He's Finally Gone - Darren Carter OUT (+ more!)

BREAKING NEWS: CARTER OUT!

At long last the pathetic s. 151 Finance Officer of bent Labour Sandwell Council has been booted out BUT HOW MUCH HAS THIS COST YOU? Darren Carter (pictured standing without a tie) was a pathetic grovelling rimmer of the Labour Dictatorship and there was surprise when he was given the top Finance job by disgraced former "Leader" Steve "Squealing" Eling. As ever the suspicion was that his promotion owed more to the use of his (brown) tongue rather than the use of his brain.

Even in "the day job" there have been questions about Carter's ability and the very considerable delays in the presentation of the audited accounts - a matter of great concern for a Labour Council tainted with widespread corruption. fraud and incompetence. But, as exclusively reported by this blog, it was the unlawful suspension of the Cabinet secretaries which put the skids under him (posts passim as nauseum).

You can read the full tale elesewhere in this blog but Sandwell's nasty and highly controversial Monitoring Officer, Surjit Tour, held a "private" meeting with Labour Councillors on the Standards Committee the day before they were due to preside over the show-trial of Cllr Ian Jones. This shocking action was leaked and a witchhunt started to find the leaker. The Cabinet secretaries - with over 100 years of service between them -were fingered as the guilty parties. A male Labour Councillor with access to the executive areas of the Oldbury Kremlin was heard shouting "I want the f*ckers [ie the loyal secretaries] out and I don't want the f*ckers back!" It is hard to imagine who would be physically proximate to all this and have the power to abuse these women in this way and Squealing Eling has been widely touted as the piece of scum responsible for this vile outburst although he specifically denies any involvement.

Jan Britton, Darren Carter, Lousie Lawrence, former employee Stuart Taylor and other employees became involved to seek retribution for the leak of Tour's actions and Carter took the lead in the absurd decision to wrongly suspend the unfortunate women. As regular readers will know the likes of Cllr Yvonne Davies (another defenestrated leader) and David Stevens (appointed Chief Exec by Davies after no proper competitive process) then fought tooth and nail to prevent disclosure of the truth at a Tribunal hearing with Davies and Stevens actively pushing the line to the Tribunal that it was the women themselves who didn't want full dislcosure of the truth! Nevertheless, the process DID flush out a considerable amount of evidence and the fingerprints of Carter himself were everywhere.

The strange thing is that Carter himself decided to take the blame for this shaming degringolade and to protect his political masters at all costs. He too has persisently stated that there were no councillors involved (which is not true anyway as the documents show "briefings" etc) and that the incredible and monumental disaster was entirely due to his own stupidity and ineptitude and that of the "expert" SMBC HR Department. As soon as this started to become apparent this blog immediately - and rightly - started calling for him to face disiplinary action and dismissal without compensation.

We know that Sandwell Labour run a dysfunctional and corrupt outfit where loyalty to the Party trumps any attempt to act in a proper way and it seems incredible that Carter would have admitted that he seemingly has sh*t for brains unless he had been given the nod that he would be "protected". And when the excrement began to hit the fan a whole bunch of pathetic "socialists" - including women - signed a letter to try and prevent him facing disciplinary action for his shocking treatment of female employees. When you see these arsewipes out and about ask them why on earth they supported the pathetic plank:

As it is the highly-paid Carter has been suspended on full pay for many months and so WE have picked up the tab for him to sit at home during a time of crisis. SMBC have now stated that he has left by reason of "redundancy" which almost certainly means he has also received a pay-off despite his appalling conduct! 

Carter is not out of the woods yet. It certainly looks like he was directly involved in setting up a secret £300,000 (yes, three hundred thousand pounds) fund to destroy me and this blog and he may well face serious repercussions from that too. And maybe the comrades have paid him off (with OUR money) to ensure he keeps his mouth shut as per many other examples...

Sandwell may be mired in poverty after 46 years of Labour but thanks to taxpayers the Carter family won't be down the foodbank any time soon! Kerching!

The Lying Nurse

There are documented historical examples of manias breaking out during plague periods and the absurd glorification of the NHS during Covid seems to be one such. Don't get me wrong, I support a (reformed) NHS (mostly because the economic case at present is that it would be too expensive to switch to a different funding system). 

Before Covid (remember that?) anyone of my advanced years will tell you many stories of wonderful treatment from the NHS but also many horror stories. Personally I have mostly had superb treatment though there have been some bumps in the road. And in the final years of my mother's life her extensive treatment veered from the astonishingly good to the appallingly bad.

A few days ago Labour Cllrs (and rebels against the current leadership) Kerrie Carmichael and "Inane" Elaine Costigan were pleasuring each other with tweets singing the praises of Russells Hall Hospital. Almost simultaneously, er, Russells Hall Hospital apologised for their shocking misdiagnosis of a man who then needlessly died of sepsis. We have recently seen very poor maternity services pilloried at Shrewsbuty/Telford. And who can forget kindly old Dr Harold Shipman?

But now neighbours are shunned if they don't stand on their doorsteps and applaud the NHS and even the Tories cannot stop saying how marvellous it is. There is no objectivity in any of this. The NHS may be good but it is far from being the world-beater oft claimed. Indeed it was 18th in the world via the latest WHO efficiency rankings. And many countries that do not have a "free at the point of delivery" system like ours have performed very well indeed during Covid without any congratulation from our mulish and insular populace.

So yes, support the NHS but help it improve where you can. Unfortunately, however, the organisation is such a political issue that any attempt at reform is seen as an "attack" on the organisation's principles. This is absurd and has to change.

The NHS is a massive employer and it is inevitable that there are going to be some rotten apples in the barrel. And Labour and the Unions have thousand of stooges within the Service ready to push their perverted ideology irrespective of the facts. Thus we come to an extraordinary incident early in the pandemic when someone who claimed to be a nurse at Walsall Manor Hospital tweeted that the angels there were desperately short of "refreshments". This immediately seemed odd to me given that morons were queuing outside hospitals to present often grossly obese staff with boxes of sweets and biscuits.

Various official and unofficial enquiries were duly made and the NHS itself and others confirmed that the story was TOTALLY UNTRUE. That should have been the end of matter - just another crazy on Twitter spreading "fake news" - except that the then Leader of Sandwell Council, Cllr "Red" Yvonne Davies saw the tweet...

Red Yvonne has many admirable qualities and, unlike many of her "comrade" councillors has some intellect, integrity and personal bravery - which is probably why the likes of Costigan, Hughes, Edwards and Co despise her. But as with anyone who is prepared to live their life accordingy to the diktats of a warped dogma the "red mist" came down and Cllr Davies said that she was going to immediately ensure that food in the Council's Hub would be diverted from the needy and vulnerable of Sandwell and delivered to local hospitals (where our heroes were well-stocked and all on full pay).

SMBC now refuse to identify the nurse but say that he or she was working on Ward 2 of Walsall Manor Hospital (and I may be wrong but I somehow thought that this building was not in Sandwell!) Furthermore Sandwell Council say that they not only confirmed the identity of this lying f*ckwit but contacted him or her (again, even though Walsall Manor is not in Sandwell).

I will soon be writing about Sandwell Labour's "fake" charity "Sandwell Leisure Trust" (SLT) but suffice to say here that, legally at least, SLT is a completely seperate organisation from the Council (although wholly reliant on it). SLT was closed down by Covid and so "donated" the contents of its vending machines to the Council's food hub. On 20th April, with the permission of SLT, Sandwell Labour decided to f*ck over Sandwell residents yet again and delivered refreshments which were NOT required to Walsall Manor Hospital. All this from a false and poisonous tweet!

With no other evidence of need these t*ssers also sent SLT stuff to Russells Hall and New Cross Hospitals which are also outside the Borough!

I keep saying these people are morons. When are you finally going to listen Sandwell?

Sandwell Leader Maria Crompton Refuses to Condemn Vile Abuse

Councillor Joanne Hadley has been suspended by the Labour Party in respect of complaints based on a very dodgy tape "acquired" by Cllr M Y Hussain ("Billa") and his grovelling sidekick and self-appointed spokesperson, Basharat Khan. Since making their complaint this pair have ALSO been suspended by Labour in this rottenest of Rotten Labour Boroughs! Khan has been putting up tweets singing the praises of the woman he has tried to destroy. Here is the latest:

Despite the dubious complaint and the retractions the national Labour party has not removed the Councillor's suspension and seems intent on involving its funders in yet another costly legal disaster. In the meantime, in a recent post I referred to the astonishing abuse of Cllr Hadley on Twitter from troll accounts connected with someone I can now name,  ex-Labour Councillor David Hosell. I sent this email to the Interim Leader asking if she condemned the attacks on a Councillor but once you are out of Labour you are out and there has been on response from Cllr Crompton.

Recently the Hosell network has poured forth an incredibly obscene and abusive stream of invective to harass and demean Cllr Hadley - again with no action from WMP.

I could send you many screenshots the Skidder team have collected but this recent one stands out as being particularly offensive.

Do you condemn this sort of repulsive attack on a Sandwell Councillor?;

Noting that the Chief Constable of West Midlands is refusing to investigate the Hosell trolling network will you use your office to refer this police inactivity to the four local MP's, the West Midlands Police and Crime Commissioner and the Home Secretary? If not why not?

We have seen time and time again that the Bent Blues are determined not to police the Labour Council. Why they want to protect someone as awful as Hosell is anyone's guess although this picture of Dave with Jan Britton's Oldbury Police puppet may or may not be instructive.

Bescot Planning Fiddle

Rather late in the day the bent Labour Council are sending me a large dossier about the crazed scheme to build a factory next to housing at Bescot (exciting Christmas reading lol!). The plan was backed and promoted by bent Sandwell Labour until the local peasants revolted and a brilliant campaign by Carol White, Wayne Trinder and many, many, others defeated the plan.

Whilst I await the dossier here is a letter from the corrupt Council I came across recently from their pals at the Black Country Local Enterprise Partnership - a bunch of unelected greasers like Ninder Johal - who unfortunately have influence in the planning process. Even though there was a huge local campaign against the absurd plan here are two sentences from a letter these "enemies of the people" sent in support of the planning application.

I think we need to start to monitoring these sh*tbags don't you readers?

The BCLEP are happy to work alongside Network Rail and Sandwell MBC to promote this scheme and support this through the planning and delivery stages to ensure the facility opens in September 2021.

May 2021 Elections

The bent Labour Council has confirmed that it erases the records of persons nominated for elections once the election is over. It is interesting for Sandwell-watchers to view these documents and given real concerns that, once again, Labour candidates are getting away with giving false addresses at election time (more anon!) So take a print folks if there is anything dodgy going on...

STOP PRESS - SANDWELL DISGRACED AGAIN!

Whilst writing this local Tory MP, Shaun Bailey, popped up on the TV asking a question in the House of Commons. Quite rightly he was asking why sh*thole Labour Sandwell is currently BOTTOM of the league table for school attendance. Shaun pointed out that in Sandwell - where, incidentally,  the Labour-appointed Director of Public Health has been a very vocal critic of Government policy - the recent attendance was just 37%. Even the left-wing Guardian mentioned this:

This is even worse than other Labour sh*tholes like Rochdale, Oldham and Tower Hamlets!!!

Sandwell Labour have recently been boasting about how poor and deprived the Borough is after 46 years of their control. They know that a lot of Sandwell parents are as thick as two short planks (not least because they vote Labour or just can't be arsed to vote at all) and they must now discourage these people from visiting their own failure upon their children.

SKIDDER EXCLUSIVE: Labour's £300k Fund To Destroy This Blog!

Deeply corrupt Labour Sandwell Council set up a secret £300,000 fund to destroy me and this blog it can be exclusively revealed! In an extraordinary admission the bent Council has confirmed in writing that the giant fund was officially budgeted for but hidden in "financial reserves" and a VAT exclusive sum of £50k was actually spent on external lawyers - including a QC - on top of internal legal costs.

For the benefit of new readers Labour Sandwell Council has tried to destroy me and this blog for many years. In the latter part of 2017 I published material which was the catalyst for the eventual defenestration of the vicious Labour "leader" Steve "Squealing" Eling. His pusillanimous elected colleagues circled the wagons around this tyrant despite the evidence against him and he clung on to the leadership "kicking and screaming" for several months aided and abetted by grovelling members of the deeply flawed paid service including Jan Britton (the now disgraced former Chief Executive), Darren Carter (the now-suspended s.151 Officer - possibly on his way out if recent rumours are correct) and the highly controversial Monitoring Officer, Surjit Tour (who has been active in subverting the complaints system against elected members - see posts passim and legal notice below).

Eling and his puppets lashed out at me as he clung onto office by his finger tips but he was eventually suspended by the Labour Party itself. Even then he refused to go until his colleagues reluctantly passed him the pearl-handled revolver.

For the many years this blog has shone light into the corrupt corners of this bent organisation the elected members have kept up a constant refrain that my many exclusives have been "all lies" without ever putting up any sort of rebuttal. But The Squealer knew I had severely wounded him politically. 

The bent paid service are refusing to say (a) when the secret fund was set up, (b) who the s.151 Officer was and (c) who the Cabinet Member for Resources was who signed off the £300k expenditure.

There are proper procedures for expenditure in a "normal" Council ie. one not run [sic] by the hapless Jan Britton. It is highly likely the s.151 (Finance) Officer was the grovelling rimmer Carter and, whilst we do not know the date this sick arrangement was made, it is highly unlikely that he had the power, "delegated authority", to authorise a secret fund of this size. Now Eling himself retained the position of Cabinet Member for Resources for at least some of the time he was Leader but it is currently unclear whether he himself approved this fund as part of his personal vendetta against me.

It is highly likely that this all happened on his watch since, as we shall see, there is reference to Howard Kennedy Solicitors and I know that Britton's bent paid service used them to try and subvert a subject access request from me in early 2018. As above, the corrupt Council is currently refusing to provide details. (I am writing to the three local Conservative MP's since they MUST demand an inquiry here and the heads of anyone involved still within the organisation).

Eling was replaced temporarily by the weak as p*ss Labour Cllr Steve "Luvvie" Trow and he too has questions to answer about all this.

Sandwell itself has a large and expensive legal department under the highly-paid and equally highly controversial Tour. the current Law Society website says they employ a stonking 21 solictors but they are seemingly useless as external lawyers are constantly instructed to do much of their work - at great expense to us taxpayers. David Stevens, the new Chief Executive who was promoted without any sort of proper competitive process, will not say at present how much time and public money this lot spent on this vendetta.

Surjit Tour himself wrote to me (the very day James Morris MP raised the corruption at Sandwell Council in the House of Commons) saying he and the Council were out to get me and that external lawyers were also being appointed to shaft me. As it was this dirt-poor deprived Borough spent the following vat-exclusive external sums of OUR money on top of their own resources:

QC - £10,882.00

Other barristers: £9,498.50

Howard Kennedy, Solicitors (a vey posh London outfit): £13,756.00

Bevan Brittan, Solicitors: £15,857.00

So on top of their own solicitors they spent another £49,993.50 ex vat on external lawyers!

(This info from David Stevens may not be complete since Surjit Tour took an external firm with him to a meeting with the equally corrupt West Midlands Police chaired by an Assistant Chief Constable no less and their fees are not shown.)

Ask yourselves why I am feared by these Labour sh*tbags so that they will look to spend £300k of OUR money to hide the truth? And keep reading THE SKIDDER for the truth the local mainstream media won't tell you!

Breaking News - Brunswick Park Lodge Con + More!

BREAKING NEWS - Brunswick Park Lodge Scandal

I am indebted to a reader for discovering the latest horror story from the Wednesbury Labour mafia.

Despite some Labour Councillors having two homes these money-grubbers have been vociferous in claiming that the housing crisis in Sandwell is not their fault despite their failure over four and a half decades in power. They persistently scream about the need for more council housing ignoring the scandals relating to allocations over the years, the "right to buy" fiddles, the lack of new-builds and the poor quality of some of the existing stock. 

The bent Labour Council had some houses let on "service tenancies" - rented to staff - and sometimes in desirable locations, at least by Sandwell standards. Who can forget that the former Parks supremo John Satchwell Snr managed to buy one which he did up and put on the market for a very tidy sum.

People are beginning to ask why the Lodge at Brunswick Park (pictured) appears to be empty when there is such need for housing in the Borough. And if Labour think it is too good for rent then sell it and use the proceeds for something shittier for what they perceive to be local scum to live in.

The reader has discovered that the property has been empty since 2019 (which seems to indicate for AT least one year) and it has not been offered to tenants or for sale on the open market. My tenacious correspondent then discovered that the reason for this was that Wednesbury Labour front-organisation "The Friends of Brunswick Park" want it for some sort of community use! In other words, it is wanted as a taxpayer-funded loss-making plaything for the likes of Costigan, Zorro Hughes and the ghastly Giles clan!

This Labour Front now only shows one trustee, a Terence Mcdermott (which is unusual for a charity) but we all know who is pulling the strings and Sandwell Council definitely know so how are they trying to force this bent deal through? I don't know if Terry Mc was the only Trustee for the last three years but whoever they were they failed to file their accounts with the Charity Commission for 2017 until 568 days late and were 204 days late for the 2018 numbers. This blog and others made the late filing public and the trustee(s) filed the 2019 accounts on time. The Charity Commission is not publishing the full accounts now on the website but the total income for the year was just £5,746. And so this is a pisspot organisation with a sole trustee and a history of very poor govenance negotiating to steal a valuable asset from us taxpayers.

(The usual modus operandi of Wednesbury Labour is to get a grant from the Council and then show to grant-making bodies that there is already money in the bank toleverage more out of them!)

In any event Sandwell is awash with "community spaces". Many pay no rates. Indeed it is worse since there are no endowments with these properties and so the bent Labour Council doles out money to keep them going whilst they scratch around for other grants (often from other taxpayer-funded outfits.) It is noteworthy that at one of the meetings when Labour decided to f*ck you all over with the Commonwealth Games paddling pool Cllr Bill Gavan "lol" was asked what would happen to the redundant Smethwick Baths. Of course, none of this had even been considered in the desperate rush to blow your money on a vanity project and he muttered that it might be suitable for some sort of "community use" - so another massive hidden cost of the disastrous "socialist" w*nk for years or even generations to come.

After all the fraud and the cons set out in this blog are Labour trying to do another backdoor deal instead of using the house as it was until last year as a residence or selling it. Lets see if Chief Executive David Stevens has a bigger pair of balls than Jan Britton!

If you want to rent it or buy the lodge contact Sandwell Council as they have a legal obligation to get the best price possible if they dispose of it. Keep a record though since, in the past - especially during the Jan Britton years - such offers mysteriously got "lost" (eg. on the plot of land sold to Cllr Rouf's son - posts passim as nauseum).

Carters Green

There is nothing the bent Labour Council likes more than to blow its own trumpet despite their obvious failings over a mere 46 years. Who can forget that at the height of the corruption under Jan Britton and Nick Bubalo (who didn't see or know anything) they were awarded a prestigious, er. planning award! Now they are bragging about an award for the "redevelopment" at Carters Green - the area of West Brom where a friend of mine is afraid to walk alone at night.

But all the PR from the comrades didn't cut much ice with users of the excellent "I Live in West Bromwich" Facebook Group. Here are just a few of the comments:

The pathetic "comrades" of Sandwell Labour are adept at smearing people - including their own side. Back in the days of the late Smethwick wife-beater, Darren Cooper, we saw that "anonymous" letters were received and used to try to destroy (then) Labour Councillors Mick Davies and Jayne Wilkinson.

They are still at it today as the Labour Group is torn down the middle in a bitter civil war which continues to rage despite the small matter of a global pandemic actually killing Sandwell folk. 

It's ancient history I know but I just happened to come across a classic example of the sheer vindictiveness of this lot recently and the sheer stupidity of some of the opposition parties in Sadders who think Labour will box by Marquess of Queensberry Rules whereas they need to learn that they are in a cage fight with these sh*tbags.

Labour drove Jayne Wilkinson out but she joined the Green Party and even though, at that time, she had no chance of winning a seat with them Cooper and Co still wanted to destroy her completely.

Thus a Mr Paul Kerton wrote to Aldo Mussi of the Green Party making inane insinuations about Jayne and claiming that he was considering "voting green at the next election" but was not now going to do so. Mr Mussi took this complaint seriously and raised the matter with Jayne in December, 2014. But if Mr Mussi had read a Skidder post in August, 2014:

Oh yes, and he and his step(?) brother Labour Councillor Stephen Frear (another big pal of the Turdmeister) shared a council house together.

I thought of this the other day when one of the local Liberals was gallantly letting Labour off the hook for 46 years of sh*te and wondered whether the opposition would ever "get real". There's an election next May and so time is running out...

I have now written to ALL Sandwell Councillors asking then for either a photo I can use or permission to use their image as used on the Sandwell Council website. Incredibly only four Councillors bothered to respond. Cllrs Yvonne Davies, Ian Jones, Olwen Jones and Joanne Hadley all gave me written permission to use their website photo. But they are only elected members and so they have no say and the bent Council's highly conroversial Monitoring Officer, Surjit Tour, has directly countermanded their instructions (without consultation with them!)

In the circumstances, if YOU have any photos of Sandwell Councillors either on council or political party business that you can let me use, please send them to me. Liam Byrne's Massive Porkie!

Sheeple of Sandwell - this post may be about a Birmingham MP but Liam Byrne is the Labour candidate to be the West Midlands "Mayor" next May and so you need to decide whether (a) you can be bothered to vote at all (and most of you won't which is why Sandwell is still an absolute sh*thole despite 46 years of Labour control) or (b) you will actually cast your vote for someone with such poor judgement and who lies to you.

In passing it is worth remembering that almost no-one in Sandwell wanted a new West Midlands Combined Authority and Mayor in the first place. Another multi-million pound taxpayer-funded tier of government has been foisted on local people yet the local authority has not been pruned to compensate. Bent Labour Sandwell Council still has 72 councillors and a massive staff which YOU also continue to pay for.

One thing about Labour is that they NEVER learn from their mistakes. When the first mayoral race took place in 2017 the grotesque Tom "Lazy Tom" Watson forced Labour to take as their candidate his absurd Rimmer-in-Chief, Sion Simon. Simon didn't even live in the West Midlands Combined Authority area proper but Labour don't care about things like that. Simian Simon ran a disastrous campaign. (I was fortunate to be present when he spectacularly imploded at a meeting of pro-Labour "arts" professionals with an old chap from the Arts Council actually standing up and shouting at him!) He lost, of course, to former soft-furnishing salesperson Andy Street, who got out of John Lewis's just before its precipitous decline (leaving a colossal white elephant building perched above the still-fumed clogged New Street Station - a classic case of bullsh*t style favoured ahead of substance).

Blairite Byrne is notorious for his infamous "joke" when leaving his post as Labour's Chief Secretary of the Treasury in May. 2010 when Labour were finally kicked out of office after trashing the economy. How Byrne - an MP since 2004 for yet another Labour sh*thole, Hodge Hill in Birmingham - ever achieved office in the first place is a mystery but as we teetered on the brink of financial destruction he left his successor at the Treasury a note reading "I'm afraid there is no money!" Like most good jokes it was based on the truth and his conduct in office should have been a matter of deep shame rather than levity.

Having f*cked up so spectacularly you might think Byrne would be more diligent thereafter but, earlier, this year he appointed "The Tipton Green Tosser" Cllr M. Y Hussain (aka "Billa") to what was claimed as a serious - amateur - investigation into the effect of Covid 19 in BAME communities in the West Mids. 

Sandwell readers will be familiar with Billa's antics and that he must be a good actor since he exudes the persona of being as thick as two short planks. Sniffing, sweating Billa is also surrounded by a miasma of lurid allegations (he even has a parody Twitter account @BillaSweating!) 

Billa has interests in at least two houses but claims to be "unemployed". Nevertheless, in the first lockdown he was travelling far and wide despite the regulations - often crammed in a car with other members of the BAME "community" and Brian Rickers, a former Regional Organiser of Unite the Union but now also unemployed. It is alleged - and I put it no higher than that - that this unemployed man used his pass as a Sandwell Labour Councillor to ignore the lockdown rules by claiming to be "a key worker"(which he has yet to deny) but what is definitely correct is that complaints have been made about his behaviour to, inter alia, Sandwell Council itself.

Byrne himself let the cat out of the bag in a press release when he set up his own farcical, non-scientific, "inquiry" saying:

"Councillor Hussain has spent the entire lockdown supporting individuals and families right across the region with the effects of the coronavirus crisis".

This blog showed that Billa was claiming to donate PPE to nursing homes etc which the unemployed man said he had "paid for" from his own money. Yet he cadged PPE from a nursing home and then "donated" it to Sandwell Hospital - all recorded in self-publicising social media posts to the glory of the greater Billa.

On 7th October, 2020 I sent this email to Byrne who had appointed this man to his "inquiry" after all this infomation was already in the public domain (unfortunately certain matters have to be redacted at present):

"Dear Mr Byrne,

THIS IS NOT A PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL COMMUNICATION - JOURNALISTIC ENQUIRY

With regard to Sandwell Councillor Mohammed Yaseen [Hussain], "Billa":

1. There have been very widespread allegations for some considerable time that Billa is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. When did YOU first become aware of these allegations (please provide a date)? Do YOU believe that the allegations are untrue and, if yes, do you have grounds for that belief which you can share?
2. There have also been allegations of Billa xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx When did YOU first become aware of these allegations (please provide a date.) Do YOU believe that the allegations are untrue and, if yes, do you have grounds for that belief which you can share?
3. Have you ever read The Sandwell Skidder Blog - "Cllr M Y Hussain - Tipton Green Tosser" (link below)? If yes, when did YOU read this and do YOU believe that the allegations therein are untrue? Once again, do you have grounds for that belief which you can share?"

Byrne did not reply and so I was about to post the email to him in a letter when I bumped into him in Kings Heath High Street (that's in Birmingham for Sandwell troglodytes) where I put the letter directly into his hand. But he still hasn't had the courtesy to reply. Why not?

The point is that Byrne appointed a moron to his "inquiry" AFTER most Labour people locally were fully aware of the serious allegations swirling around Billa and after the Tipton Tosser's personal behaviour during lockdown had been called into question. Yet another catastrophic display of poor judgement by the man who wants to lord it over Sandwell and the rest of the West Midlands.

But the icing on the cake is that after Billa was appointed by Byrne he was SUSPENDED BY THE LABOUR PARTY! You couldn't make it up lol. And Sandwell - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

But it gets worse folks...

All of the above points to Byrne being an "A-Grade" Tw*t but now he is actually lying to people. He is putting out press releases holding himself out to be "the Shadow Mayor" of the West Midlands (whilst still raking-in from US his MP's salary and expenses):

This is a blatant lie. There is no such position as "Shadow Mayor". This is a deliberate attempt to deceive voters in the West Midlands including Sandwell.

And just in case Byrne tries to make out that someone else wrote the press release here is his own Twitter account profile (where he is pictured with Keir "Sir Woodenarse" Starmer) where he LIES again:

Curiously I believe that local Tories are aware of this blatant lying but have not publicly commented as yet? And I am sure other candidates will also have something to say about this to the Electoral Commission and elsewhere.

Even more curiously, the Commissioner for Parliamentary Standards says that, despite all the b*llocks spouted about MP's having to act with honesty and integrity, to lie to the public in this way is NOT a breach of the Parliamentary code of conduct. MP's cannot lie in the House or on Parliamentary business but they CAN lie to voters and/or us mere scum. This is what the Parliamentary Standards office told me (although perhaps with buttocks clenched):

"I appreciate why you are disappointed that Mr Byrne refers to himself as the ‘shadow Mayor’.  However, it is not for the Commissioner to decide whether someone’s self-styled ‘title’ is valid or accurate and, I have to reiterate my earlier point that I do not believe the Commissioner can investigate this matter.  I should also explain that, even if she is unable to investigate, this in no way means the Commissioner endorses any comments or claims that may have been made.  It is open to you to challenge Mr Byrne directly regarding his claims, as I believe other members of the public have done." 

No wonder the public have such little faith in this institution when scumbag members can lie with impunity.

(It is interesting to note that I am apparently not the only complainant about Lying Liam!)

There we are Sandwell - this is the sort of guy you are being asked to vote for. But noting that many of you persisently voted for the likes of Watson and Spellar you are probably thick enough to do so.

(Just for the sake of completeness Byrme has been very actively campaigning for the election next May on top of being paid as an MP in the biggest peacetime crisis for generations. Obviously he has f*ck all to do for the lucky residents of Hodge Hill during Covid but, interestingly, he has not yet made any mention of funding for the mayoral tilt in the Parliamentary Register of Interests. We must assume from that either he is funding his campaign himself (sorry, I just wet my pants laughing) or the Party is divvying-up and is therefore also fully behind his pathetic lie that he is "the shadow mayor"!)

And finally, the cherry on top of the icing. Here is a Byrne election leaflet showing "local supporters" (including the former Ten Bellies Watson) which includes Watson's former driver and bagman "Cllr" Bill Gavan - no stranger to porkies himself as the bent Lion Farm deal shows (see posts passim and legal notice below.) Foul-mouthed Billy said that although a Labour Councillor he has never supported "the left" and he subsequently flounced out of the Party (or, to be accurate, he flounced out then begged to be let back in before, er, flouncing out again when he tried to join the Tories who wouldn't let him in!) We do love a good laugh don't we readers?

At least one local media outlet has repeated the lie that Byrne is "shadow mayor" and a formal complaint is in. This will be winging its way to the regulatory authorities ere long. You have been put on notice now of the true situation... I appreciate that most of you are pro-Labour propagandists but peddling this egregious lie will be challenged!

The latest from Labour's poverty ghetto - the hermit kingdom of Sandwell! Warning - contains "adult"content!

Crimewatch (Part 430)

In my last post I mentioned the tsunami of crime reported on Sandwell social media sites and that it is rare for the local cops to pick up the phone let alone investigate. There have been further recent reports of crime - a serious assault in Oldbury, two stabbings at The Hawthorns, operators trying to nick catalytic converters and much more. Thanks also to Chris Green for this delightful pic when someone torched a van:

We saw in the last post that local Tory MP, Nicola Richards, raised the crime wave in West Brom East in the House of Commons. The Government Minister responding said he found it "shocking" and asked Dave Thompson, the Chief Constable of West Midlands (see further below), and the ludicrous Labour Police and Crime Commissioner to pull their socks up.

The Sandwell Plod are apparently too busy to investigate actual crime but have the time to put an inordinate amount of, er, b*llocks on Twitter. The garland for the most prolific twitterers was formerly held by Smethwick "Police" although the Wednesbury Blues are seeking to snatch their crown. They have recently bombarded Twitter with shots of, er, empty locked-down streets which they boast of "patrolling to combat crime" where no-one is in sight! They also handily put up an image of how NOT to wear a facemask:

Curiously there have been a plethora of shots of Wednesbury cops diverting their apparently ample resources to patrol an almost deserted Gallagher Retail Park at Junction 9. Now the curious thing about this is that this is PRIVATE land. Compare and contrast with the Bullring in Brum where the owners pay for private security guards rather than have taxpayer-funded cops doing the job. 

More to the point, the media reported in 2018 that the shopping centre has been sold to a South Korean company in 2018 yet a Land Registry search shows that the main freehold is held in a company not in Wednesbury but in Luxembourg - a well-known tax haven. And so it looks very much like the owners are not "dodging" but are "mitigating" their UK tax bill ie. the very tax that pays for "public" services like corrupt West Midlands Police!

I sent the following request for info to Quadrant Estates who operate Gallagher Retail Park but they haven't bothered to respond:

"THIS IS NOT A PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL COMMUNICATION - PRESS ENQUIRY

1. Are you still the managing agents for Gallagher Retail Park please?
2. If answer 1 is in the affirmative are you or the parks owners making payment of any kind to West Midlands Police for patrol services. I ask because WMP are persistently advertising that they are patrolling the retail park even though I understand that it is private property?"

 IT IS HIGH TIME LOCAL GROVELLERS STARTED ASKING QUESTIONS TOO!

Meanwhile, Wednesbury plod have sallied forth to restore law and order in the ghastly town - with a crime prevention stand In Mozzies lol! Two taken off the dog sh*t-smeared streets to dish out a few leaflets:

Interestingly even this large supermarket is not immune from nocturnal thieving in a town brought to its knees by decades of Labour failure since the white notice on the board to the right reads "No Cash Held On These Premises"!

Lest We Forget

There was "outrage" earlier this month when Extinction Rebellion held a "wreath-laying ceremony" at The Cenotaph ahead of Remembrance Day. A very poor show in my book although I am queasy about the ever-growing politicisation of an important national event. Who can forget the appalling antics of the absurd Labour Cllr Peter "Zorro" Hughes at the Wednesbury event a few years back - happily caught on video and also described in this post:

I cannot let this picture go by without mentioning the other Councillor in it, Labour's Laura Rollins. Readers will know that many members of the Labour Party have been expressing virulently anti-semitic views. But in an earlier post I mentioned that our Laura had mysteriously claimed to be "a rich Jewish trendsetter in a former life". As I believed this to be a lie I wrote to her on 17th September, 2020:

"You stated on Twitter that you "were" Jewish. Can you confirm what you mean by that please."

Alas she has not chosen to respond. Digging around though, it seems that she is the political equivalent of the Vicar of Bray and she has radically shifted her political stance. At first she was posting about a #FreeGaza event outside Tesco by Villa Park and urging folk to "educate yourself". She didn't seem over-keen on the State of Israel also tweeting a question about the Palestinians, "please explain how the systematic decimation [ie by Israel] of a people is ignorant or anti-Semitic?" 

But as with Anwar Sadat and Menachim Begin even the hardest of hearts can melt and soon after this strident gibberish Laura was able to publish these comments:

"I've decided I like rich Jewish boys." (Socilaists always secretly covet wealth lol!)

Jo Hadley

This blog featured the extraordinary story of the suspension of Cllr Hadley by the Labour Party and the murky story behind it involving Cllr Mohammed Yaseen Hussain (aka "Billa"), Basharat Khan and at least one other.

 And since, in that dysfunctional Party, both Billa and Bash have also been suspended!

West Midlands Police are well aware that an ex-Labour Councillor and associates have been at the centre of an industrial scale social media trolling campaign againt me and others so that Twitter have removed a number of his accounts for "abusive behaviour". But as one is taken down up pops another. He is supported in all this by at least three CURRENT Sandwell Councillors.

It is a story for another day but the Police are also aware of his networks attempts to smear a current Labour Councillor and to interfere with/prejudice a forthcoming court case. One of his associates recently joined in on this using her own account. More anon.

The trolling stuff is known to a number of police officers and details have been sent to the Chief Constable himself. As ever with corrupt West Midland Police they are anxious to protect their pals at all costs and so they have done absolutely f*ck all - as usual.

The attacks on Councillor Hadley have been extremely vicious. Then an anonymous account started attacking the ex-Cllr and he somehow got it into his thick head that this was run by Cllr Hadley which I am absolutely sure is untrue. It is one of their tricks to claim that accounts belong to other people so that they can get away with continuing to harass them. Even given the adult content warning at the head of this post some of the stuff is just too graphic to put on here. If I tell you that the ex-Cllr's network's tweet, "Is there any man in Tipton that hasn't had you prick jo", is one of the milder attacks you will get the drift. There are - yet again as with me - direct (false) allegations of criminal activity too.

Once again the Police are aware of this but have done nothing. But this just encourages him and his associates and just take a look at this grotesque effort they have now put up:

Houston Twinned With Wednesbury

My readers are people of great taste and discernment but a few may be unfamiliar with the word "gerrymandering" (and there is a joke in there for the cognescenti lol!) This word describes the rigging of voting boundaries to favour a desired outcome and is particularly prevalent in the States where, until recently, the party in power invariably got to draw-up the electoral maps. Thus, instead of logical geographical or demographic divides, voting districts can be a rag-bag of disparate areas stitched together. In the recent US election I noticed this particularly egregious example in Houston, Texas where the Republican Party joined up various enclaves of their own supporters:

Seeing this brought back to me the unlawful Wednesbury BID scandal (posts passim and see legal notice below) where the bent Labour Council, together with the likes of expert female photographer Mike Maynard, Cllr Inane Elaine Costigan, Cllr "lol" Peter "Zorro" Hughes and the bent Blues of WMP, tried to force a "Business Improvement District" on what is left of Wednesbury businesses after 46 years of Labour destruction. But someone unknown rigged the vote and, thanks to local community activist Darryl Magher, the whole rotten edifice came tumbling down! Regular readers will know where I am going with this and remember how "yes" voters some distance from the Town Centre were suddenly discovered to actually be in the BID area. You couldn't make it up - er, yes you could and Labour and the cops did! When they said they were "forging ahead" they sort of meant it lol!

Costigan the Braggart

I made an aside above how most "socialists" I have met quickly abandon their warped ideology at the sight of a wad of cash.

In Sadders, Labour have trashed the six towns for 46 years and left many of the pathetic, spineless, populace mired in poverty and every other sort of deprivation (in lockdown one, Labour in West Bromwich East actually brought in bogroll from London as local arses were seemingly smeared in faeces!)

People like Cllr Costigan try to bullsh*t residents that everything is wonderful. Your life might be pathetically horrible but she will send you a box of sugar-coated products at Christmas and hire a ZZZ list "celebrity" to switch the Christmas lights on.

But Costigan does love a good boast about the riches of her son. First he apparently enjoys "hospitality" season tickets at The Baggies rather than ordinary seats, Then we had pictures of his Porsche. To cap it all was the picture of the "top floor penthouse" in Marbella. Presumably the Cllr thinks these chavvy displays of wealth are inspiriting for the yokels.

Of course, her son has done what anyone in Sadders with any money does and has moved out of the sh*thole Borough to bucolic Staffordshire. We wish him well particularly given the state of the economy and hope that his Mother will undergo a "Rollins-style" political conversion and start singing about the merits of capitalism and wealth-creation to the grunting proletariat of Sadders.

 The Friends of West Midlands Police

There has been a very worrying trend in the last few years of corrupt West Midlands Police (WMP) cosying-up to people and organisations in their police area. This is often done under the guise of "community policing" or working with "partners", whatever that means.

Leaving aside, ahem, the outright corruption in Sandwell where known criminals are allowed to carry on with impunity and where certain elements within the force itself are at pains to protect their own financial interests in drug-dealing and other organised crime there is a growing tendency of the blues becoming too close to the very people they should be collaring!

Obviously The Skidder has written at length about the corrupt links between WMP and bent Labour Sandwell Council so that Chief Constable Dave Thompson appears now to have granted total immunity from investigation - let alone prosecution - to Labour "partners". And we have seen that the likes of Rich Baker (who has moved on) and Sgt Gary Crapwell were the willing puppets of ex-Labour Council Leader Steve "Squealing" Eling and disgraced former Chief Executive [sic] Jan Britton. (Though to be fair to "Rich", as The Milkman called him, he did eventually see the light and tell him to "do one".)

I was present at a meeting when an officer showed Cllr Bob Piper what he described as "unredacted" intelligence of activity by criminal gangs in Sandwell at a Licensing Committee meeting. I am not suggesting Piper is corrupt (though he is an arrogant p*ss-taker) but what is going on here? 

Turning the situation around several sources have told The Skidder that bent cops are warning "their" taxi-driver mules of SMBC "spot-checks" so that they can avoid them.

The question for "Dave" and the bent blues is whether Sandwell Labour are the only ones getting preferential treatment in the Borough. I very much doubt it and the rule of law seems not to apply to certain individuals and companies. It's one rule for one...

All this partiality descends into farce eg. the five plus years the bent blues have been attempting to close this blog down and criminalise me and eg. when they put up incessant photos of themselves sat on their arses taking tea and biscuits with their "partners" at Sandwell College one day and then whining and giving themselves "special powers" when college kids run riot or shoot fireworks at them the next!

As above, I have had over 5 years of harassment (which is continuing even now) from this shower and it is obvious that many officers are bone idle. Anyone reading the excellent Facebook Group page, "I Live in West Bromwich" will be appalled at the daily litany of car thefts, attempted and actual burglaries, criminal damage etc. The running theme throughout all these reports is that the cops won't even bother to pick up the phone let alone investigate what are quite clearly some serious and traumatic incidents.

And you don't just have to take my word for the pathetic service:

Many of you will have seen that WMP had to issue an grovelling apology recently for their aggressive conduct towards a customer in the Oldbury Sainsburys. I wonder why they were in there acting as tapayer-funded security for the supermarket giant in the first place? Perhaps this astonishing tweet from Oldbury Police gives us a clue:

Just think about this effort - tweeted in police time - for a minute. WMP are bigging-up TWO private businesses. Why could Sainsburys' not simply donate the stuff direct to the foodbank rather than through a third party (and two carrier bags full isn't a bad return for having unpaid WMP security as above.) And why the f*ck are taxpayer-funded police employees going round delivering stuff instead of dealing with actual CRIME????

Because of their corrupt relationship, Sandwell Labour will not try to bring WMP to book and neither will the ludicrous Labour "Police and Crime Commissioner", Jamieson. But at least the new Tory MP's are beginning to find their feet and only the other day WBE's Nicola Richards asked a question in the House of Commons about the rampant crime in West Brom. The Minister for Crime and Policing responded thus:

So there you are - "it is a shocker" and Dave Thompson should "pay attention". The Tories MP's need to keep on top of this and you too readers should keep 'em peeled. YOU are paying for this police "service" so raise your voices and insist they do the job they are paid to do. If they don't - contact James Morris, Shaun Bailey or Nicola Richards if you live in their areas. If Labour's Spellar is your MP you can just go and f*ck yourselves!

Piper Offends Again?

Bob Piper is a vile man but he seems to have had a sudden conversion of late. Bob has been a virulent critic of all things Israeli on Twitter - possibly even worse than Cllr John "Jedward" Edwards. But as the Labour Party seeks to expel the antisemites Piper's Twitter feed has been mysteriously wiped by hands unknown and the last reference to Israel is in 2011! I am sure Bob is not "antisemitic" - he just doesn't like Israel or people who live their lol - and has only been espousing a pro-Palestian view point. 

Piper was, of course, caught out when, and I sh*t ye not, he was Chair of the Licensing Committee but walked into Oldbury Wetherspoons and made a Nazi Salute and shouted "Seig Heil". His "defence", as I understand it, was that it was this was directed at a non-Jewish "right-winger" but how he knew no-one else was Jewish in the crowded pub and very likely to be offended is beyond me. Happily it was not beyond his pals in the bent blues who duly let him off.

Wealthy "socialist" Bob cannot walk past anyone he dislikes (which is, seemingly, most of humanity) without having a dig. Now that he is apparently too scared to have a go at the Jews he has decided instead to mock and insult a Muslim man at prayer! What a piece of work eh readers?

Sandwell Day of Action - 3rd April, 2021

Various folk are planning events on the above date - which coincides with 47 years of Labour failure since the Frankenstein-like creation of "Sandwell" - to protest against the Dictatorship and offer a positive way forward for local folk.

Care must be exercised on two fronts. Firstly, any events, demos and protests should be planned with Covid social-distancing in mind as there may well be restrictions still in place. Secondly, any party political events should stick in their own factions since Labour will try and may adverse comments if parties act together. You may think this is weird in a democracy but this is what the sleazy "socialists" do. Just look at the trouble these sh*tbags tried to cause when the parties gathered to meet local people at Lion Farm objecting to Labour's bent plan to destroy the Fields there.

I hope we can have a communal gathering at some point in the day - possibly a socially distanced walk down West Brom High Street to the cop shop - before going off around the Borough to spread enlightenment.

If you are planning an event - and I hope all six towns will be participating against the Labour Poverty Ghetto - please let The Skidder know so that it can be advertised on here and other channels.

I was hoping to have the inaugral "Skidder Awards Ceremony" this November but am now planning to try and get a venue for the late afternoon on 3rd April, 2021 so that all participants in the Day of Action can wind down and have a laugh together!

I also hope that any Independent candidates standing in the Council elections next May will make themselves known to me and I hope to help them meet and greet folk in their wards on that day (see further below).

Just as a matter of interest the Green Party seem to have totally disappeared in Sandwell which is surprising noting that after 47 years control by Labour it is an environmental disaster-zone and their continuing desperation to destroy green spaces across the Borough. Does anyone know if they have any presence at all now locally?

The Independents

Secondly, Wayne Trinder is standing in Friar Park. Many of you will know Wayne from his role - with a fantastic team of locals - in the community's great victory over Network Rail's plan (given the nod initially by Sandwell Labour) to plonk a concrete-sleeper factory next to housing at Bescot. Carol White and many others fought tooth and nail to destroy the Labour plan and, when the strength of local feeling became known, a few jittery Labour Councillors suddenly found it expedient to then oppose the plan! A small team, including Wayne, presented the community's objections to the Council planning committee quite brilliantly and won the day! Please consider befriending Wayne on Facebook! Baggies Charity Mystery on The Liquidator Podcast

Several years ago I wrote about my concerns (as a Baggies fan) about the lack of contibution by WBA FC to "its charity partner" (whatever that means), The Albion Foundation. As ever the local mainstream media took no interest.

Recently I wrote about the facts that (a) the Club appears (again) to be giving bugger all to the Charity whilst giving a contrary impression and (b) that the Charity in the last two financial years say THEY actually bought OVER ONE MILLION QUIDS WORTH OF TICKETS FROM THE FOOTBALL CLUB using its charitable funds.

I omitted to say that in the last two financial years the Charity also say that it has diverted over £100k from its charitable funds to the Club for staff kit and tickets.

The Foundation have not responded to my blog. I have also written to the Premier League who have made substantial donations to the Charirty but they have also failed to respond as yet.

I am sure most Baggies fans are listeners to the excellent podcast on all things WBA - The Liquidator. This is run by probably the only decent investigative journalist in the West Midlands, Adrian Goldberg (on Twitter at @GoldbergRadio), and author, lecturer and all-round good-guy Chris Lepkowski (tweeting as,er, @chrislepkowski.) There are a number of ways to listen to the excellent regular podcasts including via Spotify.

In the latest episode - linked below - there is an erudite but depressing post mortem on last night's debacle at Craven Cottage but at 26:35 minutes into the cast this matter is discussed. Adrian states that he has been in communication with the Club but, guess what, they too have failed to respond to legitimate questions.

Just on a point of order, Adrian mentions on the podcast that he thinks the Charity has offices at The Hawthorns. I commented on this some years ago in the Jeremy Peace era when an official of the Albion Foundation (who wishes to remain anonymous) contacted me to say that the Charity had been "kicked out" of their offices by the Football Club and forced to rent at Ford Street, Smethwick - where they still reside paying a hefty £72,192 property costs per annum from charitable funds according to their latest accounts.
