The BIG story of the moment is bent Sandwell Labour's night of the long knives with several Councillors being deselected and replaced as candidates with cronies of the Spellar/Josan/Carmichael cabal. Alas you will have to wait for a little longer for The Skidder's views on the fiasco (although there are a couple of tasty titbits below!)

Melia Lies Again!

In a recent post I set out the lies of Great Barr with Yew Tree Labour scumbag Steve Melia at his standards hearing in December:

The "catchphrase" of this moron is: "I tell the truth" but, as we have seen, this Criminal is a liar AND a pathetic coward.

Even the Standards sub-Committee which dealt with him in December were p*ssed off at his total lack of remorse. Amongst other things, he was ordered to send me an apology. And what actually came through? None other than the very same document dated just after the incident which bent Sandwell's highly controversial Monitoring Officer, Surjit Tour, slipped into the Investigation Report (full story via the above link). So this was the piece of nonsense he sent me - it having been approved (apparently) by the Chair of the sub-Committee, his pal Cllr Keith Alcock:

Mr P*ssy-Pants - who asked to be allowed to sit underneath the public gallery at the Standards Hearing out of public view - was also told to apologise to the full Council but when he did so he LIED yet again. He claimed he had been provoked when shouted at via a megaphone which was completely false. When I protested Cllr Richard Jones, the Mayor and Chair, aggressively attacked me (verbally) and threatened to throw me out of the meeting! So much for victims' rights when the Labour bullies get together!

What is stranger still is that Surjit Tour was sitting at the Mayor's right-hand as the supposed legal advisor to the meeting, and he knew full well that Melia was lying as he had personally seen the extensive video footage. Yet he made no attempt to advise Melia or the Mayor that the full Council was being lied to! What is the point of him being there?

I have now made a second Standards Complaint about this, and the grossly defamatory statements Melia also made at the original Standards Hearing.

Labour keep screaming that Rishi Sunak is weak because he won't sack people but what of sh*thole Sandwell's supremo, Kerrie "Dim Kez" Carmichael. It is worth repeating the email I sent to her on 1st January asking why she selected the Criminal for committee places (and the taxpayers' money that goes with them) in the first place, and also when she was going to sack him following the recommendation that she do so by the Standards Committee of 16th December:

"THIS IS NOT A PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL COMMUNICATION

Since becoming Leader you appointed Simon Hackett to Children's Services knowing full well (a) his appalling record in that post previously, and (b) his shocking corruption and lies in the data breach affair which has caused enormous financial harm to taxpayers.

You also endorsed Melia as a candidate in the full knowledge of a recent criminal conviction and then specifically rewarded him - including financially  - for his misconduct by making him WB Town Lead [sic]. 

Why?

At the December Standards Hearing the sub-Committee recommended that you strip the criminal Melia of the post YOU gave him. Have you now done so and, if so, when was this effective from?"

(She actually also appointed this POS to the Audit Committee!)

It seems that Kez is as weak as p*ss too as she couldn't bring herself to boot the Crim out. Rather the whole thing was rigged so that Melia could "resign" instead. Oh, and during the delay until the Council meeting this allowed the greedy scrote to claim another six weeks of "special responsibility payments" from the rest of us.

Man-up Melia. You keep on claiming that you support "the military" so hand over the six-weeks dosh to a local veterans' charity. On second thoughts, hang onto it - you might need it for your legal bills ...

Green Waste Bin Confusion

It has been drawn to my attention that some people in Sadders think that bent Labour's new Environment Tax - the green waste bin charge - is going to Serco who, of course, collect the bins for the corrupt Council. This is NOT the case. The money from Dim Kez & Comrade Piper's latest scam goes to the Council - who can then waste it as they have with millions of pounds during their vile Dictatorship.

The Leader's not fit for purpose - Part One

This blog exposed how Kerrie "Dim Kez" Carmichael lied twice to a full - and public - Council meeting within 10 minutes of her coronation (Skidders passim and see legal notice below). One of her lies related to her cover-up of The Cox Review which exposed racism (and other defects) in the whole "Wragge Report" process. Bolstered by open political interference from Grant Thornton - Sandwell's supposedly independent auditors - she was determined to suppress the Review and is still trying to do so although Skidder readers have long been able to read it:

The Leader's not fit for purpose - Part Two

We all know that Carmichael is not very bright - hence the "Dim Kez" sobriquet - but Sandwell folk must surely hope that the Labour Dictatorship, and the "Leader" in particular, have at least some basic knowledge of the law and practice applicable to local authorities (even bent ones like Sandwell).

Alas not. A concerned local resident contacted The Skidder after interaction with Kez over Labour's green bin shakedown. Whilst attempting to justify Labour's rip-off new tax, she listed some of the "non-Statutory services" which Sandwell provides and included "libraries"!

Doh! Even Dim Kez should know that the provision of libraries IS A STATUTORY SERVICE pursuant to The Public Libraries and Museums Act 1964.

Don't forget folks that Kim Bromley-Derry and bent Labour are paying a large sum of YOUR money to Sir Keir Starmer's crony, Imogen Walker, to wipe the Leader's arse as required. Clearly this is money well spent (lol) and Kez is now f*cking you all over for £35 for the bins to pay for this, and other total crap. (More on Walker coming soon - read The Skidder, kidder!)

We know that Kez has sh*t for brains but lets home this trait is not inherited since she has swayed a Labour candidature for, er, her own mother!!!! And just to p*ss on us all some more, she has put Ma down for Langley Ward - the area where Kez herself is actively trying to destroy Lion Farm Fields. Nasty.

Leisure Centres - a mystery?

Bent Labour spends millions of pounds of your money on its Leisure Centres. Hitherto, all but the West Brom Leisure Centre have been run by a supposedly arms-length registered charity Sandwell Leisure Trust (SLT). The original idea was that SLT, under the leadership of the aggressive Lynda Bateman, would build an empire of centres not just in Sadders, but in other areas too. This was a spectacular failure.

The Covid pandemic caused major problems for SLT - not least as they were, er, closed down for long periods - and so they sought to alter the contract terms of employees. The local unions objected and some of their puppets, like Cllrs Piper and Fenton, joined the picket lines against an organisation that is effectively part of their own Council - and which could not exist without huge sums of (our) taxpayers' cash via the corrupt Borough.

You will see here that Piper was metaphorically masturbating with Tipperesque intensity at the prospect of Labour grabbing the Charity's £4m reserves:

Labour then decided to destroy the Trust and take control of the Leisure Centres. They are planning to set up a separate trading company wholly owned by the bent Council. They have employed an expert, Mark Braithwaite, as Chief Operating Officer, but he faces a torrid future as the corrupt and incompetent Labour councillors will constantly interfere in the running of the Company. Look out too for a slew of Labour cronies getting cushy jobs in the new outfit.

The curious thing is that bent Labour are setting-up a trading company yet clearly do not intend to make a profit. (This is obvious as any profit made via a charity is not subject to corporation tax whereas any profit made by a trading company is!) And so the question remains - what is the purpose of setting up a trading Company other than to shaft SLT?

This looks like another ill thought out scheme but we won't know how much of our money the new Company is losing until 21 months after the Company starts trading - and in the interim Labour will be constantly bullsh*tting you how marvellous everything is!

Bent Labour - particularly under the regime of the liar, Cllr Simon Hackett, f*cked-up Children's Services royal, causing incredible distress and suffering. The job had to be taken off the moronic comrades, who couldn't organise a p*ss-up in a brewery, and the Government set up Sandwell Childrens's Trust, although the Tories made a massive mistake by allowing Labour's Jacqui "Madam Porn" Smith in as Chair. Yet more sickening cronyism from bent Labour.

We have seen, consistently over the years, the Labour forces cronies into positions of authority where they can mark the corrupt Council's homework in a favourable way. Someone recently sent me this image:

And the question is a very pertinent one since Haggar was bent Labour's "Executive Director of Children's Services" from July, 2018 until September, 2021. WTF????

Oh, and we all know that most highly made SMBC "executives" (and even Councillors) would never dream of living in a sh*thole like Sandwell. Haggar gives a current address in, er, Wales ...

Warm zone? It's getting hotter for Cllr Lewis!

After 49 years of Labour corruption and incompetence it is unsurprising that sh*thole Sadders is the fourth poorest area in the country, and that people are too poor to heat their awful homes. Thus the bent Council has been shifting shed loads of other people's money to their crony organisations and "charities" to provide "warm zones".

People drew my attention to a recent meeting of the amazingly-named "Safer Neighbourhoods & Active Communities Scrutiny Board" not least because of the absurd showboating performance of the Committee's Chair, Cllr Ellen Fenton. Watch the video on the Council website if you want to be sick over yourself, but "The Chair" frequently took over the meeting to air her own views, indulge in incredible rimming of Council staff, and jump on any, er, scrutiny when she detected "negative" vibes. WTF?

What happened next is explained in my email of 10th February to Cllr Lewis:

"Dear Cllr Lewis

THIS IS NOT A PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL COMMUNICATION - PRESS ENQUIRY

At the recent meeting of the above Committee (26/01/23) you recently pointed out that you are a Director of one of the organisations receiving taxpayers' funds as a "warm place". I assume you mean North Smethwick Development Trust?

You made your "declaration" of interest during the course of discussion on the Agenda item and not under "declarations of interests" earlier in the Agenda. Why did you omit to do this? Why did you seek to participate in the discussion of the Agenda item?

The activist and highly partisan Chair of the Meeting then allowed you to continue speaking on the issue where you had expressed an interest. Indeed you submitted your view that monitoring of the footfall at organisations receiving taxpayers' funds "should not be too onerous" and possibly should not apply at all this year. This appears to be a direct expression of a conflict of interest between your role on the Committee as a scrutineer of the spending of public money and the interests of an organisation you claim to represent. Can you provide any explanation of your conduct at the meeting for the benefit of Skidder readers please?"

Lewis has not bothered to respond and so I have had no choice but to make a standards complaint about him too! I will keep you posted!

The Labour Bandit Naseem Khan

You may have read that a local Labour Party official. bent Sandwell Council employee and - according to the Wolvo C*cksuckers - about to be named as a Labour candidate got potted at Walsall Mags for fraud.

Khan - who also goes by the name Naseem Kayani - enjoyed protection from some Labour Councillors, and was running at least four outside businesses whilst supposedly labouring on your behalf.

(Some callers have suggested that a relative of Khan IS standing for Labour in May. Can anyone help me to confirm that?)
