The first two things very many employees say when ask about Reeves - and I mean very many - is (1) that Jan Britton allows him to run a gardening business, "Paul's Gardens", in addition to his day job and (2) about a certain aspect of his private life.
People say that he came to Britton's attention when he helped organise agency workers to break the binmen's strike when the "socialist" Council and Britton were privatising the service to Serco. (Any more info on that welcome as this all sounds odd. I always understood Reeves to be in the local Unite gang?) Whatever the position, Reeves started a rapid rise up the particularly greasy Sandwell Council pole.
I had never heard of this guy until late 2014. At that time, the late Smethwick Scumbag who "lead" the Council, Darren Cooper, launched a particularly nasty trolling campaign in association with trade unionist allies such as Brian Rickers of Unite (see posts passim ad nauseum). Shortly after the campaign started I was subjected to the infamous and very unpleasant ordeal in an Oldbury pub by SMBC employee and GMB union rep, Sarah James (again, posts passim). Not content with trying to maliciously humiliate me, James then boasted about it to Cooper and Rickers via social media but even this pair seem to have had cold feet about what she had done and apart from "liking" her tweets they left well alone. But Reeves had no compulsion about broadcasting James's lies as published in the "Darren Cooper's Troll Legacy" blog as long ago as 26th July, 2015:

Reeves was trolling me and my wife via his twitter account @paulsgardens1. At these early stages I could not be sure this "Paul Reeves" was one and the same person as the Sandwell employee and I wrote to Jan Britton. He refused to comment. But at least he was on notice very early on what Reeves was up to. (Britton's own role, if any, in the trolling campaign is unknown but he does know Cooper's troll mate Andrew Hipkiss and, unbelievably, quoted some gibberish from Sandwell's super-troll as "research" on his Council blog "lol". Further, Britton was the ONLY follower for months of Hipkiss's troll account set up to attempt to prejudice my trial in the "c*cksucker" case where the complainant was, of course one J. Britton).
A police investigation started into Cooper and his troll mates but corrupt West Midlands Police ordered the officer involved to leave it alone. Cooper went on to run - with Rickers, Hipkiss [and others?] - at least 14 troll accounts - some of them very nasty indeed eg @Gemmawool. On 10th January, 2015 I made a list for WMP of the persons following Reeves's account. It should be said that Reeves already had a Twitter account and it is not clear if he set this one up purely to assist Cooper and Rickers with the trolling but on 10th January, 2015 he had only 15 followers:
The list is interesting. The troll-masters Cooper and Rickers are there, of course, plus three Labour Councillors (although Paul "Heathcliff" Sandars would follow a lemming over a cliff). Union rep Matt Law (also an SMBC employee) did retweet a few things but to be fair (and as far as I can tell) he didn't want to get involved in this vicious bullying and sensibly dropped out almost immediately (certainly in his own name). No less that four of Cooper's troll accounts were following Reeves and one SMBC employee, Mat Burley. The eleventh person to follow Reeves was our old friend Sarah James again.
The trolling stopped, er, dead the very night the former wife-beater Cooper croaked in a drink'n'drugs fuelled binge at Easter, 2016. Shortly afterwards, in May, 2016, I started to receive emails from an account purporting to be that of "Becky Nutting" who is Paul Reeves's partner. The author (a betting man I think) had intimidate knowledge of the Parks Department where Reeves was now working. Whilst it is possible Ms Nutting typed the emails I believe them to have come from Reeves himself.
Below the subscription are the links relating to the content of the emails and Jan Britton's continuing love affair with the bearded wonder. (Incidentally, it is said Jan's bent paid service also sorted out a part-time job for Ms Nutting - info appreciated....)
Suffice to say, with regard to the emails, two disclosed confidential letters sent to the Council about two councillors. The first dealt with an incident where a Labour Councillor (and school governor) used his taxpayer-funded phone to film himself wanking. The second related to Cllr Simon "The Sandwell Slasher" Hackett (and "Becky" promised more on Hackett).
We know that Britton's paid service is riddled with corruption but how on earth did Reeves get hold of these letters? This indicates a major breach of security under the ludicrous Britton at the very least.
It was already well-known that Parks was a hotbed of fraud and theft during Britton's tenure in charge [sic] (even though one regular correspondent to this blog describes Britton as "the xxx xxx parky" in honour of a previous role he had). John Satchwell Senior was made to carry the can and forced out followed by the usual cover-up. Corrupt WMP refused to investigate. But people were standing in the way of Britton's boy and so "Becky" made very serious false allegations against:
John Satchwell Senior,
John Satchwell Junior,
Darren Jones,
Steve Robinson (including sending me a photo of this employee's house),
And also the now disgraced Director, Adrian Scarrott.
Britton objected to my revelations about these leaks and in his usual bullying manner copied in his tame local police puppet - Sgt Gary Capewell at Oldbury WMP (one of at least five letters he sent to this officer about me). He demanded that the blogs be taken down as he claimed they implied he had authorised the leaks (they do not and you can read them via the links below). But the fact is that, inexplicably, Britton kept promoting this rotten apple in the barrel.
Of course, Britton's tenure as Chief Executive "lol" has seen Sandwell Council become synonymous with fraud, cronyism, incompetence and corruption. His "excuse" - seemingly - is that he simply didn't know that all the bad things were going on!!! This disastrous failure, in itself, would lead to instant dismissal in "the real world". We only have his word for it that he wasn't involved and he has never been interviewed under caution by WMP (a prospect that is even more remote as his son now works for the bent Blues!)
At the infamous pub meeting I had in 2016 when Eling wanted this blog to attack his opponents we had a few drinks. I suggested to the increasing "happy" Squealer that Britton was "a t*rd in the pool" at Sandwell and Milko found this hilarious and repeated it several times. But he opined that Cooper's bent regime (in which he was very heavily involved as "the money man") had kept Britton as the Dictatorship needed a feeble character at the head of the paid service to do their bidding. Thus Britton had never been disciplined for his numerous failings and thus it was difficult to just sack him. This was Eling being disingenuous since he had worked closely with Britton during the late Scumbag's crazed regime. Others say that Britton "had too much on Eling" to be sacked and now,of course, Squealer's inglorious career is the one in tatters. (Although Eling did dangle hope at one point. He wrote to me about a council matter via his personal email account on 19th January, 2017 but finished by saying, "have to go and fish a t*rd out of the swimming pool now before I get on with cleaning out the swamp." As we now know this was bullsh*t and Eling failed to do either (as he has failed Sandwell folk with much else).
As The Squealer began to be found out - and particularly after my revelations about the pub meeting and subsequent WhatsApp feed - he became increasing paranoid. He set off the huge police investigation against me to try and discredit the blog and he set up the Council's infamous private police force, "the Barmy Army". These stormtroopers have been out in force before Council meetings putting out loads of barriers and then wo/manning the barricades. You may laugh Sandwell folk but you are paying through the nose for this farce. I am indebted to Lorraine Binsley for finding out the true costs via a Freedom of Information request:
There are EIGHTEEN (yes 18) in the Barmy Army. Sixteen are on Grade E but the two main men (Paul Reeves - for yes, it is he - and Reeves's mate, Stuart Clarke) are on Grade G. They run SEVEN vehicles which Britton's bent paid service says only costs us taxpayers £21,000 a year. The cost for the whole package is £766,316 per annum ie over three-quarters of a million pounds!
[Addendum 01/04/19 - employees are suggesting Britton's bent paid service have lied here and that Reeves is much higher up the pay scale on Grade J! Info please! I have also asked those providing the FOI to clarify].
These jokers are regularly pictured working directly with West Midlands Police and who knows what "intelligence" is flowing between two corrupt bodies to aid Sandwell criminals!
It is not known what, if anything, Britton actually does all day (apart from the incessant arse-licking of the "leaders" natch) but he clearly has a role in recruitment as he gave Reeves and his mate these well-paid jobs. It says a lot for his feeble judgement that BOTH men are currently suspended!!!
So Britton was aware of Reeves's trolling. What he knew about Reeves shafting of fellow employees may or may not have been known when he gave Reeves this cushy number. Just as Britton had a right-hand woman (no jokes please) - who also seems to have left SMBC under a cloud - he made Reeves his right hand man. Why he feels he needs someone in the latter role is not known though there are certain matters that Britton is very anxious to keep private (and he has apparently used an encrypted Blackberry phone rather than his Council one to conduct some of his "business" privately).
The videos of the infamous "cocks*cker" affair show Reeves (as head of security on the night "lol") with Britton outside the Council House. Reeves was on the phone and it is assumed that he was phoning the police. Certainly we have footage of him (some of it on YouTube) going to speak to the officers when they arrived. As also shown on YouTube (terminustrading) the Police alleged to me that I had repeatedly shouted "cocks*cker" at staff and in front on children - both, of course, untrue. Of the five SMBC witnesses only Britton and Reeves went on to give false written statements to the police falsely stating that children were present. They both also lied about this in court under oath/affirmation. (I was, of course, acquitted and the wealth of video evidence shows that there were no children present at all).
Recently Sandwell employees have been telling me that Reeves was claiming to have been "head-hunted" for a senior position. It is alleged that he changed this to boast that he was being promoted by Jan Britton to Max Cookson's old job. I heard that he was, indeed, promoted to an unknown position VERY recently despite Jan Britton knowing that he had leaked confidential information about two Labour councillors and falsely accused many of his work colleagues of fraud! Britton also knows that he gave false evidence at my trial. If that bizarre behaviour is not enough to bring the disastrous Britton era to an end with summary dismissal and without compensation what is on top of everything else????? Britton must know what most of his staff say about Reeves's private conduct but carries on regardless. Mind you, some say Reeves has a penchant for recording conversations.....
(Curiously one SMBC source is alleging that Reeves very recently said he would soon "destroy football in Sandwell". More information on this odd story welcome please but it would fit with the Labour Dictatorship's bent deal to destroy Lion Farm Fields!)
Now it seems that, just after promotion "lol", Reeves has been suspended (the fate of Ms Nutting is not known if she is, indeed, working for the corrupt Council). No-one at SMBC has contacted me for copies of all the emails, troll screenshots etc which suggests either that there will be another cover-up with everything as before or it is "the usual" Jan Britton deal ie dismissal with a huge wad of OUR money paid to this troll and leaker but the corrupt comrades protected via a gagging clause.

Rumour of the Day!
I have been receiving a number of calls today that both Dave and Shirley Hosell have been shafted by Labour in a "night of the long knives" so that they cannot stand for Labour in the May election. Shirley Hosell has never been anything other than unpleasant to me - always greeting me with truculent silence and a scowl. Sometimes she has physically pushed Dave away to stop him speaking to me! I quite like Dave in a curious way with his "colourful" reputation and we have had some quite pleasant chats when his missus hasn't been around.
But Dave hitched his wagon to the wrong horse politically. Eling told me at the infamous pub meeting that Hosell was not cabinet material but was promoted to neutralise him and his wife as "two votes against" The Squealer. It was a purely cynical move by The Milkman but, alas, Dave couldn't see that and was soon dropping on his knees and tonguing the Imperial rear. You reap what you sow Dave - but I'll kinda miss you....
