Sandwell: URGENT PUBLIC NOTICE - Important - READ NOW!

Addendum 27/02/23 - I have been informed that if you have already made objections when the Black Country Plan was being discussed, Labour are pulling a flanker and those objections are not necessarily being automatically passed over to the Sandwell Plan. To be safe you need to re-submit your objections to SANDWELL!

You may have read seen recent news that The Black Country Plan discussions have collapsed. This was an attempt by four Black County Councils - bent Labour Sandwell, Dudley, Wolvo and Walsall - to develop a joint planning scheme for the Black Country.

What this means is that the corrupt Labour Council in Sadders is now developing its own "Local Plan" without external restraints. This is very bad news for the sh*thole Borough, and for the few remaining green spaces.

Recently Labour destroyed the open green space at Londonderry Fields. It has also voted to concrete over a substantial part of the old Brandhall Golf Course.

Next to be destroyed by Labour is 19ha of green space at Lion Farm Fields, Oldbury. The likes of Cllrs Hackett and Paul Moore have been trying to build a shopping centre (WTF?) on the green space FOR OVER 10 YEARS. The current Labour Leader [sic] Kerrie "Dim Kez" Carmichael joined in and since 2017 (at the latest) has also been determined to f*ck the Fields and the locals who live nearby. She has now got her own mother selected as a Labour candidate in the May elections in the local ward of Langley and so we can see which way the wind is blowing.

Further, bent Labour under Carmichael are actively GIVING away valuable land in West Bromwich and elsewhere to cronies or else leasing land to them for 99 years at just £1 a year (whilst, of course, screwing you for maximum Council tax rises, rent increase, higher charges and, now, the infamous £35 green bin tax). They are already acting to the detriment of locals with no restraint.

PLEASE make sure that you keep a screenshot of the online form or print your submission if you use the ONLINE FORM method of making your views known. Make sure you do not delete your copy of any email you send if you use that method. Bent labour have managed to "lose" representations in the past.

All local groups need to take action of this too - although as most are bent Labour front-organisations many will not, of course, act in the best interests of local people.

Labour are cock-a-hoop at being in sole charge of the Local Plan. The Dictatorship knows many local people are thick and lazy and don't actually care about improving sh*thole Sandwell (the fourth poorest area in the Country) and so they fully intend to shaft residents and impose their corrupt schemes on the benighted Borough (yet again).

The main parties are in full election mode for May already but it is vital that the ten Conservative Councillors - and the Tory MP's - work with local communities on this as a matter of urgency so that groups and individuals can respond by the 20th March consultation deadline.
