Labour & McNally Costs

An unnamed Labour Councillor is putting it about that Lisa McNally's legal costs - estimated at £80k to £100k - will be paid by the taxpayer. Any such payment of the Director of Public Health's costs in this way is UNLAWFUL. She earns between £105 and £110k plus gold-plated pension and should clear up her own sick.

Local media: no reports of McNally's failed case!

Have you noticed how the local mainstream media have totally ignored the failure of McNally's case and the misuse of public funds to bring it in the first place? Can you imagine if the boot had been on the other foot and I had lost? I would have been slaughtered by these greasers. These people claim to be "journalists" but don't print the news! I duly wrote to some of Lisa's Rimmers and not one of them has even had the balls to reply (Bernstein and Woodward - I think not)! Here is my email of 23rd July to (named) "top" grovellers at: The Birmingham Mail, Midlands Today, The Express and Star, Black Country Radio and Free Radio (I accidentally missed off ITV Central):

"Dear Lisa's Rimmers,

THIS IS NOT A PRIVATE & CONFIDENTIAL COMMUNICATION

With so many travel bans still current I am amazed that you all appear to be on holiday simultaneously!

Even though the PA [Press Association] put out the story of the striking out of Lisa McNally's malicious claim against me at "first base", you appear, so far as I can ascertain, to have completely missed it ("lol").

If nothing else, any local news organisation worth its salt would surely be questioning the unlawful misuse of public funds here?

Rajbir's new "voluntary" declaration of interests scheme!

Here's a small oddity - Zahoor Ahmed, one of the thickest Labour Councillors on bent Sandwell Council (and, astonishingly, now a Cabinet member), has written to me (or at least someone has on his behalf) explaining why he made a non-pecuniary declaration of interest in respect of the "controversial" SEND (special needs travel) contract at Cabinet on 21st July, 2021 but not when the same matter was discussed just 5 days later at the full Council on 26th July, 2021:

"My Register of Interests, which is available publicly on the Council’s website, confirms the following Disclosable Pecuniary Interest: Part A, Section 1 - “Self-employment, private hire driver, xxxxx xxxxx Street (self) (licensed private hire driver – Birmingham City Council)”.

I do not have an interest in the Council’s SEND Passenger Transport service or contract matter that prevents me from engaging in this subject matter at relevant meetings of the Council. I was therefore entitled to participate and vote on this matter when it came before both Cabinet and Full Council. The fact that I made a declaration of my self-employment status as a taxi driver at Cabinet, did not give rise to an obligation to do the same at Full Council not least because of the details already being contained within my publicly available Register of Interests (see the extract above).

As for your other query concerning ex-cllr Mahboob Hussain, neither my wife or I are related to him."

And so it seems that if you declare an interest in the Register of Interests, actual declarations of interests at bent Labour Sandwell Council meetings are now "voluntary" under new puppet Labour Leader, Rajbir Singh, and Monitoring Officer, Surjit Tour!!!

Incidentally, at the last full Council meeting Labour did a couple of their usual grandstanding motions and applied onions to their eyes in respect of "the homeless" of Sandwell after 47 years of Labour failure. Ahmed and his wife, also now a Labour Councillor, are, of course, capitalist rentiers as this blog revealed years ago, owning the house they live in plus another where they amass rental income. They are not alone amongst the comrades in this regard but still p*ss down your legs and tell you it's raining! Help the homeless - don't vote Labour in Sadders!

Another mystery of the SEND contract scandal is that this Twitter account suddenly appeared trying to exonerate Singh's shambolic circus from the seemingly bent deal:

The account has subsequently disappeared but there are strong suggestions it was a bent Sandwell Council "inside job". Two employees have been named as possible authors but clearly there needs to be a full investigation by Singh as to who was trying to polish this particular contractual turd (if he doesn't already know).

Wednesbury North shafted again ...

There is always stiff competition for the "thickest ward" in Sandwell title. I pointed out in a recent post that 73% of the lazy and/or thick losers in Wednesbury North had not voted in May:

Labour immediately tried to shaft these morons over Goldicroft Park. But this ward has undoubtedly elected the vilest triumvirate of Labour Councillors in the whole Borough (although others were in contention). 

(Incidentally, the bent paid service have further delayed my Freedom of Information Request into the Goldicroft plan. Another cover-up on the way?)

On 26th July no less than 14 (yes, FOURTEEN) Labour Councillors could not be arsed to turn up at the full Council meeting to represent their moronic voters (plus Yvonne Davies, ex-Labour Leader, despite her bluster that she would expose what has really been going on in the bent Labour Borough).

(Two are ill and bent Labour voted to give them another six months leave of absence as they are scared of holding two by elections and losing more seats. The Conservatives voted against this disgraceful decision - see recent post - but the comrades forced it through.)

Have you worked it out yet, Wednesbury North? Not ONE of your three "representatives", Costigan, "Zorro" Hughes nor "Lachrymose" Luke Giles bothered to turn up to represent you! Still - you reap what you sow ...

On the subject of Labour's "Inane" Elaine Costigan, this blog has shown how she loves to brag about her son's wealth to her pathetic constituents. She regularly tweets about his flash cars, his penthouse in Marbs, the gift of a Merc to her husband etc. Weds N may be a sh*thole but at least she likes to show you how capitalism can improve your scummy lives!

A trip to the aforementioned penthouse seems imminent since she has recently boasted of her love for Louis Vuitton bags (not many of them for users of the local foodbanks to carry their goods home). Perhaps she missed the Council meeting as, in her own words on Twitter, she is learning Spanish. Mysteriously, she describes the process as "crazy". "El Loco" perhaps as her new soubriquet?

(Anyone know what is happening with Brunswick Park lodge? I wrote about this some time ago but understand that a bent deal is still being pushed through to prevent it being used as a home.)

Red Alert, Labour - One of your comrades is missing:

Readers will note from the above list of absentees that new Wednesbury South Labour councillor, Kirat Singh was awol from the Council meeting. In fact, in a new low even for Sandwell, he has been suspended by the Labour Party already! 

This blog mentioned before the election in May that very lurid (unproven) allegations were circulating about this fella. Amazingly, Richard Oliver, the supremo at Labour's Regional Office allowed his candidature to go forward - as he did with the the notorious masturbator, John Tipper, in Old Warley. Why did he do this and bring the Party into even greater disrepute? It is said that Kirat Singh is a close ally of, er Tom "Twatson" Watson and Cllr Simon Hackett, the Sandwell Slasher and so that may be your answer. 

But the stories about Singh were mainly circulated on Sikh websites only and the sheep in Wednesbury South herded into their pens to vote Labour "as usual" despite the state of their ghastly town and ward. Now Singh is in hiding less than 3 months after they elected him! Once again, I have spent 7 years telling people the truth and can only leave local scum to welter in their self-created excrement.
