Twittering Cops!

Oooooh I wish I had seen this earlier.......

Regular readers will know that the former "leader" of bent Labour Sandwell Council, Steve "Squealing" Eling aka "The Milkman", bombarded West Midlands Police (WMP) with a stream of false and defamatory emails seeking to criminalise me. He was permitted to do this mostly via his official Sandwell Council email and with the apparent blessing of Jan Britton and Surjit Tour. Given the corrupt relationship between SMBC and the (moral) Cowards in Blue he was allowed to get away with this. A "complex crime unit" investigation into this blog lasted nearly a year! Of course, it was all b*llocks and the whole thing fell down.

The (then) head of Sandwell Police, Chief Superintendent Richard Baker eventually (!) wrote to his mate "Steve" telling him:

On 28 Jul 2018, at 14:57, Richard Baker xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx wrote: Steve I must strongly refute the assertion that West Midlands Police ‘must take some responsibility’ for blogs and tweets posted by Saunders or that we are ‘fuelling’ said posts as you have stated in recent emails. West Midlands Police have invested significant resource into investigating any possible criminal offences committed by Saunders. We have utilised officers from our Complex Crime Team who are experienced investigators. These officers are at the same time investigating very serious criminality involving significant threat and risk to the communities of Sandwell. The resources, time and cost the investigation into Saunders has taken is more than proportionate in my view. All evidence forwarded by you and your colleagues has been recorded and has formed part of the investigation. The investigation file was submitted to the Crown Prosecution Service who are the agency responsible for assessing if the criminal threshold has been met for a prosecution. The response provided by them is very clear. The threshold has not been met and therefore no prosecution is going to take place. They clearly outline their rationale for this. I am sure you have been made aware of the recent Gold Group chaired by the Assistant Chief Constable but if not the investigation into Saunders is now concluded. Unless obvious identifiable criminal thresholds are met we will not continue to record blogs/tweets that have similar content to what we have already assessed. I appreciate this will cause you some frustration however we cannot prosecute a person if the criminal threshold has not been met. You will have seen recently the well documented demand that policing is currently experiencing. Local resources are at a premium and I prioritise the investigation of the highest threat and risk crimes posed to victims and communities in Sandwell and the wider West Midlands area. Although posts from Saunders may contain false and upsetting information he does not pose any wider threat to you or other councillors. I would strongly advise that if you wish to pursue a legal challenge against Saunders that you consider a civil action. I understand form the Gold Group this is an option that is being considered. You are of course entitled to the review of the decision made by the CPS as outlined in their letter. I am more than happy to meet you and discuss these points in person. To be clear West Midlands Police accept no responsibility for posts from Julian Saunders and we will not investigate further posts unless an obvious criminal threshold is met. Richard 

You would have thought this was perfectly clear but it was all false. Just two months later I posted this innocuous tweet and self-explanatory tweet:

The Squealer p*ssed his pants again and informed WMP that this was a "threat of violence". Anyone with half a brain could understand that it was clearly not yet corrupt WMP hauled me in again (plus a solicitor paid by us taxpayers) to protect their Labour Party pals and their "interests" in the bent Council. But the cops decided to intimidate me once again. I cannot say if Rich Baker was involved in this ridiculous charade after everything he said above but a Detective Sergeant in his team was in charge of the "case" and interview under caution. Needless to say this crap did not go any further.

The expression "you can run but you can't hide" is very well known and whilst the origin is believed to have come from the boxing ring it is in every day usage to effectively mean that you cannot run from your fears or responsibilities. There is a popular song of that title and a well-used social media meme. No doubt part of the Sandwell Police "family" - West Brom cops, Smethwick's twitter-obsessed plod and the mysterious WMP "Sandwell Partnership" - had this in mind (rather than threatening to beat-up a 15-year old) when they used and endorsed this phrase as a hashtag on 21st February, 2018 - some seven months BEFORE they tried to fit me up again for, er, using the exact same phrase!  What a shame I did not have this tweet to hand at the farcical "interview" "lol"!

Green Spaces Consultation

At least four people took to Twitter yesterday to say they had completed the SMBC website survey on this but that the system would not allow them to submit their views. Sounds like another classic Sandwell Labour "Consultation" eg Londonderry, eg CTB (consultation directed people to a blank page) etc etc...... And still the moronic Labour "members" lap this up from Jan Britton and Co!

Taxi Licensing and Jan Britton.

Much interesting stuff coming into The Skidder recently (and some very generous donations). Thank you all.

A number of people have been describing the chaos seemingly caused by Jan Britton's special favourite employee, Liz O'Nions, at Waterfall Lane. This - unfortunately redacted - piece from "Bell End" raises some very serious questions as taxi drivers appear to have been unlawfully allowed to operate in the bent Labour Borough under Eling and Britton:

"1   Liz Onions has been xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. She then xxxxxxxxxxx Stevens and Lackenby that she had experience of taxi licensing when there were issues at Waterfall Lane. Whenever JB showed up she used to run out to meet him on the car park. She had no experience* and as a result stopped officers from checking expired licences/medical and more importantly DBS [ie criminal record] checks. As a result Lackenby discovered that there were 40+ drivers working who had not had a DBS check! Mass panic and mild hysteria for several weeks from the risk averse Lackenby.

2   She was sent there to "assist" while the then manager was "working" on a new policy with a senior solicitor. The policy was poorly drafted and had to be revamped. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

3   xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

4   She tried to introduce a dress code which included covering tattoos and was politely told to back off from someone high up in HR.

I had hitherto been told that Stevens had to intervene and reverse Jan Britton's decision to put his special favourite into this post but it appears from this at least that he may have been part of the original decision? This is important as Stevens is tipped to be Britton's replacement. Comment please?

In all the major child sexual abuse scandals in the UK taxi drivers have been heavily involved. In Sandwell the local police are well aware of widespread rumours of some of them being involved in drug distribution and money laundering. It must be a matter of major public interest and concern if Jan Britton and senior directors/managers were party to the collapse (at least temporarily) of the driver licensing system. When are the dimwitted Labour Councillors going to do something about this guy? Are the police going to investigate this ("lol")?

URGENT DEADLINE - LONDONDERRY FIELDS

You need to get objections into Sandwell Council Planning Department TODAY (the period for objections is said by protesters to be tomorrow) if you oppose the destruction of Londonderry Fields for the multi-million pound Labour vanity project swimming pool.

The bent Council claimed to have sent out consultation letters when they managed to "miss" sending them to many local people. To force this nonsense through they have already decided that no environmental impact assessment is necessary to destroy this vital green space!

I keep advising people of Sandwell Council's cavalier attitude towards petitions and that individual objections should be made on planning applications. I believe a petition has gone in but the official Council website shows over a thousand folk have been "consulted" and there has been only ONE objection to date. I think local residents need to get busy TODAY and make sure their objections are in on time!

Elaine Costigan Lies Again!

This blog has reported some of the antics and lies of "Inane" Elaine Costigan, the former Tory who, unbelievably, is now a Cabinet member at bent Labour Sandwell Council. We saw that she was right up to her neck in the Wednesbury Celebrates scandal. We saw her lie about someone whom she professed to be friends with, Lorraine Binsley. We saw her solicit funds from a company involved in a planning dispute for one of her pet schemes and then fail to declare an interest when she was on the planning committee that waived through their application. We saw that she was heavily promoting the crooked Wednesbury BID scheme.

Regular readers will recall that the former "leader" of the bent Council, Steven "Squealing" Eling, and Cabinet member - "lol" - Richard Marshall made malicious complaints to the Police about me which resulted in a West Midlands Police (WMP) Complex Crime Unit lasting at least 346 days! The costly investigation involved a number of senior officers right up to Assistant Chief Constable level (remember that when the Chief Constable is on the tele whining about resources again!) We now know that The Squealer tried to get other Councillors to also put complaints in against me. Even though many in the "Labour Group" are as thick as mince even they didn't want to get involved in anything so dodgy - except one! Step forward "Inane" Elaine!

Let me just wind back a bit. Costigan decided to try and sail her erstwhile friends in the Labour Group down the river and to join Squealer's faction. Whether she was offered incentives is not known but despite her obvious failings this scum quickly rose to the top under Squealing and she was promoted to the Cabinet in June, 2017.

Of course, Squealing (aka "The Milkman") and Marshall had met with me and promised confidential info to destroy Eling's enemies (which was eventually broadened by them to include SMBC staff). One matter that exercised them was an incident at Wednesbury Town Hall involving the alleged bullying by three fellow Labour Councillors of "a frail old pensioner". On 1st March, 2017 Eling & Marshall started sending me stuff about this and specifically asked me to use it against the parties involved. One night after either Labour Group or the full Council I was sitting in the Wetherspoons opposite The Kremlin when "Inane" left her group and came over to me thrusting a small piece of paper into my hand. She told me in hushed tones that this was the number of the victim who would be happy to talk to me. She does like  bit of "cloak and dagger" does Elaine as long as the dagger is being thrust into someone's back! Of course, the "frail" pensioner turned out not be someone at death's door but good old Wednesbury Labour stooge Maggie Dorsett!

Also in March, 2017 Squealing and Marshall were very keen on me doing a story about an alleged sexual relationship between a councillor and a senior member of Jan Britton's bent paid service. I contacted the councillor (an Eling enemy, natch) and the staff member and they both vehemently denied the story. I was satisfied with this but Eling and Marshall pressed me to still run the story and also wrote "EC knows a bit about this...". In their non-sexist way, "lol", another message about this read "X and EC were best mates remember and you know how girls talk..." Accordingly I sent a humorous postcard (inside an envelope) to "Inane" asking her for info on the alleged shagging......

Once again, regular readers will know that as part of the "complex crime unit" investigation into this blog I was interviewed at length in Oldbury nick. My Solicitor advised a "no comment" interview. Two female police officers tried to stitch me up (in front of the solicitor) claiming that five Councillors had made complaints against me whereas it turned out that two of the five had actually given statements complaining of alleged criminality by Eling and Marshall!!! Costigan's statement was, unsurprisingly, the biggest work of fiction since "War and Peace" and it shows how corrupt WMP are that the pathetic statement was even put to me as evidence. Firstly, this odious person lied that I had been out leafleting in Wednesbury against the bent Wednesbury BID when I had not. (Question why on earth WMP should believe this was evidence of a criminal offence anyway - although it later transpired that Wednesbury Police were backing the BID!) This liar went on to make numerous complaints about a third party, "Mr X" which she tried to suggest also made me guilty of criminal offences because I sometimes "associated" with him! Once again the police were incredibly unprofessional in allowing this guff to be put to me and even though I was "going no comment" I did specifically ask on tape who the police were actually interviewing? I specifically asked them "am I Mr X?" When they obviously had to admit that, no, I wasn't, I protested that I should not be questioned about the alleged activities of a third party!

I have mentioned frequently that it is absurd that the copsuckers at Wednesbury nick keep grovelling to this absurd person (indeed the whole of Sandwell Police are now at it) and joked that she was now the honorary "Gold Commander" of the bleak sh*thole town's law enforcers [sic]. Mr X put on Twitter a photo of her car parked at Wednesbury nick when she was alleged to be at Wednesbury Celebrates in the nearby town hall and questioned why the local moral Cowards in Blue were permitting her free parking? I retweeted that and Costigan told the police that by so doing I had committed a criminal offence! Of course, if bent WMP had not been so anxious themselves to criminalise me this total crap would never had been put to me in interview.

Costigan also made a complaint about a photo I put on Twitter showing bankrupt ex-Councillor Marshall holding a tenner over a brown envelope - purporting to make a donation to a disabled child. As he had shafted a widow for a considerable amount of money I raised the query of whose tenner this actually was. Costigan told the police that this was criminal harassment OF HER because she had told the mother of the child about the tweet and SHE, ie a third party, had allegedly been "upset". You couldn't make this b*llocks up. Er, yes you could, and this piece of work did! (It must be remembered that Eling, Marshall and Costigan were actually hoping their lies would lead to the loss of my liberty).

To be honest, Costigan's tirade of sh*t actually caused me amusement in an otherwise threatening environment and I was actually laughing as so-called "professional" coppers seriously put this tripe to me. But one thing stuck in my mind. This serial liar mentioned the postcard I had sent about the alleged shagging. She told the Police in a formal signed statement that this was another example of harassment OF HER because she had been so profoundly shocked and disgusted by this filth! What troubled me was that in the back of my drink-addled mind she had actually contacted me about the card at the time and had not been troubled by it at all. I gave a curt "no comment" in the police station.

Now I may work in a chaotic way but I keep everything and my heroic team member Eric keeps a more organised record of the Life and Times of The Skidder. But we do miss some bits. And try as I might I couldn't find any note or reference to her contacting me. But two days ago I was messing about with an old Samsung phone that I only use for streaming radio and noticed that there were some texts on it. And some were from 07891 ***199 which is still the same number "Inane" gives as her mobile on the Sandwell Council website.

On 22nd March, 2017 this f*cking liar texted (and sorry but to protect others this is heavily redacted, there is also little punctuation as per the original text):

"Hi Julian, you've made me smile this morning love me postcard. I wished I did know something about that XX did mention it but said she didn't believe it of xxxxxxxxxx they both bloody deserve each other tbh wished I'd never set eyes on each of them! Total idiots they meet xxxxxxxxxxx at [time and place] Have a great day [smiley emoji]"

How different is that from the lies she put in her police statement?

Going back to the WhatsApp feed Eling and Marshall were at one point interested in the fate of Darlaston Town Hall on Walsall Council's patch. And lo, "Inane" popped up again to sent me two texts about that!

When the police said that there was no case to answer from this malicious campaign I wrote to the Complex Crime Unit. Following the interview I had presented them with documentary evidence strongly suggesting that the three councillors were lying. I wrote to them asking whether there would now be an investigation into Eling, Marshall and Costigan for the false statements and, at the very least for them to be investigated for wasting police time. You will laugh when I tell you that I received a reply saying the matter was being referred to, er, Ch Supt Rich Baker at Sandwell - who we now know to have been in regular communication with the snivelling Squealer who was bombarding him with "evidence" of my alleged criminality! Hardly likely that I would get any change out of that was there? [Ch Supt Baker has moved on from Sadders recently].

I am sending this post to the Police to ask again what steps they are going to take against these liars. Don't hold your breath!

1   Talking of Tricky Dicky the blonde female councillor who was having assignations with him following council meetings remains unidentified. Any insights anyone? I am guessing it wasn't his nemesis Yvonne Davies "lol"!

2   What happened to Jan Britton favourite Liz O'nions? What precisely went wrong at Waterfall Lane? Were you a victim of her "no tattoo" policy? Has she left SMBC and, if so, did she get a pay-off? (People say she has left but she is still showing SMBC as her employer on LinkedIn).

3   If you work for Jan's bent paid service have you had problems with representation by the GMB?

You should get Jan's bent paid service to make sure that the answer to such "surprise" questions are typed on one side of a piece of paper only. Alas, it is a dead give away when you are reading the prepared answer and you are seen turning the piece of paper over.

You may have got away with p*ssing in a bus shelter but please don't so overtly p*ss over the good people of Sandwell as well.

Turd Still In Pool?

Mystery surrounds the so-called "resignation" of Steve "Squealing" Eling (aka "The Milkman") as Leader [sic] of corrupt Labour Sandwell Council. Like most local media The Skidder reported that Squealing had finally been forced to step down. Here is the memo to councillors from Jan Britton, the head of Sandwell's bent paid service, but note especially the final paragraph:

The greedy Milkman was not only the joke "Leader" but also Cabinet "Member" for Finance. A Labour Councillor queried whether the final paragraph meant that this greaser was hanging on to his cabinet role and money and, more to the point, whether the metaphorical eunuchs in the Labour Group are still so scared of him that they are keeping an "independent" Councillor on in charge of the Council's annual budget as no-one in Labour is apparently able to do this job! This cannot be in the spirit of his NATIONAL Labour suspension and shows how pusillanimous most of the comrades are.

The other day I mentioned that "Luvvie" Trow, the puppet "leader" in waiting, is perceived as weak and vacillating and if he (and others) have agreed this nonsense then I rest my case m'lud!

Yesterday I sent this email to the head of the bent paid service with copies to the feeble "Luvvie" and the new acting leader Syeda Khatun:

"I have seen Jan Britton's email to Councillors stating that Cllr Eling has finally been forced to step down as Leader.

Mr Britton says "the roles of existing cabinet members and their portfolios remain unaffected."

Mr Eling is also the cabinet member for finance. Does that mean he is trying to hang on to that portfolio and the money that goes with it? If not, who is the cabinet member for finance?"

And answer came there none for local residents and voters!

I also asked two of The Squealer's "rimmers-in-chief" in the Cabinet, "Inane" Elaine Costigan and Dave Hosell, this important question via social media but they too have determinedly failed to let the people of Sandwell know what is actually going down here. Democracy in action/inaction!

There is a worrying sign that this money-grasping Turd is STILL floating in the Sandwell cesspit. I am indebted to "PP" for pointing this out from the Council's website:

You will note that on 13th February, 2019 Britton's bent paid service deliberately removed his name from one committee but that he is still clearly shown as being a cabinet member! This suggests that the astonishing rumours are true!

There is a Cabinet next Wednesday and I will be live reporting on this ludicrous charade. There should be a motion to remove him from the Cabinet if that fits within the rules (alternatively his pathetically yellow colleagues should refuse to convene on Wednesday so that the meeting in not quorate and cannot proceed with him there).

There was also a motion before full Council on 5th March to remove Squealing as Leader but this now needs urgent amendment to remove his Cabinet portfolio if he is going to desperately and embarrassingly hang on. We saw last Monday night that grovellers like Costigan and laughing-stock Peter Hughes did vote rather than abstain in the new leadership contest despite their profession of undying love for Milko. The people of Sandwell (especially Labour voters and supporters) need to see this lot humiliate themselves by publicly voting to keep a suspended member in a crucial cabinet position (and to fill his poisonous mouth with taxpayers money at the same time)!

Squealer OUT!

Rejoice! Rejoice! At last the snivelling Eling has been forced out. It looked like his number was up this afternoon when he parked the Squealmobile behind the Big House rather than in the so-called "Mayor's Car Park"!

There have been allegations of documents being destroyed at OCH but Eling now faces legal claims plus he is going to have a costly battle to remove his Labour Party suspension. Good job he is loaded!

Incidentally a number of sources say no-one abstained at the Leadership election on Monday night so even Eling's "grovellers-in-chief" like Inane Elaine and Hughes stuck the knife in. Et tu Zorro? ROFLMAO!

This blog has shown how Jan Britton's bent paid service has lost all professionalism and gone "rogue". Staff have acted as the willing tools of the political leadership. Funnily enough an example has come to my attention this very day! Most of you will be aware of Eling lying to the craven local mainstream media with the ridiculous claim that Sandwell didn't use "confidentiality agreements" when disposing of staff. The local c*ck-suckers let him get away with this epic porkie but the famous "Skwawkbox" website - who have played a significant role in The Squealer's downfall - broke the story that Eling's own wife (a prominent local Labour activist resident in, er, Derbyshire) has signed one when she left the employ of the rotten Borough!

As a journalist I duly wrote to the "leader" "lol":

You can guess what the pathetic xxxx did next - he got the puppet and highly controversial Monitoring Officer, Surjit Tour, who is supposed to be a qualified solicitor, to write this astonishingly sh*t letter to the Information Commissioner. You couldn't make it up!

How is this guy in a statutory position and when is there going to be a proper independent investigation into all this? There seems to be a fundamental ignorance of the law and his position in the organisation!

With legal proceedings pending there will have to be a full disclosure of all this b*llocks and, hopefully, the whole decaying edifice will finally collapse!

I WAS WRONG!

I recently put up a photo of two of Jan Britton's vehicles at the Council's depot at Waterfall Lane:

The ecstatically-happy staff there told me the black Toyota was in for "winter storage". Most had not realised it was even there as it was in the mower shed which is seldom visited. My informants told me it disappeared at the beginning of last week and I duly reported that. BUT I WAS WRONG - it is still there and has simply been moved to the paint shop! Perhaps the head of the bent paid service is leaving it in situ in case he needs to make a quick getaway lol!!!!

Sandwell Showdown - Luvvie -v- Squealer!

Last night The Skidder was the only journalist on the ground covering the highly controversial "leadership" election at Oldbury Council house as bent Sandwell MBC became a laughing stock yet again. Most readers now know that Steve "Luvvie" Trow, the right-wing Spellar/Watson candidate, triumphed but the pathetic Council remains in disarray as the snivelling little squatter, Steve "Squealing" Eling, refuses to give up his position and the money that goes with it.

Perhaps we should review how this has all come to pass. The Squealer has made a concerted effort to split the Labour Group and evict anyone who refuses to bend to his maniacal and paranoid will. His nefarious activities have led to his suspension by the NEC of the Labour Party. But, in purely technical terms, the Leadership of the Council is separate from leadership of the Labour Group and this cowardly sh*t (no doubt egged on by his Labour-activist wife) has refused to do the decent thing and to step down to clear his name. He is also very fond of money and will drop £27k per annum during any interregnum (although he has his other job in Rotherham to fall back on).

But Labour rules meant that there was an election last night for an interim leader of the Labour Group and so it came to pass. It has to be said that a large number of the comrades were remarkably pleasant to me last night before the meeting and many seem buoyed up by the prospect of the tyrant's demise. A couple reflected that the highly expensive security arrangements put in force by the crazed Eling were absent and that this was already a positive step forward.

[I was sorry that Rog Horton was absent last night due to illness. I have "issues" with the Horton's over the Cashers affair but wish Rog a speedy recovery and I hope we will be sparring together again soon].

The Skidder was on the doorstep as the comrades came out and "live reported" the result via social media. They were tight-lipped after the event. Many said "no comment" in response to questions. The mood was far from upbeat although the defeated Yvonne Davies accepted defeat with typical good grace and wit. For some bizarre reason the comrades were not allowed by "The Party" to give out the scores. There was no air of celebration about Trow's victory - but why should there be when the majority had specifically voted for the continuance of the fraud, incompetence, cronyism and corruption that has dogged the benighted Borough throughout the Jan Britton era?

Trow came out a long time after the others with the greaser Jedward (Cllr John Edwards). Perhaps the latter had been begging the new supremo to keep his Fire Authority position and money? There was no Maggie Thatcher "Francis of Assisi" moment as Trow gave a curt "no comment" to Skidder readers - hardly a sign that great things are to come with his hand on the tiller (as opposed to a previous Leader's hand in the till).

The Skidder called the result on information received at 36 to 28 whereas the Wolvo C*ck-Suckers have reported it today as 37 to 27 (no doubt having been briefed by the taxpayer-funded half a million pounds a year "press office" of Sandwell Council). As above, this not only shows that 37 councillors are still prepared to sh*t on Sandwell people but that the "group" is still hopelessly split. There seems no chance of Trow holding out the olive branch to the Eling refusniks given his "puppet" status.

Trow is said to be weak and vacillating (perfect "puppet" qualities). He is very unpopular with many local arts organisations despite his self-perceived "Luvvie" status. One took to Facebook on the result, bravely (if foolishly given how vindictive the "socialists" are) greeting Trow's victory with "Oh, no!" He is said to be very good at interfering in issues and having his say but not in providing solutions or actually seeing things through.

He still has a lot of explaining to do about his role in the standards "hearings" "lol" of late and in the affair of the suspended secretaries.

Some Councillors informed me last night that next-up is a vote of no-confidence in the pathetic squatter but if they don't get a move on Luvvie Trow is going to have to grow a pair before the Cabinet meeting on 20th Feb or high farce will ensue. Trow has missed the last two Cabinet meetings but if Eling won't go (in which case the Party should expel him outright) the public will be treated to the delicious spectacle of The Squealer in the Chair and Luvvie sitting in his usual place with the other cabinet members! Book your seat now "lol". This should be good!

Eling (with Lady Macbeth's support no doubt) is unlikely to do the decent thing and will have to be forced out - something the comrades should remember in the event he does come back after the May election. Whilst he stays on and Trow fails to get him out this prevents Luvvie filling his own cabinet position (which will surely go to Liam Preece to strengthen Watson's already near-total control of the corrupt Council's cabinet).

If Eling stays on and continues to guzzle the money Luvvie will be missing out on an extra £10,509 per annum (March 2018 figures) on top of his cabinet member loot. Perhaps he is so weak he will defer to the Great Dictator - greater love hath no man than to lay down his allowances for The Squealer.....

Leadership Election Special

Following the suspension of the "leader" of bent Sandwell Council, Steven "Squealing" Eling, by the national Labour Party this pathetic greaser has tried to hang on to his position. He initially suggested (perhaps following advice from his Labour activist wife) that his suspension was a purely party political matter and that he could continue as the failing Borough's supremo - with the extra £27,000 a year on top of his standard allowance that this brings - but then he is very fond of money.

Many of the comrades pissed their pants when they heard the news. Eling has claimed that he doesn't know why he has been suspended and a few deluded people actually believe him like credulous Cabinet Member, David Hosell, who told me this to my face last Wednesday night. The Squealer is up for election in May and so he needs to get his lawyers on the case if he is to fight his seat. But his support has been ebbing away - apart from the likes of the ludicrous Wednesbury Windbag, Peter Hughes, who produced another bravura and vomit-inducing display of arslikhan at Cabinet this week.

Incidentally I have started the protocol process to commence my own legal proceedings against The Squealer and this is very dangerous for him and the likes of Jan Britton. In a civil action there will have to be extensive disclosure of documents which have hitherto been kept secret. The whole Eling standards stitch up will be blown apart with much else.....

[Talking of the standards stitch up there is an extraordinary story going round that in consideration of bankrupt ex-Councillor Richard Marshall taking the rap for Squealing Eling, Labour Party figures arranged for his wife, Marie, to have a job working for Edgbaston MP, Preet Kaur Gill - for new readers an ineffectual Sandwell Councillor before she was mysteriously elevated to the green benches. The allegation was that the taxpayer was picking up the bill and that money was indirectly finding its way to Dicky. A number of people told me this but I had discounted it as improbable fiction until this week when an impeccable Sandwell Labour source told me that Marie had definitely been working for Gill (although the current position is unclear). I am sure that Mrs Marshall must have been employed strictly on her merits but no doubt she and Ms Gill will hasten to clarify the position as it is clearly a matter of considerable public interest.]

Eling, also known locally as "The Milkman", tried to ignore everything that has gone wrong during his lengthy tenure in the rotten Borough and his supporters claimed that a short "peer review" last year  somehow "proved" what a tremendous chap he really was! Of course, assorted supporters took to Facebook to laud his appalling record. The usual suspects were there - "Inane" Elaine Costigan, Pam Pulsford (Eling's Derbyshire-dwelling wife) and employee Phil Challenor (a unique "double" in that he was the interviewer on the late Smethwick Wife-Beater Darren Cooper's infamous taxpayer-funded video "Lie Story" [Surely "Life Story", Ed?]

Behind the scenes MP's Spellar and Watson were going apesh*t about the Party's action. And so their supporters also "came out" for Eling. A couple deserve mention eg SMBC employee Sarah Sprung. Who she? A GMB member and signatory to Watson's election nomination. She is also the partner of one of Watson's puppets on the Council, Cllr Liam Preece. Liam was touted by some Labour Councillors as a possible contender for the leadership. He is a likeable and intelligent guy but as another Watson clone unsuitable for the role (but see below). One Labour Councillor tells me he was ordered not to stand by Watson but that is unverified and might be untrue. The fact is that he is not in the race.

Another Eling cheerleader is my old friend, SMBC employee but full-time GMB rep Sarah James. Mrs James is currently suing me for £50,000 plus costs for things said in this blog and, via her solicitors, says my wife and I may lose our home of 35 years if I don't pay up. The recent disclosure by West Midlands Police of Eling's emails (posts passim) show that her union role did not prevent her from being close to The Squealer and that she was corresponding with him about me. (She was also very close to the late Wife Beater and is a Tom Watson (non-sexual) "project") In response to a ludicrous Facebook post that Eling had been a "great leader" "lol" she gushed "a lot to be proud of". No doubt she will enlighten is further on all this in due course....

The enfeebled Milko got a tame left-wing journalist [sic] (and friend of Piper's) to flood the local media grovellers with a story that he was not going to turn his back of the unfortunate folk of Sadders. He claimed "it would be wrong of him to voluntary [sic] step down while crucial decisions are still be made on the borough's budget and services." This is, of course, b*llocks. Due to his love of money Eling has claimed his full allowances in Sandwell whilst also working part-time for another Labour basket-case Council, Rotherham. Thus he abandons Sandwell for half the week anyway to rake in the dosh (and enhance his gold-plated pensions) in nearby, er, Rotherham. And he spends a lot of his time living away from sh*tty Smethwick to enjoy the charms of his wife's "Summer Palace" (copyright R. Piper) in bucolic Derbyshire. What a ****!

But The Party has acted and there is an election to replace this deadbeat on Monday night.

But will civil war continue to dog Sandwell Labour Group? Until today I understood that the battle was between another Watson puppet, Steve "Luvvie" Trow and Yvonne Davies although a caller - usually very reliable - has told me today that Bill Gavan has also thrown his hat in the ring.

I am working on the assumption that the Gavan thing is also a joke - as he is himself - although he too is a Watson clone. This blog has shown that he had a history of closed businesses to his name before he was forced onto the Council. He has only been a Cabinet member for a short time. Other Labour Councillor's whisper about his past. He refuses to say whether he was the "William Gavan" who made a £5,000 donation to the Labour Group. (If so, he would have been quickly back in pocket as he was rapidly promoted and started raking in "special responsibility" payments.) This is also the chap who made great play that he would attend a meeting about the corrupt Lion Farm deal and was then too scared to turn up! Like Trow - see below - he is also wasting taxpayers money in respect of #gategate.

The other Watson clone, Trow, has a certain degree of intelligence marred by a nonsensical suspension of all rationality where "The Party" is concerned. He was a non-entity during the Cooper era - perhaps another who was simply frightened of the Smethwick Scumbag? But he is heavily tainted by his association with The Squealer. He has been a joke on the Standards Committee issues. Knowing that these were kangaroo courts and seemingly having watched some episodes of Perry Mason at some time he put a pretence that these were properly conducted hearings - engaging in long and tortuous "observations". But he refused, with his colleagues, to hear evidence vital evidence - including my own.

He has not denied (yet) despite many opportunities to do so, that he was at the infamous meeting where Sandwell's highly controversial Monitoring Officer, Surjit Tour, "briefed" the Committee BEFORE a standards hearing. As if that conduct is not bad enough this led directly to the unlawful suspension of seven secretaries. I have him on record denying that he knew anything about this when his own secretary was one of those treated in this despicable was by a "socialist" Council!!!!!

(All seven secretaries were reinstated. Unite the Union secured taxpayer-funded compensation for six on them ie we paid out. The GMB did not for the seventh).

As my last blog showed Trow is also quite prepared to play silly buggers with taxpayers' money and he has deliberately failed to rule himself out of the incident when I was unlawfully excluded from a Council meeting (#gategate). That doesn't augur well for a Trow leadership and his husbandry of the Council's finances.

Last, but very far from least, he put his name to the absurd and frankly fascistic document - duly agreed by the comrades - to try and stifle legitimate scrutiny of the corrupt organisation (posts passim)! An absolute disgrace and he should be duly ashamed of himself. Like Eling he is likely to try and continue the inherent secrecy within the rotten Borough if elected.

As above, legal action should force a lot of sh*t out of SMBC at long last and I hope Trow has a clear record/conscience.... But a vote for Trow is a vote for yet more Tom Watson interference and a continuance of the disastrous governance that has dogged Sandwell throughout the Jan Britton era... And Trow is unlikely to have the b*lls to get rid of Britton and Tour (as above re Lion Farm, Gavan p*sses his pants rather than standing up and being counted).

I have occasionally been unkind to Yvonne Davies on this blog but she is strong and feisty. We have had some good debates both on Twitter and in person. She has a fundamental decency that is rare amongst the comrades and she is brave whereas many of them are spineless. 

This blog has written many times about her appalling treatment when she crossed The Squealer. She had the audacity to stand up at a Labour Group meeting and tell the massed ranks of her comrades the truth about Marshall. Eling led the baying mob which ejected her from the meeting. She was then suspended. But, of course, she was absolutely right (indeed, she did not go nearly far enough) and it was Marshall who was eventually kicked out. I may be wrong but I am not aware of a single "member" who has apologised to her yet for getting things so completely wrong.

From the personal point of view Yvonne was outraged by the criminal prosecution of me for allegedly calling Jan Britton, the head of Sandwell's bent paid service, a "c*cksucker". She was one of a number of councillors who provided statements for me and she (with another Councillor) attended my trial to give evidence on my behalf. (She didn't have to give evidence when video evidence shown to the Court proved that I had been, er, telling the truth all along...) Yvonne showed courage and integrity - traits that would normally be valued but are generally not in dysfunctional Sandwell Labour.

Of course, I don't agree with Yvonne politically (on many things) and don't get her blind-spot about the imbecilic Corbyn but I know who I would want beside me in a fight and it wouldn't be Trow and Gavan!

And Finally,

Jan Britton's Toyota has disappeared from "winter storage" at the Waterfall Lane depot (post passim). Anyone know who moved it and when as there are stories that he has been off sick....?

Multistory/Jackanory

Here we go yet again! How many times has this blog flagged up the spread of Labour's virulent cancer throughout Sandwell (aka Sadwell) in over four decades of Dictatorship? Whilst the sh*thole Borough languishes at or near the bottom of virtually every published index of deprivation the sleazy "socialists" have wheedled their way - Pyongyang-style - into every aspect of local life.

Most small local charities or voluntary organisations have held out the begging bowl to the "comrades" and in return for some moolah have prostituted themselves to "the Party". Many have been forced to take Councillors or other Labour cronies onto their boards. Ones that step out of line are immediately threatened with withdrawal of support and invariably return to the fold.

When the late Smethwick Scumbag, Darren Cooper, and his Cabinet members vindictively decided to destroy the arts in Sandwell they enjoyed considerable success. But a couple of organisations bravely hung on and continued to do good work, one of whom was Multistory. During his brief sojourn as arts supremo bankrupt fibber Richard Marshall had two meetings with my wife at OCH to see how the damage could be undone. Linda recommended that funding should be increased to Multistory and another local arts organisations as they have been beacons of good practice. It was better to let proven organisations lead Sadders out of the wilderness than dissipate funds on unproven organisations or projects.

Multistory are a registered charity and should, therefore, stay out of the political cut and thrust. But recent events seem to show that they are straying worryingly close to a "red line".

Despite Labour p*ssing on the populace since April Fools' Day 1974 they do keep trumpeting their perceived "successes" and this delusion is made flesh by numerous self-congratulatory "awards ceremonies" wherein there is a public display of back-slapping by Labour and its grovelling cronies. Surely no self-respecting arts organisation would become involved in this sickening charade would they?

It was with great trepidation therefore that I looked into the fact that Multistory, a registered charity, was promoting yet another Sandwell "award". though this time a gender specific one - "The Women's Honour Award" (no men need apply....) They stated:

"In 2018, the six towns of Sandwell were invited to nominate women who THEY thought deserved to be honoured and celebrated. The nominated women had many things in common: they went above and beyond; they often worked behind the scenes; they were strong supporters of families and communities; and were volunteers or carers, who deserve to be honoured and celebrated."

Who "they"????

But when The Skidder team noticed that one of the judges was none other the Syeda Khatun, the Deputy Leader of the bent Council and constant companion of Derek Rowley, we detected a definite smell of rodent.....

Happily one recipient of Sandwell super-woman status in my old friend Mrs Sarah James. For new readers, Mrs James is suing me for things written about her in this blog. Through her lawyers she has stated that she will seek to throw myself and my wife (a woman) out of our home of 35 years if I don't pay her £50,000 plus costs. Needless to say I am taking an active interest in her doings (and information welcome please - particularly at present with regard to her connections with the Nightingale family).

Mrs James is the latest (non-sexual) project of London-based Tom Watson MP. He and the GMB Union are trying to push her forward for a parliamentary seat (she has not hitherto held elected office outside her trade union). Last week the gobsh*te Brummie MP Jess Phillips used social media to also sing her praises.

Somehow in this obscure process Multistory, Syeda and others managed to "select" 54 "winners" of which Mrs James was one. There names were emblazoned on a wooden plaque no less which will tour the Borough bringing joy to you all:

Given that Watson and his cronies in the Labour hierarchy in Sandwell have been assiduously promoting Mrs James for high office I enquired of Multistory who had nominated her and what the citation was ie what they were told she had actually done that merits this award. The incredible answer from this registered charity is that they can't tell me for "data protection reasons". If this process was not utterly meaningless already it is now and this shocking secrecy and cover-up is a disgrace from an organisation that is based in West Bromwich Town Hall (Council property) and now scores £111,917 from Sandwell Council ie OUR MONEY.

Seemingly this all constitutes "arts" spending?

"I Am Spartacus!"

There are a number of Sandwell Labour Councillors whom I have got to know over the years who are good people. A number of them bravely supported me in the recent criminal trial debacle. Some - but not many - are even ashamed of the fraud, corruption, cronyism and incompetence within the Council.

But a large number (not necessarily those named below) are moronic scum. They haven't got a "socialist" bone in their bodies and stick together like sh*t to a blanket. Just witness the corrupt Lion Farm deal that many of them are trying to force through. When I have asked many of them why they were not interested in such an egregiously bent transaction they blandly replied "it isn't in our ward" or similar as if that was some sort of excuse for their shocking and wilful negligence. (Not one of them has managed to get sight of the option agreement  - STILL!!!!!)

We know that some were physically scared on the late Darren Cooper - with good reason noting his wife-beating exploits etc. Many have been frightened of Eling's temper though his current suspension may embolden them to see him get his political comeuppance (some staff are also terrified of him and the "management" and should also, metaphorically, "grow a pair"). Squealing Eling and his former "enforcer", Marshall, sought to weed out opponents to The Milkman's crazed regime, of course. Even more bizarrely, a number of Councillors are frightened of Eling's "Chief Whip" - that pathetic greaser from Wednesbury, Jedward.

Surely Eling's party suspension is time for quiet reflection by those that are cowards and shysters?There cannot be another repeat of the disaster when the late Scumbag died and Eling grasped the sh*t-smeared crown! The Councillors have to somehow break the poisonous influence of Watson and Spellar in Sandwell affairs. They have to ensure that the likes of Britton and Tour are shipped out. It is essential that the paid service is vigorous and independent and not the cat's paw of the dictatorship it is at present. Can we hope for real change? YES WE CAN!

Back in January, 2018 myself and local activist Darryl Magher were doing our usual thing ie standing outside Oldbury Council House asking incoming Councillors questions on important Sandwell matters. It was actually quite a jolly session with many members wishing us "Happy New Year" etc. But then just before the start of the meeting the security staff told us that a councillor had made a complaint of harassment against us. Accordingly we would be debarred from attending the public Council meeting and if we didn't leave the premises the police would be called. We were herded off the premises.

The security refused to state the nature of the complaint or the identity of the malicious complainant. For a year many of the individual councillors and Jan Britton's bent paid service have fought hard to hide the identity of this brave soul. Why? I have now issued High Court proceedings to force out the identity of the malicious complainant and then to sue him/her. I shall obviously be asking the honourable court to draw the obvious inference from the fact that this liar is trying so  diligently to conceal his/her identity. But none of this should have been necessary if the majority of the comrades hadn't tried to play silly buggers and played "I am Spartacus" ie many have refused to rule themselves out in a forlorn bid to protect the culprit.  I am only suing for a modest sum but costs will go through the roof as I am forced to make applications to the Court to identify the liar and so this could all be very unfortunate for someone..... (It is not too late to cut a deal if you want to Councillor X. Though don't try contacting me via Surjit Tour - see further below...)

Just minutes after the incident happened I emailed the pathetic "Chief Executive" of the dismal Council, Jan Britton, at 18.09:

"As ever when meetings are on I was outside OCH tonight talking to councillors.

I was with Darryl Magher.

Wardens 15 and 5 approached and said they had received an anonymous complaint of harassment and that if we did not go onto the public highway the police would be called to arrest us. We were also barred from the public Council meeting.

Please confirm precisely and in writing what the hell is going on here.

THIS IS NOT A PRIVATE & CONFIDENTIAL COMMUNICATION"

I followed this up just a couple of minutes later also asking for the CCTV for the previous night's Labour Group meeting.

Obviously a number of councillors came passed us that night. Darryl and I couldn't remember everyone. We worked out some prime suspects who we hadn't seen and discounted then together, obviously, with the councillors who were not at the meeting. I duly emailed all possible culprits but only six had the (metaphorical) cojones to reply and rule themselves "out". Thus on 13th September, 2018 I hand delivered individual letters to Oldbury Council House to the remaining 44 possible culprits. Only a couple more Councillors ruled themselves out.

I then received a letter from Sandwell Council's highly controversial Monitoring Officer, Surjit Tour, who claimed, inter alia, that he represented the errant Councillor or the group of 44 (it is not clear from whom he claims he is receiving his instructions). Just think folks, this is a guy you are paying over £100k a year to and rather than fess up a comrade has decided that public money (ie your money) should be used to hide their identity.

Tour, a public servant "lol", was his usual insulting self - basically telling me that it is ok for councillors to defame me as I have no reputation to protect.

A number of Cabinet members are amongst those supporting this mis-use of public funds including Steve "Luvvie" Trow - the puppet Tom Watson is trying to force on the members as the new "Leader". I spoke to Joyce Underhill the other night - and I have always thought of her as one of the more pleasant members of the flock - and she told me that Tour had specifically told members NOT to respond to the letter. The tail was wagging the f**king dog!

But Tour did supply me with the CCTV from the night. This has no audio and one or two folk are quite difficult to identify but (subject to what is said below) this has enabled me to narrow the list still further. Tour was very insistent that I did not "publish" the film - allegedly for data protection reasons........ but now read on.....

This is the new list of suspects. (As above, it is actually quite difficult to identify some folk and if I have got it wrong and wrongly named any councillor then I will correct that immediately if they get in touch even though they have not, hitherto, chosen to rule themselves out of all this). One of these is "Councillor X" as named in the High Court Claim Form (though see below). The first two unidentified females may be SMBC staff. We think we know the two others named as unidentified.
Thus we have now narrowed the field to 26. Please note how many Cabinet Members are prepared to involve public money being spent in this conspiracy of silence including Trow who wants to be the new leader!

BUT SOFT! WHAT IS THIS?

The CCTV has been supplied by Surjit Tour - a Solicitor and the Council's laughable "Monitoring Officer" ie in the statutory role for maintaining standards!!! But yesterday I noticed something very strange. Tour has supplied me with a doctored tape!

At 17:27:58 2 people hove into view. One looks like Cllr Mohammad Rouf. The other appears to be female. I had not noticed this before as in the foreground of the full screen I was talking to Jedward.

The doctored tape from Tour jumps 35 seconds and this pair have disappeared! (I have not shown the full screen image).

I have asked for an immediate enquiry into this and reported the matter to the Police. This is a VERY serious matter and Tour has some explaining to do!

Those Councillors complicit in this cover-up might wish to start reconsidering whether they really want to remain involved in whatever is going on here! Watch this space......
