We know from the 2019 election in bent Sandwell that there are 979 morons in Old Warley Ward as they voted Labour despite the fraud, cronyism and corruption that Party has visited on the sh*thole Borough for nearly half a century. Now Labour want Warleyites to vote in the May erection sorry, election, for a man who used a Sandwell Council iPhone to film himself masturbating. I give you, ex-SMBC "member" John Tosser, sorry, Tipper Esq.!
The arrogance of the Labour Party knows no bounds but at least the 979 dimwits in Old Warley obviously like being sh*t on. Now Labour are smearing the excrement all over their moronic faces. And you read it here first as long ago as 2017! Don't just read The Skidder - heed The Skidder!

Tipper used to be an undistinguished Cllr for Cradley Heath and Old Hill when he borrowed a taxpayer-owned phone from the Council. He filmed himself w*nking and apparently sent the images to his "lucky" girlfriend. He then handed the phone back without, er, wiping everything clean. The phone was then given to Cllr Sue Downing who got one hell of a shock when she tried to use it!
Cllr Tosser Tipper was a school governor at Timbertree Academy (apparently along with deeply unpleasant, deadbeat, Cllr Ann "Shakkers" Shackleton). In October, 2017 Timbertree school refused to provide details of the dates when either of them were governors. One assumes from this the school didn't give a toss ;-) about any safeguarding issues that may have, ahem, arisen from Tipper's conduct.
(We know anyway from Labour's disastrous Children's Services that the interests of children are certainly not paramount under the corrupt "socialist" Dick-tatorship.)
I wrote to Shakkers on 7th November, 2017 (and again in 2018):
"PS. Can you please tell me when you first became aware of Cllr Tipper filming himself masturbating via his Council phone? Were you a school governor at Timbertree School at the time. Did you raise any safeguarding issues with the school and/or the Council when you became aware of Tipper's behaviour? If not, why not?"
No reply was forthcoming from the po-faced Councillor.
If I can prick-up, sorry, pick-up the story again, Cllr Downing showed the phone to others including (then) Labour Cllrs Barbara Price, Robert Price and Roger Horton. Obviously Jan Britton's bent paid service also became involved.
As ever the bent Labour Council organised the usual, er, cover-up to try and stop YOU ever knowing about this and Tipper threatened to sue me if I wrote about it even though it is, er, true.
Now Tipper had/has friends in high-places. He was in contact with me in 2016 and 2017 working on a "dossier" about (then) Cllr Mahboob Hussain for Tom Watson - formerly the useless MP for West Bromwich and, incredibly, the Deputy Leader of the Labour Party. Right-wingers Watson and Spellar could not contact me directly and so used proxies to pick my dimunitive brain - Tipper, and their other marionette, Gurinder Josan (now on Labour's National Executive Committee).
Four Labour non-Muslims ganged-up on a Muslim Labour Councillor. Strangely, the national Labour Party quite properly suspended Squealing Eling and Tricky Dicky Marshall (Sandwell's infamous "Sp*nk Brothers" who fantasised about a Labour comrade "sp*nking" over Cllr Crompton - the current Leader, though not for much longer - in her bikini) for, inter alia, leaking information to me about fellow Labour "Comrades" but are seemingly quite happy when these four did a similar thing. Tipper passed me information to investigate and at my meetings with Josan he appeared with piles of immaculately presented bundles of documents asking me to shaft Labour member Hussain (posts passim including photos).
Johnnie the W*nk Engine pulled out of the Council but Watson wanted him back (why, for f*ck sake?) Despite the legal threats I wrote up substantially this story as long ago as 21st August, 2017 under the heading, "Watson Demands Return of The W*nker!":

It seems that this was a premature ejaculation by about 3 1/2 years but a senior Labour figure tells me that Spellar and Watson now have a direct line to Sir Woodenarse - "Sir" Keir Starmer himself. The national Party stopped the local branches picking their own candidates for the May elections and Regional Office picked the right-wing Labour slate. Thus Tipper got back on the list and, given Spellar and Josan's influence, so did a number of Spellar's other assiduously-courted Sikh supporters (to be collectively known in future as "The Family and Friends of Rajbir").
But Watson and Spellar knew all about Tipper's filmic spanking of the monkey and yet their arrogance is so extreme they think the Labour-voting dolts of Old Warley are too thick to care about such gross and appalling behaviour. And is it a coincidence that at the same time as The W*nker was selected, Sue Downing was deselected? I think not (and why not have your say Sandwell folk by joining the Facebook Group, The Sandwell Skidder - Speaking Truth to Power!)
And what of Regional Office's role in this shocking episode including the new local gaffer, Richard Oliver? They must know that The W*nker is bosom buddies with pisshead former journalist Adam Smith who "won" "awards" for the stuff Tipper and others handed to him on a plate about the bent Labour Council. Last time Tipper was a Councillor there was, to coin ex-Cllr Marshall's phrase, "more leaks than Wales".
Smith tried to make out that his greaser mate was some sort of campaigner for the truth whereas he was just another tool ("lol") of Watson and Co. Like many of the sh*tbag Councillors who claim they never knew what was going on, Tipper was in the know but kept his mouth - unlike his flies - firmly shut unless Watson ordered him to speak to me. Indeed he wrote to me on 20th April, 2016 with condemnation of his own bent local Party:
"I know a number of things that I consider to be particularly interesting - or rather of grave concern - about Sandwell Labour."
He knew matters of "grave concern" but he wasn't going to tell Sandwell people, oh no! The corruption continued ...
The new chap at Liebour Regional Officer, Richard Oliver - allegedly a placeman for the Starmer/Spellar/Watson axis - has refused to answer my questions about the selection of The W*nker. I did also write to Tipper as follows:

But at least one Sandwell Labour Councillor did contact Richard Oliver to express dismay about his selection and then spoke with him for a second time. The Councillor says that Oliver said that the Masturbator had been "reinterviewed" and his "explanation accepted". So we must assume that Oliver too thinks it ok to use taxpayer-owned property to film oneself w*nking and then be thick enough not to delete it. Oliver clearly seems to think this makes Tipper a fit and proper person to become a Labour Councillor! I think he has got a lot of explaining to do how this pornographic act - incidentally a breach of the Council's own anti-pornography policy but covered up by Jan Britton and Co - can simply be "explained" away!
There will be some brain-washed prats in Old Warley who will still vote Labour despite the destruction they have wrought upon the benighted Borough for 47 years but to those with at least half a brain who are going to vote ask yourselves if the would-be "cum"-back Kid is also the, er, cock-up Kid - in more ways than one?Once again The Skidder set out the facts some time ago. We know that Sandwell Labour is rotten to the core and it was inevitable that the comrades would find a nice little job for crony, Tipper.
Corrupt Labour and Jan Britton's bent paid service suddenly decided they needed to "outsource" the Xmas Lights "events" in Blackheath and Cradley Heath. Even if this was sensible and economic, a "normal", ie. non-bent council, would have found a professional events company via a competitive process but not fraudulent Sandwell Labour. The "job" had to be given to cronies and so the "contract" was mysteriously given to a brand-new "non-profit" company called Walk Works CIC. Two of the three people behind this sh*tshow are Labour candidates in May - Vicki Darby-Smith (standing in Cradley Heath and Old Hill) and The Masturbator himself in Old Warley. The other was one Frances Wilde.
In 2018 these three generated "turnover" for the "non-profit" - presumably all from us taxpayers via the bent Council - of £19k and then £18k in 2019. Over 9k each year immediately disappeared as "staff costs" for the "3" staff (and I think we can safely guess who they were!) Apart from his manual dexterity, it is not immediately obvious that Tipper has any "skills" let alone ones for putting on a large public event. And anyway, these three completely f*cked-up the 2019 Blackheath event!
Facebook was the thing that actually lit-up that night as people slammed the "event" with many declaring the arrangements "dangerous" as the public were "kettled" into a small area which still had moving traffic passing through it! A writer stated, "it was pure luck no-one was injured". Speaking more truth that he or she knew, another writer described the organisers as "w*nkers". So another bent deal by Labour involving two candidates for May could easily have ended in disaster but the Party thinks these clowns who cocked-up so spectacularly are fit and proper persons to be Councillors!
It seems that even bent Sandwell could not countenance Walk Works actually injuring people (or worse) due to ineptitude and the Company was dissolved last October. Now some of you in the respective wards are asked to provide Darby-Smith and Tipper with another nice little taxpayer-funded earner in May. If you do, with the knowledge of the above, you deserve to be shafted yet again.
Finally, as a bit of hand, sorry, light relief I wonder if Masturbator Tipper will have a campaign song? I am guessing it might be anything from that classic Rolling Stones album, "Sticky Fingers":
