Sandwell Labour deadbeat for Wyre Forest?

Addendum 9th July, 2024 - despite the disastrous Labour candidate selected for this seat, Smith polled an astonishing 13,677 votes. In the national downfall of the toxic Tory Party, Mark Garnier just managed to hang onto his seat with 14,489! 

Like many West Midlands Parliamentary seats, Wyre Forest, falls within the fiefdom of one of the most odious Labour politicians de nos jours, "Lord(!)" Tom "Twatson" Watson. His cronies usually get the nod to fight the seat. This time, "The Nonce-Finder General" has excelled himself, and the hapless Vicki Smith has been selected to contest the notorious dogging area.

A Sandwell Labour Party member (admittedly only one) told The Skidder that "Vicki rhymes with Thicky". Whether or not that is true, it is a fact that in the Sandwell Labour crony-system she became a councillor just three years ago and she has been completely anonymous ever since. And yet she is considered MP material? Is the hand of the appalling GMB Union also evident in this bizarre selection?

This has not stopped the "mainstream press" in the form of pervy p*sshead pro-Labour "journalist" Adam Smith of the Wolvo C*cksuckers (aka The Express and Star) doing a puff piece on her selection on 20th April which was also picked-up by something called The Kidderminster Sh*ttle under the byline of one Jack Rawlins (although the stories are identical).

Besides being the rimmer-in-chief of Sandwell Labour "Leader", Kerrie "Dim Kez" Carmichael, the ghastly Adam Smith is in a bromance with the notorious masturbator, Sandwell Councillor John "Tosser" Tipper - who is himself a rimmer of, er, Lord Twatson. All cronies together ...

The antics of the seedy Tipper are well-known to Skidder readers but, for the benefit of readers from Wyre Forest, Mt Tosser in a previous stint as a Sandwell Councillor borrowed a Council iPhone and proceeded to use it to film himself wanking. Alas he forgot to "wipe" the phone before handing it back!!!!

Tosser set up a "community interest company" (CIC) with the Labour Candidate, Vicki Smith, and one Frances Wilde who some say is Vicki's mother although, at the time of writing, this is unverified and should not be accepted as gospel. What is true, though, is that this trio immediately sought contracts from their chums at bent Labour Sandwell. All three class themselves as "employees" in the accounts of the short-lived Company. Some individuals - presumably one or more of these three - then claimed personal payments from the Company, although these are mysteriously described as "freelance expenses".

Inevitably their corrupt cronies at bent Labour Sandwell divvied-up and gave them a contract to run the Christmas Lights events at Blackheath and Cradley Heath in 2019. The Blackheath event was a dangerous shambles generating scores of complaints. I am not sure whether Vicki could organise a p*ss-up in a brewery, but she sure as hell couldn't organise a Christmas Lights event. You can read the whole ghastly story via my contemporaneous post:

If you feel this moron is fit to be an MP then, good folk of the Forest, cast your vote accordingly - but you have been warned!

Incidentally, in his awful propaganda piece for Vicki the Labour groveller, Adam Smith, wrote that she had "recently set up her own community interest company focused on community projects".

But the only CIC with which Vicki is connected according to Companies House is Walk Works CIC which is the one referred to above and which was responsible for the Lights fiasco. This was hardly "recent" since the CIC was set up with Wilde and the Wanker in 2014 and was, er, dissolved on 6th October, 2020. More "fake news" from "journo" Adam, and you can never trust "The Star"!

Sandwell employee Court mystery - did she lie?

 Remember this pair?

These were the two Sandwell Council employees each sentenced to 12 years imprisonment for involvement in the importation of large quantities of Class A drugs - Messrs Billy Hayre and Sundeep Rai. I wrote a long and popular post about the sentencing of this pair having attended the various hearings at Wolvo Crown Court (see link below for full story*) but regular readers may recall this paragraph:

"I did not have access to the Court bundle of documents [at the sentencing hearings] but Hayre's barrister specifically stated in mitigation that the bundle contained a number of character references for him including a letter from "Manesa Patel of his employers". This raises some concern. If Counsel was wrong and the letter was simply from a friend in her personal capacity then it is to be hoped that Ms Patel clearly described her true status vis a vis Hayre. Further, if this was a private reference one still has to ask whether this was appropriate noting that she was the line manager of this pair who were bunking off unloading lorries when she was, apparently, completely unaware of this."

Following the hearings I applied to the Court, as a journalist, to see the reference from Ms Patel, Sandwell's Complex Housing Hub Leader and line manager of the two criminals, as it had been specifically referred to in open Court. In my original post I also wrote this about her:

"One SMBC employee describes Ms Patel as "Hayre's girlfriend". Another calls her "Billy's partner". A third said she is "a very close friend of Billy". It is very important to note that Ms Patel has specifically told The Skidder that this is absolutely incorrect. She is not, she says, and never has been, in a relationship with Hayre. When asked why she was taking such an active interest in the case she said that he was just "a friend" (direct quote).

"It has been alleged by one employee that Hayre regularly gave Ms Patel "gifts". I am sure that must be untrue given Ms Patel's clear and unequivocal statements that they were most definitely not close.

"It has to be said, however, that Ms Patel has taken a day off work for each of the ... hearings. She stated in my presence that she had visited Hayre in prison at least once. More surprisingly, at one of the hearings she went into a private consultation room with Hayre's barrister (a highly experienced professional). That is extremely unusual for someone not connected with the barrister's client."

[Following my original post dated 26th August, 2023 another employee contacted me and alleged that Ms Patel had actually been living with Hayre at an address he gave to the Court in Great Barr. As above, however, Ms Patel specifically denies any closeness to Hayre other than one of "friendship". It should also be noted here that Ms Patel did not contact me to complain in any way concerning my original post.]

It is noteworthy that Patel only gave a reference for Hayre and not one for Rai.

The Crown Court Judge made a formal decision that the reference could be released to me (subject to redactions concerning addresses etc.) but not until the expiry of three months from the date of his Order in the event that Ms Patel wished to apply for judicial review in respect of his decision. 

Ms Patel had already objected to disclosure by the Crown Court prior to the Judge's decision including grossly defamatory remarks about me. The Judge recorded:

"In essence she asserted that she had been the subject of harassment by the Applicant in the past, and that her employers, the Local Authority, have been the subject of inaccurate and irresponsible reporting and social media blogs by the Applicant as well."

Not only have I never harassed Ms Patel "in the past" (whatever she means by that) but she is clearly also purporting to speak for Sandwell Council! Any repetition of these malicious slurs will lead to more work for m'learned friends!

If she chose to "appeal" the Decision this would entail an application to the Administrative Court rather than the Crown Court (or higher). Thus the reference was to be released on 21st March, 2024. I heard nothing further but wrote to the Court on 21st March requesting a copy of the reference. To my considerable surprise I was told that Ms Patel had informed Wolvo Crown Court that she had contested the Crown Court's decision! Wolvo Crown Court told me in writing that Patel had told them she HAD "appealed".

Wolvo CC then issued directions to Patel on 27th March that she was to inform them of the Case reference number for her "appeal" to the Administrative Court, and then supply updates every three weeks as to the progress of her case.

On 25th April the Judge, as part of a Direction, stated:

"I shall wait until Ms Patel, who has been assiduous in keeping us abreast of developments, confirms that the Administrative Court has dealt with her appeal."

But still no case reference reference number was forthcoming and this was confirmed again by Wolvo CC on 1st May. Finally, the Court simply released the reference to me without further comment.

[Despite the Court order and the fact that the reference was referred to in open Court it has been sent to me on a "protected" basis - not for public release. As it is, I can say that it appears to be a "personal" reference from Patel and whilst making a passing reference to Hayre's employment it does not APPEAR to have been sent from the Council.]

There is total silence from Chief Executive, Shokat Lal, (and, of course, from the Tory Councillors) as to what investigations he implemented into this whole sordid affair - although it appears that it is all "business as usual". It should be remembered that the two main offences were committed whilst this pair were at "work", and that Rai had 9kg of coke in the boot of his Mercedes as he and Hayre visited vulnerable adults and ex-offenders on behalf of the Council!

But now further questions arise:

1   Did Lal authorise Patel to defame me in her initial submissions to the Crown Court Judge?

2   Did Patel actually make an Application to the Administrative Court and, if so, what happened or, alternatively, was no Application made and Patel simply lied to the Crown Court about this?

3   If Patel lied to the Crown Court what, if any, sanctions will she face from (a) the Court and (b) Sandwell Council?

Perhaps Ms Patel will email The Skidder and come clean about what actually happened here and why she was so anxious to keep her reference private.

Smethwick - Rimmer replaces Greaser! (And more ...)

The Labour Party is full of grovellers and Sandwell is a prime example of the phenomenon. It has been sickening throughout the history of this blog to see the rampant arse-licking of Watson, Spellar, Cooper, Eling, and now Carmichael - but the particularly egregious rimmers all seem to have benefited from their faecal attraction e.g. Gavan, Moore, Khatun, and many more.

The most assiduous rimmer of Watson and Spellar has been their willing manservant, Gurinder Singh Josan (Skidders passim). Now he is set to be the MP for the new-look Smethwick Constituency in place of the pathetic bookies runner, Spellar (Warley).

Regular readers will know that I have personal experience of the duplicity of Josan. He asked to meet me, via an intermediary, to pursue the campaign by Watson, Spellar and Eling to screw their fellow Party member, (then) Cllr Mahboob Hussain. We met on three occasions at a cafe in Birmingham where he handed me piles of copy documents which he and the others wanted me to use to help destroy Hussain.

I was charmed by Gurinder. Our first meeting was slightly inauspicious. I am paranoid about time-keeping and have an obsession with arriving in good time for appointments etc. I almost never oversleep, but did so prior to our first meeting. I rushed into Brum and arrived in the caff about one minute before Gurinder and the third-party arrived. He put me at my ease with a rather good joke. I explained that, very unusually, I had overslept and had not had time to shave before rushing to our meet. He joked, "you never have to apologise to a Sikh man for excess facial hair"!

He is a clever guy, and, unlike most Labour spongers, has amassed wealth through business and property interests. Unlike most in Sandwell Labour, he is always immaculately turned-out. I liked him and made the mistake of thinking that he was becoming a friend. 

A strange episode followed in that he asked me to meet him in Smethwick at his sister's accountancy office, and to then go the the Chance Glass site with him to meet the Sikh folk who ran a skip hire etc, business there. They were being bullied by bent Labour Sandwell Council who wanted to clear the patently industrial site so that a (wholly unsuitable) property development could go ahead next to the railway, motorway and, now, the giant new incinerator. This was all dressed-up as a "heritage" scheme (lol) and was a pet project of (then) Labour Leader, Steve "Squealing" Eling, the now-disgraced tyrant, but now eagerly encouraged by Eling-rimmer and current Leader [sic], Kerrie "Dim Kez" Carmichael. Even more, bizarrely, the anti-capitalist, Corbynista - but money-grubber - Cllr Bob "Seig Heil" Piper, has indicated his support for this absurd project! WTF?

On arrival in Smethwick with a third party Gurinder was hyper and asked us to wait as he had some urgent phone calls to make. He was phoning round every influential Labour Sikh he knew in a bid to prevent the (then) useless Labour Councillor, Preet Kaur Gill, from being selected as an MP. (He failed.)

I have never been able to establish why this pair were at kirpans-drawn although there were rumours (as ever) of trouble at t'Gurdwara. These tweets seem to indicate that earthly matters were disrupting the spiritual calm of the GNG Smethwick (Gill was not an MP as at the date of the tweets):

Assuming that this pair are both MP's by 5th July it will be interesting to see how they "work together" at Westminster! Will their feud affect the best interests of their constituents and the local area?

We went down to the skip company. Now the story becomes even murkier. They were not averse to moving to another site provided that the bent Labour Council provided the right inducements. Curiously they did later quit the site and then made a £2,000 donation to Josan's lord and master, Tom Watson MP (as he then was). Obviously this was a pure coincidence and nothing to do with the negotiations. Nevertheless, no-one has been able to explain what actually went on. (The position is still uncertain in that the skip company held two long leases to parts of the site which Eling, Labour and the would-be developers were very anxious they should relinquish ... Watch this space ...)

Throughout all this, Gurinder purported to be on friendly terms. Here's a message to a third party which was forwarded to me:

When Watson was then involved in (yet another) plot - this time to screw me - I turned to Gurinder for help. It was as if the guy never knew who who I was. The "friendship" was simply a pretence to get what he wanted to satisfy his masters, and having got the mine he gave me the shaft! Many people - including many in the Sandwell Sikh community - have since told me that he is a duplicitous b*stard - and so wholly qualified to be an MP in our motherf*cker of Parliaments!

Only today, some Sikh folks have been publicly complaining about him on social media concerning - they say - his alleged intervention in "blocking" a peerage for a well-known Sikh activist. Any more on this anyone?

Gurinder has his own little harem of rimmers, notably Pam Randhawa and Parbinder Kaur. I wonder if Randhawa will benefit when he's elected? (I will write about other candidates when the full details are known on 7th June, but he is surely a shoo-in for this seat?)

Incidentally, a couple of people in the Sikh community are telling me the liar, Parbinder Kaur (Skidders passim), has been applying for a Parliamentary seat - but I am treating this as a leg-pull! Also many Sikh folk have been dropping me hints at Josan's machinations politically and at the Smethwick Gurdwara - if you want to spill the beans, now would be a VERY good time! His direct involvement in the Rajbir Singh affair also remains a mystery.

I have also written about the poisonous activities of Gurinder and Pam Randhawa in their successful takeover (until recently) of the Sandwell Police Independent Advisory Group (IAG). Happily, the two women who have run the local force recently have seen through this pair. Randhawa was removed from the IAG (apparently) but the position with Josan remains opaque. Surely the Police and/or Josan need to make the position clear?

Gurinder sees himself as the ultimate "fixer" (and see above) but this has allowed him to fly under the radar in respect of his personal finances and conduct - something those standing against him may wish to take a close look at. He says himself he has numerous business and property interests.

One class of business that did very well in the pandemic was hardware/building supplies as the nation embraced DIY (not the Tipper sort) during lockdown. Yet Warley Hardware was first in the queue for Covid grants. What about his other businesses? Did Josan businesses receive grants or loans when he is personally wealthy? ( have written to Gurinder about this but he has declined to respond. ) At least when he is elected he will have to complete the Parliamentary Register of Interests which should make interesting reading! Spellar was a pathetic MP who did absolutely f*ck all for Warley from his South London lair, but at least we could see that he was greedy little prick with all his foreign trips (including to open a branch of an English public school in Egypt) and his acceptance of hospitality from the gambling industry! And, like Watson, Johnny boy will soon be ripping off us taxpayers again from the House of Lords.

Not just Tory contempt for Sadders ...

Sandwell Labour has always been known for "cadre development" - a polite term meaning jobs for the boys and girls, both as Councillors and employees. On the political side this has meant a succession of tribal retards being provided with a taxpayer-filled trough in which to bury their snouts.

Since Keir "Sir Woodenarse" Starmer claimed he would "sort-out" Sandwell the corruption has, in fact, continued apace, but one tangible feature of his failed interventions has been candidates being shipped-in to "represent" Sandwell people as a short-term staging post to standing for Parliament (Skidders passim). Thus a pair suddenly appeared from Nottingham only a year ago, Jennifer Hemingway (Abbey) and Luke John Davies (Smethwick) who works for an organisation based in local, er, Edinburgh - although to be fair to them, they have bought a house in Sadders. One year later, Davies is standing for Aldridge-Brownhills! 

And Chipilro Kalebe-Nyanongo was only elected for Old Warley last May, but wants away. She is standing in Droitwich & Evesham (although it really will be an earthquake if she wins that one).

Poor Sadders - stuck with absolute Labour dross like the Giles's and Melia on the one hand, and careerists who simply want to use the sh*thole Borough as a rung up the greasy ladder. 

West Bromwich BID

Rebellion is underway amongst small traders in West Brom who are forced to pay extra tax locally to the hated "Business Improvement District" (BID). They are forced to pay extra for services they are already paying the bent Labour Council and the Police for, via business rates.

I will be writing further about this in detail in due course, but there is a petition circulating amongst the small traders to stop the mad and bad scheme when it comes up for the next vote. It is great to see some folk getting off their knees for once in Sadders - although big national chains like Tesco, Sports Direct and their ilk may well combine to crush the "little people". Watch this space again ...

Sandwell: The Good, The Bad and the Ugly

THE GOOD ...

May 2nd was - as predicted in this blog - a significant approval of Labour corruption by the morons who inhabit sh*thole Sandwell (and the now-annual Sandwell Scum Counter will be published soon). The Tories were - almost completely - routed. But there was one bright shining moment - the victory of Richard Jeffcoat, an Independent Candidate in Tipton Green. And his win creates a possible template for a future where there is a real opposition to bent Labour of good anti-corruption candidates since the Tories have proved they are not up to snuff and have blown their big chance.

Richard's entry into the Council Chamber on Tuesday will increase the brain cell count by a quantum leap. An Oxford grad, Richard is a professional musician in the classical tradition (and is involved in the organisation of an annual Mendelssohn Festival on the Scottish Island of Mull). He is often found fingering his organ - although not in the way made infamous by the notorious masturbator, Cllr John "W*nker" Tipper!

Living in Tipton, Richard has seen the horrors of Labour corruption up close including the satrapy of corrupt liar, Syeda Khatun, and the poisonous conduct of ex-Cllr Mohammed Yassen Hussain (aka "Billa", aka "The Tipton Tosser"). Tired of seeing Labour cream-off resources from Tipton, Richard stood as a Green candidate initially but decided to go it alone and provide a genuinely independent voice for his area - run into the ground by 50 years of Labour neglect.

Hitherto, Richard has polled well but Labour has thrown the kitchen sink at winning the Ward to keep him out. They do not want a spotlight shone on local corruption for obvious reasons. Each year community activist, Darryl Magher, and I have tried to persuade the Tories to stand down in this particular seat and let Richard have a clear run. This is unacceptable to Shaun Bailey MP & other Party figures and so they have put a spoiler candidate in each time to ensure Richard doesn't win. In one of the more disgraceful episodes of the recent election the Tories decided they had no chance of willing the seat and so Bailey and the team decided to gratuitously attack Richard with a malicious smear (and with a misspelling to boot):

Shame on you, Shaun Bailey. Oh and next time you want to smear a friend of mine please don't breach copyright by using a photo I took!

Every year Richard has pounded the streets and has secured very impressive results although, until now, bent Labour has mobilised to stop him. Their candidate this time was the wooden Charn Singh Padda - seeking re-election. A Cabinet member no less.

I have written before how I admire the way some groups are politically savvy in corrupt Sandwell and work to win political influence. In bent Labour Sandwell the Sikh community is particularly well-organised and determined to see that their nominees are involved in running every aspect of Sandwell governance and policing. This is generally a good thing although, as we shall see below, not always so. 

Charn Padda (not to be confused with the liar, former Cllr Iqbal Padda - see below again) was the joker who used a picture of himself in his campaign material for his first stint in Tipton appearing to be litter-picking. Such is Labour's contempt for locals the picture was actually taken on the other side of the Borough!

And here is another example of Labour's sense of entitlement - they can't even bother to put election signs on the lamp posts the right-way up!

This year Labour began to panic and Sandwell's Sikh political leader, the deceitful Gurinder Josan, stepped up the campaigning to get Charmless Charn across the line again. It is claimed he even brought members of the Sikh community up from London to knock on doors. But all to no avail.

I will analyse the election results in detail in the "Scum Counter" post but Richard won by a comfortable margin - and the Tory only managed 328 votes! 

The electoral system in Sadders is in a state of flux. There will be no local election next year (2025) - although there will, of course, be a general election soon. The plan is that the system MAY change in 2026 to an election for the whole 72 Sandwell seats. Whether this happens remains to be seen but Richard has at least two years to start making a difference. As above, he is very intelligent but there is an awful lot to learn and a heavy burden is already being placed on his shoulders. (The Tories have shamefully done absolutely f all about corruption. One or two of the remaining rump of Councillors are whispering that there will now be a change of attitude but that remains to be seen - and see below). The Tories have - mostly - lost the trust of the people of Sadders, and will have to work hard in the next two years to try to regain it. Richard will be wrong to trust them until he has seen them finally rise off their grovelling knees, and put up a bit of a fight.

We must not bombard Richard with requests for help and he does, of course, have to concentrate on Tipton Green matters first and foremost. But all those who hate Labour corruption and want to make the benighted Borough a better place should try and HELP him in any way possible. And he has shown - at great expense in shoe leather - that Independents who actually care about where they live CAN win through. The other Sadders wards need to start looking for smart, local, Independent candidates who can commit to work hard in their communities for the next two years and start parking their tanks on the bent Labour lawn.

THE BAD ...

Whisper it softly but there are signs that the bent Blues at West Midlands/Sandwell Police are slowly getting their act together and actually doing the job WE pay them to do. Of course, this has not always been so, and the tarnished history of Sandwell's mayoralty is a snapshot of just some of the indulgence bent coppers have shown towards their corrupt "friends and partners" at the Council (Skidders passim ad nauseum).

The usual modus operandi of the cops when faced with Labour corruption is simply to do nothing. Although in the case of ex-Mayor, Linda Horton, the police actually went through the charade of visiting her home to confirm that her liar daughter, Lucy Cashmore, was living there (Cashers was ineligible as a Councillor and falsely claimed to be living Chez Horton). The bent cops decided that she was - when she wasn't (Skidders passim). Even Labour's Bob Piper thought this hilarious and joked about the cops inspecting "Linda's phantom bedroom". The fact that, with Horton's connivance, Cashers f*cked the people of Sadders over for four year's worth of allowances did not prevent Linda becoming Labour Mayor.

Syeda Khatun's constant companion, the thuggish ex-Mayor, Derek Rowley, was also outed by this blog in respect of the sale of council-owned property at Jubilee Park. This was allegedly reported to the Police by the Council itself, but the cops took no action against Rowley despite some of the items being advertised for sale on Facebook! WTF? Rowley was out of favour with bent Labour for a while but according to the excellent Sandwell Corruption (Facebook and X/Twitter) he is now back in a Party role:

The current Mayor, until tomorrow, is the grotesque Gavan - whom the bent Blues also failed to investigate in respect of a £5,000 Party donation which he seemingly received back from the taxpayer via extra Council allowance payments. (Gavan has repeatedly refused to confirm that he is one and the same William Gavan who made the donation - Skidders passim and see legal notice below).

The Mayor is supposed to be the civic figurehead of the Borough and, laughably, we are supposed to RESPECT him/her. Ironically the Tories knew all about the foul-mouthed Gavan, "The Turd of Sandwell", not least because he defected from Labour and then joined the Conservatives via their online portal. Even the Tories did not want a **** like Gavan in their ranks, and duly kicked him out.

At the commencement of Council meetings the Councillors are supposed to stand when the Mayor enters the Chamber as a mark of respect. Last year I asked the Tories if they would stand for The Turd and the pathetic, pusillaninous, bunch under former leader [sic] and now ex-Cllr David "Keep the NHS White" Fisher, decided they would stand. But, as above, they have spent most of their tenure on their knees anyway, and now there are only five of them left.

Now they - and Richard Jeffcoat - face an even more egregious display of Labour corruption, and it will be interesting to see if they can grow a metaphorical pair. The new Mayor is to be the corrupt liar, Syeda Khatun and her Deputy, the criminal and liar, Steve Melia. This is Labour Leader, Kerrie "Dim Kez" Carmichael and her cronies putting two fingers up to fellow Councillors and, indeed, the whole of Sandwell. It is intolerable that any Councillor who genuinely wants to fight corruption in Sadders will stand for this pair. Someone has to say to Carmichael and Labour, "enough is enough". They are not showing disrespect by not standing (or standing with their backs turned) - it is Labour who are disrespecting the people of Sandwell and the office of Mayor by very deliberately saying the a corrupt liar and a criminal are fit and proper people for these positions. Will the Tories finally show the world, and the local media, that these grotesque appointments are beyond the civic pale?

Incredibly, the Hackett saga is STILL ongoing but the Tories are fully aware of what Khatun did - or should be noting that it has all been in the public domain for a very long time, and was the main reason the poisonous Khatun was kicked off the Cabinet. For newer readers - she was part of a conspiracy with Hackett, ex-Leader Steve "Squealing" Eling and now-disgraced former Chief Executive, Jan Britton, to subvert a standards investigation into Hackett and to falsify the evidence to exonerate him. This has cost the people of Sandwell huge sums - a massive pay-off to the former Assistant Chief Executive traduced by this bunch, and very large legal costs (which, unbelievably, have still not been finalised). 

Her other lies led to a High Court action (brought by me). This person deserves no respect whatsoever, and should be shown none.

(The biggest rimmers of Khatun in Sandwell are arts charity Multistory (!) and they will, no doubt, be commemorating her Mayoralty in some way. WTF?)

Labour made much play on insisting that Councillors should have criminal record checks. Yet the one of their side who definitely does have one is Steve "Rocky" Melia! This POS was convicted after assaulting me. He had his Solicitor literally beg the Police and CPS not to send the matter to Court - such is the cowardice of the man. At a standards hearing he then openly lied - although even his Labour colleagues on the Committee did not believe him!

He was panned by the Standards Committee and they recommended that he be stripped of all special responsibility positions. Now Carmichael and her cronies have said "f*ck you" to the Committee and the Independent Person who serves on it, and that the Labour Dictatorship will do what the hell it likes.

The Mayor's position often entails interaction with schools and so safeguarding issues arise in letting this aggressive thug anywhere near kids. And what an example this pair will be to the young folk of the Borough - "if you lie and are corrupt little boy/girl, one day you can be Labour Mayor of Sandwell!"

THE UGLY ...

I have praised the political activity of the local Sikh community here and elsewhere in this blog but, alas, they have foisted some nasty and/or bent pieces of work on the local community, and Cllr Parbinder Kaur is one such. Let's just remember a few:

Preet Kaur Gill - a useless Councillor who, incredibly, has every chance of holding a junior post in Government ere long. Infamous for her anti-Muslim "love jihad" rants, which most folk would describe as "hate speech", but which the cops think is alright coming from her.

Gurinder Josan  - I have bitter personal experience of this snake in the grass but he was Watson and Spellar's little rimmer in the plot to bring down Muslim councillor, Mahboob Hussain. Not much "hope" and plenty of "hate" in that particular episode. And still questions about his involvement with the skip company who used to occupy part of the Chance Glass site, but ended up making a donation to Watson.

Babu Singh Bawa - corrupt Councillor involved in a bent Compulsory Purchase scheme. Astonishingly this bent POS was awarded an OBE (presumably the Order of the Brown Envelope). 

Kirat Singh - Labour Councillor who had to leave town in a hurry following very lurid allegations on Sikh websites. 

Rajbir Singh - arrogant person who, inexplicably became Council Leader before having to resign this post and his seat for unexplained reasons. The Sikh community know the reason but won't say but, once again, there are lurid allegations (which I have put to him but which he has not responded to). He is said to be trying to make a comeback, but I think he is going to have to come clean first don't you readers? (All info very welcome as usual).

Iqbal Padda  - another appalling liar and pathetic coward who pretended to live in Sandwell whilst living in Walsall. The strange thing is that the Tories knew he was/is a lying sh*t and yet took him on as a candidate for them when he defected from bent Labour! That says all you need to know about Bailey, Richards, Fisher, Chapman & the other Tories and put paid to any pretence that the local Tories are anti-corruption. 

IAG - Josan and one of his handmaidens, Cllr Pam Randhawa infiltrated the Sandwell Police Independent Advisory Group, and tried to take control of it, and politicise it (although this was pushing on an open door with the partisan plod). The Police finally realised what was going on and Randhawa has been booted off. Josan's status is unclear, but it seems odd if the cops have sacked the puppet but left the puppet-master in situ!

It's not all doom and gloom and anyway, if the Sikh community thinks its interests are best served by promoting bent scum then I suppose that's democracy. I am also hearing good things about Cllr Tirath Singh Dhatt - although he is relatively new and will have to agree to local Labour corruption if he wants to continue with a political career.

And so we return to another of Josan's rimmers, Parbinder Kaur, who was found to be in breach of the Council's code of conduct for lying about her property interests. She gives out the impression of being as thick as two short planks, but seemingly thinks she is entitled to a senior committee position (despite not having made any sort of mark as a Cllr so far). Here she is giving her full attention at a Council meeting.

There is not much uglier than terrorism and shortly before the recent election the Daily Mail ran a piece concerning her alleged links with proscribed terrorist groups (something which doesn't stop Sandwell Police officers lining-up to have their pictures taken with her!) Here is the Mail article:

I am sure we will hear a lot more of this one over the next two years - and I suspect for all the wrong reasons. I am already hearing about some sort of dispute with Sikhs for Labour? Info welcome please! Oh, and some Smethwick folk are saying her election boards are still up in Smethwick - past the official date for their removal? Pictures welcome.

And yes, the question of whether she is actually a nurse or not rumbles on - and she refuses to deal with correspondence regarding that issue!

The Tories were aware of the stories concerning Matt Huggins who has now left the bent Council. But are they going to bother to actually start asking questions about what the hell was going on and why he was allowed by senior management to carry on? If their past performance is anything to go by, don't hold your breath!

Breaking News: Labour £8m+ Contract Overspend!

A quick post with some breaking news of, at best, yet more gross incompetence by bent Labour Sandwell Council. As with most Skidder stories I was alerted to the refurbishment of Alfred Gunn House by a concerned informant. In short the allegation was that Sandwell's current Labour Leader, the liar Kerrie "Dim Kez" Carmichael, when she was supposed to be Housing supremo - for whatever reason - accepted a wildly low estimate for this job from Seddon Construction (a firm which has declined to respond to the Skidder on this subject).

A further - and somewhat different allegation - was also received with regard to this and other Sandwell Labour contracts i.e. that even in the absence of corruption (!) the tendering process at the Cowboy/girl Council is wholly inadequate. Thus Labour signs up its preferred contractor following open tendering but then greatly expands the specification when the preferred contractor then has a free run without any further competition. Nothing is re-tendered even where there are major changes of spec. I am not saying that there has been fraud here, but in this situation the contractor has Labour with its pants down, and/or the opportunity for fraudulent kick-backs to the comrades or bent staff for extra work is self-evident.

Labour has not been totally forthcoming in a Freedom of Information (FOI) Request I submitted in respect of this particular matter (which, naturally, was totally ignored by the Council's Tory opposition before it imploded) and so the matter has been referred to the Information Commissioner. As with the overwhelmingly majority of my FOI requests this was made in the public domain via the What Do They Know website, although in recent times Shokat Lal, Chief Executive, has been trying to conceal responses from the public by having them emailed to me direct! WTF?

Bent Labour Sandwell has just admitted - thanks to the intervention of the Information Commissioner - that the agreed price for the refurbishment with Seddon was £13,996,049. However, as at 15th April, 2024, it has overspent by, wait for it, £8,282,431.09 ex Vat! The Council has refused to say whether the contract is complete or ongoing and so will yet more extra millions be heading Seddon's way?

As things stand the overspend is already almost 60% of the original contract price! Someone - other than me - needs to be asking some serious questions about this, at best, gross incompetence and/or deliberate manipulation of the tendering process.

Did the Government Commissioners raise this overspend with bent Labour and with what result? What do the partisan auditors, Grant Thornton, have to say about this - or are they going to cover-it up as with the Cox Review? Are the Tories ever going to start asking questions? Meanwhile, The Skidder will press on trying to get to the bottom of this on your behalf, dear readers.

No wonder Labour is screwing the people with full-rate Council Tax increases, rent hikes, car park rises, bin charges etc. etc. etc. Meanwhile the liar Carmichael has boasted of her supposed financial acumen (picture courtesy of the excellent @CorruptSandwell). Tory contempt for Sandwell - it gets worse!

 More breaking news on the Tory runaway, Nicola Richards MP, front - and it just gets worse and worse ...

I have written before how West Brom East MP, Richards, wants away from her constituency, and has high hopes of getting a new berth in Solihull, which the Tories still perceive to be an ultra-safe seat. But there are rumblings of discontent amongst the downtrodden local Tories before their inevitable rout on Thursday. Some are beginning to talk ...

Prior to 2019 West Bromwich East was "represented" by Tom "Lazy Tom" Watson (aka "Twatson"), the grotesque Labour thug who is now, thanks to Keir Starmer, raking in the lolly as an unelected legislator in the House of, er, Lards. It is hard to imagine how anyone could be worse than the Rutting Walrus but ...

The General Election of December, 2019 saw a political earthquake with the Labour "Red Wall" being demolished by a Tory blue bulldozer. There were high hopes for two Tory young guns - Shaun Bailey in West Brom West and Richards in WB East. After half a century (yes, FIFTY years) of Labour failure the Tories went on to win a clutch of Council seats.

As I have explained elsewhere, the Tory dawn in Sadders was a false one and has ended in internal strife and outright political failure. On Thursday, a large number of the Conservative Councillors will pay the price at the ballot box. Most of them will not be missed.

Richards's tenure has been remarkable for achieving very little/nothing. She is high-profile in respect of Jewish issues (and there is absolutely nothing wrong in that) although the Jewish "community" in Sandwell is almost non-existent. She and her team - including the loathed Cllr Scott Chapman in Friar Park - have been conspicuous by their absence in important Sandwell matters.

Hardly had the pair become elected than there were whispers that Bailey and Richards hated each other and were incapable of burying their personal differences for the good of the benighted Borough. Us mere mortals wonder why the Party did not bang their hands together and ensure that they behaved, but it was not to be. 

Meanwhile, the Boundary Commission was working on proposals to change constituency boundaries and this was going to affect Richard's seat. At first there was a suggestion that her constituency would bring in at least one ward from Warley constituency and that would be one of the rock-solid Labour ones down Smethwick way. Whereas most of the "indigenous" Sandwell population are thick, idle and indifferent to politics, the wards around Smethwick have highly-developed political machines supporting more and more Labour corruption. And Richard's pro-Jewish utterances were unlikely to win her any friends in large sections of the community there notwithstanding the current international situation.

Instead of getting on with representing her constituents Richards decided to run away. It was initially put about that she was "giving-up her seat", but whoever spread this rumour was lying. Instead this awful MP applied for a Party determination that she was "displaced" which the Tories were granting to those whose boundaries were being materially affected by changes, or those with influence who have wafer-thin majorities.

On 14th April, 2023 The Guardian reported that Richards HAD got her displacement. Let's look at that a bit further. By applying for, and being granted, a "displacement" it is absolutely clear that Richards was NOT giving-up her seat but simply putting two-fingers up to the folk of Charlemont & GV, Friar Park, Great Barr with YT, Greets Green & Lyng, Hateley Heath, Newton and West Brom Central who had made the big mistake of voting for her. (It could be argued that she put two-fingers up to the people of the "Sh*thole Seven" wards from the moment she was elected and history will not be kind to her in this regard.) 

The decision was made by representatives from (a) the Conservative party board, (b) the 1922 Committee of backbench MP's, and (c) the national convention. You will no doubt, remember that the 1922 Committee (the '22) was the sh*tshow which did such a magnificent job in the election of Liz Truss as Party Leader, and clearly can't organise a p*ss-up in a brewery.

Sandwell Tory sources say that two fellow MP's on the '22, Gary Sambrook (Birmingham Northfield) and Bob Blackman (Harrow East) strongly lobbied on behalf of Richards. There is no public record of any of this deliberation, and I sent press enquiries to the Conservative Party and to Mr Sambrook over 24 hours ago but have yet to receive a response.

It would be curious if Gary Sambrook was involved since he is a relatively local MP. He must surely have realised the political damage that would be done to the Party by Richards running away? No doubt he will explain all in due course.

As far as Blackman is concerned we also cannot say anymore although note that he IS a member, with Richards, of the Conservative Friends of Israel - as is one other member of the '22 who may or may not have been involved in the extraordinary decision.

But whoever WAS involved, the Tory "high command" decided to f*ck over the residents of the Sh*thole Seven wards BEFORE the Boundary Commission had even completed their final deliberation. Why? And why bend over backwards for an MP perceived locally to have a very poor record? Strangely, Tory sources say that one consideration was the toxic relationship between Richards and Shaun Bailey. If this is true - and Solihull Tories please note - this could be understood to mean either that Richards has behaved wholly appropriately and needs to be moved away from a toxic Bailey, or that they are both appalling and the Party couldn't bring them to heel. What it surely can't mean is that the Party thought Richards's behaviour to be so bad they needed to dump her somewhere else!

And remember that all this happened a year ago and before the Tories were in ever-accelerating freefall.

I have said before that there are rumours that Andy Street, the braggart Tory Mayor (at least until this weekend), was involved in all this but he has neither confirmed nor denied this via social media enquiries. What is certainly true is that Street is positively venerated by Solihull Tories.

But soft! What is this? The Boundary Commission published its recommendations in July, 2023 AFTER Richards already won her "displacement". West Brom East constituency becomes "West Bromwich" Constituency. Of the Sh*thole Seven wards, Friar Park and Hateley (aka Hateful) Heath are moved elsewhere but Rowley, Oldbury and Tividale are moved into the new seat. Thus none of the rock-solid Labour wards around Smethwick have been included and, furthermore, since 2019 the Tories have WON Council seats in both Rowley and Tividale wards. The reshuffle should NOT have been a disaster for the incumbent, but for the appalling failures of the Conservatives nationally, and Street locally, which will bring disaster to the Party - starting on Thursday.

No-one in their right mind will vote Conservative in any of the Wards mentioned above (particularly noting the  performance of the likes of Fisher, Chapman and Abrahams et al). Meanwhile Richards has tried to bag the supposedly ultra safe seat of Solihull. At least if she does get it AND wins there may not be many - or any- Tory neighbour MP's to fall out with!

In an earlier post the Guido Fawkes website kindly gave me permission to feature their post showing how the Tories are also trying to rig the Solihull selection so that the disastrous Richards does get the gig. Here is the piece again:

For a while there have been widespread rumours that Richards has not only been promised the Solihull gig in a rigged contest, but has actually moved there. And today, Guido Fawkes has published just that:

(Guido might have this very slightly wrong as there was POSSIBLY as many as a pathetic 13 members turned up for this important meeting - out of over 200!)

Local Sandwell Tory sources also tell me that not only was/is Richards wholly ineffective, but she brought no new donors into the local set-up. This is, apparently, something Tory MP's generally do. In fact, sources say she received nearly £50k from local Party funds to boost her own profile before sh*tting on local members and voters. Once again Solihull - you ought to be looking into all this!

I should say that communication with Richards is very difficult. We have tried to confirm the allegations that she received nearly £50k without bringing anything in, and that she has moved to Solihull, via social media but she has not responded.

AR-MAY-GEDDON: 2nd May - Sandwell's Day of Infamy

So many people have worked so hard to bring enlightenment to the corruption-loving morons of bent Labour Sandwell, but all to no avail. After brief glimmerings of hope that things might change, all hope is lost and the Six Towns face unmitigated disaster on 2nd May when a tiny number of local residents will bother to turn out and vote to keep the Labour dictatorship in power despite its half-century (yes - 50 years) of failure, corruption, cronyism and incompetence. This will be the blackest day for Sadders since this blog started!

For what it is worth we shall look at some of the "runners and riders" on the ballot for 2nd May and discuss here some of the wider themes which should influence this election - none of which constitute constitute good news for Sadders. There is no point in exhorting Sandwell people to get off their knees since that's where the majority of locals want to stay (as my annual "Scum-Counter" enumerates). Good luck folks - you're going to need it! Labour will be triumphant in most, if not all seats, and Michael Gove's Commissioners have shown them how to screw people over without opposition. Democracy has been in very short supply in Sadders, but will be extinguished on 2nd May for the foreseeable.

Tories Out - Including Street!

Before we look at the wards we need to look at a slightly bigger picture. The Tories nationally are in disarray, and are imposing the highest taxes on us (or, at least, on those of us who pay taxes, which excludes many in the poverty ghetto of Sandwell) for decades. 

I have never been a Tory nor voted for that Party, but was delighted when they gained some MP's and Councillors in Sandwell. At last here was an opportunity for some real opposition to, and scrutiny of, the Labour fraud machine. Alas, these inexperienced, naive and duplicitous individuals decided that rather than doing what is right (in the moral sense), they would "play" politics instead. Local community activist, Darryl Magher, and I offered to do research for this shower so that they could attack Labour corruption, but a close Conservative source tells me that Shaun Bailey and Nicola Richards ordered that our services must not be used. Thus the local councillors - when they have bothered to turn-up for meetings - have embarrassed themselves with a string of pointless questions and motions on pathetic issues whilst ignoring the "elephant in the room" - the Labour corruption! Meanwhile allegations of racism rend the air as Tory factions fight each other rather than do the job they were elected to do.

West Midlands Mayor, Andy Street has been a pernicious influence on Sandwell Toryism, also sowing division between his (metaphorical) rimmers and the rest. He is up for election in May and so Sandwell also has the opportunity to get rid of him - which it should take.

Given Street's penchant for braggadocio it is no surprise that he is as big a bullsh*tter as Boris Johnson, and the pair have much in common. Both have used the very high taxes imposed by their own, Tory, Party and blown a lot of the loot on projects which they believe make them likeable - or,at least, good.

That highly respected publication, The Economist, recently wrote about The Master Blagger (as someone recently called Street on social media). Despite his years in office and constant stream of Borisonian boosterism and bullsh*t The Economist says that he "has barely begun to move the dial". The mythical "Midlands Engine" has not stuttered into life, he didn't get Channel 4 to come here and the ruinously costly z-list Commonwealth [sic] Games contributed to the bankruptcy of Birmingham (and also saddled bent Sandwell with probably the most expensive leisure centre in Britain - stuck up a backstreet and disastrously expensive to operate).

Don't shed any tears for Street when he loses. Rishi Sunak will be publishing his departure "Honours" List soon as he leaves Downing Street for California when there will be every chance Street is ennobled, and then able to purvey his particular brand of b*llocks from the red benches of the House of Lords. 

I put up with a lot writing this blog but was absolutely disgusted when the Tory Group of Councillors sat mute whilst bent Labour shafted me up the derriere. People who had tried to use me were only too happy to sh*t on me. That's the sort of people we are dealing with here. Thus I have personal experience of how two-faced and dishonourable these people are (although, it has to be said, just like their Labour counterparts).

The apogee of all our collective work against Labour corruption came with the appointment by a Tory Secretary of State, Michael Gove, of Commissioners to sort out Labour's mess. Besides the enormous cost of this to us taxpayers, the local Tory MP's and Councillors simply abdicated any scrutiny of bent Labour to the Commissioners who duly went ahead and showed the Dictatorship how to force their perverted policies on the benighted Borough more quickly and efficiently than before. Rhi Storer, one of the few local journalists of any worth, pointed out the bloated nature of Council meeting agendas. Sometimes there were over 20 substantive issues per meeting being forced through on the Labour nod. The Tory Councillors - or at least those who had actually bothered to turn up - sat in total silence and just let it happen. It is clear from conversations that Darryl and I have had with local Tories that many of these jokers had not even read the Council papers before these meetings, and so were in no position to even attempt to raise objections, meaningful or otherwise. Shocking laziness and incompetence.

Shaun Bailey MP was as guilty as the Tory Councillors. He wrote to a constituent (who was so disgusted s/he sent me a copy of the letter) wherein he feebly moaned that he was "disappointed" with the Commissioners. Well what the f*ck did he, James Morris MP and Nicola Richards MP do about it? Nothing that is in the public domain, that's for sure, and the feeble Council Tory Group did nothing either.

The Tories supported a pay-off for Surjit Tour instead of campaigning for his instant dismissal (and even though he p*ssed all over them on a number of occasions!) They allowed Labour to give away land to crony charities. They have not raised any serious questions relating to the whole Aquatic Centre/Leisure Trust fiasco (possibly on the instructions of Street?) There is much, much, more in this shaming record of inactivity and failure.

Even worse, I was outside many Council meetings when Tory Councillors pretended to support the Save Brandhall Campaign. Some spoke regularly to campaigners whilst others made "thumbs-up" signs to them which everyone naturally took as gestures of support. But whilst (former) Tory Councillor, Jay Anandou, backed the campaign to the hilt his colleagues, especially Cllrs Fisher, Chapman and even Dunn, were preparing to shaft local residents - 80% of whom, in a poll, had opposed the development on beautiful green space. The local Tories have always paid lip-service to protecting Lion Farm Fields but given how they f*cked-over the Brandhall people it is probably better if they keep their noses out. Indeed the Labour plan to destroy the Fields is still on (as recently confirmed to me directly by the Commissioners) yet Labour have also earmarked the site for at least 200 houses in the Local Plan. Why haven't the useless Tories been all over this? Again, total silence. Of course, this may be down to the evil influence of Street again since readers of this blog will know that he has always been silent on this issue - refusing to condemn the corrupt plan by developer Jeremy Knight-Adams to destroy 19 ha of green space. This, of course, has nothing whatsoever to do with Street's property developer pal, whom he always refers to as "Jeremy", being a significant donor to the Tory Party! As with Brandhall, it makes Street's "Brownfield-first" policy look like the b*llocks it actually is.

There is much more I could say here but without wishing to make this post too long I cannot move on without referring to the general conduct of the Tory Councillors. We will come back to Fisher's racist outbursts below, but the local Conservative Party has not been able to control itself and has split asunder. Cllrs Anandou and Kalari were forced out of the Tory Group and the traitorous Cllrs Williams and Wilkes have defected to Labour despite knowing that it is hopelessly corrupt locally! We have long known that a number of Tory Councillors have been (metaphorically) fellating the odious Labour Cllr Paul "The Cipher" Moore for reasons which are wholly inexplicable to all watchers of Sandwell politics. But we do now know that Fisher and his colleagues were not rocking the Labour boat since they were attempting to negotiate a status for their enfeebled and divided Group with some of them being officially named as a "shadow Cabinet" - thereby feathering their own nests. Absolutely sickening.

The local Federation is said to have over 200 members yet so few people turned out for the recent AGM that the meeting was inquorate - in other words, there were not enough people there for the meeting to go ahead under the Federation's own rules. But, shockingly, the meeting still, er, went ahead! When I raised this shocking situation Cllr Dunn told me to mind my own business! Thus the local Party is not even prepared to abide by its OWN rules and  so is clearly unfit to be any part of the political process.

This omnishambles continued with the selection of a guaranteed loser to contest the parliamentary seat of West Brom East (see further below) being vacated by Runaway Richards. At one selection meeting a local Federation clique tried to force a candidate from Milton Keynes on their colleagues and, allegedly, packed the meeting with supporters. Alas, it is claimed that many were not current Federation members and the meeting had to be abandoned!

Last week there was a re-run. Even given that most local Tories must be absolutely disgusted with the conduct of Richards, this is still an important decision and one where the local constituency has real power and influence. It was initially claimed that only NINE members actually turned up. This was publicly denied by Cllr Dunn. The Tories selected a bloke (don't bother with the name since he will get hammered at the General Election and you will never hear of him ever again) who apparently comes from Surrey and gives his address on LinkedIn as "London area" (although the Labour candidate is another blow-in too - but she got the gig thanks to being a - metaphorical - handmaiden of Tom "Twatson" Watson). This is the embarrassing picture the Tories put up on social media of the great crowd (lol) of members cheering the victory of a man not known to have any Sandwell connections and who lives 100-plus miles away. Oh and I forgot to mention that he was actually trying to get the seat in Middlesborough South and Cleveland East oop North! As of Wednesday 17th April his website still shows him campaigning for that area! What an absolute joke - and a sick one at that.

Besides the candidate (third from left doing a "Donald Trump") there are nine party members in the photo. On the original there is - possibly - someone's arm on the far left and someone took the photo. That brings us to a possible 11 members who turned up. In fact, sources now tell the Skidder the full compliment was a massive, er, 13 members!

If even the local Party members are washing their hands of the Party why the hell should Sandwell people vote for it? If you are still minded to, then judge them by their record which you can read on the back of a postage stamp. Oh, and the Tories couldn't find sufficient candidates for the 24 wards of Sadders and so a number of candidates are purely paper candidates only, who will not receive sufficient funds and/or help to campaign properly. Disaster looms and so it should.

As we saw in a recent post, Michael Gove's Commissioners had a free hand in Sandwell with no Tory opposition/scrutiny, and his junior Minister for Local Government, Simon Hoare MP, publicly rimmed (metaphorically) Dim Kez the Liar and her colleagues when the intervention ended with, er, the Dictatorship considerably strengthened (especially with a pliant statutory auditor in place). We also saw the same Minister, Hoare, also publicly humiliate Shaun Bailey in the House of Commons in respect of his barmy "scrap Sandwell" plan. Even the Tories nationally think the local Conservative MP's and Councillors are a joke!

I am not sure many people think the Tories are doing a good job nationally, but the Conservatives in Sandwell are not fit for purpose. I will be sorry if young Will Gill goes off the Council since he has been a breath of fresh air but, alas, his youthful enthusiasm and verve have been slowly tempered by Bailey, Fisher and the Party apparatus. This guy has a lot to offer, but needs to develop his own voice rather than simply being another puppet.

The Left comes out with all kinds of claptrap and often trots out (pun intended) the inane phrase, "Never Trust a Tory". Although a silly and stupid utterance I am afraid it's is getting perilously close to becoming accurate in respect of Sandwell Conservatives. Not only is there all the above nonsense (and much more) but the appalling behaviour of Nicola Richards MP in WBE is the rancid icing on the putrefying Tory cake. I have written about this at length in other posts. The Tories did magnificently to win "Red Wall" seats in 2019, but have now given the finger to Labour voters who switched and voted Tory. Now it's payback time.

Incredibly, top Tory, Penny Mordaunt, has been involved in this shaming degringolade. There is also a very bizarre rumour going around - emanating from Tories - that the weasel Street initially backed Richards's plan to shit on West Brom and go for the (supposedly) safe Tory seat in Solihull, where Street also wields considerable (malign) influence. Street is the archetypal chancer, and having realised, so it is said, that he has made yet another error it is alleged he is not even speaking to Richards. Whether this is true or not I cannot say. Most local Tories grovel before King Andy but there are still a fair few who can see through him. Maybe it is true or maybe it an attempt to smear him, but the story does fit in with Street's character traits i.e., to blow whichever way suits Andrew John Street.

Liebour - cronyism rules supreme

The usual suspects are put forward by bent Liebour in the full knowledge that local scum will ensure they are elected to continue the corruption and incompetence which has marked 50 years of Labour failure in sh*thole Sandwell. (See the annual "scum-counter" on this blog.)

The Lying Leader, Kerrie "Dim Kez" Carmichael, herself is up for re-election. A major (metaphoprical) rimmer of the tyrannical former "Leader", Steve "Squealing" Eling she was part of his Cabinet and fully supported him and CE Jan Britton when they institutionalised and organised extensive corrupt practices in Sadders. This blog showed how she was unable to control herself actually inside an election count and how she lied twice is a full, public, Council meeting within MINUTES of being elected Leader. In true incestuous Sandwell Labour-style a close family member also works for the Council and so the taxpayer is filling the Carmichael family pot in grand style.

Besides her involvement with the Eling/Britton corruption, Dim Kez has appointed two of the most corrupt Labour Councillors to her own, current, Cabinet - Simon Hackett and Syeda Khatun. That should tell you all you need to know but, just in case you are unconcerned, look at this endorsement "lol" of Dim Kez from two years ago:

The author - none other than moronic Tory turncoat, Cllr Archer Williams - who has decided he actually now LIKES Sandwell Labour corruption  so much he has joined the Party, and is (metaphorically) rimming Kez for all it is worth! You couldn't make it up!

Sandwell Labour are notorious for their "shit to a blanket" approach to candidate selection. Liebour Councillors agree to support corruption in the safe knowledge that if they lose their seats they will be slotted-in somewhere else next time around. Thus, this year, pathetic people that local electors threw out in the past because they are so useless ,"Puffing" Jenny Chidley and Elizabeth Giles, are being forced upon voters in Wednesbury South and Friar Park respectively. There is a reason these people were thrown out but the residents in these wards are probably too thick to comprehend this, even if they care.

They may be useless halfwits but the Giles family knows how to milk the taxpayer big-style! Not long ago there were FIVE of these grunting morons representing Liebour on the Council. Their influence is totally bewildering, but then they support Labour corruption locally through thick and thin. As above, Charlie Ward threw out the pathetic Elizabeth Giles last year but Labour wants her back with her snout in the trough. Unfortunately, most residents of Sandwell actually like all this and want more of the same.

One person who has been deeply involved in the corruption, cronyism and incompetence of bent Labour for well-over a decade is the odious Cllr Paul "The Cipher" Moore. A person who publicly states he is in a relationship with Moore, Connor Horton, is now the candidate for Great Barr with Yew Tree despite being a current Labour Councillor in, er, Walsall. I wrote this to Horton but he has declined to respond although he HAS deliberately concealed his Sandwell address from voters!

And the big wheel of Liebour cronyism keeps on turning. One of Labour's very biggest failures was collapse of Children's Services. Things got so bad under Eling and Hackett - and so many kids were being mentally, physically and/or sexually abused - that the Service [sic] had to be taken out of bent Labour's hands and run by a Trust. Of course, the couldn't care less people of Sadders were indifferent to child abuse and continued to back bent Labour. 

Who better to have as another crony Labour Candidate than the son of former Labour Mayor and Alderman, Ahmadul Haque? Yes, the lucky folk of the toilet known as "Great Bridge" can vote for Muhammed Khurshid Ul-Haque (Khurshid Haque on the ballot). I mention his full name since if you Google it (or just read an earlier Skidder post) you will note that Haque was struck off the register as a senior social worker in 2013 for unlawfully operating a boarding school (whilst, natch, being employed by bent Labour Sandwell Council). The disciplinary panel found that there were no fire extinguishers/smoke alarms, crowded conditions, potentially hazardous electric wiring, a blocked fire exit and insufficient washroom facilities. Proper criminal record checks on staff had not been completed. The disciplinary panel chair said, "Mr Haque had put the residents of the boarding house, most of whom were children, at risk of serious harm." This on top of his taxpayer-funded day job. Surely even the morons of Great Bridge are not going to vote for this joker?

I cannot say anymore (yet) on the worst candidate of all - Peter "Zorro" Hughes (Skidders passim ad nauseum). Everyone knows what this **** is like - and up to - in Wednesbury North but keep voting for him. And this guy and his bent wife, former Labour Councillor Pam Hughes, have got Sandwell's Chief Executive, Shokat Lal, in their pocket (also Skidders passim). Pam Hughes would have been subject to a conduct enquiry for failure to disclose material interests had she not come off the Council, but Lal doesn't care and takes them out on taxpayer-funded p*ss-ups 

Greens make another futile gesture

Apart from, admittedly low-profile, Mark Redding there are no Green candidates with any track record whatsoever in Sadders. Indeed they do absolutely f'all in Sadders for twelve months, but then have the chutzpah to expect people to vote for them each May. More particularly, they have been totally anonymous on "green issues" in Sadders - notably the Labour plans to destroy green spaces at Londonderry Fields (now destroyed), Brandhall (soon to be partially destroyed) and Lion Farm (under Labour threat).

I have occasionally voted Green, but when I mentioned their lack of involvement in Sandwell on X (formerly Twitter) the Party simply blocked me on their account! That is apparently the way they like to treat their supporters and so who knows what their policy is to win over undecided voters! ROFLMAO!

There is a fallow year next year (I think) in Sandwell with no Council elections. Wait and see the Greens do two solid years of local campaigning before you even consider voting for them.

Liberals: "Fuhrer" selects troll for Oldbury Ward!

The Liberal Democrats have a decent record in local government elections and have some decent councillors dotted about the country. This make it all the more surprising they do so badly in Sadders. There are two reasons for this. Firstly, like the Greens they do f*ck all in between elections. They have been entirely silent on Labour corruption for many years and have not involved themselves in ANY important local campaigns. Each election time they put up a list of complete political unknowns and/or done-nothings and, like the Greens, somehow think they are deserving of votes. No chance!

Secondly, despite posing as a "democratic" Party the local Lib Dems are under the control of crazed Fuhrer, Mark Smith (Skidders passim ad nauseum). This guy is so rabidly anti-Tory he has said absolutely nothing over the last 11 years about Labour corruption in Sandwell. Indeed, he and his colleagues (with the exception of Clive Heywood who was involved in the Save Brandhall campaign) are not known to have said anything about anything. As with the Greens, don't bother to vote for these non-entities until they have done a couple of years of daily campaigning in the rottenest of rotten Labour Boroughs.

Smith was made aware a while ago that one of his enthusiastic new recruits is the known-social media troll, Wikas Khan. Nevertheless, the absurd Smith thinks he is a suitable LD candidate for Oldbury!

Wikas is believed to be related to Basharat Khan (Skidders passim). Bash says that Wikas is NOT his nephew, but they are close. Wikas is said not to have two brain cells to rub together and is the puppet of Bash (and, as we shall see, he was keen to echo Bash on social media). Bash has other interesting family connections too. In one social media post Wikas referred to Bash as "our beloved leader"????? Here they are together at the cricket:

Bash had Tory connections (and I believe - though this is unconfirmed - that he was once a Tory candidate in Tipton Green). He then tried his hand with Labour where he was eventually suspended by the Party after this blog exposed his vile antisemitic tweets. Now his proxy is standing for the Lib Dems!

Bash ran two long-standing campaigns against the Council (Skidders passim). Firstly, to get the taxpayer to give some extra land to the Mosque in Gate Street, Tividale and, secondly, to get his hands on a plot of land behind his shop. In the first case he notoriously told a Labour parliamentary candidate in writing that unless he helped the Mosque get the land all the worshippers there would not vote for him!

Bash and Wikas also have connections of a dubious nature - not least with former Labour Cllr Mohammed Yaseen Hussain (aka Billa, aka The Tipton Tosser). Smith will know that Wikas used to sing the praises of Billa on social media, but he is so detached from reality this is not ringing hundreds of alarm bells!

Bash was also involved in the evil plot to bring down (then) Cllr Jo Hadley 

Bash and Wikas ran extensive trolling campaigns on Twitter and involved themselves in ones run by others, including ex-Labour Cllr Dave Hosell. Bash was suspended for "abuse and harassment" whilst Wikas violated the rules relating to "hateful conduct":

Wikas is to liberal thought what Vladimir Putin is to democracy. Smith knows this but must have reasons of his own for selecting him. What are they, Mark?

And how strange that supposed lefties with social consciences who have moved into the Fuhrer's bunker like Clive Heywood, Richard Jones and Richard McVittie are happy to be photographed with this poisonous guy? An absolute disgrace for a democratic Party.

Incidentally, the Lib Dems have produced an electoral leaflet pointing out the depravity of Sandwell folk where crime, physical and sexual abuse is prevalent. The imbecilic Fuhrer put out a leaflet attacking the Tories and Labour for the 50 years of, er, Labour failure (!) but pointed out that the benighted Borough is scarred by "pockets of depravation". At least this fool got that bit right!

I have asked the questions many times. If Smith loves Liebour so much why the f*ck doesn't he just join them (although he seems to like being a minnow in a tiny puddle)? And why does the Party nationally not intervene to stop this pathetic annual charade and actually start taking an interest in Sadders?

The Lunatic Fringe (happily in some wards only)

The far-right is represented by the so-called "Reform" Party although quite what these headbangers want to reform is anyone's guess. The "saviour" of Lion Farm "lol", weirdo extreme right-winger, Pete Durnell, has found another berth to spit his bile from. Seek medical help before voting for this lot.

The hard-left is represented by the Trade Union and Socialist Coalition which has been making a nuisance of itself outside the Oldbury Council House during the Gaza protests. Their main schtick is that Keir "Sir Woodenarse" Starmer is useless and a traitor of the "left". If you like Deep Red on Light Red attacks these are your banner-waving boot-boys. 

Independents and Ultra-Fringe Parties

I have written previously about Richard Jeffcoat the independent candidate in Tipton Green. Richard usually garners over a 1,000 votes so that bent Labour put in an extensive operation to defeat him. This is the one ward where you CAN make a difference. VOTE JEFFCOAT!

Sam Harding is a standing for the UK Independence Party although that ship has sailed (straight onto the rocks ...)

Good old Colin Rankine stands again in Friar Park. Not a chance of more than a handful of votes but a lovely guy.

There are a couple of other Independents but I know nothing about them. Are they to do with Gaza protests? Answers on a postcard please.

Addresses

The Skidder does seem to have had a minor influence on the candidates since last year as a few souls have put their home addresses on the ballot. But the metaphorical eunuchs are in the ascendancy with the majority of cowards deliberately choosing to hide their addresses from voters.

Liebour has been slightly braver than last year. Of 24 candidates eight HAVE given their addresses. Sixteen have chickened out. The standout omission is, as described elsewhere, the liar Parbinder Kaur.

The Tories almost all hid their addresses last year and used the ruse to corruptly conceal that one candidate lived a long way from the benighted Borough and was legally ineligible to stand. Out of 24 candidates this year only a pathetic THREE have given their addresses. 21 are too cowardly to tell you where they live and you should make your own mind-up what that tells you about them.

Despite 12 months of total inactivity the Fuhrer has fielded 14 losers for the Lib Debs of which only four have provided addresses. They will all lose and as these people are almost all complete non-entities unknown in the Borough, nobody should care. They don't.

The Greens are, as above, like the Lib Dems, completely off the radar in Sandwell until they suddenly spring up just before an election and expect you to vote for them. Mind you, a reasonable number have not chosen to hide from you and this may be the nucleus of a team that can actually start getting involved in Sandwell communities. The Greens field 17 guaranteed losers but a very creditable 11 have let you know where they live.

The Trades Union and Socialist Coalition purport to be tough guys and the "storm-troopers" of the left but of 6 candidates only two have provided addresses. Bullies usually are cowards.

The right-wing headbangers of the Reform Party provide a laugh. This bunch purports to be anti-woke and yet the vast majority have decided to hide addresses from you. They might spout b*llocks, but only three out of 18 candidates actually (metaphorically) possess them.

Both ultra-fringe party candidates have supplied their addresses. Of the five Independents seeking your vote three have supplied their home addresses.

Ward by Ward

Abbey Ward: Tom Blewitt is standing for the Tories. He is the only local Tory doing a magnificent job in exposing Sandwell Labour corruption but, alas, has no chance in this reddest of red seats. A shoo-in for Bob "Seig Heil" Piper's handmaiden here who has been completely anonymous and ineffectual since the ridiculous poseurs in this nastiest of Sandwell wards, er, voted her in last time she stood. Result - another victory for Labour cronyism

Blackheath: As above, an easy win for the Liebour Liar, Dim Kez. My friend, Bob Dunn, stands for the Tories. A great guy who would be an excellent councillor but, sadly, destined for defeat. Result: the people will indicate by voting for Dim Kez that they love her lies and Liebour corruption.

Bristnall: an easy win for mouthy Liebour candidate Ellen Fenton (one of the Labour candidates who has chosen to conceal her address from voters). Despite her claims of "independence" and her undoubted spirit she always backs the Party Dictatorship. Result: more of the same from Liebour.

Charlemont and Grove Vale: Hopefully a big scalp here since Tory "Leader" David "Call Me David" Fisher - ROFLMAO - faces defeat. We saw the revelations from Rhi Storer after he was elected of his racist and offensive social media output causing him to stand down as Tory Group Leader for 5 months before, inexplicably, being allowed to return to the top job [sic]. Charlie has swung Tory in recent times, but all to no avail and we have seen how "Keep The NHS White" Fisher has been completely ineffective in holding Liebour to account whilst trying to feather the nests of Tory Councillors. He is said to have also been heavily involved in the disastrous meltdown of the Tory Group with four Councillors leaving for one reason or another. There are six candidates in this ward and so plenty of alternatives. Take a look at Nicola Richard's record too if you are even thinking of voting Tory. Result: Fisher out?

Cradley Heath & Old Hill - The W*nker Ward: This ward is the biggest joke in Sadders having elected the notorious masturbator John Tipper - then of Liebour - last year (Skidders passim ad nauseum). Tipper then sh*t on these morons and, er, left Liebour although he has not had the b*lls to stand down and fight the seat again as an Independent. He needs the money - OUR money. Curiously, after he left the Council originally, having used a Council phone to film himself w*nking, he set up a supposedly "non-profit" business with Vicki Smith to win contracts from his bent Labour friends still on the Council. The corrupt cronies and the taxpayer duly gave Smith and Tipper money to put on Christmas-light shows in Blackheath and in CH. As everyone knows - this pair couldn't organise a p*ss up in a brewery and the Blackheath event turned into a very dangerous fiasco. Nothwithstanding this, the local w*nkers thought Smith and Tipper worthy of election. Smith stands again despite being a completely anonymous and useless Labour Councillor. Result: the voters in this ward are SO thick and moronic this will be an easy win for the useless Smith.

Friar Park: it may be a vile cesspool but I have met a surprising number of very pleasant and sensible folk in this ward. They do not just dislike Tory Cllr, Scott "F*ck Brandhall Green Space" Chapman, but actually hate him. "F*ck Brandhall" does, of course, also work for the treacherous Runaway, Nicola Richards MP who has, herself, done virtually nothing for her constituents in this ward or wider constituency. The problem here is that the voters face an invidious choice since the Labour candidate is one of the Giles Greed Machine (see above). Dear old Colin Rankine stands again - will he make double figures this time? Result - Chapman out!

Great Barr with Yew Tree - aka Scumbag Central As above, a current Labour Councillor in Walsall, Connor Horton, is standing here. He claims to be in a relationship with the appalling Labour Cllr Paul Moore. This is one of the scummiest wards in Sadders where morons preferred to vote for a criminal as a Councillor. Result - another win for Labour corruption and cronyism. Jobs for the boys.

Great Bridge - see above re the appalling Labour crony candidate, Haque. If any Tory deserves to hold onto their seat it is Will Gill. Result: grave danger that Labour corruption and cronyism will win the day.

Greets Green and Lyng: an easy win for the ubiquitous Pam Randhawa, the mouthy figurehead on the Council for left-leaning political Sikhism. Result - easy Randhawa win.

Hateley (aka Hateful) Heath - all four candidates have deliberately concealed their addresses from voters but then would anyone actually want to admit to living in this ghastly area. Then again, I don't suppose any of the candidates do. Result - easy Labour win.

Langley - as with Hateful H all candidates have concealed their addresses from voters. An incumbent, Caroline Owens, stands again despite her minimal track record. She is a close friend and associate of Tipper the Tosser. Result - more of the same from Labour. An easy win.

Newtown: once again all candidates have concealed their addresses. One of the most unpleasant wards in Sandwell will vote for Labour corruption and cronyism and to enrich yet another member the Giles Greed Machine (see above). Result - lovely jubbly for the ghastly Giles's.

Old Warley: Another ward Labour has sh*t upon but where the locals smear the excrement all over themselves and cry for more. Many locals are also disgusted at the Tory Group's treatment of Cllr Jay Anandou and the Blues will lose yet more votes. Result: Labour win.

Oldbury: Again all candidates have concealed their addresses. As above, don't vote for Wikas Khan (Lib Dem) even though the thuggish Rizwan Jalil stands again for Liebour. A thoroughly nasty piece of work yet locals will re-elect him. Result: a win for Labour corruption and a very unpleasant candidate.

Princes End: This was the sewer of Sandwell, but switched from all bent Labour to all Tory. The Labour candidate is the treacherous sh*t Archer Williams but will probably win due to the failures of the Tories nationally and locally. Result - a win for Labour's newest corruption-lover.

Rowley: a mystery here. Bent Labour selected a guy called Wade Taylor to fight this seat. But they suddenly dropped him like a hot potato. Ejected Tory, Laured Kalari stands as an Independent but has no chance. Result - an easy win for the Labour sub.

Smethwick: an easy win for Labour Liar, Parbinder Kaur. This useless person was found to be in breach of standards for lying about her property interests. It is said that she actually lives in Birmingham despite having an official address in Smethwick. Curiously she has deliberately concealed her current address on the ballot papers. Result: in the land of the blind the one-eyed wo/man is king. Massive Labour win for a ward that LOVES Liebour corruption.

Soho & Victoria: Labour weighs the votes here rather than counts them. Result: a massive Labour win.

St Pauls: only two candidates in this very safe Liebour seat. Result - a massive Labour win.

Tipton Green: VOTE JEFFCOAT who lives in the ward - although Labour will throw the kitchen sink at winning this seat. Result: if there is any justice in the world and Tipton folk have any sense of decency this will be a Jeffcoat win. But it's going to be a tight contest. GET OUT AND VOTE IN TIPTON GREEN.

Tividale: despite her manifest inadequacies Maria Crompton is mysteriously popular in this ward and will win comfortably as the Tory vote here falls away. Result: Labour win.

Wednesbury North: as above, the thick morons in ugly Weds North will vote for the most poisonous Labour Councillor of them all (now that Costigan's gone). Expect Hughes to do the dirty on them again before very long. Result: A vote for more Labour corruption, cronyism and incompetence.

Wednesbury South: as above, useless Pothead Chidley is standing here and local imbeciles will vote for her. Result: an easy Labour win for a disastrous candidate.

West Brom Central - a crime hotspot where a child was recently murdered on the streets. But the locals want to keep things just how they are i.e. Sh*t. Another ward where folk positively love Labour corruption. Result: a big vote for Liebour corruption.

And finally - a quick anecdote

I was outside Oldbury Council House recently when I bumped into a white, bourgeois, woman who was there to attend a Gaza demonstration. It was inevitable that if she lived in Sandwell - and many of the demonstrators didn't - that she lived in the bile-fuelled Abbey Ward. "Ah", I said, "the ward of the great Israel-hater, Piper".

There are many - and I mean many - who allege that Bob "Seig Heil" Piper, is a raging antisemite, but I have never found ANY evidence of this. He treads a fine line, however, since he is rabidly anti-Israeli in many of his crazed pronouncements.

Having used the words shown above - and specifically NOT alleged that Piper is antisemitic - the woman herself volunteered, "He's not antisemitic you know?" I asked if she had any evidence to bolster her claim and she added, "He attends the anti-Holocaust memorial every year". 

And so there we have it folks - the definitive line on Piper's views from one of his local rimmers.
