A quiet week politically in Sadders. The mainstream media have been writing a lot about crime including murder this week whereas the comrades and their half a million pound plus "press office" have been bombarding locals about "Safer 6".... As ever they are on a different planet. One or two interesting stories have caught the eye however:

Today - Express and Star aka "The Wolvo C*cksukers" - the Council's propaganda sheet has been reporting that the "hamburger" island scheme is to go ahead at the horrendous Birchley Island. This is due to the Tory Government finding the cash and putting it through the West Midlands Combined Authority. Part of a quote from Tory Mayor Andy Street reads:

"This won't solve our regions congestion issues - to do that we need a shift to other forms of transport....".

The whole point of having an extra and costly tier of local government - the WMCA - foisted on us was to engender "joined-up thinking". Thus this plan by Street and his pals to try and resolve congestion at Birchley runs directly CONTRARY to bent Labour Sandwell Council's plan to destroy the adjoining 19ha greenfield site at Lion Farm Fields. Labour's vicious "leader", Steve "The Milkman" Eling, and Cllr Paul Moore are insistent that the corrupt deal with a property developer known to ex-Councillor Hussain to build a shopping centre on this vital green space will go through (hence the Audit Committee fake "hearing" recently). The air quality is shocking in this area but as Lion Farm folk are just scum in Sandwell Labour's eyes their views don't count and they can squat in their tower blocks etc and watch their precious open space be concreted over. Please tell me how building a massive "up-market" shopping centre next to Birchley Island is not going to massively INCREASE congestion?

Incidentally Tory Mayor Street also mentioned money will be available for the Dudley Bus etc interchange and ancillary developments. Here is a photo of him with the developer who has bought up land by the bus station including off the Hussain family:

The developer, the guy holding the plan, is Jeremy Knight Adams ie the same guy planning to destroy Lion Farm Fields after his friend Hussain failed to mention his involvement with him and he and "The Sandwell Slasher", Cllr Hackett, waived a deal through with Knight Adams in 2012 which Eling and Co quickly endorsed but are STILL trying to keep secret!

No doubt Knight Adams is having a massive party tonight to celebrate his good fortune in his mansion on the edge of the Malvern Hills far, far, away from sh*tholes like Sandwell and Dudley.

Oh, and did I mention again, that he is a massive donor to the Tory Party?

2nd November - The Wolvo C*cksuckers Again - Is this the start of Rotherham-style revelations I wonder? Sandwell Labour have a disastrous record with Children's Services. This chap worked for the corrupt local police and also lives in WB.

31st October The Guardian -

Two reasons for including this report. Firstly, the general point that conditions for trade are, like butchery, bloody on the High Street. Crawshaws have prominent premises in West Brom which was supposed to be something of a flagship branch. "Dr" Alison Knight - someone who was involved in a disastrous Sandwell Council project, left, but has, amazingly, been re-employed - produced a report using her professional expertise seemingly ignoring what is happening all over the country and claiming that a new shopping centre destroying Lion Farm Fields (see above) will create 2,000 jobs. So that's alright then comrades! Sadders will buck the national trend.....

Secondly, this looks like more bad news for Sandwell's very own millionaire "chicken-king", Ranjit Boparan. He held nearly 30% of Crawshaws and his "Two Sisters" company also supplied meat to them. He has the powder and shot to maybe enter a deal saving the best outlets and shafting the creditors but we shall see.

This comes on top of a £5 million profits dip at Two Sisters thanks to a food hygiene scandal at its West Brom plant which made national news in 2017. The breaches of standards were facilitated by lapses by your rotten Labour dictatorship. The head of Sandwell's bent paid service, Jan Britton admitted another pathetic Labour failure to Parliament thus ("he" being Britton):

Finally, and controversially:

1st November Metro - Our old friend Adam Smith (ex-Halesowen News but now "national") has written a piece on the new Smethwick Statue (and I was pleased to bump into him on licensed premises that night).

I am fully supportive of remembering the sacrifice of folk from the sub-continent in support of the British Empire. I am against the obsession with new statues in this country. Just wander around London and see how many of the figures of plinths mean anything to you? If communities want to raise statues they should pay for them. I understand there has been a donation from the Gurdwara and others in the local community but skid row Sandwell Labour have stumped up a significant amount of public money for this. I am sure they won't tell us how much and that a Freedom of Information request will have to be made to get the information.

Children's Services have been in crisis for years under Labour. There have been terrible cuts in Adult Social Care as the comrades say they haven't got any money. But old people in extremis and kids being sexually and physically abused don't tend to vote whereas Labour takes great pains to court the "Asian" demographic. So why not screw the populace again to pay for a statue in Smethwick if they bag more votes next May? I am sure a number of the Labour greasers will be out in force at the grand opening tomorrow to try and claim some kudos and so if you are there you will be able to ask them the costs and contact me with the details.

Incidentally, this statue has been "sold" to the public as the "first statue" commemorating Indian Soldiers in WWI whereas there are already monumental memorial gates in London commemorating the folk of India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Africa and the Caribbean who served in the First and Second World Wars. Further there is the the beautiful and evocative Chattri on the Sussex Downs inaugurated in 1921 commemorating Indian Soldiers in WWI.

Jan's Leaker - Part One - The W*nker

Many employees of bent Labour Sandwell Council are scared of the top management and with good reason given the history of bullying. Anyone stepping out of line will be dealt with harshly - and in some case illegally eg the seven secretaries who were falsely accused of leaking about Surjit Tour's secret meeting with the Standards sub-Committee BEFORE Cllr Ian Jones's "trial".

Yet, as ever in Jan Britton's bent paid service, it is one rule for one..... Hence a senior manager very close to Britton felt able to leak (if that is not an unfortunate choice of phrase in the circumstances) to me specifically about a Labour Councillor. Britton had the power to refer the following amazing incident to Standards but didn't (why not?) and so what was really going on here? What was the manager really up to? I wonder what Councillors think about someone briefing against them being worthy of rapid promotion in the bent paid service (and there is more to come)?

"C*sucker Trial" - Someone's Lying!

Regular readers will know that I attended Dudley Magistrates' Court on 13th October to stand trial for allegedly shouting the word "c*cksucker" at Jan Britton, who purports to be the "Chief Executive" of bent Labour Sandwell Council.

I was called into court and told by District Judge Jonas that on 25th September the CPS had made an application to prevent me from cross-examining Britton and other prosecution witnesses but it had been somehow "lost" by the Court. This was the SECOND such application by the CPS - the first failed but this one didn't. Accordingly the trial was adjourned until 14th January for me to obtain legal representation.

I had three witnesses at Court plus myself of course. A number of supporters attended. Three councillors were present as were the BBC and a representative from a national newspaper. I have never even had a parking ticket and all this is very stressful but now things have to drag on until the New Year. I am suspended from working as a child chaperone by Worcestershire County Council pending trial.

Yesterday, I received this bizarre letter from the Court!

I find the final paragraph very "interesting". I have written back to the Court today by recorded delivery and here is my letter:

I have to say I am somewhat shocked at the content of your letter of 29th October, 2018 particularly the final paragraph.

“I” do not “say” the application was received by the Court. This is what District Judge Jonas told me in open court on 13th October! He said the CPS application had been made on 25th September and somehow lost by the Court! 

I am assuming that you are not accusing the District Judge of lying? It seems to me that DJ Jonas was told this and he could have only received that information from Court staff or from the CPS. Where did he get the date “25th September” from for the alleged application?

I had three witnesses available to give live evidence on 13th October plus myself of course. This is all tremendously stressful for me. I understand from your website that I am entitled to have a senior manager review my complaint and I wish for that to now happen.

Daily Mail - 24/10/18 - Sandwell is the 19th worst place in England for areas where people lose the most years of their lives to disease, suicide, drugs and car crashes according to a detailed report by scientists at the University of East Anglia. This study of premature death from preventable causes linked the ghastly "socialist paradise" with a string of northern crap towns and cities. Nowhere south of Birmingham featured in this horror story.

No wonder the "comrades" have just been trying to force a new cemetery on vital green space in Rowley Regis (currently stalled by a very rare revolt against "Leader" Eling by the sheep at the last full Council meeting). And they have been investigating a new form of body disposal where your loved ones are dissolved in acid and flushed into the public sewers - "nice" but a complete waste of money when they could just chuck corpses into the highly toxic Rattlechain Lagoon.*

Anyway - cheer up folks - Costigan is in charge of public health! ROFLMAO!

Birmingham Mail - 23/10/18 - you will be bored to death about my "c*cksucker trial" and the FIVE month West Midlands Police "complex crime unit" (no, I sh*t ye not) investigation to try to close it down but you can surely forgive me for seeing red when you read a headline like: "Chief Constable says criminals know West Midlands Police doesn't have resources to catch them."

(Unbelievably Eling has taken the p*ss again by also making Costigan Sadwell's crime chief. Double "lol"!)

The former fat man has been campaigning for two local football clubs. Nothing to do with the Baggies etc but to two clubs near his South London home - 110 miles from his hideous constituency. Incidentally, Dulwich is a very wealthy area of South London just about as far removed from Sandwell as you can get. It has a very famous public school where another local Labour  MP, Spellar, slummed it....

Trial Fiasco as CPS Scramble to Protect Britton + A.N.Other

Many of you will already know that my "c*cksucker" trial was adjourned yesterday. I can do no better in describing the basic facts that refer you to the excellent Skwawkbox piece which came out in super -quick time after the debacle:

The trial has been put off to 14th January (the Court is aware that I may still be recuperating from an operation then but have listed it on the basis that I will have to present medical certificates for any further adjournment).

I cannot comment on the case as it remains sub judice but I can report on yesterday's hearing. I have, in fact, written a formal complaint to the Court and the CPS which is self-explanatory:

"On 11 September I attended a “first time up” hearing at Dudley Mags. The CPS made an application to prevent me from cross-examining prosecution witnesses which failed.

Yesterday I attended for trial with all my witnesses. I was called in before District Judge Jonas who informed me that as long ago as 25th September the CPS made a second application to prevent me personally from cross-examining prosecution witnesses. He said the application had been “lost”.

The learned District Judge made an order pursuant to Ss 36 and 38 of the Youth Justice and Civil Evidence Act 1999 that I be debarred from cross-examining the prosecution witnesses. He told me that I had no legal right pursuant to that statue to make any representations to the Court on this subject (thus I was debarred, for example, from informing the Court that I was a qualified solicitor for 18 years - though admittedly some time ago). Thus the case was adjourned until January.

I spent four whole days preparing my cross-examination for the trial. Myself, my wife and my witnesses incurred travelling expenses and inconvenience on a wasted day. If for any reason any of my witnesses fail to attend in January I will be at a severe disadvantage when they were there yesterday ready to testify.

I ask for a copy of the CPS application and confirmation of:

When it was received at Court; and
What happened to the letter thereafter?

I make formal complaint about the apparent failure of the Court’s administrative processes.

From the CPS point of view this is the log of correspondence I have sent them:

With all this correspondence I served witness statements and video information to try and help everyone define the issues in this case and to save court time. 

Subject to what is said below I received no communication from the CPS whatsoever - not even the courtesy of acknowledgements. I know the CPS received the actual letters since I personally hand-delivered them to their offices in central Birmingham. Presumably as an accused person representing themselves I am just scum and not worthy of their time?

More particularly, the CPS did NOT bother to inform me of their application to gag me. Why not? 

When I got home last night after the aborted trial there were two letters from the CPS both dated Monday and sent by post rather than email. Thus the two letters were received AFTER I had been to Court. What on earth was the point of posting letters to me at that late stage?

I also make formal complaint to the CPS regarding their treatment of me.

Obviously this is a very stressful time for me. I am 60 years of age and have never had a parking ticket. Now the agony is prolonged for myself and family into 2019. This is a very unsatisfactory situation.

Although I have a Birmingham address I live just over the border in Worcestershire. I am sending a copy of this letter to my MP, Sajid Javid.

The CPS may be treating me like scum but obviously jump to attention when Sandwell Council contact them since they made an application for a bail condition to be imposed yesterday ie that I did not enter Sandwell Council House until the trial. This was, incredibly, on the basis of the footage I took of Eling's bullying paramilitary force as shown in my recent blog:

Once again I am treated appallingly by this Council but THEY play the victim card! Happily the District Judge gave this nonsense short shrift and I remain on unconditional bail.

The bail application did produce the best quote of the day:

Skidder - Neither does the Chief Executive! Boom, boom!

I sought to make representations to the Court about the troll account Jan Britton is following (he was the first follower and remains one of just two). Unfortunately the District Judge would not hear me as the Court was running very late. Accordingly I have written to the Court (and CPS) today:

"Further to my aborted trial yesterday I am taking legal advice with regard to the question of representation. Please continue to communicate with me directly until you are advised differently.

Attempts to Prejudice Trial

Yesterday I tried to raise an important matter before District Judge Jonas but due to the constraints of time he declined to hear me.

I refer to my blogpost of 20th September, 2018 (attached herewith).

As of yesterday this troll account still has only two followers. One is possibly also a troll account and the other is the original follower who is Mr Jan Britton - the complainant in my case. The troll, believed to be Mr Andrew Hipkiss, has been doing his best to prejudice my trial by putting false and/or wilfully misleading information about me in the public domain.

He also set up another troll account @SandwellSkipper using my photographs etc but Twitter have taken that down.

The troll cloned my account and pretended to be me whilst simultaneously trying to prejudice my trial. On Monday night - ie the night before my (aborted) trial -  this account, which Mr Britton chooses to continue to associate himself with, put up the attached post calling the District Judge a “cocksucker” - which is, of course, the very word Britton complains of me using.

Mr Hipkiss was a very close associate of the late Darren Cooper with whom he conducted a vicious trolling campaign against myself and my wife. Cooper was, of course, the Leader of Sandwell Council where Mr Britton is Chief Executive.

Had the trial proceeded yesterday I intended to make an immediate application to the Learned District Judge to have Mr Britton explain his conduct with relationship to this person and the Twitter account before the commencement of the trial proper and, as above, I attempted to make that application yesterday. Irrespective of the question of legal representation I want this issue dealt with in open court at some stage.

Although I have a Birmingham address I live in Worcestershire. I have made formal complaint about this troll and Mr Britton’s involvement with the account to West Mercia Police who have a crime reference number xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. Although not on his patch xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx at Sandwell Police is also kindly trying to help in respect of this matter.

On a different issue I am, of course, calling a Sandwell Councillor to give oral evidence. I also enclose herewith letters/emails from six other councillors. These go beyond mere character statements as the CPS agreed and, no doubt, my legal representative (to be appointed) will make further representations with regard to same in due course.

Just a quick reminder folks that my trial for the alleged use of a single swear word is at Dudley Magistrates' Court tomorrow - Tuesday 23rd October - at 1.30pm.

Hackett's Data Breach - Part One

I have written at length already on this subject but have now located some new information about this topical matter - topical because the highly controversial Monitoring Officer of bent Labour Sandwell Council, Surjit Tour, wrote yesterday to all Councillors claiming that the increasingly unhinged "leader", Steve "The Milkman" Eling had made a "mistake" when saying he had not been aware of Hackett's data breach because no-one had told him!

To gallop through the facts - Hackett was head of the absolutely disastrous Children's Services Department in February, 2016 when, in the course of his duties, he was handed a file relating to the child of a Labour Councillor. We all know that, like North Korea, the state and the party are one and the same thing in Sadders and that a number of councillors consider that the law of the land does not apply to the benighted Borough. It is common ground that Hackett (who had worked for a charity and was Chair of Trustees of the WBA Foundation and so was well aware of safeguarding and data issues) knew that the information was confidential and involved a child. Nevertheless he ran immediately to then Labour Leader [sic] Darren Cooper and spilt the beans to his political boss. It happened that on that day Cooper was holding his regular "political meeting" and so the breach was compounded by the matter being discussed there too. At least one SMBC employee was also present. [Query why a taxpayer-funded employee in Britton's bent paid service is sitting in on "political meetings"?]

It is hard to imagine a more obvious breach by Hackett of his duty of confidentiality and the Data Protection breach! It is said that there was a meeting almost immediately afterwards involving Cooper, Hackett, Jan Britton and another employee (who I think may have been called Chris Ward) and so, if this is true, the paid service were also fixed with notice - by the very fact of the presence of Cooper - that confidentiality etc had been breached.

A Standards Complaint was made against Hackett (one of several including the infamous incident when he urinated in a bus shelter). He was found, in the "final report", to be in breach of the code of conduct in respect of this particular matter. Cooper was now dead but who should come riding to the rescue of The Sandwell Slasher but Milko himself. Eling suddenly remembered that HE had actually also been at Cooper's political meeting months before and put a different slant on things (again, more on this anon). Ring out wild bells - a "final, final report" was produced exonerating Hackett completely! Local newspapers even ran "Hackett is Innocent" stories!

BUT.....Hackett didn't just breach confidentiality with Cooper (and, if you disbelieve Eling's evidence the others at the "political meeting" too) since on the same day he phoned then Chief Whip, Derek Rowley, and told him all about it! Simon may have had his c*ck out in public but you have to wonder whether he was anxious here to cover his arse since he then wrote a backside-shielding email to Rowley a week later. Happily I have it and can share it with you:

I immediately saw that one of the papers I was asked to sign was in relation to Councillor xxxxxxxxxxx. I therefore spoke to the Leader who said I needed to notify the Chief Whip. I therefore rang you last Wednesday.

So there we have it. By his own hand Hackett admits blabbing confidential stuff about a child to both Cooper and Rowley who were not entitled to receive it. He is clearly trying to say that this further breach was down to Cooper but he was Head of Children's Services FFS! Hackett was NOT innocent and a subsequent ICO decision was that there had been a very clear and obvious breach of Data Protection rules. Other party members were not entitled to this information at that time. This is stating the bleeding obvious but the comrades still feel the need to cover this up!

What do you think folks - a "final, final, final" standards investigation and report into this morass of lies? Don't hold your breath!
