Although they don't share a surname Red Yvonne often refers to having a "husband". He is one Ian James, another Labourite who, like Red, seems to have had a good screw from a life of "public service". A while ago, Corbynista Red was evasive in an answer to me. I checked her Register of Interests and was surprised, knowing that she is well-off (certainly by the standards of her poverty-stricken subjects), that she was renting a property in Grafton Road - ironically near Brandhall Golf Club (green space which, like, Lion Farm Fields, she and her Labour "comrades" are seeking to destroy.) And, even more curiously, she had declared herself as resident at the address but not mentioned her husband as also living there.
Thanks to the GMB Union wrecking my financial situation in an effort to close this blog down I no longer work and can now scrutinise the "socialist" shower like never before. Noting what Eling had done I smelt the proverbial rodent.....
Just to get new readers up to speed, Squealing Eling used to metaphorically masturbate about how wonderful Sandwell is (especially Warley Woods) whilst living much of the time in the pretty Derbyshire village of Fritchley - surrounded by fields and trees - just, er, 63 miles from Oldbury Council House (OCH). His wildly-popular wife, Pam Pulsford, owns the Derbyshire home there in her sole name. In the incestuous world of Sadders she used to work for the bent Labour Council. Despite her address she has been a big hit with the local Sandwell Labour Party with her aggressive manner and forthright views (and, lest we forget, she and Eling threatened me personally INSIDE an election count!) As it is a legal requirement to have an address in Sandwell to stand in elections there, the Squealer kept on his small flat near Warley Woods which is legally held in HIS sole name.
It is known that Red Yvonne did have a house in Park Road which was sold in 2019 for a cool £315k. On 14th March she wrote saying:
"I sold my house in Bearwood last year [2019] and bought a place in Herefordshire - with my partner."
On the following day she wrote:
"I sold my house in Bearwood and bought another for retirement."
As it turns out, Red was telling the truth in a similar fashion to the way Dominic Cummings did except that Cummings did face the cameras whereas Red Yvonne has refused to comment on further gobsmacking revelations.....
I made a terrible mistake recently writing a blog saying Red and Ian had actually owned a second home in Herefordshire since 2005 and took that post down. As it happens, the true position is even worse! They have owned a property there in Ian's sole name SINCE 1999 and NOT just "last year." And in 2003 and 2004 (at least) Red Yvonne was also on the electoral register as living there! So her disingenous and misleading written statement that they only bought a cottage in Herefordshire last year is, subject to the below, absolute b*llocks! I suppose its an easy mistake to make lol!
This cottage (Cottage 1) was bought for £77k in 1999 and Zoopla estimate the current value at a MINIMUM of £274,000. It is still - as at 31st May, 2020 - shown as being owned by Ian James.
But the plot thickens since James came off the electoral roll at Cottage 1 from 2019 and registered himself as living at another cottage nearby. The Land Registry shows this as a delightful Grade II listed cottage (which we shall call "Cottage 2") adjacent to a modern barn conversion/barn-style rebuild. Both buildings were part of a farm and owned by a Mr X. He sold the cottage "about nine months ago" and now lives in the barn-style building. But there is a problem at HM Land Registry as Cottage 2 has, for whatever reason, not been registered there yet (a legal requirement.)
Cottage 2 was on the market for just less than half a million pounds - £485,000 - and there are only frosted views still on the Estate Agent's website but the charming building has fine views as you can just make out from the picture below. Not bad as Red and the Gang have destroyed Londonderry Fields and now seek to concrete over Brandhall Golf Club and Lion Farm Fields! But then Sandwell socialists want people to live in sh*t - except themselves of course!
I am in communication with HM Land Registry as to why the sale of Cottage 2 has not been registered. Red Yvonne is refusing any further questions on this but it is curious why her partner whould go on the electoral roll there if it was not them who bought it!
If it transpires that Red and Ian are the new owners of Cottage 2 the question arises as to whether they still own Cottage 1. The Land Registry says that Ian does and so unless there has been an error they now own TWO properties in rural Herefordshire! It is inconveivable that Corbyn-lover Yvonne and her Labour hubby should now be renting Cottage 1 out given "socialist" Red's frequent abuse of private landlords. She has had the brass neck to complain to me that she is "paying rent" for Grafton Road and so it might be handy to "cover" this by renting out Cottage 1 whilst she rakes in her taxpayer-funded leader's allowances! Perhaps it is time she came clean to the public what is really going on?
We saw with Mr and Mrs Squealer that they individually owned the seperate properties but as with Davies above Eling (aka "The Milkman") also featured on the electoral roll for the country property. (Milko then had all this removed from the electronic records but I obtained the hard evidence by visiting Derbyshire Public Records Office in Matlock!)
It is highly probable that Red Yvonne is the sole signatory on the tenancy at Grafton Road, Oldbury which is what she has declared on her Register of Interests. But if Ian James was also living there this is a technical argument and, at best, a breach of the spirit of the disclosure rules. But hang on, who is on the new 2020 electoral roll for the rented property:
Yes folks she has not registered Ian as living there on the Register of Interests but he has registered himself as living at the address for a substantial period of time each year whilst also registering himself at Cottage 2! (This is, bizarrely, legal and allows him to vote at both places in local elections but at one place only in national votes.)
Bizarrely as Red does not register him as living in Sadders she does register him as being a member of Langley Labour Party. So this piece of work gets to influence the destruction of green space in Langley like Lion Farm Fields when he has owned at least one property in rural Herefordshire for 21 f*cking YEARS. Yet again ye Morons of Sandwell - Labour are sh*tting all over you!
By the way, Red Yvonne has been absolutely hysterical on Twitter about Dominc Cummings but has FLATLY REFUSED to say whether she has visited her country estates at any time during lockdown. Her official statement is only "I live in Sandwell".

Once again the GMB Union have allowed me the time to reflect on Sandwell issues as never before*. At the beginning of the Covid crisis I was a little surprised when the xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, embroiled xxxxxxxx in a small Twitter spat with Mr Basharat Khan. (And readers, I would like some more information on this gent noting his new political roles and shenanigans.)
One cannot go on without mentioning the abysmal public health crisis in Sadders BEFORE the virus after 46 years of Labour diktat - obesity, diabetes, addiction, poisonous air-quality etc etc and all exacerbated by poverty and Labour's determination to prevent local wealth-creation and improvement thanks to their perverted ideology.
It is fashionable these days - particularly evident in the Brexit scandal - to decry "experts". Alas, I am old school and think they are actually rather important. Further, I like my experts to be solid - stolid even - and unflabbable in a crisis. Whatever mistakes the likes of Chris Whitty and Jenny Harries have made during Covid 19 they have portrayed a calm and authoritative manner. Surely we should expect the same locally from the Public Health supremo?

It has been a relatively good thing in recent years for many of us to be able to air mental health issues in public although this has unfortunately led to a stream of our pathetic "royals" and other "celebrity" figures saying how they once got a bit depressed when the cat died etc. There are many though who think the very public disclosure of mental health issues outside a "controlled" context can be postively harmful - witness the suicides linked to "Love Island" and the like. There are also many of us who approach health professionals for help and not to empathise with them in respect of their own medical issues.
