Moore has been involved right back to 2012 in the bent Lion Farm deal to allow a Tory donor property developer to destroy 19ha of green space. Whilst there is no evidence at the moment of impropriety by him in respect of his personal involvement in the "deal" he was in the Cabinet that approved a full agenda including this horror show in just 2 (yes, two) minutes. (Of course, Eling was there too.) Then in 2017 Moore was, inexplicably, the leading light trying to force through a new option agreement for the same developer (with Eling again.)
And, of course, the Cipher was the cheerleader for the destruction of Londonderry Fields too for the rigged deal for the Commonwealth Games paddling pool.
And who is now to benefit from his dubious "skills" - a charity called "The Active Well Being Society" who proselytize about "Active Parks" and the great benefits in exercising in such places. What a sick joke for the people of Londonderry and Lion Farm whose green spaces he has been so determined to destroy!!!
