I mention this since "Condom Man" Billa is clearly not in a vulnerable category health-wise as he has been out and about all round the Borough of Sadwell. Incredibly, smears like Cllr Simon Hackett - The Sandwell Slasher - are promoting Billa to bring down their own party's "leader" of the Council, Red Yvonne Davies (of Herefordshire infamy.) In the never-ending Sandwell Labour Group civil war, fomented by defenestrated former tyrant Steve "Squealing" Eling, the rebels - Costigan, Hackett, the Giles's and other Eling rimmers - planned a coup about now ie after the May elections which were, of course, cancelled. We saw on a recent post that the rebel "barmy army" mustered 27 signatories in an unsubtle further attack on Red Yvonne.
Billa has only been a Councillor for two years and has not held a cabinet position (not that that says much in Sandwell where moronic thugs like ex-Cllr Hosell were promoted for purely political motives.) Speaking personally, my chats with him have not disclosed any knowledge whatsoever of council law, procedure or organisation on his part but perhaps he is hiding his light under a bushell? Some Labour Councillors have suggested that he is simply being used by people who think they are cleverer than him (!) This seems unlikely in the case of Simon as he was a Cooper/Eling/Watson myrmidon - spineless and as weak as p*ss.
Whatever the position in respect of the postponed coup, Billa has gone into full campaigning mode. One question is where he is getting the money from? He claims to be unemployed but told myself and Darryl that he didn't need to be a councillor as he "could make a million" in a few months. He has one house and his wife owns another in the same road but he has no visible means of support. He is said to have an expensive lifestyle but no-one - including some notables from the local Muslim "community" - have vouchsafed to me his sources of funding.
The sharp-eyed will notice my use of the inverted commas around "community". This is not because British Muslims are mostly members of only one branch of the Islamic faith but because Billa's local advocate, Mr Basharat Khan, was recently boasting how ex-Cllr Mahoob Hussain formerly "controlled the Muslim Community" locally but that "we" ie Billa, Khan etc have wrested control of the Tipton and Tividale areas from him. All sounds rather less than holy and rather more "gangland"!!!!
Now banners have started appearing around Sadders purporting to be a vote of thanks from "the Muslim Community of Dudley and Sandwell" (whatever that means) to the NHS and bearing Billa's image! I don't have a great photo due to lockdown and this is the best I can do. Billa is under the end of the rainbow like the proverbial crock of sh*t (surely "gold"? - Ed.)
In my last post I reported how West Brom East/Wednesbury people were now so enfeebled and pathetic the sh*thole towns now have the status of a third-world country and Billa and Hackett have begged for "essential supplies" to be brought in from London!!! If I may digress slightly, here is an email I sent 24 hours ago to Billa, The Slasher and Lachrymose Luke Giles - I have received no response:
"Sandwell Council has received public funding to provide food and other necessities to the vulnerable in Sandwell and have widely trumpeted its "hub" activities.
Notwithstanding this, Cllrs Hackett, Giles (L), and M Y Hussain - seemingly with other members of WBE Labour - unilaterally sought an urgent delivery of "essential supplies" from London.
I appreciate that Labour has turned local people into pathetic supplicants but why was this emergency mission mounted now? The video evidence bragging about this does NOT identify any urgent or essential need but simply invites local people to apply if they want any of the free stuff.
Why, if the food is so urgently necessary was it not supplied to the Council's own hub for distribution? Has the Council's own distribution scheme failed - which seems to be the implication of your actions?
Was this yet another grotesque publicity stunt designed to humiliate the current Sandwell Council (Labour) Cabinet and the Leader?"
And who should be on hand in the inevitable Labour promotional video (one of two) for the comrades to brag about this shameful escapade - yes Condom Man!
Yesterday, self-publicist Billa bragged on social media how he has delivered PPE to two Sadwell nursing homes - both privately-run, profit-making businesses (indeed one of them part of a very large group):

I don't know whether this guy has been tested as negative for Covid 19 before running around getting photos of himself at these vulnerable places but an extraordinary story emerges this very morn.
The Skidder asked both nursing homes on your behalf why they, as private businesses, had shortages of PPE and what steps were being taken to protect their staff and residents.
The big group responded in writing that they were grateful for donations of PPE but that they have adequate PPE across all their homes and, indeed, "enough stock to last us several months." (Of course, this does not chime with the propaganda being pushed out by the sick Labour Party.)
The second home - part of a smaller local group - was angry with our hero. They said that a week ago Billa had offered them some PPE but said that he urgently needed some face visors FROM THEM. It is not quite clear what he said he wanted them for. BUT last week the nursing home donated 30 visors TO BILLA.
It transpired that Billa then made a personal donation of said visors to the NHS Sandwell General Hospital - hence his PR photo outside!
Yesterday Billa did indeed donate some facemasks to the Home but asked them for more visors! This time he told them that the Hospital had been very grateful for his donation! You will not be surprised that the Home were incandescent with rage and refused to supply more visors to him!
Incidentally, the Home stated that it too had a very adequate supply of PPE sourced quite properly from its own resources and by the creditworthy efforts of, er, Sandwell Council! So the Labour Council itself has been supplying PPE to the Home which Billa has been cadging from to promote himself! Are you reading this Simon Hackett??????
Just so that you are not confused that Billa was claiming to represent the Council itself, when he delivered some facemasks to the Home yesterday he bizarrely told them that his wife was "complaining about all the money he was spending" on his PPE donations! What a complete c*nt!
And shame on Sandwell Hospital for accepting unsourced PPE which had actually come from a Nursing Home!!!! Beware of the Creeps bearing gifts!
ADDENDUM 14/05/20: I have received a kind response from the Chief Executive of the NHS Trust covering Sandwell Hospital. He has confirmed that at the time of this sick Labour Councillor's grotesque stunt there was no pressing need for visors at Sandwell Hospital. Further the Hospital has NOT required PPE conned form nursing/care homes and, in fact, the Trust has been supplying PPE TO THEM!!!! No public apology has yet been made by Labour's Billa.
There you have it folks - don't say I never warned you. This guy is "mad, bad and dangerous to know." Leader of the Council? I don't think so even with the current pack of Labour morons!
Bash Khan/Tividale Mosque
Having mentioned Basharat Khan it is worth commenting on his handiwork of late. It seems that he is not a trustee of the Tividale Mosque in Gate Street (although he claims to be a key holder.) The Mosque has been trying to acquire a piece of land from Sandwell Council for many years. In a post of 11 December, 2019 I put up the Mosque's naked threat to the hapless non-entity Leftie Labour parliamentary candidate in Adrian Bailey's old seat, some beardy bloke called Cunningham, to the effect that unless he promised that Labour would GIVE them the land the Mosque worshippers would refuse to vote Labour! As they put it very clearly in writing, "We will not give a single vote until the extension plan for our local mosque is approved." Very subtle!
The Mosque , a registered charity, has just run a successful appeal on GoFundMe - actually a very good idea particularly as Ramadan is a time for giving. The curious thing here, however, is that in their last accounts this small backstreet outfit had a quarter of a million pounds in cash and at the bank. I did ask Mr Khan why so much money was being held back and not used for charitable purposes but answer came there none. Perhaps the Trustees would like to write and explain? (I should add that this is not an anti-Muslim comment as there are other charities in dirt-poor Sandwell who mysteriously like to hold very large amounts in "reserves" rather than using money stashes charitably for the benefit of the people.)
Mr Khan, an ex-Tory, is loud and aggressive on social media and had a major pant-wetting session when his unfortunate brother contracted Covid19. Bash was full of praise for the work of the NHS in his happy recovery but then resorted to a tweet praising the power of "God's Science" as he calls the virus. He delighted that "God's creation" had brought nations such as the UK, Russia and, er, NATO (!) to their knees. Whilst the world hunts for treatments and vaccines against the merciless killer sicko Bash bragged that "no scientist can reproduce God's creation" (which is sort of what the scientists are trying to do - and most right-minded people very much hope they will succeed!) I do hope that with these extreme views Bash is not in charge of the madrasa down Gate Street!
This wild behaviour is also strange since Bash has a much more liberal-side. He is also a willing mouthpiece for one of Sandwell's most notorious adulterers AND his fornicating friend! Still, it takes all sorts.......
And Finally.....
In a crowded field, one of the greatest Labour sleazeballs during the currency of this blog is ex-Mayor Derek Rowley. Readers will remember that there were various serious (and unproven) allegations against our Derek, the constant companion of Labour Councillor Syeda "And I Love You So" Khatun. In one episode Rowley was accused by the Audit Committee (after revelations here) of flogging-off Council property. The full story of this has still not come out but corrupt West Midlands Police as ever failed to properly investigate this and other matters relating to their Labour pal. Sandwell's Bent Blues even failed to follow up why a close associate of Rowley, Mr Tom Arnold of Tipton, was actually advertising Council-owned units for sale on HIS Facebook page FFS!
But at least I can report that Mr Arnold is actually a thoroughly good bloke. Here he is on a self-publicising donation run giving to the NHS! WHAT A GUY! (I wonder where he got the visors from lol!) Perhaps the fraudulent feds are deserving of some goodies too for all their hard work looking the other way......!
