Lisa McNally's Extraordinary Threats to High Court + More

The story of Lisa McNally's absurd and malicious claim against me will be coming out in full in the very near future but her attempt to make taxpayers pay her legal costs for a personal claim relating to her Twitter account has made it into Private Eye magazine for the last two editions! As things stand bent Labour Sandwell Council are saying they will pay her costs which are in excess of £100,000 i.e. they are going to f*ck you over (and don't forget McNally is paid well in excess of £100k per year as Director of Public Health).

Leader "lol" Rajbir Singh is now trying to force me to pay for another legal case to prove what they are doing is unlawful in the full knowledge that I have no money. The three Tory MP's in Sandwell must take action here, and I will be sending them a detailed history of what bent Labour are trying to do. As we shall see in a later post, cowardly Singh was personally aware of the illegality of what Council employees were doing. He did nothing, and on top of his other disasters since May has f*cked-up again. The fact that this muppet is STILL trying to shaft me shows his character and the depths he is prepared to go to protect his own arse.

I will be writing below about the collapse of almost the entire "top" management structure in the bent Borough but two of the key players are still in post - Tour and McNally! As we shall see, McNally said she was off if she lost her case, but is still in post.

We know from McNally herself that the claim was a set-up between her, David Stevens and Surjit Tour in late January. I am making various professional conduct and other complaints concerning the actors in this affair but it is very obvious from the paperwork put before the Court that SMBC Solicitors Tour, Lynch and Maher-Smith (at least) had a substantial hand in the way the case was presented. In due course they may have to account for the seriously misguided "professional advice" they gave to McNally. That is not to absolve McNally since her campaign was absolutely vicious - she even wanted an order for me to be jailed if I went with 50m of her when I have never even met her!

The claim was purely personal based on her Twitter account and in the pre-action protocol process McNally sought a draconian "emergency" injunction to be followed by making the injuction "permanent". But the personal nature of the case and her vengeful attack on me was extended to claim £10,000 damages for herself. How the f*ck were Rajbir Singh and Stevens lawfully expecting the taxpayer to pay for her absurd and greedy claim? 

More on this soon but here are the extraordinary threats McNally made to the High Court. She said this in her first statement:

Para 36

My future at Sandwell is now very uncertain. I am unsure how much longer I can continue to live with Mr Saunders' hateful campaign against me. I am upset that one man is providing me with such a negative experience and is leading me to want to give up a job that I once loved and leaving an environment in which I have great working relationships.

Solicitor Lynch at SMBC seems to have been involved in the preparation of the statement. We have already seen that she forgot to serve me with the emergency injunction application and here she used an out of date "statement of truth" when McNally signed to say that her evidence was true (and we shall come back to comment on that at a later date).

Statement of truth:

"I believe that the facts stated in this witness statement are true.

Signed 26th February, 2021.

My solicitor pointed out to Lynch that the Statement of Truth signed by McNally was not compliant with the current Court rules. Accordingly, Lynch revised McNally's Statement as follows:

"I understand that proceedings for contempt of Court may be brought against anyone who makes, or causes to be made, a false statement in a document verified by a statement of truth without an honest belief in its truth.

McNally signed this document on the 11th March, 2021.

The plot by Stevens, Tour and McNally soon began to unravel when my brilliant Solicitor, Mark Lewis of Patron Law, came on the scene and the Director of Public Health soon had to withdraw her malicious "emergency injunction" application (at a cost of several thousand pounds which she says you taxpayers should pay for her).

Of course, there was no "hateful campaign" and McNally was, for reasons that are not clear, advised to proceed. The plotters - with the professional help of Lynch and Maher-Smith - ploughed on to obtain a non-emergency injunction. It is not clear whether McNally has any insight into her own behaviour but she tried to throw the kitchen sink at me in a second statement which she signed as being true and that she was aware she could be in contempt of court if she lied:

If my application for an injunction is refused, Mr Saunders will clearly resume his hostility. I can't go through that again and neither can my family. I would at the very least need to leave Sandwell Council and a job I otherwise love. However, since Mr Saunders has previously proved that he is willing to pursue people he doesn't like after they leave Sandwell, I will have to stop working in any position that involves any degree of public profile.

Statement of truth

My own second statement to the High Court said this:

I am very surprised at the Claimant's second statement dated 10th June 2021 that unless she gets her way she will, as a highly-paid professional, not only give up her job but walk away from her profession altogether. These threats to the Court were also made in the Claimant's abortive attempts to seek an injunction in February. The threats are improper. All I can say is that I note that despite the threats in February, the claimant did not carry them out when she did not obtain (or proceed with her application for) an injunction.

Of course, McNally has not left despite also trying to get the taxpayer to pay over £100,000 legal costs for her.

My Solicitor wrote this to bent Labour Sandwell on 12th August:

In your evidence, it was stated that Ms McNally would resign if she did not obtain an injunction. Please confirm that her notice has been tendered and indicates when it will be operative from. If not, please explain why such an unequivocal statement was made to the Court supported by a Statement of Truth? You will appreciate that such is a very serious matter. We suggest that any individuals complicit in such action seek independent advice. We reserve our client's rights against all such individuals if the court has been misled.

Suddenly another person who purports to be a solicitor came on the scene - our old "friend", Maria Price (posts passim and see legal notice below). Price responded with this nonsense on 16 August 2021 in the full knowledge that SMBC Solicitors had drafted and approved McNally's statements:

As regards Ms McNally tending her resignation, your interpretation of her statement is disputed.

Well dear Readers, I will live it to you to decide how you "interpret" McNally's despicable threats!

McNally was right about one thing - if bent or incompetent employees leave Sadders, I will continue to comment on the mess they have left behind - eg. Alison Knight 's (see below) hapless report on Lion Farm remains "on the record" and as some sort of justifaction for the bent deal to destroy the Fields. And I still dream that one day Jan Britton and others will be interviewed under caution by corrupt West Midlands Police about the frauds they claim to have known nothing about.

"The Management Structure - Late 2020"

When Cllr "Red" Yvonne inexplicably appointed Stevens as Chief Executive that deeply ambitious man set about forming a new "top" "lol" Management Structure. At the time the website listed 11 top managers. Where are they now?

David Stevens - Chief Exec - Left after a botched sacking by "Leader" Rajbir Singh. How come even Red Yvonne could manage to sack Jan Britton without compensation yet Singh has allegedly cost us taxpayers around £300,000? Plenty to come on Stevens but this joker had to go!

Darren Carter - The Money Man - arse-licker extraordinaire Carter inexplicably rose to the top finance post but was suspended for, inter alia, his absolutely appalling behaviour in the "suspended secretaries" saga (blogs passim and see legal notice below). He was booted out (although in the incestuous gravy train of crap local government he is believed to be raking in the cash again at Reading Council).

Stuart Lackenby- Stevens's right-hand man - bit of an odd one this. We saw in this blog (yet again see legal notice below) how Lackenby was doing business with bent Labour Sadders whilst working at Dudley Council. Stevens flatly refused to comment on the allegations (and I put them no higher than that) that he and Lackenby had once been in business together. Neither confirmation nor denial. Lackenby seemingly left of his own accord and now works for South Northamptonshire Council.

Neil Cox - Stevens, Lackenby and Cox were said to be a team and Cox is last man standing. Inexperienced at this level though is said to work well with Tammy Stokes (see below).

Lisa McNally - it remains to be seen whether she will do as she said in her High Court statements and leave.

Lesley Hagger - as Sandwell Children's Trust falls into disarray (again) it is difficult to assess Hagger's achievements at Sadders but she left last week with her fingerprints all over the Report recommending the bent £22m SEND taxi contract deal to Azeem Hafeez. (Incidentally two employees are named on the report and one of them has left too. All very odd.)

Surjit Tour - Head of "Legal" "Lol" - this blog has been campaigning for this guy's instant dismissal without compensation for a long time. A detailed dossier is in preparation about his conduct of a whole range of matters. He simply has to go - and soon.

Chris Ward - Seemingly OK and has "retired".

Alan Caddick - most of the top brass [sic] wouldn't dream of living in Sh*thole Sandwell and this chap lived locally in, er, Sunderland! It is said he didn't want to go but Stevens got rid.

Tammy Stokes - an unknown quantity. Is she ready for the top flight? If she wore trousers like her friend Neil would she have reached the top tier? Will she now?

Dr Alison Knight - last but not least! A non-medical "doctor" who featured regularly in the blog (posts passim and see legal notice below) given some of her disastrous performances (at both her spells in the bent Borough). She has sought revenge on the Skidder by providing "evidence" in McNally's case against me. She failed to win a job at Stevens's top table after having to "re-apply" for a top job but objects to it being said that she was "booted" out. Happily the local authority gravy train continues to reward her handsomely. She has been given a six-months contract at Croydon to sort out fallout from the "Regina Road" scandal. London News reported that she would cost the bankrupt Labour Council £104,250 for six months work! How well is she doing? Note this recent post from the UK's best local authority blog, Inside Croydon:

That's seven of eleven of the "top" bosses gone and two of the four left are Tour and McNally! When on earth is the Government going to step in and sort this bloody shambles out?

Gowling WLG Racism Scandal Rolls On!

If you are slightly confused about the title of this post, Gowling WLG are a firm of solicitors formerly known as Wragge & Co. If the penny still hasn't dropped, Wragges were responsible for the hopeless "Wragge Report" into fraud and cronyism at bent Labour Sandwell Council (posts passim and see legal notice below).

(Please note that the font sizing seems to have gone haywire today and so apologies if the posts looks "odd" in places".)

Briefly, bent Labour managed to stop their pals at corrupt West Midlands Police (WMP) from investigating crimes at the Council by appointing Jan Britton's (the disgraced former Chief Executive) mate, Mark Greenburgh, then of Wragges, to do a partial investigation of SOME of the issues instead. Wragges had none of the powers of the police and produced a pathetic Report (just try and read it!) Britton used taxpayers' hard-earned to pay Wragges around £181,000 for this heap of ordure.

Even given the bent arrangement things did not go well - so the story goes - since Britton claimed he could not ignore a vile racist remark by Greenburgh when he mocked disability within the Muslim community. Britton alleges that he sought a hugely expensive "Opinion" from a QC about his concerns whether this supposedly solitary remark had fatally tainted the Report - which was specifically aimed at destroying (then) Cllr Mahboob Hussain. Of course, we now know that Britton and Eling (Steve "Squealing" Eling, besmirched former Labour Leader) were desperate to release the Wragge Report to shaft Eling's former best man, and it seems the stated racism may have been used as justification to win legal support to release a Report which The Squealer had stated in writing would never see the light of day!

This Blog has repeatedly pointed out that the Wragge Report was not worth the paper it was written on - a jumbled, incoherent, work. Not only did Greenburgh have inadequate powers but it seems to most readers he did not even employ those he did have to good effect. When bent Labour Sandwell itself disclosed the racist slur, I personally made a complaint to the Solicitors Regulatory Authority (SRA) which they did not even bother to acknowledge despite its very serious nature.

I did not follow-up my SRA complaint as Sandwell sources told me that Mahboob Hussain has made a complaint himself and that, eventually, Greenburgh had been reprimanded. Greenburgh also left Wragge and Co in opaque circumstances and set up his own law firm.

Outraged that Gowling WLG (as they now are) could profit from racism I made attempts to contact David Fennell (Chief Exec) but he blanked me. I also did a one-man demo outside their Birmingham offices and distributed over 150 leaflets demanding that they repay the fees to bent Sandwell or to a Muslim Aid Charity. (A copy of the leaflet is exhibited benealth the Legal Notice below). Neither a public apology nor repayment were forthcoming from the mega-wealthy firm.

But it now transpires that bent Labour Sandwell Council commissioned a Review into the original crap Report which is known as either the "Cox Review" (after Neil Cox who is said to have written the Review) or the "Steven's Review" (after the sacked former SMBC Chief Exec who commissioned it). But the previous and current Labour Leaders [sic] of bent Sandwell, Cllrs Maria Crompton and Rajbir Singh won't make it public. This is the case even after yet more money was thrown at lawyers in that it is said that another QC - believed to be Jenni Richards of Essex Chambers in London -  had advised that it SHOULD be released!

The Stevens/Cox Review is absolutely explosive - disclosing (a) more racist and unpleasant comments allegedly made by Greenburgh; (b) serious questions about how disgraced Britton commissioned the Report and the huge overspend; and (c) numerous important questions about the poor quality of Greenburgh's so-called "investigation" and his ultimate report. (Curiously, SMBC's current external auditor, Mark Stocks of Grant Thornton, is also reported to have entered the political arena and made statements encouraging the suppression of the Review! WTF? Incidentally Stocks - supposed protector of the public purse -is also trying to condone bent Labour's unlawful attempt to pay Lisa McNally's £100k + legal costs - more anon.)

THE STEVENS/COX REVIEW MUST BE MADE PUBLIC IMMEDIATELY! END OF!

There are wider ramifications to all this. I was once again outraged that, whereas the disgraced Britton claimed his mate Greenburgh had made a single racist remark, the Stevens/Cox Review states he made other such comments and openly displayed bias against his target (which Greenburgh will have the chance to deny once Rajbir Singh grows a pair). Of course, Gowling WLG were legally liable for comments he made during the time he was unemployed by them. If my understanding of the contents of the Review are correct, and they stack up, they must now cough-up their massive fee as to retain it will be unconscionable.

I realised that I had never read the actual SRA "decision" when Greenburgh got away with a smack on the wrist. Here it is - see if you can spot the missing element!

Yes folks, the racism issue - the central plank of my complaint and - so I am told - that of ex-Cllr Hussain, has been airbrushed away completely! 

My complaint was via the SRA website which led to a very interesting exchange with them. I asked why I had not received any communciation from the SRA, why the racism element of the complaint (the main feature of it) had been ignored and what the ethnicity was of the Panel which administered the mild "rebuke" to Greenburgh.

This was the initial response which contained incorrect information that mine was the only complaint and that the decision was actually made by the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal (SDT):

"Dear Mr Saunders,

 

Thank you for your recent email regarding our investigation into Mr Greenburgh.

 

I am sorry that we did not keep you informed of the progress and outcome of your report. At the time when you made your report, our business process did not require us to update complainants. In recent years, we have updated our procedures and we now provide regular updates to those people who report matters to us. I am sorry we did not update you. I do understand that as the maker of the report, you would have expected to be told about our investigation process and the action being taken.

 

Regarding the sanction given to Mr Greenburgh, this was done by the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal (SDT). Our role as a regulator is to identify potential misconduct and to prepare a case against the individual solicitor or firm. The SDT are independent of the SRA and we present our case to them so they can decide if, and what sanction is required.

 

On that basis, I am unable to answer your query about who was on the panel at the hearing.

 

While I understand you are unhappy with the level of sanction imposed by the SDT, it would not be appropriate for me to provide comment or attempt further explanation of their decision.

 

I have checked our records and I have not found any other reports about Mr Greenburgh relating to matters of discrimination. The case before the SDT was based solely on your report. While you say Mr Greenburgh’s comment was not an isolated incident, we have received no other reports about this and our investigation did not find evidence to support wider concerns.

 

Our investigation resulted in a sanction being imposed on Mr Greenbaugh. We are unable to reopen or reinvestigate this matter. If you have evidence of further concerns about the conduct of Mr Greenbaugh then I would kindly ask you to complete our report form so we can consider them. The report form can be found here. Alternatively, if Mr Stevens at Sandwell Council has information that calls into question the conduct of Mr Greenbough then he can report this to us.

 

Thank you for taking the time to contact us. If I can be of further assistance, please do let me know."

I duly referred the matter to the SDT who responded with lightning speed:

"Dear Sirs,

THIS IS NOT A PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL COMMUNICATION

I made a complaint to the SRA concerning Mark Greenburgh, Solicitor. They did not even acknowledge my complaint.

It was my understanding that Greenburgh's victim had made a complaint too but this turns out not to be correct.

My complaint was specifically that Greenburgh made racist comments about the Muslim Community whilst undertaking an investigation at Sandwell Council. He commented that the disability of a Councillor's daughter was due to "inbreeding" within the local Muslim Community.

I was told that he received a "smack on the wrist" but only recently became aware of your decision from June, 2018. I was horrified that although my specific complaint was about his racist comment this was totally excluded from the Tribunal decision. 

As it happens, Sandwell Council have unearthed what they say is further racist abuse by Greenburgh although they are currently trying to suppress the Report.

I made a complaint to the SRA - unfortunately this was via their website form which does not provide an email "copy". I am outraged that this racism has been covered up by the legal establishment. I also asked what the ethnic make-up of the Tribunal was?

Incidentally, the Mr Stevens referred to was the Chief Executive of Sandwell Council who had caused or permitted (with others) he suppression of the further evidence of racist comments. (He has just been sacked). When the Report is finally forced into the open with the further evidence, rest-assured that I will be making a fresh complaint to the SRA but, in the meantime, I would appreciate your comments on why the SDT appears to have completely ignored the appalling racism - which was the central feature of my complaint?"

Reply from the SDT:

"Dear Sir

 

Thank you for the email below.

 

The information that the SRA have provided is incorrect. The SRA imposed an internal sanction of a written rebuke on Mr Greenburgh.  Mr Greenburgh lodged an appeal  with the Tribunal against that decision but withdraw his application before the appeal was heard. His application to the Tribunal is known as a S44E appeal.

 

The SRA has not made any application to the Tribunal in respect of Mr Greenburgh. The sanction imposed on him was not made by the Tribunal. The only decision made by the Tribunal was to permit Mr Greenburgh to withdraw his appeal." 

(You see folks - when you think I am not doing anything all this sort of work is going on!)

Obviously I wrote back to the SRA and they responded:

"Dear Mr Saunders,

 

Thank you for your email of 29 July 2021. I am sorry it has taken me some time to reply.

 

I have reviewed our file again and wish to correct a mistake I made in writing to you previously. I informed you that the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal (SDT) had sanctioned Mr Greenburgh. This is incorrect. The sanction given to Mr Greenburgh was a decision made by our organisation.

 

We are able to impose some sanctions on solicitors (such as rebukes and fines). The information given in my previous email was incorrect and I am sorry for any confusion or distress this may have caused.

 

I would also like to clarify that we did receive another report about Mr Greenburgh. The report concerned the same issue you raised with us. Both reports were dealt with together under the same investigation.

 

As we did not notify you of the outcome of our investigation, I have attached a copy of the published decision in this matter.

 

If you have any further queries about this matter, please do let me know."

The game of shuttlecock continued:

My response:

"Thank you for your response which does help in part.

You reply does not deal with the fact that it was the racist comment of Mr Greenburgh which was the focus of both complaints (as I understand it, as I have not seen the other complaint but believe that it was made by Mr Greenburgh's Muslim victim).

How did the central and very serious allegation come to be airbrushed from the original complaints? Were those at the SRA who made the decision all white?

Finally, there is an allegation that in this process, Mr Greenburgh was provided with a "reference" by Jan Britton, the now-disgraced former Chief Executive of Sandwell MBC. Is that true? This enquiry is not made from idle curiosity since it was Britton who made the racist comment of Mr Greenburgh public in the first place. It seems that there was a personal connection or friendship between the two and it would be extraordinary if the poacher had turned gamekeeper.

Further, Cllrs Maria Crompton and Rajbir Singh, political "leaders" of SMBC in recent times are deliberately suppressing a further Report clearly stating that Mr Greenburgh's comment was not an isolated outburst but just one of a series of such vile comments. It is inconceivable that Jan Britton was not aware of this and so if (if) he provided a reference this will have been grossly misleading.

As before, once the current Council leader, Cllr Singh, finally desists from the attempted cover-up and makes the latest Report public, it is inevitable that the comments will be the basis of further complaints to the SRA and so it is important for public confidence in your organisation that you are seen to be dealing with these issues objectively and without an institutional racial bias."

I should add that Britton refuses to communicate with me (lol) and so I am unable to put the extra allegations to him.

The SRA response:

"Dear Mr Saunders,

 

Thank you for your further email.

 

Our published decisions are only a very brief summary of a case. I can confirm that our investigation did focus on the allegation that Mr Greenburgh’s comment was racially motivated.

 

The decision-makers in a case are selected from a panel. We take care to ensure that our panel is representative of gender and ethnicity.

 

I note your comments about other members of Sandwell MBC. These people are not within our jurisdiction so it would not be appropriate for us to comment on their actions. If you do obtain further information relating to Mr Greenburgh, or other solicitors within our jurisdiction, please do let us know."

So there we have it folks - the SRA claims it DID consider the racism issue with a "representative" panel - before slapping Greenburgh with a limp lettuce leaf. They can't have found it very important even though they also had a complaint directly from a victim! It is entirely coincidental that Greenburgh is a Liveryman of the City of London Solicitors' Livery Company - and would have been called "one of the boys" in less enlightened times.

But no-one knew the SRA considered the racism element of the complaints from its decision notice which has allowed Greenburgh to - and I sh*t ye not - claims now to be a champion of diversity! Indeed - he is even the Chair and a Director of The Diversity Trust Cic. I wonder if he - a man who very publicly describes himself as "a Zionist" - has cracked his "joke" about Muslim disability and inbreeding at their Board meetings? Incredibly - yes truly, incredibly - here's how he now describes himself:

When I asked the Diversity Trust about his involvement with them via Twitter they, er, blocked me so I am assuming they don't want the history of their Chair made public. Oops ...

Interestingly, Greenburgh also crops up as a "Corporate Partner" of the organisation "Lawyers in Local Government" (along with Bevan Brittan - recipients of bent Labour Sandwell's cash from Britton's £300k legal fund to close this blog down - and Wilkin Chapman - used, inter alia, by Surjit Tour in an effort to subvert the Standards Investigation into Squealing Eling and who even attended a Gold meeting with an Assistant Chief Constable of WMP to attempt to shaft me).

                       

Of course, WMP are said to enjoy corrupt relationships with some individuals referred to in the Wragge Report and their rapid exit from the fraud investigation in favour of Greenburgh leads us directly to the current scandal with the £22m SEND contract where the lucky recipient was WMP's "prime suspect". When Jacob Rees-Mogg said recently in the House of Commons that the police should take a look at the SEND contract he was right - but it needs to be an independent force and NOT WMP!

The Misogyny of Adam Smith, "Journalist" - Adults Only!

STRONG WARNING - ADULTS ONLY - this blog contains accurate reportage of the writing of a former local journalist, Adam Smith, and contains VERY STRONG, OBSCENE, LANGUAGE. The wording reported is frequently HIGHLY OFFENSIVE - particularly to women. It is recommended that readers are 18+.

This person's writing is of public interest due to his continuing political involvement with Sandwell Council on behalf of Labour Cllrs Carmichael (female), Hackett, Moore and others, his campaigns against former Sandwell Councillors, his attempts to prevent the publication of the Review of the Wragge Report, his support for Labour candidates such as John Tipper, and his involvement with numerous Sandwell Labour-supporting troll accounts on social media.

Addendum 23rd August, 2021 - Smith's vile response to this has been to publicly write that my wife has been having an affair! Also. Smith wrote for the North Birmingham charity as recently as 13th August, 2021! Certainly one to watch that!

Adam Smith was a puppet local journalist prepared to do the bidding of former West Brom East MP, Tom Watson, plus various Sandwell Labour Councillors eg. Hackett, Carmichael, Moore, Piper and, of course, ex-Cllr John Tipper. These local politicians sent Smith to spy on me and he used to meet me in a pub where he would try to ascertain how much I knew about matters involving his patrons.

At all material times, Smith was a notorious drunkard who was perpetually skint, and his cadging of drink and money is a standing joke on Facebook and Twitter. He is superficially amusing but it is never clear where the line is between fact and bullshit. Despite his regular inebriation he tells frequent tales of "f*cking birds" and "boffing bints". 

Smith uses a relatively clean Twitter account in his own name but uses a second account in the name @SteveZacharanda for his most offensive material. Here he refers to women as c*nts, slags, bints, tw*ts and in other sexist terms. Incredibly, given what follows, he joined in the recent vicious campaign by Lisa McNally (the Director of Public Health) and others at bent Labour Council to brand ME a misogynst (which, I can tell you, was given very short shrift by a High Court Judge!)

He uses strangely archaic language in conjunction with his obscenities. He now seems to have a steady girlfriend whom, inevitably, he describes as his "Mrs" like the others (real or fictitious) who preceded her. Let's hope things work out better than in the past:

On rumours Aston Villa were to spend £24m on new players: "#avfc spending £24m. the mrs said she'd sleep wiv Brad Pitt for £1m. Potentially I'm loaded but in reality I live wiv a slag :)"

And: "Couldn't watch the footballing porn of Barcelona because I know I've got to face my big fat ugly #avfc slag of a Mrs on Saturday..."

He wasn't keen on her mother either: "The mother in law has no breeding, back upright you common tart"

Other women were subjected to his vile abuse such as Karen Brady: "karen brady 'i'm a businesswoman of the year and no-one has eva called me a bitch' err yeah right. 40' people call u a slag every week love"

Even automated female voices attract his ire: "would just like to vent my anger at HSBC for being complete cnts, i wasn't listening to the automated slag now my telephone banking is broke!"

Back in 2017 Smith was working at the mighty, er, Halesowen News when Boris Johnson visited their offices:

Perhaps it's just as well Boris hadn't noted his earlier comments about him (presumably given the appearance of a singer in the competition): "#eurovision where was Boris Johnson 20 years ago? f*cking some Serbian slag that's where"

Smith's Twitter feed is liberally littered with the word "f*ck" and whilst not an example of his appalling misogyny it is worth just mentioning a piece of his erudite Covid reportage. Like the teachers' unions, leftists and a few health "experts", Smith was keen to deprive kids of their education during Covid: "F*ck me Boris hates November doesn't he? Last year he saddled us with a general election and now this half arsed load of bollocks. If you're gonna do it, do it properly close the superspreading schools etc! More half arsed tittybabby twattery."

Women are "bints" - usually with another abusive description eg. "brainless bint"; "the french bint on Newsnight"; "the bint from the Railway Children" (!); "that Radio 4 bint"; "the BBC bint"; "this peace-nick bint"; "some bint in a burger van", "the poor bint", "the Truss bint", "that Welsh bint", "this [Ukrainian] bint", "a bint gets off the bus", "married to the bint who runs Google", "the new bint [who reads the football scores], "some bint", "the bint in the yellow dress", "posh bint", "the bint from Terminator", "Radio 5 bint", "a PR bint from London", "the daft bint", "that Cole bint", "some mad bint", "the old bint", "Who's this bint on ITV", "that ice skating bint", "a posh bint", "that footballer's bint", "that bint Florence" etc.

When Test Match Special employed the first female member of the commentary team Smith naturally branded her a "bint". Someone complained and he responded, "called her a bint last test and the earnest Twitter types bored me to death calling me a misogynist." I can't imagine why can you readers? "

Where there is sleaze there is ex-MP Tom Watson who took his lackey to a London bar: "mr @tomwatson took me there first, met couple of arty slebs before [Rachel Reid] walked in + befriended some Turkish bint!"

In the amoral world of Smith and Watson the former could slag off Max Mosley, "Fascist c*nt Oswald Moseley's [sic] son is going to have a say what is printed in this country. What the actual f*ck Sleepwalking into c*ntery!" Meanwhile his patron, Watson, was taking substantial donations from, er, Max Mosley!

Smith often writes about "birds" from "Just need a bird now ..." to strange commentary on TV programmes: "Blimey, how old was the bird in dungarees who got dragged on stage by two pimps!!"

In response to Tweet about women's underwear: "if a bird wrote that I might allow it, but a bloke tweeting about bras? WEIRDO"

More Covid reportage: "I reckon a few birds will tell men to isolate their cocks this weekend!"

In his weirdly archaic language he writes things like: "Is that the Northern Irish bird [a footballer] was biffing ..." and "look at that bird over there, I want to "Cock-her-in ...".

He informs us that "I really like the bird who works in my local Cash Converters ..." where he is no doubt a regular customer given his impecuniosity, but on his supposed dates he is pure charm, "not fan of phoning someone on 1st date, I only did when my mate assured me bird I was taking out was lovely after I'd met her with him pissed".

He moves in exalted circles and is something of a linguist: "I knew a bird who had 'bash it' in Chinese on her mound."

In another post he refers to "Some fat bird from Stoke".

Sometimes one gets the treat of a "bird" and a "mrs" together as when he compares two women in the Eurovision Song Contest as, "Young Helen Mirren dancing with that bird who used to be Phil Mitchell's mrs ..."

Smith not only likes to demean women but to patronise them too. When a "bird on the World Service" made a mistake in a piece about football he urged her to "get it right luv."

He chastised a friend/donor: "Kin hell, you could have mentioned I walked in with two birds!"

His dislike of nil-nil draws is matched with his distaste for women who, er, menstruate: "watching a shit duck egg draw and no shootout is like taking a fat annoying bird to dinner for her to say she has come on heavy at pudding"

Mention of New Hall by another Twitter-user brings the bragging response: "I've torn up some quim in New Hall :) Best days of my life"

Apparently his "PR" activities haven't always been successful: "client-rimming' fave new term , why my PR firm failed, need any contributions? I'm cheaper than a drunk whore who's rents due"

As a self-proclaimed "hack" he faced daily decisions such as, "which sounds worse 'child rapist' or 'pre-pubescent b*mmer' - the question of the day for me today" 

In a resume of the budget the "award-winning" Journalist opined: "first they hike strongbow, christ they will be putting a levy on my other favourite past time, daydreaming about fresh snatch"

At times Smith gets positively Proustian, "just had a flashback from five years ago. Dancing to this choon in New York with A-class snatch!"

Smith's friend at bent Labour Sandwell Council, Cllr Bob "Seig Heil" Piper infamously abused Margaret Thatcher in her lifetime particularly her dementia and Smith marked her death with this tribute: "bet there is not so much vulnerable snatch at Maggie's funeral as at Diana's. I remember me and my mate were gonna go down on the pull."

In a particularly revolting effort Smith wrote, "'Why's that corpse got a shrimp sticking out of her fanny?' 'That's not a shrimp son, that's her clit.' Silence - 'taste likes a shrimp'"

Of course, Smith finds time to laugh at how "foreigners" speak and finds it hilarious when a Chinese man supposedly sings "Tits and fanny" instead of the real words to a Cliff Richard hit.

He also thought an Italian uncle would give his nephew the advice, "ayyy tell her your salami would smash her fanny in two!"

And he reported the words of the Perry Barr intelligentsia, "Look if you can't dance you can't f*ck properly ..."

At one point Smith fancied himself as Lennon and McCartney and gave the public his best lyric: "I'll lick your twat, I'll lick your twat, I'll be back for good". Happily Spotify are not yet inflicting this on us.

Before a Covid lockdown he suggested men use the following chat-up line, "Alright bab, can I lockdown your twat this weekend before the new rules on Tuesday come in ..."

Or chaps could try: "Well, hello ladies! Have you got car insurance! Cos I fancy road testing your twat tonight ..."

Back in the day, he retweeted this, adding his delight at the quote, "[a female journalist] manages to walk the difficult tightrope between being a bitch and a c*nt"

And way back he commented on that infamous Gordon Brown "bigot" incident: "bigot stuff was brilliant media storm but he didn't call her 'a silly old baggy fannied c*nt did he?"

FURTHER CONTENT WARNING - this part of the post deals with Smith's attempts at literature which are, in reality, just filth and obscenity. 18+ only please.

The fantasist Smith laughably sees himself as a "gonzo" journalist (Google it) but actually used his position when he was working to try and scrounge freebies. This activity features in the writing of his alter ego, "Alex Anderson".

Alex shows his press card to a bouncer and says: "If you don't let me in this f*cking place within 10 seconds I'm gonna do a food review on this shithole saying that I found sp*nk in your rocket salad."

"Alex" exhorted readers who were unlikely to end a night-out with sexual intercourse to remember the old mantra, "get em drunk and touch em".

In an uncanny resemblance (lol) to Smith himself, "Alex" "didn't have any money until he had tapped up the owner for some cash."

He watched his girlfriend "wiggle past then slightly slapped her arse." "Alex" then met two mates, one with "a chocolate brown face".

The friends reminisced: "Oh I'm sorry for setting you up with a bird and letting you b*m her in my bed after 20 minutes ..." "Never without homemade porn on their mobiles" the attitude to women was "If it moves f*ck it."

A friend imagines being a woman and, inevitably, would be "a proper slag" "putting industrial equipment up my gash and trying to lick me tits."

"Alex" imagined "a cum-catching party". Don't ask, just don't ask. The friends went off through the crowd "touching bums".

The "fictional character" said to the owner he had written a piece about the joint in the paper and this "free advertising" merited a cash payment. And in Smith's fantasy world Alex gets the girl.

Some mate did a cartoon strip of "Alex" who presented as a hard-drinking, impecunious, journalist with a remarkable resemblance to Smith himself. The story ends, of course, with "Alex" having sexual intercourse in the office.

In a second piece of "writing" called 'The Conversation" the short effort contains such lines as, She's a f*cking slag ... she is making a twat out of you." Then "she has a beer and becomes a slag. And she scavs sniff then gets horny with whoever gives her a line." Jane Austen this ain't.

The character states the reasons he loves a woman including, "I love her snatch, her back gash ... her follow-on double blow jobs ... she coould have a shower of Rasta sp*nk for all I care, I'd still love her."

And finally we are reminded: "prostitutes are fannies to finger and arses to shag not shoulders to cry on."

In a second, charming, cartoon - with the words penned by Smith - one of two low life characters secures a windfall. He pays off his drug dealer and then the pair are pictured having oral sex with two "ho's".

And finally ...

In a rare moment of self-awareness Smith stated in 2019: "I'm not a journalist. Was gonna go to Glasgow to be one again but the Mrs wants me to stay in Brum and as u know, no f*cker will employ me in this town!"

But there is "always one" and a woman (yes!) called Claire Marshall employed him this time last year. Who she? An arts person who has set up a labour propaganda outfit in North Birmingham under the auspices of a charity. In August, 2020 Smith announced that he was Chief Reporter on Marshall's "paper" - a strange choice, noting the above, given the legal charitable status of the "paper" and that Marshall herself claims to be the governor of two schools. But Smith has gone very quiet about this appointment and Marshall is equally reluctant to comment - declining to respond to a written question from The Skidder. What's going on?

Smith has been desperately trying to get work as some sort of PR for the disastrously costly Commonwealth Games. Perhaps there is someone out there who wants to commission a "blue" commentary on the female competitors? the weight-lifting won't be the only sport which features "the snatch".

As we have seen, local Labour politicians in Sandwell are still using Smith as their mouthpiece despite his appalling output. Curiously a number of male journalists - including the only good one in Brum - like him and so we must assume that they too approve of the sort of vile misogyny set out above. Some see him as a maverick but in the words of the man himself, "one man's maverick is another's piss taking twat ..."

Skidder Shorts #41 - The Royal College of Nursing Awards

Regular watchers of the antics of bent Labour Sandwell Council will know that it keeps "winning" awards despite years of fraud, corruption and incompetence. Perhaps the most egregious example was Nick Bubalo's Planning Department which "won" an award from the the Royal Town Planning Institute at the very same time that it was selling off land to relatives of a councillor and his cronies, sparking a police Regional Fraud Team enquiry. Has the award been for "Most Corrupt Council Planning Department" this might have made sense but the award purported to be for competence - despite Bubalo claiming he was "unaware" of the ongoing fraud. You couldn't make it up!

There is a thriving awards industry scamming mug punters. How the con works is that the "awards company" selects a subject - let's say "Sandwell Hospitality". It then writes to local businesses saying they have been "nominated" in a category -  "best pub", "best restaurant" etc. The owners of these businesses are then invited to purchase a table at a lavish awards ceremony at, say, £90 a head. And although these are supposed to be hard-headed business folk many fall for the scam and cough up! They get an expensive night-out and a meaningless "certificate".

In Sandwell, hundreds of charities and secretive organisations are beholden to the Labour Dictatorship and so mutual log-rolling takes place where these bodies (many wholly unaccountable to the public) nominate the Labour Council for awards and vice versa. In this blog we showed how even a "good" Sandwell charity like Multistory pathetically played the game, "honouring" non-entity Labour cronies for their purported "good works". And then the grants from the taxpayer keep on coming. Kerching!

And so when deeply corrupt Sandwell Labour Council were "nominated" for a public health award by no less an organistation than the Royal College of Nursing there was some considerable surprise even though the RCN is a trade union. Even more perplexing was that the nomination was for SMBC's community protection team and their work across Sandwell's "84 care homes" - particularly as bent Labour only operate, er, one care home in the whole Borough. All the rest are private businesses.

We have, of course, been here before when Lisa McNally, the Director of Public Health at bent Sandwell gave press interviews about PPE in Sandwell care "homes" - plural (this is a short post but you can read further via the link below and see the whole Freedom of Information (FOI) response from the bent Council under the legal notice below). It transpired that there was not a PPE crisis in Sandwell's solitary care home nor any need for the Council to provide PPE to the private businesses. The RCN citation does veer away from Sandwell's original tale and now simply commends the "support" and "information" given to the private businesses.

So who nominated bent Sandwell for this award? Was it a crony of the Labour Council or McNally's team? One might imagine that a national organisation like the RCN would be happy to confirm the position but this sleazy union are not. They have failed to reply to my two emails below. I smell another giant rat don't you readers?

Public Health Director McNally's Abusive Tweets

When Lisa McNally joined bent Labour Sandwell Council as Director of Public Health she already had a personal Twitter account. A review of her tweets produces little of interest apart from the obsessive use of the word "awesome". Despite her professional status - which she trumpeted on her Twitter profile - she still felt able to abuse other users whom she took exception to, most notably when she charmingly addressed another user: "Wine + stupid = dickhead".

The longer she was in Sandwell, the more her social media output became what many local folk considered to be "political" even though she is employed with a six-figure salary and gold-plated pension in what is, by law, a politically-restricted post. One thing we have learnt in the High Court case is that her arrogance knows no bounds. Way back in August 2020 a well-known local Twitter user stated that her output was a breach of The Local Government Officers (Political Restrictions) Regulations 1990, but she got a sneering reply, "Yes, and how have I infringed that?" I shall return to this subject in a separate post but suffice to say here, McNally is so conceited she thinks a specific piece of government legislation does not apply to her. Despite being in a politically-restricted post she told the High Court:

"There can be little doubt that being a DPH at this time does draw one into issues that others may label as political. However, it is not political to respond to problems in the national response to a pandemic (indeed, it could be perceived as an inappropriately political act to remain silent when we do indentify problems)."

As her High Court claim was struck out so quickly this was not a feature of the case but it seems to me that she is putting two-fingers up to the law and so I will take appropriate action to finally put a stop to this via the proper channels (assuming she does not leave her post now as she threatened the High Court she would do, if she lost). Incidentally, her view on the law is clearly supported by Cllrs Rajbir Singh and Maria Crompton, and was supported by the now sacked David Stevens and at least three Solicitors in the legal department (who you might think know the law!)

And of course, a great deal of her use of her personal Twitter account was during hours when members of the general public would expect her to be at work. Such was her prolific output that at one point the site suspended her account believing it to be an automatic "bot" set-up. When she was allowed back on she stated, "I think it made me realise that I'm addicted to Twitter".

With the Covid outbreak she became a minor "celebrity" in the local mainstream media and her Twitter use grew as she claimed to be putting "essential" health information into the public domain via her personal account (rather than directing people to official Sandwell Council channels).

As we were gripped with the most-serious public health crisis of recent history, members of mainstream medical organisations such as the British Medical Association (BMA) saw the distressing scenes on their wards yet faced a barrage a nonsense on social media from Covid-Deniers (CD-ers) and, a little later, Anti-Vaxxers (AV-ers). The BMA for one, strongly advised medical professionals NOT to engage with these folk on social media but, instead, to keep pumping out clear educational messages accentuating positive, factual, information. 

Of course, the medical profession take the Hippocratic Oath and vow to treat everyone equally so that these amazing folk often ended up fighting to save the lives of many of the morons who abused them.

The wo/man in the street might be supposed to think that public health professionals would have a similar ethical code to doctors, nurses and so on. Like many bourgeois groups, the UK's Directors of Public Health (DPH's) - very many of whom are not medical doctors but use the professional title "Dr" as they have higher degrees in other fields of learning - have their own tinpot organisation, The Association of Directors of Public Health (ADPH), based expensively, of course, in London despite its supposed nationwide remit.

The Skidder wrote to the ADPH on 23rd July, 2021:

"To ADPH,

THIS IS NOT A PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL COMMUNICATION - PRESS ENQUIRY

Medical organisations such as the BMA have very clearly stated that its members should avoid conflict with covid-deniers and anti-vaxxers on social media  in favour of positive, educational, output. 

Has the ADPH given similar, or indeed any, advice to your members on this subject?"

This "professional organisation" have been unable or unwilling to respond on behalf of their membership.

You might think that McNally's employers, a local authority, might also consider that they have a legal duty to care to ALL local residents, no matter how stupid or abhorrent their views. But not in bent Labour Sandwell, of course.

McNally declared war on the covid-deniers and anti-vaxxers roared on by the Labour political leaders, Maria Crompton and then Rajbir Singh, and by the (now-sacked) head of the corrupt paid service, Chief Executive, David Stevens. Health professional McNally decided, seemingly with the clear agreement of her employers, to ignore the mainstream advice from the medical organisations and she vowed to "take on" anyone she fancied having a go at.

The Skidder produced evidence of this in the High Court case during her failed legal challenge to this blog, McNally v Saunders (although it was not used as McNally's vicious case was struck out at a very early early stage as having no reasonable prospects of success). Screenshots were supplied of a small selection of the offending posts (and are available to readers upon request).

When not making constant jokes about David Icke, McNally regularly called her targets "stupid":

"Covid deniers of the worst kind [can there be gradations?]. Sad, nasty and stupid. But mostly stupid".

It is not just the hardline CD-ers that attract her ire. Anyone who questions statistics or her world view is automatically "a troll". Someone queried some comments she made about a new variant. This professional imparted the following "essential" health information as an employee of SMBC:

"I've told you before trolls - you wan't stop me reporting the facts. So troll off back to your little troll home."

Of course she tried to stifle my right to free speech to comment about her performance, political activity and qualifications when denigrating the views of national experts, via the High Court (expecting the taxpayer to pay for her failed action) but demanded the right herself:

"[The CD-ers] defend their own right to free speech - but not so keen on the free speech of others" [meaning herself].

Even a member of the public who asked a perfectly reasonable question got the "expert" response:

"It's difficult to hear facts when your head is in the sand" (with accompanying photo of a man with his head in the sand!)

In the most infamous incident bent Labour Sandwell Council let her put up a Twitter poll about Covid-deniers with 4 answers - one referring to, er, David Icke and another inviting CD-ers to answer, "I am an idiot". This nonsense was given widepread local publicity by her friend at the Birmingham Mail, the laughable "journalist" Jane Haynes (posts passim).

Many of McNally's Twitter "followers" are from outside Sandwell and many local folk don't use Twitter and so are deprived of what she claims is "essential" health information. But one user appears to be a local resident yet this Council employee chose to abuse him, and he was not happy! Like many people he disliked her scaremongering. Here is one example of many where this Director of Public Health scared the sh*t out of locals by simply endorsing bad news without any comment or, better still, reassurance:

Anyway, our local friend took the view - also expressed by others on Twitter - that McNally was enjoying being the centre of local attention. She accused him, as a member of SMBC staff - without any evidence on Twitter itself - of being a troll, a Covid denier and getting his mates to gang up on her. He was aggrieved as he had just been for a vaccination. He wrote:

Local man: "Utter lunacy from a key influencer. Challenged her and rightly so. If I was a Covid denier I wouldn't have been vaccinated now would I? As for getting 'my mates to attack her' and blocking me before I could reply, grow up."

He also stated in a seperate tweet: "Nobody is attacking you, just stop the scare fest ay?"

As her local media persona grew thanks to the bone-idle MSM she took delight in looking at how many Twitter followers people had who didn't agree with her and then mocked them - this happened a number of times but here's one:

McNally: "Are you sure you speak for all your six followers?"

One Twitter user upbraided her:

"Tolerance and understanding goes a long way Lisa McNally. These are members of your community , be kind. Less judgement more tolerance. Less with the labels, categorising people the way you do is not all that helpful." Quite!

(Of course, McNally wouldn't dream of living in a "community" like sh*thole Sandwell despite often referring to it as "awesome". No, she lives in a nice white place many miles away.)

McNally took umbrage with the above and demanded her right to express an opinion - precisely the same right she sought to prevent me from using in her failed High Court Action. The above writer responded, trying to reason with her:

"Unfortunately it is the lack of tolerating differences of opinion that leads to the kind of us and them mentality that leads to discrimination. Live and let live, that's all I'm saying."

McNally had an amazing spat with Allyson Pollock (a medical doctor and Director of the Institute of Health and Society at Newcastle University) who said on Twitter that all DPH's should speak with one voice and that they should not embark on local costly, and unevaluated, policies. The ever thin-skinned McNally took this as a personal affront to her and snapped back to this experienced commentator:

"Take your personal attacks elsewhere". 

McNally took on another health professional Dr Clare Craig - a medical doctor, consultant pathologist and data geek. Dr Craig raised a question to her 67,000 Twitter followers about falling Covid fatality rates. Our local "expert" was quick to respond but with a mocking, p*ss-taking, response:

"Yes, cos it's not like we have effective vaccines or ... oh hang on."

Whilst McNally often claims that she is being "trolled" (which is ironoic in itself - see further below) she actively gatecrashes threads [conversations] on Twitter involving other people so that she can "have a go".

She intervened in a conversation between a Tweeter and Dudley cops and then started insulting the Tweeter (!)

"Complete gibberish. Now go away anonymous little troll. Go far away."

In a bizarre incident a Twitter-user was "tagged" [joined] in a thread she was not part of and McNally, who likes to frequently parade her expertise and erudition, decided to attack her! 

McNally: "It's one thing to debate the relative value vs harms of lockdown restrictions. But when people deny the realities of thousands of bereaved families with some crass pseudo-science they've heard in a David Icke video - then they've stepped over the 'stupid line' and get blocked."

The woman who had been tagged to the thread without her knowledge or consent was clearly irritated and replied in this moderate way:

Tweeter: "I'm in a chat I didn't ask to be in luv. Block away. Do me a favour."

Professional health worker McNally dislikes not having the last word and so this Sandwell employee responded:

McNally: "I didn't ask you in. I'm really unclear who you are and why you are tagging me in your angry tweets. But, that said. Very happy to block you, 'luv'"

If you are a Twitter user you need to be careful of even commenting about McNally as she is watching out for any criticism. A well-known Birmingham political commentator wrote when Covid rates soared in Sandwell earlier this year after Labour said they had Covid licked:

"I don't live in Sandwell but Lisa McNally the Public Health Director should be fired instantly ..."

I did a quote Tweet in reply and I ask you to read the plain English: "She has a number of idiotic Cllrs cheering her on - Costigan, Jedward etc. And Leader of Sandwell [then Maria Crompton] told me to my face she is brilliant. We shall see but what a disastrous situation after all the Labour bragging."

McNally seriously argued in the High Court in London that despite the words "we shall see" this was a direct call by me for her to be dismissed! (You can probably see, with this sort of calibre of allegation, why her nasty and vindictive case was very quickly struck out).

We knew the result of the court case three days before it was officially announced on the Friday but on that very day she was using Twitter to mock AV-ers. She appears to be the loosest of loose cannon, unprepared to see the error of her ways or moderate her actions in any way.

It seems that whilst she can't take ANY criticism on Twitter she can certainly give it out despite her sainted persona.

Finally in this section, McNally is clearly fond of litigation (at least if she thinks someone else is going to pay) as she infamously also threated legal action against local Conservative MP Nicola Richards during the pandemic.

Blocked by McNally

Last year McNally blocked me on Twitter but then a very strange thing happened - she started blocking my followers - many of whom made their view of this public. Even though many had had no interaction with her, she blocked them. In the High Court case I presented a number of screenshots from affected individuals. Here is one I accidentally omitted from someone who was not best pleased:

As the publicity of her bizarre behaviour grew she stopped doing it. And so she then felt able to give a statement - endorsed with a statement of truth - with this gem:

"Mr Saunders also claims that anyone following him would be blocked from viewing my account [which is NOT what I actually said]. This is demonstrably untrue. The vast majority of his followers had not been blocked by me ..."

She was twisting everything but did begin to give the game away when she added:

"Those that have been blocked by myself have usually been people who have either shared or 'liked' Mr Saunders' attacks on me ..." (Of course, there were no "attacks" on her except in her own mind.)

McNally and her Troll pals:

The Skidder also produced to the High Court a schedule showing the local troll accounts McNally had decided to follow despite their vile content. This is the network centred on ex-Cllr Dave Hosell and supported in his different incarnations by the the likes of former journalist, Adam Smith. The actual document submitted to the Court is shown beneath the legal notice below. I will be writing separately about McNally's dealings with the @Manandboy3 troll account but you might want to take a quick look below to see the inter-connections within the troll network.

Local community activist Darryl Magher advised McNally to stop following the Man and Boy and Andrew Hose troll accounts and, as we shall see elsewhere, she ignored him regarding @Manandboy3. She stopped following Hose - widely believed to be our old friend Brian Rickers (with or without associates) [Addendum 14/08/21 - which Rickers denies] - but has re-started following him and even communicating with him. Her arrogance and poor judgement knows no bounds.

Despite the schedule below being served on the Court and McNally some weeks ago, as at 10th August, 2021 McNally continues to follow some of the very obvious troll accounts ie. Delboy Trotter, On Thin Ice, Flashing Perfect, the fake "Sandwell Skidder" and Lara Carl.

You might well ask what a professional Director of Public Health is doing very deliberately following troll accounts but the good news is that as she is now on notice (via the High Court no less) of the position if she tries to claim, in due course, that she didn't know they were trolls. She earns a six-figure salary (plus gold-plated pension) and so she has to be very careful not to retweet or otherwise disseminate their defamatory statements or she is likely to face immediate legal action herself. Further, as she has embroiled her employers in the output of her personal Twitter account in the High Court action, there is now a very high likelihood that myself and others attacked by the trolls can also sue bent Sandwell Council - who will now be vicariously liable in law for her actions - if she repeats their poison. She is, literally, "on thin ice".

Further, McNally has allowed the Healthy Sandwell Twitter account to retweet at least one of her personal Tweets which is another clear indication that bent Labour Sandwell Council are officially backing her personal Twitter account and accept responsibility for the content, even after the disastrous court case! 

McNally is also regularly communicating with Vika Khan, a close relative and mouthpiece of Bash Khan (suspended by the Labour Party for, er, his vile anti semitic posts) - which will probably also end in tears.

No Pay McNally

The costs order for payment of £49,747.20 is in McNally's personal name but she has not paid (at the time of writing). Yesterday my Solicitor demanded payment and set out the course of action which will follow in the event of further delay. Perhaps her many rimmers can have a whip round but they had better be quick since unpleasant consequences are imminent. Yet she still seems to think the taxpayer should bail her out ... Watch this space!
