At a time when bent West Midlands Police "complex crime unit" are spending hundreds of hours trying to close down this blog on behalf of Sandwell Labour Council it is worth noting again the result of their corrupt decision not to investigate the various land sales related to Cllr Mahboob Hussain and his family.
In a bent deal (which involved disgraced employees Neeraj Sharma and Dave Willetts together with Nick Bubalo) Jan Britton's bent paid service sold one site at Lodge Street to one of Hussain's sons, Azeem Hafeez (who just happened to work in Nick Bubalo's department), for only £145,000 and, in very quick time, Bubalo granted the employee planning permission for 14 houses.
(I am currently trying to get the police to look at the Lion Farm scandal. Azeem bought a property in Dudley for £85,000 and - whilst still a lowly paid worker at SMBC - sold it on to a property developer for a cool £470,000. There has been no property development on the site but Hussain then introduced the developer to buy the 19 hectare (ie massive) playing fields owned by US near J2 of the M5. Hussain and Hackett then agreed to lock out all other parties and grant the developer an option to buy the land - which is a green field site supposedly in trust for the people of Sandwell!)
Hussain's son transferred the Lodge Street property to a company of which he is sole director and shareholder called Broadwell Developments Limited. At least nine of the houses have been sold and one is sold subject to contract. Here are the prices achieved with house numbers:
1 £225,000; 3 £210,000; 5 £155,000; 6 £189,999; 8 £155,000; 9 £155,000; 11 £189,999; 12 £147,500 and 14 £155,000.
Of course, this is not all profit as he has had to build the houses and market them but against a purchase price from the bent Council of £145,000 he has already raked in £1,582,498 - over one and a half million pounds and over ten times the purchase price of the land with FIVE still to sell. As above, he seems to have sold at least one of the remaining ones subject to contract:
No-one has been held to account for any of this and the money is now nice and "clean". Other Hussain building projects are under way eg the flats at Clifford Road - ironically just a couple of hundred yards from WMP Oldbury Custody Suite where The Skidder faces police interrogation on Monday. He has paid off loans taken out to build Lodge Street and must now have a healthy cash flow. Nevertheless, for the second year running he has failed to file Broadwell's accounts at Companies House on time. Here is a screenshot from tonight:
Azeem has also expanded the family's taxi interests by buying County Cars (2003) Limited where he is now the sole shareholder and director. (He already ran Affordable Hire Limited as an adjunct to his day job "lol" at the Council).
When Eling and Co claim the huge Council tax rises just about to hit you are due to Tory cuts please do raise a glass to the success of the Hussain family facilitated by a bent Labour Council and shout "bollocks"!
And finally,
Back in December, one Ame Blackwood, was boasting that she knew where the latest Labour vanity project - the swimming pool - was to be located. I wonder if she has connections with a Councillor facing multiple complaints relating, inter alia, to disclosure of confidential information......?????
