Since former Labour "leader" Steve "Squealing" Eling and the disgraced and sacked former Chief Executive, Jan Britton, forced Melanie Dudley out of bent Labour Sandwell Council because she refused to change her finding that Cllr Simon "The Sandwell Slasher" Hackett was in breach of the Code of Conduct, the deeply corrupt Authority has set about systematically subverting the Standards process. Under the current Monitoring Officer bent Labour Councillors now believe they can break the rules with impunity.
The latest disgraceful false registration of interests in by Parbinder Kaur. This is the standards complaint I have sent to the corrupt paid service today (with slight redactions).

There is an extensive history of Labour Councillors making false declarations on their Register of Interests - a prima facie criminal case.
This time, Cllr Parbinder Kaur, is the liar according to official Land Registry records. And her omission is obviously deliberate (a) because it is impossible to “forget” that one part-owns a second property, and (b) there is a chequered history of dubious businesses being registered at the second property.
On 29th December, 2021 Cllr Kaur registered a legal interest in a single property in Sandwell at xx Park Hill Road, Smethwick.
But Kaur omitted her interest in a property with a Walsall address but which is on the Yew Tree. She is the co-owner of xx Plane Tree Road, Walsall WS5 xxx with a person believed to be her sister.
Breaches of the Code of Conduct:
SMBC Councillors state they will:
Act with integrity and honesty
Act lawfully
Act with reasonable care and diligence
Set an example in a way that secures public confidence in the role of Councillor.
This gross dishonesty constitutes a breach of all of the above.
In breach of General Clause 5.1 she has also acted in such a way that she has brought her role and the Council into disrepute."
