More Proof of Eling's Lies!

There was panic at the Oldbury Kremlin yesterday when a national media organisation threatened to publish a major story relating to Steve "The Milkman" Eling's (aka Elying's) bizarre lie (when he was savaging James Morris MP like a crazed stoat) that the bullsh*tting bolshies don't use confidentiality agreements/gagging clauses when forcing staff out the door (usually with us taxpayers easing the pain with 40 pieces of silver.) The highly controversial Monitoring Officer, Surjit Tour, threatened legal action to prevent the excellent story coming out. As yet, the organisation has not published.

I picked up the story independently and emailed Eling requesting his confirmation that it was true. Today I too have been threatened by Tour with legal action. I have given him until 4pm to put up or shut up.

Meanwhile, and on a related issue, Eling and Co have been boasting about no "compulsory" redundancies at the Krem whilst - as reported even by the Express and Star a few days ago - they have just shelled-out another £5m on redundancy payments. Of course it is all smoke and mirrors from the conning comrades to bolster their allegedly "left-wing" credentials. As we have seen - and as admitted by long-serving Councillor Bob Piper - Jan Britton sacks the good people so that those that remain are mostly arse-lickers and/or members of "The Party." Feeble employees are promoted above their capabilities - like Britton was himself - for services rendered to "the Leader" "lol" or, as in at least one infamous case in Parks Department, for sexual favours.

When Elying bragged that SMBC do not use confidentiality agreements/gagging clauses he was either (a) lying again or (b) suffering a particularly bad attack of selective amnesia - a local affliction popularly known as "Hussain's Disease". He seems to have forgotten a scheme whereby instead of compulsory redundancy the sleazy socialists offer a special scheme for employees leaving at a future date - "retirement in the efficiency of the service [sic]." Taxpayers give the employee leaving on a fixed future date a fixed sum in their pension pots but the employee has to sign, er, gagging clauses. Despite the untruthful b*llocks from Eling I am told  that the current numbers of these agreements already set up with staff departing on various dates is around three figures! Eling - you might be able to take the p*ss out of the BBC and West Midlands Police but you can't fool Skidder readers!

So smug after humiliating BBC "journalists"!

The employee is given £250 plus VAT to take legal advice on a THIRTY-ONE page contract drawn up by SMBC solicitors. By Clause 4(c) the employee may not even tell anyone - other than a few specified persons - that the agreement even exists! Here it is and the next sub-clause is a gagging clause preventing the employee from bad-mouthing Britton's bent paid service. The employee agrees also not to speak to the press and at 4(g) the threat is made - breach the agreement and you lose the bung from the taxpayer:

Just in case the employee doesn't get the message s/he is warned that in return for taxpayers' dosh there must be no disclosure of any of the terms of the agreement:
