I am rather stunned that I feel the need to comment on something that is so patently ludicrous and untrue but there are people in Sandwell who are thick enough to believe false information which is being put into the public domain by trolls.
Most readers will know that for some years I have been subjected to intensive social media trolling including by "The King of the Trolls", Andrew Hipkiss.
In 2018 a new troll appeared before my C*cksucker trial with all the hallmarks of another Hipkiss effort. The troll attempted to prejudice my trial. For a long period, there was only one follower, Jan Britton, the complainant in the case and the former Chief Executive of Sandwell Council. This was no accident since even when Britton was most definitely aware that the account was a troll account he continued to follow it.
I will call this "Troll Account One". As of today the account has 8 followers, five of whom are:
- Cllr Caroline White ("girlfriend" of married David Hosell)
- A troll account believed to be linked to ex-Cllr David Hosell
- Troll Account 2 (see further below)
- Ex-Cllr David Hosell
- Linda Harper-Hocknull - a West Brom woman who is frequently abusive to me. She claims to be a professional photographer.
Troll Account 2 was set up fairly recently has 7 followers including:
- Cllr Caroline White ("girlfriend" of married David Hosell)
- Troll Account One (see above)
- A troll account believed to be linked to ex-Cllr David Hosell (the same one following Troll Account One)
- Shirley Hosell (nominally the wife of David Hosell if this is really her account)
- David Hosell
A sixth follower of the seven is a local journalist linked to Sandwell Labour, George Makin, whose post is funded by the BBC. He is well aware that this is a troll account but continues to follow it.
Anyone recognise a pattern in the above?
Incidentally, the Shirley Hosell account has 24 followers including major Skidder enemies Cllr John "Jedward" Edwards, Cllr Paul Moore and Cllr "Inane" Elaine Costigan (a close personal friend of Sarah James who is also one of the 24 followers.) Curiously another follower is a local but anonymous photographer. Other followers are:
- Troll Account Two (as above)
- The same troll account believed to be linked to ex-Cllr David Hosell as following the two troll accounts referred to above.
These troll accounts are trying to harm my legal case and to damage me generally. Their latest b*llocks is that I am funded by an ex-Cllr. I only wish I was I can tell you! So for the record:

In the litigation brought against me by Sarah James and the wealthy GMB Union I, Julian Saunders, am receiving no financial assistance whatsoever from any third party.
It is impossible for me to match the resources of a large trade union. Hitherto, I have entirely funded this litigation from my own rapidly diminishing resources.
Social media trolls are making numerous public remarks about the litigation which is ongoing. They have already been warned that they may face action for contempt of court. Their allegations are false, mischievous and intended to cause me harm. They also amount to criminal and/or civil harassment and appropriate action is being taken against them.
HOWEVER…. If you are wealthy, believe in freedom of speech and dislike the idea of a trade union using its might to close down a Blogger please do not hesitate to contact me if you can help with funding. I shall be only too pleased to hear from you!

Incidentally, amongst the avalanche of abusive tweets sent by Dave Hosell himself he also urged people to "hang the cnut" ie me.

The long-delayed Information Rights Tribunal hearings in respect of (a) "Councillor A" and (b) the bent Lion Farm deal, have finally been listed. Unfortunately the venue has yet to be decided but it will hopefully be in central Birmingham.
The Councillor A case will start on 23rd March and as soon as that finishes the Lion Farm case will start. And so three days are listed in all ie the two case are listed 23rd to 25th March inclusive. (This is a huge amount of work for me and, as ever, small donations for this blog (as opposed to the litigation mentioned above) always welcome.
