Potty-Mouthed Piper On Fine Form!

I quite like my Facebook chum Cllr Bob Piper even if he is a foaming-at-the-mouth acolyte of the absurd Corbyn. He is one of the more interesting of the serried ranks of mostly unemployed deadbeats who constitute the Labour Dictatorship of Sandwell - not that that is saying much. He even reads books without his lips moving.

Clean-living but foul-mouthed Bob does have form for letting rip on his blog and social media sites. Be warned that what follows contains strong language!

It appears to have been taken down now but a tweet about Margaret Thatcher was so "lewd" that even those Sandwell Labour groupies the Wolverhampton c*ck-suckers could not bring themselves to repeat it!

Bob also had a go at Cameron - foolishly using a blacked-up image of him from the internet with the caption "Yo n*ggahs" on his blog leading to nationwide calls for him to be fired. [Bob Piper adds 14/01/17 that the use of the image was intended to be satirical but accepts that, taken out of context, the use of the image caused considerable offence which he regrets.]

Being one of the more erudite of SMBC's knuckle-draggers, Bob famously opined that the Falklands was "a war over a pile of penguin shit". Here are some more "S" word classics. Firstly Bob goes nautical (though seeming to mix up the merchant arm for the Senior Service):

Bob is keen to use social media to describe folk as "twats" including such diverse personalities as Mick Hucknall, Adrian Chiles and Benedict Gummer whereas Stephen Nolan is a "complete twat".

The pathetic greaser who is the joke "Chief Executive" of Sandwell Council, Jan Britton, was too feeble to stop the late Smethwick Scumbag from making himself and the Borough a laughing stock with his vile and illiterate Twitter account but the new regime has tried to beef up its social media policy since the demise of the bullying thug. The code says that "members" must ensure that "the Council's reputation is not damaged or adversely affected" but thanks to the years of fraud, corruption and incompetence during the Cooper/Britton era that ship has already sailed....

Equally, of course, the Labour Party has no reputation left to bring into disrepute by its elected representatives and tribunes of the people.

"Members" are urged to "be respectful - set the tone for online conversation by being polite, open and respectful." Maybe sweary Bob has a dose of the winter blues but he has recently veered dangerously "off message":

Darren Cooper - Greedy Scrote: Part Two

There is plenty of new material in this post but I'm afraid I do have to rehearse some issues from this blog for it all to make sense.

Regular readers will recall that the late Smethwick Scumbag, Darren Cooper, tried every trick in the book to close down this blog. Of course, he attacked me constantly and even tried to have me arrested by his pals at WMP leading to me spending two hours in a police station (as a volunteer). He acted in concert with others (including, in all probability, some of Jan Britton's bent paid service at Sandwell Council) to have my Twitter account closed down. But as someone else wrote when he was still alive: "the vengefulness of this spite-filled character is legendary." And so he launched a vicious trolling campaign via Twitter in association with local Unite the Union Regional Organiser, Brian Rickers, and the self-proclaimed "mentally-ill" Andrew "Sniffpiss" Hipkiss of the Yew Tree Estate.

As we shall see in another post coming shortly, Cooper had "history" when it came to bullying women and so he could not resist also attacking my wife.

One of the problems with the delusional Dickhead Daz was that he actually thought he was clever and everyone else was thick. He and Unite the Union's Brian Rickers started tweeting nonsense to my wife's employers, a small arts charity in Birmingham. Incredibly they used their own Twitter accounts  - see:

Cooper thought this would queer my wife's pitch but the charity and its trustees were aware that my wife had nothing to do with this blog and could obviously see through his pathetic game. But then Dazza, in association with Unite the Union also started trolling my wife and her employers through fake accounts. The charity and my wife complained to West Midlands Police but you can imagine what they did - or rather, didn't do - as this obviously involved a friend of the present Chief Constable.

My wife complained to SMBC and now disgraced head lawyer Neeraj Sharma batted the complaint away. My wife persisted and the matter was supposed to have been referred to unknown members of the Standards Committee - presumably Labour Councillors - who apparently decided that Cooper's @sandwellleader account (which he frequently accessed on his SMBC taxpayer-owned iphone) was purely personal and nothing to do with the Council! These anonymous heroes went on to unnecessarily opine that my wife somehow "deserved" the bullying anyway - presumably also holding the view that women who wear short skirts deserve to be raped.......

Other complainants about Cooper's bullying were also met with the claim that it was nothing to do with the Council but a purely personal affair! So that's alright then!

Cooper's Brain

But the uber-thick Cooper couldn't stop with just the trolling. He started to threaten my wife and I via Twitter that he was going to write to the Chair of Trustees at her place of work - all the time interacting with Unite's Brian Rickers for encouragement. Now we all know that Dazza had sh*t for brains - indeed, a VERY senior Sandwell Labour figure told me, and these are his EXACT words: "he was so thick he could hardly write a sentence!" (This the narcissistic prat who wanted to be an MP and, when even Labour couldn't stomach that, Mayor of the West Midlands "lol".)*

Cooper couldn't write a letter himself so he decided to get help. I am not sure who actually wrote it but I do know that Jan Britton caused and/or permitted taxpayer-paid Sandwell Council staff to become involved (surely a dismissible offence?) The one person we do know know who was definitely involved was Cooper's secretary, Jane Perham. As we shall see, Jan Britton's staff involvement NEARLY had far reaching consequences......

Jan Britton caused and/or permitted his staff to forward letter one. Jane Perham sent it not to the Chair of the Trustees but to the open email address of the charity. I believe this was done deliberately in an effort to cause my wife maximum distress and several people within the organisation saw the contents which were not marked as being "private". Did Jan order that or, as with the years of fraud and corruption on his watch, did he have his head up his massive arse and allegedly miss everything that was really going on?

Students of Cooper's nasty thuggishness will recognise his pathetic modus operandi. The sh*thead lied - with the apparent permission of Jan Britton - that he had to write to the Chair of the Trustees because he had received "a number of letters" from Sandwell residents concerned about a small charity in Birmingham! Sound familiar ex-councillors Mick Davies and Jayne Wilkinson (who suffered the "anonymous letter" treatment from the bootboys)? The letter asked some daft questions about the organisation (all the information was already publicly available) before getting to the meat and starting to ask questions about my wife's employment and my volunteering activities with the charity. The charity replied in polite terms.

A few weeks went by and Jan Britton caused and/or permitted his staff - including Jane Perham again - to send a further letter. This time the gloves were off and Britton let a really vicious and libellous letter go. Once again the letter was deliberately sent to an open email address for maximum effect. Of course, the letter was highly libellous about me but that is water off a duck's back. But Cooper and Jan Britton's staff were highly defamatory about my wife - effectively saying, inter alia, that because she has the misfortune of being married to me she was unfit to do her job. The Chair of Trustees was effectively urged to terminate her employment.

My wife consulted lawyers and a letter before action was sent personally to Cooper at his Londonderry Lane address (the one where he frequently said Cllr Mahboob Hussain paid for the sizeable extension). But because Britton had foolishly or maliciously allowed SMBC staff to become involved in the libel the lawyers also directed a claim at SMBC - in other words he had deliberately, recklessly or negligently put taxpayers money at risk because his tongue was always between Cooper's buttocks (metaphorically speaking, m'lud).

Now the law (as my wife's solicitors quickly pointed out to SMBC) says that, save in certain circumstances, a council cannot fund the defence of a libel claim against a councillor - particularly in a case like this where the libel had nothing whatsoever to do with council business but just from the pure maliciousness of a particular "member". Accordingly, Cooper should have instructed his own solicitors and met the costs from his own resources. But why should he do that when Jan Britton would allow YOU the taxpayer to pay for him? And so it came to pass that us taxpayers laid on the might of Sandwell's legal department (and, possibly, external counsel) to defend the vicious woman-bullying thug as well as defending their own claim. Jan's a generous guy with your money folks!

For the sake of completeness, the legal case did not proceed for a strange reason. The Defamation Act 2013 changed the law in a significant way. Although my wife had been hideously libelled by Cooper and by Britton's bent paid service she now had to go on and show that she had suffered special damage. The fact was that her employers were shocked and horrified by Cooper's conduct but knew his spitted bile was false and malicious. Therefore, they treated my wife with all due consideration and sympathy as the unwitting victim of a complete c*nt. Had they disciplined or sacked her she would have suffered the requisite damage to maintain a claim but they replied appropriately to Cooper and continued to give her full support. Which is good but stopped any claim.

Incidentally, the cowardly sh*tbag Cooper did not have the balls to tackle the Chair of Trustees again but did continue to troll my wife and the charity via Twitter. In particular, he and his associates bombarded the charity with allegations that she was "sleeping around". Of course, all the trolling mysteriously stopped last Easter Sunday.......

It is also noteworthy that a (different) senior Labour figure says that many of the massed ranks of the comrades at Sadwell were against Cooper's "engagement" with me which they thought was "disastrous" (for him not me). What a shame they once again cowered before the bully boy instead of speaking out but that's cowards for you....

We move on with the related story of Jan Britton's looting of taxpayer's resources as more information is now available about Dickhead Dazza's infamous visit to Steelhouse Lane Police Station in Birmingham where he was interviewed under caution about harassment.

Regular readers will know that the initial allegation - from a normally very reliable SMBC insider - was that even though this was another purely personal matter Jan Britton decided that the Smethwick Scumbag should not have to pay for his own solicitor (or make use of the free duty solicitor) but that the taxpayer would pick up the bill for him. The inside info was that Britton personally arranged that top solicitor Maria Price would secretly take a day's leave to hold his hand. Britton refused to comment when I put this to him.

But now another very highly-placed source has come forward and said that prior to the day itself only FOUR people knew of the police station visit - Cooper himself, Cllr Mahboob Hussain, Jan Britton and Maria Price. I am told there have been investigations about this and my informant is absolutely adamant that this is completely correct. But someone is telling porkies again since I recently had a reply to a Freedom of Information Act request about all this - which, very strangely, has NOT been signed by any employee - which says that it was purely coincidental that Maria Price had "pre-booked a day's holiday" for the very day Cooper was in the sh*t. The FOI reply says Britton did NOT request Maria Price accompany the thug but that "her manager" verbally advised her to go with him if she felt it impacted on council business (which it clearly did not). So some anonymous person is trying to clear Britton and has brought in another player - the "manager" - whom a highly-placed source says was most definitely NOT involved!

But the joke "Chief Executive" DOES admit to laying on a chauffeur-driven SMBC taxpayer-funded limo to take Dickhead Daz and a woman believed to be Maria Price to the nick in Brum. The enclosed photo is absolutely terrible but caught these liars out as the woman getting out of the limo seems to be confirmed as Maria Price:

And so we are expected to believe that Britton laid on the chauffeur but knew nothing about sending a taxpayer-funded solicitor too - and this being directly contrary to what TWO highly-placed sources are saying. Someone is p*ssing down my leg and telling me it's raining.....

I fail to see why Leader Steve Eling seemingly has a soft-spot for Britton when he has presided for YEARS over a paid service riddled with corruption but something is wrong here and he needs to order further investigations as to how taxpayer's money was diverted in this obscene way.

Cooper was a greedy, envious, little scrote. I am by no means flush (especially having dedicated a considerable time not working whilst exposing him and Britton's disastrous regime) but the late bully regularly took to Twitter to claim that I was rolling in it and living the Life of Riley. He always pretended to be a "man of the people" but an awful lot of Sandwell residents haven't got a pot to piss in whilst he was happy for corrupt Labour Councillors to rip them off and sh*t on them. But Britton, Cooper could have afforded his own legal bills. The Scumbag left net estate of just,er, £387,740 - a fortune for most long-suffering folk in the "socialist paradise".

Kerry Bolister "A Liar" Claims Cllr Hackett!

We saw in the last post that Darren Cooper and Jan Britton routinely used huge, secret, payments to buy the silence of departing employees from Labour fiefdom, Sandwell Council, and that this policy is continuing to the detriment of long-suffering taxpayers. Is what follows a case of a strange and unexpected effect of this policy?

We know that the odious Tom Watson's puppet on Sandwell Council, former homelessness charity worker Simon "Two Homes" Hackett, has been under investigation in a number of matters recently. The Friar Park Flasher has ducked the bullet - so far - mainly because Leader Steve Eling doesn't have the power to take on Bermondsey Tommy. Now Hackett seemingly feels emboldened to slag off and bad-mouth former SMBC employees with impunity!

Hackett's mother bought her Council flat from SMBC. Nothing wrong there - unlike in other parts of the Borough (in Smethwick it is said that a "monkey" to the right people would secure a Council property during the disastrous Cooper regime and I sincerely hope that the unfortunate primates are being properly cared-for.... "lol").

There are, at last, further investigations ongoing as Leader Steve Eling tries to cut out the deep-rooted cancer of corruption within Jan Britton's bent paid-service and a study of how so many SMBC properties found their way into the ownership of family, friends and associates of certain individuals is proceeding apace - or so I am told.

The crafty "hard-left" comrades, having allegedly flogged off so many council houses to their cronies, then came up with a wizard socialist wheeze - they didn't have enough council houses and so they would buy some back!

There is no suggestion of impropriety at the moment but it just so happens that Hackett's mother decided to try and sell her flat back to the comrades. The application came to the attention of Kerry Bolister who was then a senior Director at SMBC (not that that is anything to brag about on her duly tarnished CV). It is said that she felt that there was nothing untoward with the application but she felt that Hackett should effectively make a declaration of interest. She claimed to have spoken on the telephone with Hackett at least twice and that the matter was included in a "Matter of Urgency" report to the Smethwick Scumbag who was then the ludicrous "Leader".

Curiously Cllr Ian Jones also claims that he became involved in this affair and attended a meeting with Dickhead Darren Cooper and Hackett himself. Jones claims that Cooper - not renowned for his scrupulousness - was concerned that such a deal might "look bad" but Hackett said that unspecified persons had been working on "the deal" for a long time and that he or his mother (it is not clear which) was reluctant to drop out. But, as readers will know, Cllr Ian Jones is a proven liar and so it is difficult to know what, if any, weight can be given to any words that drop from his lips.

Eventually Hackett's mother decided not to proceed but the whole business was investigated following a complaint by a third party. (Curiously, the so-called "investigators" apparently also took a statement from our old friend Nick Bubalo who was directly involved in all the major corrupt transactions featured here so far but who claims never to have noticed anything untoward. What his involvement here is remains a mystery).

Of course, as with the ever-growing catalogue of his misdemeanours, The Sandwell Slasher denied any involvement in any of this and denied speaking to Kerry Bolister and went further to say that her statement to the contrary was actually "a lie". Even the anonymous investigators found his story that he didn't know that his mother had made an application until months later and that he then immediately persuaded her to withdraw it (why, if there was nothing wrong with it?) what might have been described in less enlightened times as "bollocks" and said he knew about it sooner than he claimed.

I duly wrote to la Bolister who has now left SMBC asking her what she thought about a senior Cabinet Member ("lol") accusing her of lying in an official Council investigation but, alas, she has failed to respond. Is she yet another who was forced to sign a confidentiality agreement? Do councillors now feel that if they have bought the silence of employees with thirty pieces of our silver they can libel/slander them with impunity? Or maybe Hackett is right and this experienced local government worker was, for wholly inexplicable reasons, telling massive porkies about him. But she won't say.

There are (mostly) only pathetic, useless, Labour-supporting drones left employed in Britton's bent paid service now but they should watch their backs for their future careers if they are going to be routinely blamed and denigrated without apparent redress.....

Another matter arises. Ian Jones claimed the negotiations for the deal had been going on for some time. We know that Jan Britton apparently does not approve of his staff doing the simple thing in property deals like obtaining properly independent valuations but surely this is what should have happened here? Maybe it did, but an insider informs me that the comrades had agreed a price of £68,000 for the leasehold flat. If this is true, then this appears to constitute a lovely £10,000 "bonus" to Hackett's Ma since, after pulling out of the buy-back, she actually sold the flat for only £58,000. All very mysterious.....

Hackett told investigators that, back in 2014 when all this was going on, he seldom saw his Mother. She applied for the buy-back in July 2014 but he claims he didn't realise what was going-on until October, 2014 when he eventually saw her - even though she lived just down the road. This seems strange since one might have thought the old girl might have mentioned that she needed to look for somewhere else to live and turned to her homelessness expert son who is such a pillock, sorry, pillar of the community.

As it happens, Hackett's mum seemingly pocketed £58k on the sale according to Land Registry documents and, if not immediately, very shortly afterwards moved into, er, her son Cllr Hackett's own second property!!!! As he rarely spoke to her at the time the rent discussions must have been interesting! Perhaps our generous friend has waived rent as I assume £58k cash may have debarred the old girl from claiming housing benefit to line her "socialist" Landlord's pocket (although I am no expert on the benefit system). I did ask "Two Homes" about the arrangement but he has declined to respond.

Hackett found notoriety for, inter alia, pissing in a bus stop. Has he publicly urinated on the fragrant Kerry too?

Adrian Scarrott £350K Secret Pay-Off Claim!

Before I start on the meat of this post may I apologise for my lack of activity recently but I have been a little unwell. I know that some good folk have tried to contact me and if I have not yet responded please do try again.

May I also wish all readers, apart from the cheating scum who are pissing on Sandwell, a very Happy New Year!

Regular readers will know that during the corrupt Cooper era the head of the bent paid-service at "Sadwell" Council, Jan Britton, arranged a whole series of huge pay-outs of OUR money to various people who left to buy their silence. They were given loads of moolah and made to sign confidentiality agreements to make sure that they never blabbed about what really went on under the Cooper/Britton regime. Jan Britton then used the "personal exemption" provisions of the Freedom of Information Act to refuse to tell us who had received OUR money and how much!!!!

Of course, West Midlands Police could have investigated this sorry business when they were called-in as these secret deals do not override the criminal law but at least one corrupt senior police officer made sure the fraud investigation was a dead duck from day one. A number of departed and remaining employees - including Britton himself - should have, at the very least, been taken to a police station and interviewed formally under caution as to how so many corrupt deals went through without them noticing. But they were not....(yet).

Here is a letter I received on the subject of Britton's secret payments from Sajid Javid MP. He is not only my MP but, of course, now the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government and one would like to think he would be anxious to put a stop to this sort of activity......

The letter is sensible for once (regular readers will recall that Javid fobbed me off in respect of concerns I had about the Public deal without bothering to mention a massive conflict of interest in that his own top cop brother was DIRECTLY involved in the bent transaction. I should add again that there is no evidence that Basit Javid himself acted corruptly although, unfortunately, he has not seen fit to explain why he nodded the multi-million contract through without it going to tender etc etc. We simply don't know what he had been told and whether he himself had been misinformed by persons unknown about what was really going on. Alternatively, it is at least possible that he was too thick or lazy to try to understand the true nature of the "deal". He seems to have also been happy to act with his fellow College Board members to keep the nature of the deal secret and, worse, to fail to comment when the likes of the late Smethwick Scumbag and the Wolverhampton C*ck-Suckers - aka the Express and Star - were disseminating obvious falsehoods eg the lie that the College is paying rent).

You will see that Mr Javid refers to guidance notes. There are more than one set. But the March 2015 notes specifically say severance agreements should not be used by local councils "to cover up examples of individual or organisational failure or to avoid taking appropriate performance or disciplinary action." Nor should they be used "to terminate a contract of an individual to prevent them from speaking out about wrong-doing in authorities." Clearly this guidance appears to have been completely ignored by Cooper and Britton.

The guidance notes say that severance agreements should only be used in limited circumstances and not as a matter of course - which is what Britton has apparently been doing.

Labour have been desperate to keep these massive payments secret - whilst blaming the Tories for all "the cuts" - but the guidance states: "Authorities are reminded that such [severance] payments cannot be protected from disclosure by the use of confidentiality agreements". Clearly Leader Steve Eling needs to bring the useless Britton to heel over all this......

In February 2016 a reminder note went further and stated that confidentiality clauses should "only be used in exceptional circumstances" and "any proposal to keep a special payment confidential must be justified especially carefully since confidentiality would appear to mask underhand dealings". Well quite!!!! Also financial reporting and Freedom of Information legislation must be complied with says the note but it seems that, like other rules, this does not apply to Labour Sandwell.

So what of the sheep ie the "socialist" comrades who sat on their hands whilst Cooper and Britton ran wild? Guidance notes from way back in 2013 stated there was a case for even greater accountability than the new measures suggested at the time (and seemingly routinely ignored by Jan Britton). The guidance notes stated "authorities [ie councils like Sadders] should, therefore, offer FULL COUNCIL the opportunity to vote before large severance payments beyond [£100,000] are approved for staff leaving the organisation. In presenting the information to full council, authorities should set out clearly the components of severance packages. The components may include salary paid in lieu, redundancy compensation, pension entitlements, holiday payments and any bonuses, fees or allowances paid." So where were all the votes from the cowardly comrades? Why have they simply let huge sums of public money disappear to the grossly undeserving without scrutiny????? Come on some of the less cowardly ones - explain yourselves? Bob Piper - you are the (relatively) sensible end of the market - why were these deals forced through with no public comment? Davies - your gob seems perpetually open of late so let's hear from you on this? Were you just all scared comrades of the vicious thug who used to "lead" you? What info did "Jan" give YOU about these huge sums?

Adrian Scarrott was a senior director at SMBC fingered in the useless "Wragge Report" but, more importantly, a close friend and associate of Sandwell's favourite amnesiac, Cllr Mahboob Hussain. Whilst he may or may not been guilty of any criminal activity he was at the heart of the decision-making process when an awful lot of sh*t was going down. Like Britton, Neeraj Sharma, Melanie Dudley, Nick Bubalo and a number of others, Scarrott should have been invited to attend a police station for formal interview under caution and appropriate action considered by WMP if he refused (although he is alleged to have been shagging a senior WMP officer so that might have helped.....)

The Police did nothing but, nevertheless, he was booted out in Steve Eling's campaign to clean up the stinking mess Cooper and Britton created or allowed to exist but it seems old habits die hard down The Kremlin. A (known) individual was in the Wetherspoons pub in Oldbury the other night telling anyone who would listen that Scarrott had received a total pay-out to ease him out of just £350,000! 

If true, that is totally outrageous - Steve Eling, we need to be told.......

Mrs Hackett's Parking Ticket

Unlike the late Smethwick Scumbag, Darren Cooper, it is not usually my style to refer to the family of councillors and bent staff in the Sandwell Council cesspit but it is necessary here as Tom Watson's poodle, Cllr Simon Hackett, does feature in this tale......

When West Midlands Police briefly involved themselves in "Sadwell" matters they were given information about Jan Britton's bent paid service allegedly cancelling numerous parking tickets to Councillors, their family members and sundry visitors to local mosques. I personally supplied information directly to them and I am aware that at least two other people also did so. The interviewing police officers were specifically informed where they might find a cache of evidence. Alas, we now know that at least one corrupt officer within WMP prevented any serious and proper investigation and that they were quick to drop the enquiry as soon as Cooper and Britton set up the farcical and very limited "Wragge" review.

Insofar as Wragge's looked at the parking tickets issue they seem to have only done so in respect of Oldbury's most celebrated amnesiac, Cllr Mahboob Hussain. But this is what they said about general conduct apparently authorised by useless "Chief Executive" Jan Britton:

"[The Principal Officer in the Parking Team] stated she has a lot of interaction with councillors, generally regarding parking issues they or their business contacts have. She has been asked to bend the rules and it is usual practice to be asked to do so.... She told us that Cllr Hussain was part of the electoral Members' group who decided the budget for each service, and she had been told "off the record" that if they do not keep the Councillor happy, the budget would not be approved."

Once again, West Midlands Police chose to ignore all this.

Notwithstanding this and the fairly large parking area outside his mansion, Hussain told Wragges that his family - who claim to "run" Oldbury - had racked up "30 to 40" parking tickets!!!! Bearing in mind the house is right on a busy junction this is surely scumbag behaviour of the first order and a considerable nuisance to other residents but, as this blog has previously reported, they are "too scared" to speak out.

Wragges said some of these tickets had not been paid in full and went on to find in respect of two tickets to family members:

"The evidence suggests that Cllr Hussain interfered in due process of parking tickets issued to his wife and son. He did so by contacting directly the officer concerned and asking (!), in effect, for them to be cancelled".

Besides the apparent illegality of this under Jan Britton, the conduct also led to small loss of revenue to the taxpayer. At present, Hussain has got off scot free for this and for other dubious activities.

Returning to Hackett his then partner (now wife) parked on double yellow lines in Crankhall Lane in August, 2012 and got a ticket. She appealed saying that she was moving house that day.

We have seen that the lickspittle Britton allowed senior Councillors the right to roam freely around the Council offices. On his partner's behalf, Cllr Simon bravely volunteered to take in some evidence on his partner's behalf that she was unloading whilst "moving house" and, without using his influence in any way of course, he was able to hand this directly to employee Irfan Choudry. (Happily, when Hackett came to be investigated in respect of this, Irfan Choudry could not be located to give a statement to the investigators). So all The Sandwell Slasher did was hand over an envelope.

Sandwell Council say there IS an exemption from parking fines where appropriate evidence is supplied and it would be very interesting to see what was actually supplied by La Hackett.

It is a very stressful business indeed moving house - rushing back and forth with stuff before the new folks move in and it all has to be done quickly before one has to hand over the keys - often on a Friday. How nice of Britton's bent paid service to show humanity and take all this into account.

But hang on a minute..... Most people have to rush to move on the day of completion. The parking ticket was issued on Monday 27th August, 2012 whereas Land Registry documents show that the Hacketts actually completed the purchase of their Crankhall Lane property on Friday, 24th August, 2012. Thus they had all weekend to move stuff in. The truth of the matter, of course, is that the Hackett's were not moving from a sold property to a purchased one in a rush but gently from the flat on Brookside they have owned since 2010 to their second Sandwell property. Not for nothing did this blog christen the former worker for the homeless as Simon "Two Homes" Hackett!

But, Jan Britton's bent service were satisfied on the evidence Hackett delivered that it was necessary for Mrs H to park on double yellow because she was "moving house". Remember this ruse dear readers when you are hoovering up multiple properties in the "socialist" paradise and need to illegally park!

Hackett may have a reputation for p*ssing in bus shelters but now Britton and Co are p*ssing all over us too!

Darren Cooper - Greedy Scrote: Part One

I have to start this post with a caveat that some of the content may not be true! Regulars will know that there have been attempts by the comrades to pass me false information in the hope that I will then blog it and they can discredit me - a tactic that has failed to date. Are they at it again?

My problem is that the new information here - which has come from a very senior Labour Party figure - was "volunteered" to me and I have not yet been able to independently corroborate same. Having said that, the senior source was speaking with me concerning other matters and some of the other information supplied is undoubtedly true......

Darren Cooper was no socialist. Remember his pathetic, illiterate, Twitter account? He was an insecure little greaser driven by malice and envy and never missed an opportunity to slag off business and the wealthy. But then he wanted a slice of the action too when he realised Jan Britton's bent paid service was enriching employees and colleagues all around him.

Cooper saw the "Tipton Mafia" doing well under his leadership [sic]. The Joneses and hangers-on were doing well in Wednesbury and Jan Britton's bent paid service and various councillors provided massive assistance to Cllr Olwen Jones to secure a contract worth £105,000 for her son's partner. The late Smethwick Scumbag saw Jan Britton, Neeraj Sharma and Nick Bubalo act to enrich the family of Cllr Mohammad Rouf with the bent Florence Road deal. And then, of course, we come to the main man, Hussain, where the same triumvirate of Britton, Sharma, and Bubalo worked so assiduously to enhance the fortunes of dear old Mahboob's family.

At the same time, Jan Britton was buying the silence of departing employees with eye-wateringly huge wads of OUR dosh.

But what was in it for Dazza? As regulars will know - he openly boasted that the money for his house extension in Londonderry Road came from Hussain which is an odd-thing to brag about if it didn't (and this is yet another thing the police apparently did not bother to investigate).

And so we come back to the ice rink..... Early on in the history of my authorship of this blog I was alerted by a usually reliable source that the ice rink was to be "Darren's payday". This was going to be a nice little earner for him personally. Thus, as we have seen, he was pushing it for all it was worth - excitedly mentioning a "big new development" at the opening of the New Square, Tesco and, unbelievably, even promoting it through one of his Twitter troll accounts whilst attacking me (and my wife)!

The late woman-bullying thug improbably claimed to the Josef Goebbels Institute in Queen Street, Wolverhampton (aka "The Express and Star") that he had initiated the whole concept and even floated the idea with a "couple" of ice rink companies. They duly printed this tosh in the full knowledge that a retard like Cooper was incapable of working out which hand to wipe his arse with let alone setting-up large business deals!

Jan Britton's bent paid service then used taxpayers money for staff to scurry around trying to find a suitable site but when they came to score the viability of the stinking deal it still only came out at 54% - way below what would normally be allowed, even under Jan Britton's regime. Nevertheless, the Asset Management & Land Disposal Committee gave the deal the go-ahead!

Now the mystery here is how Cooper expected to enrich himself? Contrary to his lies there was only ever one party involved in this potential deal - Mr Mike Petrouis. Now I need to make it absolutely crystal clear here that I do NOT insinuate or imply any wrongdoing of whatever nature on the part of Petrouis. He has a very controversial reputation in the ice rink world but there is no evidence whatsoever that he has ever acted corruptly or illegally. He has a mysterious business set-up involving dozens and dozens of active and dissolved companies but all fully audited etc. He has been involved in some very controversial projects with local councils, notably in Cardiff and the Isle of Wight. It is inconceivable, however, that he would do anything to corruptly enrich a nonentity like Cooper given his wider business interests and no such suggestion is made or implied here. (One suspects that he acted throughout here as a tough business negotiator who couldn't believe his luck to be dealing with a bunch of total tossers - as shown by the comrades switching the original plan to lease the site - owned by us taxpayers - to him for nothing to actually planning to GIVE it to him for free!) And so, alas, it remains a mystery for the time being how Dickhead Darren thought he was going to financially benefit from all this.....

(BTW - Petrouis used to advertise in the sister paper of the Wolverhampton c*ck-suckers, the Shropshire Star, but this obviously had no bearing on their enthusiastic support for this clearly bent deal).

I have pointed out in this blog many times that, notwithstanding the possible illegality of Jan Britton's Council repeatedly arranging contracts with single parties to the exclusion of all others, this is a most undesirable way of carrying on and a recipe for disaster.

You are probably wondering where all this is going..... This blog has shown that Cooper lied about the genesis of this deal but Britton's paid service have, hitherto, declined to answer a Freedom of Information Act about the true circumstances. I have also shown that, because Jan Britton is so pathetic, there is evidence that persons wishing to do business with "Sadwell" do NOT use the proper channels but make contacts with Councillors direct - another highly dubious and improper way of running a major local authority. (Just by way of example, we saw in the bog-gate scandal that when a relative - by marriage -  of Cllr Mahboob Hussain suddenly wanted to do a bent deal on some former public conveniences he initially made written contact about this with, er, proven liar Cllr Ian Jones rather than go through Britton's paid service!)

What is new - from the very senior Labour source - is that he says that the whole thing was actually set up by the former MP for West Bromwich East and now unelected legislator, "Lord" Peter Charles Snape! He allegedly introduced Petrouis to Sandwell. Now Snape makes no record of any interest in the Petrouis empire within his House of Lords Register of Interests and, even though he now lives in Birmingham, one can only assume that, if this is true, he was acting altruistically in suggesting such a facility for the benefit of his cherished former constituents. Whatever other reason could there be for his mysterious initiation of this deal?

I duly wrote to the noble "Lord" for his comments but he has declined to respond:

THIS IS NOT A PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL COMMUNICATION

An allegation has been made by ***************************** that you personally introduced Mike Petrouis, the ice-rink operator, to Darren Cooper and/or Sandwell Council with a view to a new rink being built in West Bromwich.

Would you care to comment on this allegation please?

I did also try and corroborate this via a different very senior Labour source. When I asked him if Snape had initiated the deal he would only, cryptically, reply: "I wouldn't be surprised"!!!!

And so the plot thickens although at least we can say here that there is some good news as new Leader Cllr Steve Eling finally saw sense and scrapped the whole wretched project.

Coda:

Not only did bully-boy Cooper harass my wife and I with his nasty trolling campaign but he also used his own account to encourage all sorts of other people to have a go at me. Thus some hard-faced harridan on Twitter purporting to be "Lynda Waltho" started to put the boot in. Now I try and keep up with politics but had never heard of this person who was, apparently, the Labour MP for Stourbridge 2005-2010. Curiously, a "Lynda Waltho" shares the same Hall Green love-nest as one "Lord" Peter Charles Snape. Small world eh readers?

Hackett Investigated for Alleged Bullying!

Tom Watson's boy and Sandwell Cabinet flop Simon "Two Homes" Hackett has been subject to an investigation in respect of alleged bullying of Council employees. This on top of other alleged misdemeanours!

We know that Chief Executive [sic] Jan Britton has allowed senior councillors to dominate every aspect of the Council's work. The late Smethwick Scumbag Darren Cooper roamed the building attempting to exercise his droit du seigneur and even the pathetic Wragge Report referred to alleged bullying by Mahboob Hussain on Britton's watch. It seems that this was also condoned by the trade unions purporting to represent the cowardly staff.

The Skidder understands the bullying allegations do NOT relate to Children's Services but in respect of other Council work and that there have been a number of upset employees at the "receiving end".

As ever under Britton this is being swept under the carpet and as I have stated here previously, new Leader Steve Eling is powerless to act against Hackett given Watson's patronage of his pet poodle.

In the meantime, at least the comrades have provided The Sandwell Slasher with some portable devices to protect his modesty if he needs to take a p*ss in a bus shelter....
