Breaking News - Lion Farm - ICO Order!

The Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) has ordered bent Labour Sandwell Council to finally disclose some (though not all) of the key documents concerning their corrupt deal to destroy Lion Farm Fields (after they have now also agreed to concrete over Londonderry Fields). These are documents which failed Labour leaders [sic] Cooper and Eling have not even let most of their own fellow Labour Councillors see!

This is the ICO Order which Jan Britton's bent paid service must comply with by 3rd May, 2019 (unfortunately the day after the election although it will come as no surprise if Labour fails to give full disclosure and tries to string matters out).

1   The Commissioner requires the public authority to take the following steps to comply with the legislation:

• Disclose the option agreement (21st May, 2013), the variation of the option agreement (9th June, 2014) [which none of us even knew existed], the plan from the option agreement and the emails between the council and Jeremy Knight-Adams.....[subject to redaction of the names of third parties and junior SMBC employees]
• Disclose the information at part 9 [of my original request}.

The Part 9 request was: "At paragraph 3.3 of the Report to Cabinet of the meeting of 17th November, 2017 [see further below] it is said the Jeremy Knight-Adams has already incurred significant expenditure in securing adjoining land to develop the scheme. What evidence does SMBC have that this is true? What adjoining land does SMBC refer to?"

The ICO further states: "Failure to comply may result in the Commissioner making written certification of this fact to the High Court pursuant to s54 of the Act and may be dealt with as contempt of court."

The Order is not perfect but is a major step forward IF bent Labour comply with it. The corrupt comrades have bent over backwards to keep all this secret from YOU for many years.

The Labour candidate for Langley, the local ward. Yvonne Davies, has told The Skidder unequivocally that she supports the destruction of The Fields.

Folks - you have an opportunity on Thursday to send Labour a very clear message! (This applies not just to Lion Farm but across the Borough where Labour are waging war on green spaces to raise the multi-million pound sum they propose to sp*nk up the wall on the Commonwealth Games paddling pool).

I will be by the shops at Lion Farm this Saturday at 11.00am if you want to come and have a chat. Please consider joining us for a few minutes to also protest against Labour's appalling vandalism and environmental damage. I am hoping that a few candidates from other parties will come along and this will also give locals a chance to have a chat with them.

(Incidentally Lion Farm is very similar in many ways to the Druids Heath area of Birmingham - another area of tower blocks etc forgotten by mainstream politicians. Incredibly, Julien Pritchard of the Green Party won the seat last year (the first Green seat in Brum) and is doing a fantastic job. You see folks - there are alternatives to a corrupt Labour Party which has inflicted over 40 years of dismal failure on Sandwell!)

 In the recent Labour "Night of The Long Knives" two of those deselected were Dave and Shirley Hosell. Eling-rimmer Dave was even, incredibly, a Cabinet member in what the Squealer admitted to my face was a purely political move so that he could count on two more votes against his political opponents.

Dave'n'Shirl will miss out on a shed-load of our money if not re-elected a week tomorrow and so they are standing as "independents" to try and keep the gravy train on the rails. Dave is lashing out at everyone via "social media" (eg calling Cllr Yvonne Davis a "lid [sic] mouthed gutter wench) and he let the cat out of the bag about Lion Farm in this tweet:

This is exactly what everyone suspected was the truth - Cooper, Eling, Moore and others did a disastrous deal in 2013 with a major Tory donor which it will now be difficult to get out of!

But Dave "Benny Hill" Hosell is now claiming that HE has been against all the fraud at SMBC throughout his eight years as a, er, yes-man. Unfortunately for him there is not a single example of him ever getting off his knees and ever opposing the disastrous leadership.

And who was at the November, 2017 Cabinet Meeting which voted again to destroy Lion Farm Fields? Step forward "independent fraud-buster" Dave "lol":

An aside - it is strange that someone who boasts of his sexual prowess should not have seen the shaft coming lol!

Incidentally, you will note from the above list that the Liar Costigan also wants to destroy Lion Farm for a shopping centre which, if ever built, will certainly be the death-knell for Wednesbury - another run-down sh*t-hole after 40+ years of Labour. Costigan was heavily involved in the unlawful BID scheme - how can local retailers be sucked in by her blarney when she is actively voting for something that will destroy their livelihoods! She is also up for election on 2nd May. If you don't want anymore of her nonsense you know what to do! Ditto with Khatun and Shackleton!

If you are not glued to the Manchester Derby tonight you might care to see the finale of a Hussain Family wedding at New Bingley Hall. I am told the guests will be vying with each other to show off their best motors and new-found wealth. Still, if you've got it - flaunt it!
