Skidder Election Special - Lucky Tipton: Jeffcoat Stands Again!

The only real alternative to supporting more Labour corruption in Sandwell is to vote Conservative on 5th May - except in 3 wards. I have already urged you not to vote for lying former Labour scumbag, Iqbal Singh Padda in Greets Green and Ly(i)ng. I will write about the Lib Dems and their crazed Fuhrer, Mark Smith, soon. A Liberal vote is a wasted vote in the rotten Borough with one exception - Clive Heywood in Langley. Not only is Clive intelligent and dynamic he is spearheading the fight against Labour's sick destruction of the few remaining spaces left in Sadders. He is tireless in his work (with many others) to prevent Labour concreting over the old Brandhall Golf Course, but he is also the only candidate in Langley Ward trying to stop Labour's fraudulent "deal" to turn Lion Farm Fields into a shopping centre. Last year Richard Jeffcoat ran in Tipton but the people in that sh*thole failed to vote for him. This year they can put that big mistake right. Please read on below the captions.

If, despite the fact that Labour have been systematically f***ing Sandwell for 48 YEARS, you still intend to vote Labour on 5th May you are a thick c*** and I would PREFER it if you don't read this blog (if, in fact, you CAN read) and that you don't engage with me or this blog.

The likes of Cllr Bob "Seig Heil" Piper regularly abuse me and criticise what they perceive to be my personal political views (usually getting it all wrong). Richard Jeffcoat is a tad "lefty" on the political spectrum but I went out on campaign with him one morning last year and can only repeat what I said then - VOTE JEFFCOAT IN TIPTON GREEN!

After 48 years of Labour dictatorship, Tipton is a ghastly hole. It has been a longstanding fief for another ghastly Labour liar - Syeda Khatun - who has greatly increased her personal wealth as the town and area has sunk into a whirlpool of poverty and deprivation.

Khatun was in Eling's corrupt Cabinet but was thrown out after his disgrace and humiliation for lying to subvert the Standards investigation into the corruption of the equally vile Cllr Simon Hackett (which, has cost the taxpayers of Sandwell and beyond at least HALF A MILLION POUNDS!)

Astonishingly the people of Tipton Green then voted the "Tipton Green Tosser", Mohammed Yaseen Hussain aka "Billa". He had a following in the Muslim community but they too have been shocked at his behaviour. I can't write everything I want to about this sh*t for legal reasons but many readers will know that his wife had to "move out". He has also been the subject of Police investigations. There are other very lurid stories which everyone in the local Muslim community know. The sweating, sniffing, Labour wretch (when he is not under Party suspension) is, quite simply, an absolute disgrace.

Last year a resident of Tipton who had hitherto supported the Labour Party could take no more of this absolute sh*te. Sickened by the local Labour corruption, cronyism and incompetence, local Richard Jeffcoat stood as an independent candidate. He won over 1,000 votes but, alas, this was not enough as a majority of local scum decided they wanted MORE Labour corruption (which is exactly what they got over the last year).

Richard is working with people in Tipton Green under the banner "Tipton Together" to try and make it a better place to live - something that the likes of Khatun and Billa have singularly failed to do. In all my dealings with him his obvious enthusiasm for Tipton shines through, together with a buring desire to stop the rot under bent Labour.

Richard is an Oxford-educated musician and festival organiser and, unlike most Labour Councillors, actually has a brain. Last year he told people he was not some sort of "here today, gone tomorrow", character but that he would continue to work with other local people whatever the result. He was going nowhere - and he has been absolutely true to his word. I know him, like him and, most importantly, TRUST him.

Last year the people of Tipton collectively crapped their pants and elected Labour again in the form of the invisible Charm Singh Padda (no relation, I believe, to the above-mentioned scumbag). I understand that the local Labour Party folk had little or no say in the candidate selection this year, but Labour appointed a non-Tipton resident Muslim guy in an effort to try and rectify the damage done in that community by the grotesque Billa.

[I hear stories of the Tipton Green Tosser, Billa, being seen out campaigning for bent Labour. Any photos would be appreciated!]

The leaflet of the Labour candidate says Tipton "deserves better" which is a laugh noting that for 48 years it's Labour that has f***ed the place over!

Incidentally, there was a very important Tipton planning issue at the last Planning Committeee meeting concerning the Grade 2 listed Boat Gauging House and land adjacent to it. There were serious local objections to a proposed ugly and banal development, with the Tipton Civic Society making a passionate attempt to save the historic site. Tipton's own Charm Singh Padda is alleged to have sided with objectors and promised his support for the cause but he, er, failed to attend the meeting. Which is strange as he is ON the Planning Committee. Utter contempt for Tipton folk AGAIN from a Labour Councillor. And so, of course, bent Labour forced the awful plans through against the wishes of local Tipton people.

Tipton, how many MORE times are you going to let Labour shaft you? And you have no excuse about having little choice this time as Richard is an excellent candidate.

Breaking News

It seems that Surjit Tour, the highly-controversial Monitoring Officer will not be sacked by the Government Commissioners (brought in to stop the Labour fraud and incomptence at the bent Council) before 5th May at least. Despite protestations from the Tory Councillors, bent Labour gave him the job of Deputy Electoral Registration Officer (despite his past conduct). We shall be pressing for his departure as soon as possible thereafter!

I am not going to write here about the corruption within WMP and their failure to prosecute the fraud and cronyism at bent Labour Sandwell - you can read all about that in blog posts here over many years.

Alas, the law relating to spent convictions prevents me from telling you about the two Labour Councillors who have criminal records. One relates to benefit fraud and another to forgery.

Neither can I tell you about the Labour Councillor who has faced lengthy Police investigations into VERY serious offences - because I am told that s/he is not yet in the clear.

As we have seen, Labour have taken the extraordinary step of selecting the (useless) criminal, Steve Melia, to fight Great Barr and Yew Tree.

There have been extremely lurid allegations on Sikh social media sites regarding Labour Cllr Kirat Singh (Wednesbury South). It is not clear whether he denies them or not. Of course, one of the first people to contact me with the story when one website put up the story is his fellow Labour (and Tory turncoat) Comrade Cllr Ian "The Debtor" Chambers!

[Incidentally, Chambers is STILL refusing to confirm that he is one and the same Ian Chambers who had to enter an IVA - an Individual Voluntary Agreement - at Walsall County Court to avoid bankruptcy. What's the problem Ian?]

I am aware that a current Labour Councillor has recently been reported to the Police in respect of property-related matters.

And only very recently I blogged about the appalling inactivity of DI Keen of WMP relating to an alleged electoral offence by a Labour candidate at last May's election! Full story:

But the main point of this blog is that not only do WMP fail to investigate offences relating to the bent Labour Council but they actually big up the corrupt Labour Group, particularly on social media. This blog has shown numerous examples of this over the years and even did a couple of "Copsucker" posts exhibiting their sick rimming of the local Labour Party. One wonders if the bent Council would have been put into special measures recently by the Government if the cops had done the job we pay themto do, and held Labour and errant SMBC employees to account.

The worst Labour arse-lickers amongst the Sandwell Bent Blues have always been Smethwick Police. Even now, when the election is under way, they mysteriously felt the need to big up sh*thole Bearwood and tag all three local Labour Councillors:

Piper - who WMP charged with an offence not that long ago but dropped the charges the day before a court hearing - is a Candidate in the election and you will see that he was suitably grateful for the plug and retweeted it.

But a search of Twitter shows that Smethwick plod were not so keen to report the disastrous closure of the Co-Op in grim Bearwood. In fact, they didn't mention it at all!

This pro-Labour propaganda machine can't even write about a community project without tagging Cllr Parbinder Kaur whereas this blog just exposed that Labour liar for failing to declare a property interest in her Register of Interests - potentially a criminal offence. Smethwick Police are putting two fingers up to the public - no we won't investigate the potential offence but yes, we will continue to connect this liar to "good news stories". Of course, Labour Councillors and candidates are also quick to have themselves photographed with the Bent Blues and to plaster the pics all over social media. The useless Jenny "The Dope" Chidley has put this pic up on her Facebook profile:

This blog has shown that, following certain allegations, Chidley wrote to the Labour Party confessing to smoking cannabis (together with a lurid tale about a close family member). Labour Cllr Pete Allen kindly confirmed to The Skidder that the email was genuine.

Many folk, including myself, feel that cannabis use should be decriminalised but the fact remains that use is a criminal offence as it remains a Class B drug. Here the grinning cops are again mocking the people of Sandwell - "we won't prosecute Labour Councillors and there is f all you scum can do about it!"

Despite my writing about all this for some YEARS the police are showing no sign of stopping this pro-Labour propaganda. It is bad enough all year round but doing this at election time is particularly egregious. In the circumstances, I ask all those readers who use social media to screenshot any further incidents of "copsucking" and to send them to me immediately as I am talking to London solicitors and others about the possibility of applying for an emergency injunction to put a stop to this at least until polling day.

Bent Labour has selected the criminal, Steve Melia, for Great Barr and Yew Tree (GBYT). Melia has been an absolutely useless Labour Councillor at least since I first started writing about Sadders in 2013. Perhaps Labour think that so many criminals live in the Ward, Melia's record will be a selling point?

In February, Melia told a court that his political career was over in the hope of leniency from the judge. If GBYT elect him on 5th May he will scoop around £50,000 in allowances from YOU. How's that as a reward for criminality?

Bomb 2

This blog has been repeatedly exposing Labour's Cllr Iqbal Singh Padda for the lying scum he is (Skidders passim ad nauseum and see legal notice below).

But in an extraordinary twist, this greaser has "crossed the floor" and will be standing FOR THE TORIES in Greets Green & Lyng (GG&L). Bizarrely, he is using his real, Walsall, address on the nomination papers despite having (falsely) claimed to have been living on Bromford Lane whilst a Labour Councillor.

A Tory spokesperson alleges that Padda is eligible to stand in GG&L because he "works" in Sadders - news to most of us. I have written to Padda asking him to disclose his employment details by 4pm today. He hasn't responded but and I will keep you posted.

Do NOT vote for Padda under any circumstances.

As if things aren't bad enough for the folk of GG&L, the only other candidate is Labour's John Giles, Mr Blobby without the brain and much nastier. My late Labour friend Bob Woods, formerly of the Lyng, must be spinning in his grave.

GG&L folk have an invidious choice - should I (a) p*ss myself, or (b) sh*t myself?

The Giles family flock to money like flies to a turd and THREE of them are already on the Council raking in the allowances. John (aka "The Godfather") failed to win a seat last year when voters realised what a thick plank he is, and that he has nothing to offer local people at all.

I will be writing about the Giles clan more in due course but please do NOT enrich these useless Tom Watson rimmers any further. I will look out the pictures when they were cosying up to the hapless Ibrahim "Bogus" Dogus - the disastrous failed Labour candidate for West Brom East in the 2019 General Election. The local Constituency Party were appalled when Jeremy Corbyn foisted his personal pal onto local folk but as soon as the Giles's knew he had money, they stuck to him like sh*t to a blanket.

NEITHER OF THESE TWO IS ACCEPTABLE IN ANY WAY AS A CANDIDATE. IF YOU LIVE IN GREETS GREEN AND LYNG PLEASE EITHER DON'T VOTE AT ALL, OR SPOIL YOUR BALLOT PAPER BY MARKING IT "NEITHER OF THESE".

Melia P*sses On Deputy Judge Dhaliwal

The Government constantly bang on about supporting victims of crime but many such folk find their journey through the criminal justice system profoundly dispiriting. And is it any wonder when, for example, a local Magistrate, Deputy District Judge Dhaliwal, uses her position to traduce a journalist assaulted whilst doing the job he has been doing since 2014?

Most readers will now be aware that Cllr Steve Melia of bent Labour Sandwell Council was convicted on 10th February, 2022 of assaulting me at the full Council meeting last December.

Since 2014, my journalism has taken me to Oldbury Council House to interview Councillors before full Council Meetings, Labour Group Meetings (now online only) and some other occasions. Usually I fire questions concerning the ongoing corruption at bent Labour Sandwell Councillors - usually alighting on a particular topical incident. As in this written blog, I very frequently ask individual Councillors why they are not speaking out against the corruption, cronyism and incompetence that their Party has - and still is - visiting on the rotten Borough. Neither the Police nor the Courts have yet to be involved in what has been going on in the rotten Borough for eight years to my knowledge. But, of course, this has now got so bad that in March, the Government put the corrupt Council into "special measures".

Melia is a ludicrous comedy act who usually stops and gives me the benefit of his ignorant views - many of which I have video'd and some of which are in the public domain (see further below). On one hilarious occasion which, alas, was not caught on camera, this moron opined that "he didn't believe ANYTHING that he hadn't seen with his own eyes", to which I responded, "Oh, so you don't believe the Battle of Stalingrad happened then?" In any event, it is impossible to see things if you keep your eyes firmly shut. And he has kept his mouth and eyes shut throughout YEARS of Labour corruption in the poverty-stricken Borough.

At Court, Melia's Solicitor produced a sheaf of letters suggesting, I sh*t ye not, that he was a hard-working Councillor and the Mother Theresa of Friar Park. Of course, Cllr Simon Hackett (a corrupt coward who has cost the Borough at least half a million pounds through his deceit) and other local Labour cronies organised a mass "mail in". But since 2014 many residents of his actual ward, Great Barr and Yew Tree, have told me a very different story, stating in robust terms that lazy Melia is "useless" and does absolutely "f*** all". Nevertheless, there was no opportunity at Court to counter this portrayal of the latter day Saint, and the Deputy District Judge accepted this evidence without question. She appears to have accepted the sheaf of letters as a spontaneous eruption of support whereas it was, of course, an organised campaign.

In our encounters at Oldbury Council House (OCH) the ignorance of this man about what has been going on over the years is truly startling. He claims, Manuel-like, to "know nothing" and glorifies in his own ignorance. I present the following - and if you don't want to watch the actual video I am supplying a transcript - my comments in square brackets:

Question to Cllrs Zahir Hussain and Melia:

Me: Come on gentleman, can you answer this. Should Jacqui Smith get the bullet from the Children's Trust? Do you think she's doing a good job - multi-million pound losses and all that?

Melia: I've got no input into the Children's Trust [this is totally wrong, of course]

Me: Don't you care?

Melia: We do care but we don't know what's going on throughout the Council. That's one of the problems as you've been highlighting for a couple of years.

Me: But you're giving money to her to blow up the wall.

Melia: I personally am not. [Another absurd statement where he is personalising a policy issue.] I know nothing about it [as usual]. I told you last night ...

Me: Five million quid bail-out?

Melia: I told you last night [before the Labour Group meeting] we don't all know what's going on.

Me: You'd better start asking hadn't you?

Melia: We do keep asking but what to we get?

Me: You're not getting answers ... [sarcastically] This is good, this is good.

There is a mostly audio tape where he sits on the fence regarding former Leader Eling even when that monster was exposed, though the sound policy is poor. Nevertheless, it confirms that (a) he was a fully paid-up supporter of Eling, despite the widespread corruption, cronyism and incompetence of that period and (b) that he was always prepared to voluntarily give me the benefit of his opinions.

Interestingly he caused an ugly scene at OCH a couple of meetings before he assaulted me when he bravely took on a seven-year old boy who was with one of the protests outside OCH. The parent objected to Melia picking on his kid and saying he was brainwashed! The tail end was caught here:

In the same clip, Melia argued with me when I told him there was an extraordinary meeting of the full Council after the main meeting and he fiercely disputed this. It was quite obvious that this supposedly "diligent" Labour Councillor "lol" hadn't even read the Agenda for the evening, let alone the supporting documents!

What was amazing to me as a victim was that DDJ Dhaliwal couldn't even be bothered to view the film of Melia attacking me! In its various iterations the video has had well over 100,000 views. The overwhelming response from probably 99% of the public was one of shock and disgust at Melia's behaviour. One per cent - which seemingly included the DDJ as she felt able to suggest that I had somehow provoked the attack - was that journalists deserve this sort of thing.

For days before the hearing the whining Melia had his solicitors plead with the Police and CPS to drop the case. When this didn't happen he pleaded guilty. He was not even fined (see further below) and was given a 12-month Conditional Discharge plus payment of £200 compensation to me and £130 costs.

The Deputy District Judge not only thought - on no evidence but that from his Solicitor's plea in mitigation - which no-one challenged - that I provoked him, but was apparently also "overwhelmed" by the letters of support - again which no-one else got to see or to challenge. Any reader of this blog would be able to reel off a list of names of his "supporters" aka "the usual Labour suspects". The Judge was also mislead that I was part of the Save Brandhall Green Space protest and so "a protester" when I was not. I was there as a journo as I have been through rain, wind and shine since 2014.

In particular, Melia's Solicitor made great play that Melia's political career (if he ever had one) was over. The Express and Star quoted one passage:

"He will not be able to serve after so many years. He will lose his council-nominated positions. In effect this is the end of his political life."

The Judge gave every impression of swallowing this guff hook, line, and sinker and took it into account in giving him such an incredibly mild sentence. But this was Melia p*ssing all over the Judge as he knew his Labour cronies would "see him alright".

You may have heard one Sir Keir Starmer MP, the Leader of the Labour Party, screeching on and on about Boris Johnson to the effect that even if the PM gets a fixed penalty notice he must resign. Remember his "is he still here jibe" the other day?"

Starmer said he was going to "sort out" Labour in Sandwell and what a disastrous mess he has made of it (see other posts)! But I heard soon after Judge Dhaliwal slapped Melia on the wrist with a wet lettuce leaf that his suspension from the Party would quickly be lifted. Now Starmer has approved the useless criminal standing again in the May Elections! One rule for Boris, one for this nasty git!

It became obvious what was going on in March when Hackett put this p*ss-take picture up on social media mocking me, the Court and the people of Sandwell:

If the good folk of Great Barr with Yew Tree are stupid enough to vote this useless criminal back in he will get around £50k of taxpayers' money (at least). Yet he didn't get fined by DDJ Dhaliwal as he is a poor old pensioner (with £20k a year via pensions!)

Voters - like the Court you are being treated with utter contempt. You know what to do on May 5th!

Firstly, of course, the morons of Great Barr with Yew Tree DID prefer a useless criminal to anyone else last May!

Secondly, far from showing remorse Melia has been explaining why he was not guilty - which is a bit of a joke as he, er, pleaded guilty to a criminal assault.

It is true that Melia’s Solicitor in her plea in mitigation claimed that: “he said what he did was wrong and he regrets what he did”. However, she lied to the Court - presumably on Melia’s instructions - that the case marked “the end” of Melia’s political career.” (Birmingham Post 10.02.22 and other media.)

It is also true that the Deputy District Judge made disparaging remarks about me based on the plea in mitigation by Melia’s Solicitor (and neither the Police nor CPS interviewed me in respect of Melia’s comments). Further as above, and incredibly, the DDJ did NOT even bother to view the video of the incident. She couldn't be arsed but then had a pop at me.

The newspapers accurately report that: ‘Mr Saunders, 63, could be heard in the video saying to councillors [plural] “Back to the future? More corruption? More cronyism? More incompetence.” This is precisely what I have said all along that this was a specific reference to a return to the politics of the corrupt Eling era. None of this was explained at all to the DDJ.

Once Melia had deceived DDJ Dhaliwal (via his Solicitor) he immediately started to backtrack on his alleged acceptance of wrongdoing stating in local media:

“I have been widely congratulated by everyone for how I was in Court”. This is absurd since due to Covid regulations only three members of the public were allowed into Court - a mate of Melia’s, me and a member of the Conservative Party. Melia only spoke ONE WORD in Court: “Guilty” - otherwise his Solicitor did the rest!

Melia also stated to local media: “No one I have spoken to said I did anything wrong. They said it had no right to go to court, and I have the support of all sections of the community.” He certainly did not get the support of the community across social media and was heavily criticised in publications as diverse as The Skwawkbox and Private Eye (including, again, in the current issue at the time of writing).

Melia’s comments show that he does NOT consider that he did anything wrong - which begs the question why he pleaded guilty to the assault at Court. Any alleged remorse, as expressed by his Solicitor, was, and is, completely fake.

West Midlands Police - More Election Shenanigans

Readers of this blog will know that West Midlands Police (WMP) have a mysterious "special relationship" with bent Labour Sandwell Council. I have set out details over the years of numerous examples of the corrupt local force rigging the system to protect Labour in Sandwell. There are, of course, numerous stories of individual officers being directly involved in criminality - and the name of one particular senior officer keeps on cropping up - but all that is for another day. The political decision by WMP to protect Sandwell Labour goes to Assistant Chief Constable level, at least.

As I have exposed the Bent Blues, so they have abused their powers to try to destroy me and to get this blog shut down although, to be fair, there are small signs that their attitude is changing. West Brom Police acted with commendable speed and vigour when Labour Councillor, Steve Melia, attacked me. And I have been having at least some communication with Lloyd House. BUT, old habits die hard.

I am not going to go over the history of my WMP exposures since 2013 save to mention that they rigged the "investigation" into Lying Lucy Cashmore. Regular readers will know that this Labour Liar - daughter of (then) Labour Cllrs Linda and Rog Horton - didn't live in Sandwell and should never have been a Councillor. The cops deliberately stymied the investigation, and she f***** you all for four years worth of allowances.

This is just the problem with bent cops - every time they let Labour "off" the comrades think they have immunity from prosecution and keep on misbehaving! And so it was last year and I made a formal complaint about a Labour candidate (and I had additional evidence from a very surprising source!)

For the May, 2021, WMP appointed an officer, DI Keen, as the "special point of contact" for potential criminality arising from election issues (at least in Sadders). I must make it absolutely clear that there is NO evidence whatsoever of deliberate wrongdoing or corruption by DI Keen here and I specifically do NOT make any such allegation. You will see from the history set out below, however, that, for some reason, he has not been "Keen" to deal with my complaint. The time limit to prosecute the errant candidate runs out on 5th May and so it appears that, accidentally or otherwise, WMP are letting the clock run down here to avoid taking any action against a Labour "mate". Why?

As you will see, I made a specific complaint to WMP professional standards and they told me to bog off as it is nothing to do with me! You will see the relevant part of my reply. Clearly the dealings with me have been wholly unacceptable and I am raising this with my MP. In the meantime, another candidate in last year's election has now MADE a specific complaint to WMP on this issue and pointed out the urgency of the matter given the May 5th limitation. He most definitely has the legal standing to complain, but WMP are currently blanking him too. WTF are they up too?

I suppose the good news is that DI keen has, by now, thoroughly investigated this matter and so there is still a month in which to commence the prosecution, if applicable.

I am writing to you directly as this is an email concerning your role as the Returning Officer and not as CE of SMBC. I shall be making this email available to The Conservative Party and others.

XXXXXXXX [Labour Candidate] gave an address in xxxxxxxx for his nomination but claimed that he was eligible to stand in the election as he had been operating a business in Sandwell for over one year.

As I showed xxxxxxxxx, he had actually transferred the registered office of his limited company from xxxxxx to Sandwell last July. He registered the address as xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx in Smethwick in July, 2020 i.e. less than one year ago.

When I questioned this, he claimed he had signed a contract before July 2020 to xxxxxxxx which appears to be highly improbable given the type of operation xxxxxxxx is. He refused to disclose the alleged "contract" to me but says he will produce it to the "relevant authorities".

I believe that xxxxxxxx lied and made false declarations about his eligibility to stand in the election which I understand is potentially a criminal offence.

As Sandwell Council is not self-funding EVERY taxpayer in the country is affected by fraud at that bent Council.

You say that my complaint cannot be dealt with as I was not personally affected but, even if that is true, why has DS Keen led me down the garden path since 11th May, 2021? Why did he accept receipt of my complaint documents and claim to be investigating this matter?

I enclose the emails relating to this matter which I am now making public so that the public can see what has gone on here (again). I will make some redactions as this investigation is said by DI Keen to be ongoing. Further, and in the light of your response, xxxxxxxxxxxx (to whom I am copying this email) has now made a formal complaint to WMP. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxand so was most definitely affected by his conduct.

I understand that xxxxxxxx is still awaiting a crime reference number but I would remind you that this is now a matter of considerable urgency as any prosecution must commence by 5th May, 2022. Clearly as DI Keen has investigated all this he will have interviewed the xxxxxxxxxx witness and also xxxxxxxxxxxxx (under caution) and so, with respect, a charging decision needs to be made asap.

Huge Costs Increase for Sandwell Labour Lie Machine

Many of you are still reeling from the stunning - maximum - Council Tax increases at bent Labour Sandwell Council. The corrupt Labour outfit needs to cover losses from massive scandals and to recoup the multi-millions the "socialists" are wasting on the Commonwealth Games.

In submissions to Michael Gove MP, The Secretary of State for Levelling-Up, before he ordered the Commissioners in, myself and community activist Darryl Magher, urged mass sackings at the bent Council to include, where applicable, the large number of useless employees who are Labour cronies and/or actual relatives/friends of Labour Councillors. We submitted that all those who had been involved in malpractice should face suspension pending full investigations - and then dismissal if appropriate (especially those involved in the SEND disaster). Corrupt employees have no place in the bent Borough if the clean-up is to succeed.

The employee reported to have been working from home, but on her back servicing a Labour Councillor, should be the first out of the door!

Certain employees have also been behaving badly towards the new group of Conservative Councillors, prioritising work for Labour Councillors or even failing to deal with matters at all for Tories. Some have gone further and are actively maligning these Councillors in various ways. We have a little list ... It has to be "bye bye" to these jokers too.

Before I go on, I must declare an "interest": I am the only journalist in the WHOLE WORLD banned from communicating with bent Sandwell's Press Office! Before being made one of the two Government Commissioners, Kim Bromley-Derry, the eye-wateringly expensive Interim Chief Executive, supported keeping the ban in place.

The fact is that I am banned from dealing with the press office because I am dangerous to the corrupt regime (although that decision should legally be made by the paid service not corrupt Labour Councillors). Further, I have pointed out regularly over the years just how crap the press team are!

[Of course, these people are not "independent" journalists in any way, and so pathetically and slavishly do whatever their political masters tell them.]

Right back to the days of the former Leader and wife-beater, Darren Cooper (deceased), I pointed out that all Press Office did all day was tweet about dog-sh*t and write Cooper's blog for him as he was too thick to string a few words together himself. They churn out absurd propaganda which would make Joseph Goebbels blush.

The Press Office is heavily unionised so seemingly immune from productivity targets. Back in the day I pointed out that their output was minimal and could not possibly justify the half MILLION pounds a year Labour was wasting on it.

Recently the new Conservative Councillors tried to get a small grip on this by trying to close down the Sandwell Labour propaganda edition of Pravda known as "The Sandwell Herald", but Labour voted them down and vowed to continue wasting money on that particularly crap effort. According to labour Councillors Sandwell Council are too thick to use telephones and the internet to access Council Services and so sit and wait for three months at a time to somehow "obtain information" from the quarterly propaganda sheet. Yes Sandwell People are, statistically, much thicker than most of the country (why else would keep voting for Labour to screw them?) but surely they're not that stupid????

Now, bent Sandwell have produced stunning figures showing how little these jokers have actually been doing. From 2019 to 2021 inclusive over 10 full-time equivalent employees have only dealt with small numbers of media enquiries:

2019 - 523; 2020 - 888; 2021 - 803

Let's look at these amazing figures a little more closely. A "normal" worker doing a 5-day week can expect to work just 252 days a year in the UK (365 - 105 weekend days and 8 public holidays). Of course, unionised local government get away with higher levels of absenteeism than other workers, but lets take the 252 figure. That means 10.6 employees only deal with:

2019 - 2.07 enquiries a day; 2020 - 3.52 enquiries a day; 2021 - 3.19 enquiries a day.

This is stunningly bad when Sandwell Labour are failing in so many other areas and should surely mean cuts? Surely a reasonably competent press officer should be able to handle at least one enquiry AN HOUR?

Years ago, I suggested that this service should be outsourced to a hard-working professional media firm and these laggards booted out. When I see how hard the likes of Rhi Storer of the Local Government Reporting Service work, I reckon she could do this feeble level of output on her own! [Would you take the job Rhi for, say £400k per annum lol?]

So are cuts coming whilst you are forced to pay ever more for this crap? Not a bit of it. Labour are actually INCREASING the number of employees in the press office, now to be called the "Communications and Corporate Affairs Team" - and lets hope the emphasis won't be on "Affairs" lol!

Even though Labour are shaking you down for every penny they can get, Cllr Maria Crompton (who was directly involved in the plot to unlawfully pay Lisa McNally's £100k+ legal costs) commissioned expensive "consultants" to review this shower. As Labour lie and lie and lie about contracting with "local" businesses they appointed Promodo of, er, Durham, to report. Curiously the Promodo report was not before the Labour Cabinet in February and nor has the cost of their Report been disclosed. (I am on the case).

But even though the dog-sh*t scribblers have - as shown above - been doing f all at great public expense. Promodo found that they still weren't doing the job adequately! "The existing arrangements offer only a partial coverage of the range of communication activities required with deficits" in a number of areas, said the experts.

But Kerry "Dim Kez" Carmichael, the new Leader [sic] (currently covering-up racism and much else - often arising from HER previous stint in Cabinet) and Crompton somehow got hold of figures from, yes you guessed it, the Local Government Association, saying that compared to other metropolitan councils, bent Sandwell's press office is under-staffed! There should be as many as 18 people twiddling their thumbs instead of 10! And of course, Labour are desperate to cut the big for. er, two weeks having chucked your money at the pointless Games and want to throw money at extra staff.

Instead of making the existing crew work harder, these Labour muppets decided that this failing department should be increased in size and given more or YOUR! You really couldn't make it up!

The bottom line, as Labour screw you on tax yet again, is that the current budget of £536,900 is to be raised by a colossal, wait for it - wait for it, £305,100. Yes, the "socialists" are cutting services but increasing their propaganda machine to p*ss down your leg and tell you it's raining to a stonking £842,000 a year. This is, quite simply, obscene.

And finally ...

Meanwhile, Labour Councillors are, themselves, unwilling to provide information to the public. Cllr Thabiso Mabena has been given roles as vice-chair of the Licensing Committee and chair of a Licensing sub-committee. These bodies deal, inter alia, with matters relating to taxi licences. What is curious here is that this Labour Councillor is alleged to have applied for a taxi licence himself but then mysteriously withdrew the application. He won't say why and below is my email to him of 31st January, 2022. (Incidentally he is also on two West Midlands Combined Authority Committees.) the question I have been asking this guy is, basically, if you yourself did not think you should receive a Sandwell Taxi Licence is it appropriate for you to be adjudicating on taxi licences for others?

2 I asked you in 2019 if you thought you were a fit and proper person to be on the Licensing Committee. You did not respond but now you are Chair of a Licensing sub-committee and Vice Chair of the main Licensing Committee. Are you deliberately mocking the people of Sandwell?

The Horror of Chambers

There is something odd going on with the Sandwell Tories. The Conservative Councillors have done a great job, so far, in holding the bent Labour Dictatorship to account and the MPs, James Morris, Nicola Richards and Shaun Bailey, have worked tirelessly behind the scenes to stop the Labour corruption, cronyism and incompetence. Happily the Government placed due weight on the devastating recent Report of the bent Borough's external auditors, Grant Thornton, (see further below) and have placed the sick Labour Council into "special measures" for two years. As we shall see in another post, Labour have burdened us taxpayers with the costs of all this, but money does have to be spent to clear this filth out once and for all. If you still vote Labour in Sandwell despite all this, then you really are a thick moron and deserve to be shafted over and over again.

SKIDDER ELECTION COVERAGE STARTS 7th APRIL, 2022!

One (just one) of the vilest of the vile Labour Councillors in the Cabinet during the worst corruption of the Cooper and Eling leaderships [sic] was Cllr Paul "The Cipher" Moore (aka "The son-in-law?"). This pathetic former employee and arse-licker of Tom "Lazy Tom" Watson (the disastrous former Labour MP for West Brom East) was right at the top when all the sh*t was going down but, at "best", did nothing to stop it. The man who puts the "Hate" into Hateley Heath was particlarly involved, since 2013 at least, in the bent deal to destroy Lion Farm Fields (although this nasty sh*t is standing for election again in May and claiming to be a champion of "green spaces"). Although he is personally repellent and a backstabbing creep (in my opinion), the Tories have been making FAVOURABLE comments about him in public meetings. WTF is going on? Sooner or later this snake in the grass will bite them on the arse - and, indeed, it looks like he already has, since he was seen in a pub with Cllr Ian Chambers (who he? Ed) months before the Cllr for Wednesbury South crossed the floor to "join" Liebour!

Chambers (pictured below with rosette) was a late choice of candidate last year for the Tories in Wednesbury South. There were actually two seats up for grabs in that ward last year and even among the Tories, their great victory in May was tinged with a little sadness when Dave Wilkes didn't win the other seat.

Conservative Party sources have indicated to me that they may not have been as diligent as they should have been in their candidate selection last year - though compare and contrast that with Labour who know of candidates' appalling records and still select them - e.g., the notorious masturbator, John Tipper. Dave Wilkes worked indefatiguably for months in the ward but Chambers reaped the benefit despite being a late choice, and Dave lost out. (The voters of Princes End can rectify this wrong as Dave has been flogging his guts out in their ward for months and, if elected, will work like stink to help local people).

So Chambers for the Tories, and Kirat Singh for Labour were duly elected. Singh, a crony of the deeply corrupt and cowardly Cllr Simon Hackett, has been an absolute disaster-zone. The SMBC website says this Labour no-mark should have been at 27 council meetings but has only attended 6!!!! This may because, like Hackett, he is a pathetic man, and has been unable to face the public given the very serious online allegations made against him ON SIKH WEBSITES (which, as far as one can tell, he denies). But if you vote Labour in Sandwell you deserve this sort of total sh*t.

Yet some in Wednesbury did finally begin to see the light and voted for Chambers as a Conservative candidate. But then he did the dirty on the voters too.

On one level, Chambers is a rather jolly chap and easy to like. But for months after the election he harboured his traitorous intentions and supped with Moore and his ilk. (One conspiracy theory is that he was an actual Labour plant into the Toires but I don't think he is clever enough to have been part of such a scheme). Meanwhile, the Tories themselves were rapidly becoming concerned about his conduct - in particular his lack of casework for his Wednesbury South constituents. He was warned about this and blamed his work schedule (and, fair play, the Tories are mostly in work whereas their Labour counterparts, if they ever worked at all, no longer do so). This is rather odd since Chambers only has a one-year tenancy and was/is due to stand again this May. You might think that he would have been anxious to work for Wednesbury South but he did not, at least to the satisfaction of the Conservative Party. Sources say they were seriously considering deselecting him before he jumped ship to Liebour.

Addendum - 03/04/22 - Ian Chambers has been in touch to say that he IS the candidate for disastrous, failing, Sandwell Labour this May!

Chambers does work, but is said to be desperate for money. Labour sources say that if he does stand and is elected in May (surely an absurd outcome?) he will be given some sort of position so that he can also claim a "special responsibility payment" on top of his normal allowance. As he has hardly taken "special responsibility" for his ordinary work as a Councillor that would be yet another example of bent Labour cronyism costing taxpayers and shafting local voters yet again.

Is he that desperate for money? Chambers has answered most of my questions to him but surprisingly refuses to say whether he was so much in debt that he had to enter an "Individual Voluntrary Arrangement" (one step away from bankruptcy) at Walsall County Court. Surely he would deny it if it was not him but, he is unprepared to tell the truth to folk in Wednesbury South about this either way.

(Incidentally, Conservative Party sources claim they knew nothing about this so that it appears that Chambers did not tell them about it either, if this top entry above is indeed him.)

Addendum 03/04/22 - as above Ian Chambers is the Liebour candidate and so the good folk of Wednesbury South need to be asking him to come clean on this!

Let us hope that he is not put in any position of "special responsibility" for the bent Labour Council's budget since he is apparently incapable of handling his own financial affairs!

If he was not a Labour plant all along controlled by his handler, Paul Moore, why did Labour want him anyway given that they clearly knew about his lack of casework. The answer, as we shall see below, relates to allegations of racism but, firstly, why would Chambers want to join the disastrous Sandwell Labour Group anyway given their 48-year history of corruption, cronyism and incompetence?

At the last full Council meeting when he was still a Conservative Councillor he was sitting just a few feet away from Mark Stocks and his colleague from bent Sandwell's external auditors, Grant Thornton. Here they are in this picture with Chambers on the right:

Grant Thornton had just prepared a damning Report cataloguing in gruesome detail the string of Labour f*ck-ups of recent times (not least the multi-million pound loss on Providence Place which might have saved locals from a 4.99% Council Tax rise from the sleazy "socialists").

The new - white - Leader of bent Labour, Kerrie "Dim Kez" Carmichael, recently described to me by a well-known local Labour Party figure as being "as thick as pig sh*t", has taken to inane smirking and grinning throughout Council meetings but even she sat nervously "fingering" her mouth as one Labour disaster after another was made public:

The picture with the arrows above shows Chambers with his hands on the desk and so we must imagine that he was - mentally rather than physically - masturbating furiously as the history of Labour disasters turned him on! You have to be a special sort of moron to sit just feet away listening to this catalogue of corruption and incompetence and think it is all so marvellous that you must shaft your voters and join the guilty and useless mob responsible for the catastrophic failures! What was it about the Providence Place disaster that had him metaphorically beating his meat? As he heard about the calamatious situation with Sandwell Leisure Trust (which Labour made worse soon afterwards) what excited him to metaphorically spank the monkey? Why did the disastrous failures of Labour's dealings with vulnerable children cause him to metaphorically choke the chicken? How did the multi-million pound fraud relating to the SEND contract lead him to metaphorically jack himself off? And Onan and Onan and Onan it went.

How could anyone attending that meeting and hearing all that from the auditors, believe Labour is in any way a fit and proper Party to continue to run Sadders? But Labour didn't just want another moron in their group - they wanted someone to distract from Carmichael and her cronies' cover-up of racism as set out in the Cox Review (Skidders passim).

I am always suspicious when podgy white men - including myself - start ranting about racism. There is no record of Chambers actually DOING anything to support the anti-racism cause and he has never suffered it, and can only imagine what it is like to be the victim of that vicious discrimination. Perhaps when he was a Tory he should have had a chat with Cllr Jay Anandou and heard first-hand what it is like to be on the receiving end of vile prejudice.

[Incidentally at the last election social media troll accounts operating in conjunction with local Labour Party members and a local journalist found it "appropriate" to describe Cllr Anandou as "a black man".]

Why, if you are really anti-racist, would you join Dim Kez and her cronies who are actively suppressing the Cox Review? It doesn't make sense. Of course, Sandwell Labour is also a nest of poisonous anti-semitism and so perhaps that was what attracted him to want to associate with them???? Do tell us, Ian!

But Dim Kez, Moore and Co were being fingered for racism themselves - by trying to cover it up - and so, in true Dickhead Darren Cooper-style, they tried to smear the Tories with the same sh*t.

I don't really want to get into the game of categorising British citizens by skin colour but as Chambers came over to Labour he made serious allegations about his erstwhile colleagues being "racist". He produced no evidence publicly about this save that he seems to have "suggested" that the Conservative's selection process was "racist". This white man told me, in all seriousness, that he had to get out "because of the racism". What an absolute plank!

In the Tory Group of 10 Councillors, when Chambers was one, were Archer Williams, Jay Anandou and Satpal Singh and I don't think any of them self-identify as being white. So 30% of the elected group were BAME candidates (although I am not keen on that expression either) - which doesn't support Chambers's nasty smear. (And I was at the election count last year and met a number of Conservative "BAME" candidates who were, unfortunately, unsuccesful).

So Chambers apparently also made the unpleasant allegation that the process for choosing the Conservatives candidates this year was "racist" too. Yet the candidates include: the wonderful Amrita Dunn (Sikh mother, white father - which shows the difficulty of trying, like Chambers appears to be doing, of putting people in ethnic boxes), Fahmida Yasmin, Fajli Bibi, Imran Qureshi, Mo Sakhi, Mona Khurana, Mujakkir Ahmed, Ranie Jasbir, Satinder Dunn (Amrita's lovely mother), Vijak Ghaddu and Yasmeen Singh. Out of 24 candidates 11 (46%) are not as white as the malicious Chambers! How the f*ck is that the Tories being "racist"?

[We have also seen recently that Labour has been trying to "clear out" three Muslim candidates - seemingly with the knowledge of Keir "Sir Woodenarse" Starmer himself.]

Incidentally, Labour Party rules say that one has to be a Party member for 12 months before one can be considered for election candidacy. So is the "Defective Defector" Chambers going to be selected by Labour to screw Wednesbury South over again? He told me recently the process had mysteriously not yet been completed. (But now see above - Chambers IS the Liebour Candidate.)

As a Councillor, Chambers has to make legal declarations of his interests and we have seen many times in this blog that Labour has ignored the law here on multiple occasions (as have their puppets in West Midlands Police). Maybe he is now ashamed to be associated with 48 years of Liebour failure, since on his current Register Chambers does not say that he is a Labour Party member yet! He continues to proudly proclaim his membership of the Conservatives - just weeks before the election!

My best advice, Ian, is that if you can find a stone big enough go away and crawl under it. Do not make Sandwell Council even more of a laughing stock than it already is!

Hartwell Gave Away Sandwell Council LFT Tests!

From today, most people have to pay for Covid Lateral Flow Tests. Sandwell Labour had (as I shall explain in another post) stored up a large supply at West Brom Town Hall for "faith groups" and Labour crony organisations.

A few weeks ago there was a temporary 24 hour glitch in LFT availability. Cllr Suzanne Hartwell - the Labour Cabinet Member for Health and Lisa McNally's ventriloquist's dummy - saw the chance to grab some cheap publicity for Labour and so GAVE AWAY THE STOCK OF 2,632 PACKS OF 7 TESTS to local chemists. Of course, McNally (who already owes the people of Sandwell over £100k for her legal costs) tried to grab the limelight and plastered pictures on social media of her loading the boxes for the big giveaway. Some of her rimmers in the local media duly obliged with headlines such as "hero Lisa" etc.

Suzanne Hartwell is relatively nice by Sandwell Labour standards but, as with most of her comrades, as thick as mince. Not only did she give Sandwell's stash away to some smaller local Chemists, but she sent large quantities to giants like, er, Boots and Lloyds Chemists!

Yesterday, Labour Cllr Ellen Fenton was spitting blood claiming Boots were charging an old chap £17.99 for four tests. I didn't see her writing to Boots and Lloyds (like I did) when Hartwell was handing them Sandwell's own supply free of charge!

For the record, Cllr Hartwell, Boots's head office is now in the USA as is the ultimate parent company of Lloyds Chemists. I am sure their investors will be grateful for the small profit windfall you and the Labour Group presented to them.

I am writing to Boots and Lloyds (again) and to the other local chemists who are profiting from this absurd largesse and asking them to make "2,632 packs of 7 tests" available free of charge to Sandwell residents! Maybe the hapless/hopeless Hartwell should do the same, eh readers?

Labour Malgorithms

Hard-left "lol" Labour Councillors like Bob "Seig Heil" Piper may like to give free stuff to multinationals whilst shafting you for a maximum Council Tax hike, but they also like spending/wasting your money (e.g., on the absurd Commonwealth Games) and increasingly resort to bizarre ways of trying to get some in.

As Labour hit you with a massive Council Tax bill they continue to claim that people are starving in the streets of Sadders, and that now people must decide whether to eat or heat. This blog pointed out a while ago that bent Labour are so desperate for cash they are now flogging adverts on the Council website.

If folk follow these adverts they will be aware that they don't need to worry about heating bills since a firm was offering Council website visitors great deals on, er, "Luxury Cashmere" clothing. What a splendid offer from the "socialists" for those they have pitched into Labour's many Sandwell poverty ghettoes!

At least the advertisers are beginning to realise that Cashmere cardigans might not be the biggest seller in sh*thole Labour Sadders and so Fenton, Piper and other lefties will be pleased to note that more suitable offerings are now beguiling local folk. Yes folks, the comrades recently advertised the services of Daniels Silverman - debt collectors of Widnes! (If you hear a knock on the door don't open it. The debt collectors can't force entry! ROFLMAO!)
