Yet again, bent Labour Sandwell Council are trying to close this blog down and stop you from being able to read the truth about the corruption, cronyism and incompetence within the shambolic Authority.
Of course, The Skidder has been the ONLY place to read about fraud and wrongdoing since late 2013 as Labour have an iron grip on local mainstream media (MSM) - especially the Express and Star and the BBC. And so it comes to something that even the Star are now having a go about the comrades trying to keep budget discussions secret:
Before we get too excited about The Star growing a pair, one of the topics to be discussed in secret is "printing services" and one has to wonder whether this might affect, er, The Express and Star!
At present David Stevens, Chief Executive of Sandwell Council, and Labour stop-gap Leader Maria Crompton say that I cannot write ANYTHING about the Council's Director of Public Health and to even mention her name will be deemed to be "harassment"! So much for a free press ...
Obviously I am contesting this and any future spurious legal claims intended to gag me, and to that end I am preparing a full history of my journalism via this blog. This will allow me to show to a court the depth and breadth of my journalism over many years and the major revelations I have made along the way - without any of the resources of the MSM.
The "History" is already very long and only runs to the end of 2016! Thus it is probably not for the general reader - although it will form as a useful record of events when the day of reckoning finally comes for the Rotten Labour Borough.

Hackett - Part 783
The saga of Labour Cllr Hackett's absolutely pathetic and cowardly attempts to save his miserable skin is in the endgame and exposure of the truth is imminent. Yesterday there was a procedural hearing at Birmingham County Court:
This is yet more taxpayers' money wasted thanks to bent Labour's absolute determination to cover-up an incident where the facts are bleeding obvious.
Curiously, even though I gave written about this subject for several YEARS, I was surprised to receive very important new information just this weekend. More anon but Jan Britton is a key player in the story lol!
James Morris MP
While Labour continue to try to destroy any remaining green spaces in Sandwell outside The Valley and Warley Woods (eg. Lion Farm Fields) and actually destroy others (eg. Londonderry Fields) I am pleased to have received a direct response from James Morris who has made a strong and absolutely unequivocal statement on this subject:
"... my consistent policy during my time as MP for Halesowen & Rowley Regis has been to oppose development on green space in Sandwell."
Clear "blue" water between one local Tory and the Labour bullsh*tters.
The Albion Foundation
Just a quick (non) up-date - there has been NO REPLY whatsoever from any of the Trustees at the time when they agreed accounts showing the Charity making large, unexplained, payments TO the Football Club. However the Foundation has seen fit to launch an abusive attack on me instead on social media via an employee. I am accused of "making-up" the figures when they appear in the Foundation's own published accounts!!!!
One of the non-responders is Labour MP, Preet Kaur Gill.
I have written to one of the new Trustees, Nicola Richards MP, to investigate what went on here - before she was involved - but I still await a response.
I have written to the Premier League charity section about this but they too have failed to respond. The matter has been reported to The Charity Commission who say they are investigating!
In the meantime bent Labour Sandwell are continuing to do a "big deal" with The Foundation (more info very welcome)!
Labour Really Don't Care ...
I don't know what's wrong with The Star but they have also done another story where Labour Sandwell's shocking service has been exposed. Regular readers will know that the rotten Council NEVER admit fault (except in the Hackett case above lol - though there is another reason for that ...) on the basis that local people are either too thick to challenge them or too poor to sue them. It is noteworthy that the complainant in this sad case had to go to the Local Government Ombudsman for justice as there was no apology or compensation from the Labour-run circus:

Before his disgrace and downfall Jan Britton's paid service was mired in scandal, and it was obvious that talented local government officers were unlikely to risk working in Sadders and tainting their own reputations.
As we have seen, Cllr "Red" Yvonne Davies promised, during her short stint as Leader, that there would be a nationwide search for candidates for the top job but, as ever with Sandwell Labour, this was more b*llocks and David Stevens was confirmed in the top job after a rigged "internal process" - held over the Christmas holidays (see blogs passim).
Stevens is a deeply ambitious man and has set about moulding the top tier to his liking eg. the rapid promotions of his protegee, Neil Cox. In the last few days an expensive recruitment agency has advertised for no less than five top posts - KERCHING! So if you are an ambitious officer out there who wants to make the career move equivalent of sh*tting yourself then why not apply to become Sandwell's new:
- Director of Finance (statutory s151 officer) to replace Carter;
- Director of Adult Social Care;
- Director of Housing (must have a very long brown-tongue);
- Director of Growth & Regeneration - ("entrepreneurs" welcome lol!)
- Director of Borough Economy (whatever the f*ck that is - counting the paperclips?).
There may be a global pandemic on but Stevens and Labour have obviously spent much time and money working on the new management structure. I am sure all locals will be so pleased with the result especially that the "Director of Regeneration & Growth" will now be the "Director of Growth & Regeneration" ROFLMAO!
