Regular readers will know of the extensive campaign by corrupt West Midlands Police against me and the treatment I received when I uttered the word "c*cksucker" outside Sandwell Council House. Jan Britton, the head of Sandwell's incompetent and bent paid service, demanded my prosecution and the local plod were very happy to oblige. I was acquitted on 14th January.
On 16th January, 2019 braggart Bob Piper was due in Walsall County Court to face a charge relating to his behaviour in a public house (he is head of the Council's Licensing Committee "lol"). (His treatment pre-charge differed significantly to mine but that will have to wait for another day).
On 15th January, 2019 stories were splashed across the craven local press that the case was concluded and Piper had accepted a caution for a lesser offence. How Piper had "accepted" the caution when it had not been administered to him is not explained.
In the Birmingham Mail Piper said he had accepted a caution even though he described the charge as "ridiculous" and "utter nonsense". He proceeded to, er, make derogatory remarks about one of his two alleged victims.
In the excellent Skwawkbox (sh*t hot on Sandwell issues of late) Piper claimed that his behaviour was "lampooning" but failed to mention the caution. The CPS told Skwawkie that he had, indeed, been cautioned for the offence.
Enter the Wolvo C*cksuckers - "the Express and Star" - always on hand to fellate Sandwell Labour and its, er, members. Piper told them the whole thing had been sorted out by his solicitors. Piper claimed he was prepared to apologise to his alleged victims but then went on to slag one of them off. He stated that when he made the comment "xxxx xxxx" to one of his victims he was only "semi-joking" - in other words he was "semi-serious" when he allegedly made his offensive remarks. And so he is apparently showing no remorse whatsoever and aggravating the alleged original words.
The C*cksuckers article is headed "David Banner" but at the bottom of the story it states that the info had come from "LDRS Reporter George Makin". The LDRS is The Local Government Reporting Service. If I tell you that this is funded entirely by those other Sandwell Labour blow-job specialists, the BBC, you will get the drift that any story submitted by them about bent Sadders is unlikely to be objective.
The question is whether the local media jumped the gun? When precisely was the case "withdrawn". If the reports came out before this happened then is there a potential contempt of court offence?

But as with everything in the stinking Borough it gets worse. Makin, the BBC-funded "reporter" is a Labour Party man - formerly "spokesman" for Walsall Labour Group no less and - wait for it - a friend of Bob Piper!
And now it gets worse still. Not unnaturally the alleged victims contacted WMP to ask how this situation had come about and why they had to find out about all this via local newspapers. The shock reply was that the CPS were wrong! Piper had NOT accepted a caution and the charge should not have been withdrawn!
But wait for it - and this is definitive from WMP and I have seen it in writing - WMP are going to send the matter back to the CPS. BUT, BUT, BUT - they say that if the CPS won't continue a prosecution that will be that and the victims will be left with just a right to reply to the CPS for what the hell that is worth.
Have you got there yet, dear readers?
In other words (and there are allegations in Labour circles that the CPS has been "got at") if the CPS want to protect Piper there will be no prosecution. AND THERE WILL BE NO CAUTION EITHER!
SIMPLES! Piper is off scot free even though HE claims he accepted a caution. This arrogant "joker" thinks he is much cleverer than everyone else - maybe he is!!!!!
WMP allege that this potential stitch-up is nothing to do with them and that all this skullduggery is down to the CPS. Whatever, this absolutely stinks! But then that's corrupt Sandwell folks.....

That is the mark of the man - no possibility of him doing the decent thing and resigning until he clears his name of otherwise.
