from the tracking company - and a senior employee has confirmed that a tracker WAS fitted. And the explanation from THREE senior employees why they didn't "call this is in" as the US detectives say when they claim to have seen the missing tractor in use should be interesting. Watch this space!

It is the silly season and so no news feature is complete without an animal picture. This is nothing to do with Sadders but I give you a photo of a plastic washing basket and my friends' beautiful dog, Daisy!
