The Skidder Goes National!

Before Christmas The Skidder hit the national news again:

There are some interesting aspects to the whole story which are worth sharing with you now even though many questions remain unresolved. The facts are set out in an earlier post if you missed it:

Suffice to say, it appears that disgraced pair former Cllr Steve "Squealing" Eling  (aka The Milkman) and former Chief Executive [sic] Jan Britton set up an illegal (?) £300,000 fund of taxpayers' money (YOUR money) to shaft me and to stop you reading this blog. The current Chief Executive assures me that an "internal" investigation is under way concerning this scandal and the (new) external auditors are also aware of the situation. Watch this space...

Point One:

David Stevens has seemingly tried to cover-up the role of Monitoring Officer Surjit Tour in this scandal and Tour is not mentioned in the information Stevens has disclosed to date. One Councillor assures me he was most definitely involved and how could he not be as he is, unbelievably, also the bent Labour Council's "Head of Legal"? 

Point Two:

Even though she was Leader of the Council from May, 2019 to July, 2020 Cllr "Red" Yvonne Davies claims that she was not officially told about the secret fund even though Stevens says that the fund is actually STILL in existence! Red says, mysteriously, that she only knew of the fund through "gossip". Why was she not informed and who withheld this information? No doubt Tour will be able to help here!

Point Three:

The Express and Star are fully aware of this secret legal fund and despite two national newspapers running the story there has been silence from Wolvo. Why?

Point Four:

Hats off to The Times for refusing to bow to intimidation from Eling and bent Labour Sandwell Council. I can now reveal that back in January, 2019 the Times wrote another piece about Eling's appalling conduct and the truth about what happened next. Their piece was entirely factual pointing out:

• that Eling complained to his WMP puppet Supt Rich Baker about me being sympathetic to the Justice for the 21 campaign (FFS!) (It took Baker many months but the penny finally dropped and he told Eling to do one);
• the Squealer threatened Supt Baker that if WMP did not act against me it was "a matter for the Home Secretary";
• that Eling claimed I had a mole within WMP;
• that I was gulity of "outrageous profanity" by using a comical image to illustrate a true story that a female employee had secured promotion at bent Labour Sandwell as payment for a shag.

Notwithstanding that Eling wrote the emails and Jan Britton was fully aware of the contents a complaint was made to IPSO, the press complaints body in an attempt to intimidate The Times. I am not privy to the details but Sandwell sources say the allegation was that their journalist had lied yet Eling and Britton specifically KNEW that was not true but still tried to silence the press! I believe IPSO saw the facts and quickly dismissed this nasty and crude smear.

So well done to The Times for standing up to this shocking bullying. In their latest article about the illegal fund they referred to the previous article about Eling's vile behaviour but did not specifically link him to the illegal fund (see further below). Curiously, the Mail saw the story and nicked it - but they provided a clear visual clue about the main culprit (on the right!):

Point Five:

New information is that (at least) one meeting took place in Committee Room 102 1 or 2 at Oldbury Kremlin to set up the illegal fund. A number of people were present including then Councillors Eling and Steve "Luvvie" Trow.

Hitherto this blog has always mocked Luvvie as being "as weak as p*ss" but it now seems that, very late in the day, he finally "grew a pair". Sandwell sources are assuring me that Trow was dead against Eling setting-up the illegal fund and, unlike most of the cowards, stood up to The Squealer. I wrote to Luvvie but he has not responded.

The plot thickens in that sources are saying that another great enemy of The Skidder, Cllr John "Socialist Landlord" Edwards, supported Trow. Normally I would have dismissed this as improbable fiction as Jedward has done plenty to try and cause me harm and always responds to any verbal or written communication by insulting me. But back on 12th December, 2020 I wrote to the snarling Councillor (using our affectionate "lol" nicknames for each other in the salutation and subscription) and received NO REPLY - no abuse, nothing. Most unusual.

Here is the letter with a small redaction to protect the identity of a Labour investigator:

"Dear Jedders,

THIS IS NOT A PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL COMMUNICATION

There is an improbable story circulating which is pretty unbelievable since, if true, it suggests that you have suddenly developed a sense of morality.

The tale is that you and “Luvvie” Trow were against Squealing Eling’s £300k secret legal fund to nail me and that the two of you met a Labour Party official, possibly xxxxxxxx, at a hotel in West Brom to express the view that Milko was “out of control”. Is any of this true?

“Julia”"

Point Six:

What of Eling himself. I wrote to Milko on 9th December, 2020:

"THIS IS NOT A PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL COMMUNICATION. PRESS ENQUIRY

SMBC have stated that the s151 Finance Officer - believed to be Darren Carter - set up a secret provision in reserves of £300k to destroy me and my blog.

Various people have named you as the instigator of the illegal fund. Are they right?

What meetings took place to discuss the setting-up of this fund and who was present?

I am told ex-councillor Trow objected to your proposal but you overruled him? Is that correct?

What was the role of Surjit Tour in all this? Which other officers were privy to your seemingly illegal plan?"

Surprisingly, I got a reply but not from The Squealer. A pathetic response was received from David Hallam, the man who puts the "rim" in "rimmer" when it comes to Eling (even ahead of John Kelly) and Spellar. Here is the response and my own reply:

"Dear Mr Saunders,

I have been forwarded your email to Mr Eling dated 9 December 2020 concerning Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council, headed "This is not a private and confidential communication. Press Enquiry" 

Press enquiries about Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council should be made to their their press office at the  email address press_office@Sandwell.gov.uk.

My reply:

"Who the fuck are you to be replying on behalf of Eling and keep your nose out.

I'll take it that Eling won't answer. I wonder why!"

Just as an aside, men who like to put letters after their names in ordinary correspondence should, in my view, be treated with the same suspicion as those with personalised number plates. It smacks of major insecurity. In this case the braggart adds "FRSA" ie Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. All you have to do to get that title is apply saying you support the aims of the RSA with two letters of support and a sizeable annual cheque for £182 (plus an extra £75 in year one) and you become a "Fellow" (I know this as my wife, who actually works in the arts, is one - though you won't find her boasting about it in emails lol!) Yet this joke boasted on 14th March, 2020 how he was delighted to have been "nominated" as a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts! Perhaps these symbols after his name may be more appropriate:

The fact that Hallam is acting as a spokesperson for Sp*nk Brother One is instructive as he is said to be working with Spellar and Gurinder Josan to get Milko's suspension from the Labour Party lifted despite all the damage Eling has done in Sandwell. 

Most murderers serve considerably less than 40 years of punishment but on Valentine's Day, 2020 this rimmer took to Twitter and declared his undying love for Milko whom he described as "my good friend of forty years". Strewth! Perhaps this willingness to love a sinner is down to his extreme religiosity as he is a loud proslytizer of Methodism. I am too old and experienced to believe that religious people are anymore likely to tell the truth than mere mortals but Hallam is quite willing to ignore the facts when he feels like it as he did when ranting to local Labour drones after Labour's election catastrophe last December:

"... We [in Sandwell Labour] are riven my factionalism... We apparently have members who are keen to leak information to bloggers and social media platforms that are no friends of the party, We need to end the perverse misuse of the party's disciplinary process..."

Dear Readers of this blog will know that I have exposed one person who above all split the local Labour Party into two warring factions after the death of wife-beater Cooper; who met with me to leak information and with another set up a WhatsApp account to continue doing so and who worked with Spellar and Watson to bring down a sh*tstorm on his enemies. Like The Mail I will give you a visual clue to the identity of that tyrranical maniac:

Everyday Blue Sexism?

Besides being deeply corrupt West Midlands Police are also assiduous Tweeters - particularly in bent Sandwell. Despite the horrendous level of crime in the benighted Borough the local plod are paid by us taxpayers to churn out a constant stream of gibberish which saves them the bother of actually going out and nicking a few villains. Smethwick Police have been, er, the worst offenders to date but Wednesbury cops, under Gold Commander Cllr "Inane" Elaine Costigan, are attempting to seize the tarnished crown. 

This extraordinary and illiterate tweet appeared on 31st December, 2020:

Many Sandwell readers took this to be a blatantly sexist, creepy and insulting comment on a female "colleague", mocking her name and pushing the old trope that women are poor drivers. What do you think readers? (Join the Facebook Group: The Sandwell Skidder - Speaking Truth to Power!)

Alas, when asked via Twitter what was meant by this the author suddenly lost the use of his (?) Twitter finger.

You might think that now that the bent Blues are supposed to be "inclusive"  a senior officer in WMP would have arranged to take this offensive Tweet down but not a bit of it. Thus on 5th January, 2021 I made a formal complaint to WMP but, as of today, the post is still there! Clearly "the lads" don't find this sort of thing offensive whereas it would be frowned upon in other areas of "public service". And no doubt "the lads" had a word with the WPC who is allegedly "fine with it". In the meantime WMP have advertised a £74,340 pa job for, I sh*t ye not, an "Assistant Director Fairness and Belonging"! #goodluckeverybody

Sandwell Council are now using the £300,000 legal fund referred to elsewhere to attempt to censor this blog post. As I have no money nor legal representation at present I am voluntarily and temporarily removing the matters complained of pending resolution. This is done STRICTLY WITHOUT ANY ADMISSION OF LIABILITY whatsoever. Indeed, I am defending the oppressive claim against me.
