Her Majesty Queen Elaine of Wednesbury!

They say empty vessels make the most noise and that certainly seems to be the case with Cllr "Inane" Elaine Costigan. She is right up there with Cooper, the late Smethwick scumbag, for sheer awfulness. Like the former wife-beater she is as thick as two short planks but has a certain low cunning. She manages to get equally thick people to like her. As this blog has shown, she also has a Cooperesque propensity for lying - including, in my case, to the police. Unbelievably she was appointed to the Cabinet of the bent Labour Council. Squealing Eling and Tricky Dicky Marshall crowed on the infamous WhatsApp feed that duplicitous Elaine had sh*t upon her former friends and had joined the Milkman's Barmy Army to fight Eling's "opponents" in the Labour Party. Bizarrely Dickhead Daz was liked/feared my most of the comrades whereas Inane has many enemies waiting for revenge...

Yesterday I was in Wednesbury High Street (a visit enlivened by a security guard chasing a shoplifter in lawless Labour Sandwell) talking with local folk. I was explaining to people that Inane Elaine was trying to force through the bent Labour deal to build a massive shopping centre down the road at Lion Farm, Oldbury which, of ever built, will destroy what's left of the retail offering in Sandwell's six towns. Some Wednesbury folk didn't believe that Elaine would do anything to destroy Wednesbury and I had to show them the following document on my phone. This is the Cabinet meeting where Eling tried to polish this particular turd because, as Dave Hosell "lol" says, the corrupt comrades had done such an appalling deal it was going to cost them millions to get out of it! Rather than lose face they are trying to force the deal through. (Note that Khatun and Shackleton also voted to cause irreparable harm to their own wards and you can send them an appropriate message about that at the ballot box if you are not too stupid and/or indolent to vote). Well here you are Wednesbury - this is the record of those at the meeting in November, 2017 and you will see the second name on the list!

There has been no more assiduous "cop-sucker" than Elaine. She never misses an opportunity to metaphorically polish the big helmets of the local cops.

This is totally unrelated to the allegations (known to West Midlands Police) that someone close to her is involved in criminal activity. No, Elaine's constant creeping to the cops is purely altruistic and for the good of the community.

As we have seen before - Costigan uses "useful idiots" to promote her and her schemes. Ostensibly "independent" organisations are fronts for Labour and for her ambitions.

Last August a Facebook page called "Wednesbury Updates" appeared. This was immediately suspicious as it was said to be "run by volunteers for the community" - a much-used Labour and Costigan ploy - although there is nothing to identify who is really running the page. It wasn't long before this site was cop-sucking by starting a petition for, er, more cops. The website used just uses the name "Wednesbury Updates" without any further identification. It seems there was a paper petition as well.

Costigan seemed "surprised" to receive the petition on 28th January but doesn't seem to have known what to do with it. Even though she is claiming that she is nothing to do with "Wednesbury Updates" (and she has declined to answer verbal questions from me about this) she decided to misuse her position as a Councillor and to use a member of SMBC staff, Trisha Newton, to send the petition on Sandwell Council notepaper to the Home Secretary.

As if that wasn't bad enough behaviour "Inane" even managed to f*ck that up! The actual petition read that increasing crime and anti-social behaviour [under Sandwell Labour "lol"] was undermining confidence and cohesion in Wednesbury. But this moron wrote to a Cabinet Minister mistakenly putting "underpinning" in for "undermining". She then proudly displayed her ignorance on Twitter:

We saw in an earlier post that when confronted with wrongdoing Costigan has tried to blame SMBC staff. Let's see whether she owns this particular turd!

In an earlier post I explained that Costigan and her cronies like Peter "Alberich" Hughes (aka "Zorro") were major promoters of the absurd "Wednesbury BID" scheme so as to to try and get their hands on other people's money. Using SMBC staff in Jan Britton's bent paid service they "won" the election but it was declared unlawful and the result nullified due to numerous irregularities. Quite why she is pretending to support local business whilst promoting the Lion Farm project is, of course, a mystery.

Costigan was never interviewed by her friends in blue following this blogs revelations about "Wednesbury Celebrates". What happened to the remaining money Costigan?

Now of course, there is a new organisation "The Knights of Wednesbury" which is another "community organisation run by volunteers". This body is also concealing its true identity and refusing to disclose accounts to the public. (This is an ongoing project and all information about The Knights very welcome).

Inane has her small army of pensioner "prostitutes" who will "do anything" for her as long as she can get the money for their cheap fish'n'chip nights. But one figure keeps cropping up in her schemes - Mr Mike Maynard.

Some say Maynard is a fantasist and Costigan was warned about some of his weird outpourings. He was seemingly the person running the Wednesbury BID Facebook page during the rigged campaign and election. He also runs the "History of Wednesbury" site where hundreds of his boring photos can be seen (though not his specialist work it seems).

Maynard takes great delight in regularly attacking me on social media and I have had to "have a word". He is more opaque in his efforts to slag me off now via his various social media outfits like this recent piece:

Do local Councillors actually listen to this person? Does he really have political influence? Clearly he is well in with Her Majesty as he was one of the one's who signed her nomination papers:

One wonders what "advice" Maynard imparts to the dimwitted Costigan. Perhaps he discusses his more recherche photographic exploits as detailed in the following exchange with a local resident:

Elaine Costigan - An Apology 

This blog has hitherto portrayed Cllr Costigan as a dimwitted moron and self-publicist. We have opined that she is too thick to be in charge of important Cabinet briefs and that she has no understanding of important issues such as air quality. Nothing could be further than the truth. It seems from the following tweet that she has an intimate knowledge of the toxic air in the Borough poisoning and shortening the lives of adults and proving, after a mere 45 years of Labour failure, to be particularly harmful to children. Yes, she is as keen as her comrades to concrete over the remaining green spaces in Sadders (Londonderry, Lion Farm etc) but she does appreciate that you can't see the green for the smog "lol"!

REMEMBER TO VOTE LABOUR FOR MORE FRAUD, CRONYISM, CORRUPTION AND INCOMPETENCE. IF YOU WANT YOUR LABOUR MP'S TO DERAIL BREXIT - VOTE LABOUR. REMEMBER NOT VOTING IS A VOTE FOR LABOUR!
