Notorious masturbator John Tipper is again, er, standing as a Labour candidate for bent Sandwell Council at the erection, sorry, election in May. This time, the would-be "cum back kid" hopes the people of Cradley Heath and Old Hill (CH & OH) are thick enough to elect him.
This blog publicly exposed (lol) Tipper long ago. He used to be a Councillor in CH & OH but managed to disgrace himself in spectacular style. His phone packed-up and he borrowed an iPhone from the corrupt Labour Council which he then used to film himself wanking. Being "not very bright", he forgot to delete the sordid footage when he handed the phone back!
Anyone who has met Tipper in recent years will know that he is a scruffy character who appears to be a stranger to the soap bar. But he is, however, "close" to the current "Leader" of bent Sandwell Council, Kerrie "Dim Kez" Carmichael, and her family.
His gross indecency - using taxpayer-owned property - is bad enough but some may think it even worse that, having been caught bang to rights, he then got his Siamese twin, the Express and Star's misogynistic pervert, Adam Smith, to deny the offence on his behalf. He was happy to film his ejaculating genitalia but hadn't got the, er, balls to lie about it himself! And he thinks the public should trust him!

Apparently weirdo wanker Tipper has the support of Dim Kez, the remaining Labour MP in bent Sandwell - South London resident John Spellar - and, so it is whispered, of Labour Leader Keir "Sir Woodenarse" Starmer himself! We know that lack of brains and/or talent is not a handicap to being a Labour candidate in Sadders, but you might imagine that Labour would steer clear of this jerk after the events of 2021.
Despite full knowledge of his masturbatory history, Labour selected Mr Tosser, sorry Tipper, in 2021 as one of its two candidates in Old Warley ward. Many locals were horrified that Labour were trying to foist this pole-stroker on them and split their vote - electing the other Labour candidate but giving Tosser the, er, finger. Incidentally, during the campaign and as the Party knew, candidate Tipper seemed to hardly show his face in Old Warley, let alone his tackle.

Labour sensibly dropped the Old Warley reject for the 2022 elections, but are now working on the assumption that CH & OH folk are more stupid that Old Warley voters and, judging by the Sandwell Scum Counter*, the Party is probably right! The up-dated 2022 Index shows 7,835 corruption-loving scum in Old Warley, but a stonking 9,540 in CH & OH! These are nine and a half thousand people who have no respect for themselves, their kids or their communities, and so Labour is betting they will be content to let this onanist "represent" them. It will be another very sad day for Sandwell - the fourth poorest area in the Country after 49 years of total Labour control - if they allow this to happen.
