Urgent - Who Is The Thug?

In the bent world of Labour Sandwell Council Darren Cooper squared two disciplinary hearing against an employee. The late Smethwick Scumbag claimed to be personal friends with the employee concerned. I have copies of communications between them. The employee is still working for SMBC to this day.

The first incident involved the employee beating up a football fan at a railway station.

The second incident involved a dispute with a driver who was then beaten up in West Bromwich.

In respect of the first of the events I know that others were involved in the disciplinary hearing. Who were they?

Who was on the second disciplinary panel?
