The vindictive wretch has been meeting remnants of his former clique, eg "Inane" Elaine Costigan, encouraging them to rise up and smite Yvonne but they are a dwindling band and now his puppet-master, Watson, is also cast out into the wilderness. His latest salvo has been to attack Yvonne for her comments to the press about the suspended secretaries (blogs passim.)
As I have explained I currently have an Information Rights Tribunal case underway relating to the unlawful suspensions of the unfortuante women and the hearing is "part-heard" ie we ran out of time after a full day's legal argument and have to go back for "round two" when the matter is re-listed. Unfortunately, that means that I am constrained about what I can say on the subject via this blog.
But I can say that YVONNE DAVIES IS INNOCENT!
The brouhaha started when Yvonne was quoted in the Express and Star (full links to articles below.). Everyone knows that, under the pressure of disclosures about his wrongdoing, The Squealer began to crack. This blog has shown his increasingly desperate and humiliating emails to West Midlands Police begging them to take action against me. He became increasingly paranoid in his Oldbury Reich Chancellery - surrounding himself with a private "police" force and having fencing placed round the building on Council meeting nights. He set up show trials of his enemies. As his megalomaniac tendencies took over he tried to become all powerful - aided and abetted by pathetic Watson rimmers like Cllrs Gavan, Moore and even the absurd Hosell. Finally the Labour Party itself had had enough and suspended him thus stopping him representing the Party in the May elections. Many staff breathed a sign of relief when the martinet was finally banished to the Derbyshire "Summer Palace" (copyright Bob "Seig Heil" Piper.)
Yvonne is reported as saying:
"I would be absolutely blown away if a decision to suspend the secretaries could be made without discussing it with the leader {ie The Squealer]. It would be extraordinary and unbelievable if the leader was not informed of the impending actions."
This caused a full-scale pant-wet by Squealing Eling who seems to be under the delusion he can still order council employees about and he stated that he was making an immediate "standards complaint" to his old mucker Surjit Tour (the most dangerous man in Sandwell Council - although there is a challenger coming up on the rails....) The enfeebled grudge-bearer is reported as saying:
"Her comments are a disgrace without foundation. She should have kept her mouth shut. I refute what Cllr Davies has said. This is a breach of standatds in public life and she shouldn't have been involved."
Leaving aside matters I cannot discuss here yet there is, firstly, the mystery why Eling himself ordered that no secretaries were to have access to his diary. Why would he make that order if he did not think the secretaires were "guilty" (which, of course, they were not.) This, by the way, is information from senior staff at the Council.
Secondly, and more importantly, is an email from Cllr Steve "Luvvie" Trow about the suspensions sent to Darren Carter, Jan Britton and to the other Cabinet "members" dated 28th January, 2018 which refers back to a meeting on the 24th January (a key date.)
Luvvie wrote: "I was of course not able to attend the meeting ON WEDNESDAY when Jan was able to brief the LEADER and other cabinet members."
So there's your evidence Eling so why are YOU lying or are you saying that Trow is? You and many of your p*sspoor "Cabinet" were fully aware of this disastrous decision and did nothing to intervene. And Britton who, as ever, also tried to keep his head below the parapet was also very directly involved (although for inexplicable reasons Carter appears to want to cut off his own knackers and "own" this massive f*ck-up! More on that anon.)
Eling - you are a busted flush in Sadders - get over and stop causing trouble!
HELP PLEASE!
The libel case to close down this blog and bankrupt me continues. I did offer a reward for anyone who can tell me where Sarah and Darren James were living between Haig Street and Sarah's current address in lovely Friar Park (if anywhere). A new Freedom of Information request shows that the current property was only void for 8 days in 2011 between 04/09/11 amd 12/09/11. Does anyone know when the James's actually moved in please? I am assuming it was the on or around 12th September, 2011.
